    I don't usually write reviews for chains, but I was really happy with my experience here! I came in on Friday around 11:30 craving something cool for my sore throat. No line! I saw that they had a Friday deal where you can get any Creamy Treat Smoothie for 50% if you buy one smoothie at regular price. I wanted to pick up an acai bowl for my sick cousin and asked if the deal worked for acai bowls...the guy at the counter wasn't sure so he punched it in the system and it did! Awesome! I left spending less than I expected to, not waiting in line like I expected to, and the smoothie making guy also happily packed my acai bowl into a big paper bag :D They also have different deals now on weekdays. Tuesdays= 2 smoothies for $5.Wednesdays= $4 Acai bowls. Excellent customer service guys, keep it up!

    Workers are nice, but they are so understaffed sometimes at what seems to be peak hours. I was almost late to work twice because they were busy AND slow. In the morning (about 7am) they only have two workers when there are 7-8 people waiting in line and there seems to be little idea of how to effectively handle the high volume of customers.

    Nothing surprising here. It's Jamba Juice. Today I walked in and they had some apple muffin sample for me to try. God! That thing is amazing! If it's possible to make a healthy muffin then make it taste great, this one might be close to that. I also tried the Fruit/Veggie smoothy - Apple Greens. Looking at the color of green in that drink you may feel like duplicating one of your own if you fear giving it a try. But actually it's not bad. They made the substance of crap taste great! Give it a try!

    MY DRINK SPOT WHEN I'M SICK 4/5 Whenever I am sick, I wake up and I always get Jamba. It makes me feel a little better. It may not be the healthiest, but having a good smoothie with more nutrients than bacon, eggs and rice for breakfast helps me. This location is less than 5 minutes away from my house, so its easy for me to get there and get back home to bed. MY DRINK Power Sized Orange Dream Machine w/ Antioxidant Boost: I love OJ and I normally order a power sized OJ with light ice, but when i am sick, i need a thicker drink. By lunch i feel way better and still have some juice to sip. I love how the people here are always so happy and very energetic. They happily yell out orders and always look happy making our orders. I enjoy places with good energy and this place never fails. They make take awhile with the orders, but it does take more time to blend a drink than Starbucks. Besides their good vibes, This location is always clean. They are always wiping down the tables and their glass windows. A clean place is a comfortable place to be in. They also have an ATM machine and it us convenient for me to take out money while i wait for my drinks. This is my favorite Jamba Juice and I never had complaints :)

    I was never a fan of Jamba Juice in the mainland. I never really cared for it actually. But since i'm trying to be healthy, i came in a few times being that it's down the street from my house. I'm actually surprised that this place isn't packed. At least all 3 times i've been here. Usually Jamba Juice is crowded. The shop is clean & the employees are friendly. Their service is quick. I'm in & out in 5 minutes. Lately, i've had this obsession with trying fruit & vegetable smoothies. Jamba Juice offers 3. I tried 2 of them and enjoyed it! I tried their green smoothie & the one with the beets! So good! Refreshing & healthy! I also tried one of their acai bowls...the kona berry one. I enjoyed it as well. This is the spot when i feel like being healthy and want something quick!

    I don't know what it is with this Jamba, but the workers are always so perky, which I love cause I always go along with it and I feel like I am in Disneyland on the happiest place on earth. Not once has my smoothie been crappy, it's always been perfectly smooth and cold. Never watery, like some other Jamba's are. GREAT customer service, keep the perkiness going Jamba team! I love it!

    Sometimes hard to find parking when the mall is busy. Maybe I'm lucky but it's never overly crowded & the few times it is, the line moves fast. The employees are always upbeat & pleasant.

    This is the usual Jamba Juice that I hit up. They're ok, but easily toes the line of three stars. I say they're about a 2.75 to a 3.5, depending on who's working. I seriously don't understand how sometimes I can have a pretty good visit and others are just... WTF. One visit could be normal, the other could involve someone trying to clean a little to close to my open acai bowl. Definitely off-putting to see that happen. Other than that, Jamba Juice is Jamba Juice. You get what you get and what you normally get is pretty good. I can't be swayed either way with this one, so definitely just keep it on the three star middle of the road rating for this.

    I like this Jamba Juice (Kam Shopping Center in Kalihi) the best. Oh you say all the Jamba Juice's are the same? They're not. I live closest to the Kahala Mall Jamba, but I almost never go there. For whatever reason, I have never had a satisfactory acai bowl from that location. The Kam Shopping Center location on the other hand, always serves up a tasty acai bowl for me to enjoy.

    Before I begin my letter, I have a PSA about the Jamba Juice smoothie: People of America. This is how to utilize a Jamba juice smoothie to add health and wellness to your lives. 1) You make a list of the meals/snacks you typically eat every day. 2) You SUBSTITUTE 300 to 400+ calories worth of lousy meal/snacks (like syrupy pancakes or deep fried twinkies) for a jamba juice smoothie. 3) Improvement has been achieved. You ABSOLUTELY DO NOT: 1) Drink a jamba juice as a beverage for your meal/snack. It is not a beverage. If you're trying to be healthy drink water. Jamba juice is not water, it is sugar in a nutritious disguise. 2) Add a jamba juice on top of everything you normally eat thinking it will, like a vitamin supplement, make you healthier. It will not. 3) Drink a jamba juice for dessert, thinking it will make you skinnier than cake. It will not. Though this depends on how much cake you usually consume. Jamba Juice would most likely help someone like Augustus Gloop. Or Garfield. Are we clear? Now then, back to our usual programming: Dear Jamba Juice, I like your oatmeal. I want to eat the brown sugar crumble steel cut oats every single day and have a bathtub filled with it so I don't experience the anxiety of running out. I tried to make it at home. It was not a success. As for your smoothies, I've been waiting for you to introduce vegetables and you finally did! Quaking with the anticipation of being able to trick my children into drinking their veggies, we skipped on down to your store and ordered up a Berry UpBeet and Apple n' Greens. My children LOVED them and I felt like I was giving them something nutritious. Sure it would be better if the veggie juice was fresh, but hey, it would also be better if we lived on a commune and ate carrots from the dirt and sucked on cows udders. Baby steps people, baby steps. The smoothies themselves taste almost exactly like the Naked brand green machine and red machine smoothies but have a better texture. I'll take it. Anything that makes me feel like a good mother while simultaneously making my life easier is a good thing, like leapster games and veggie straws. Thank you, Angela

    I know people drink Jamba Juice as a meal replacement. I sometimes am guily to that respect. I hardly go to Jamba now, since its like buying an Slurpee from 7-Eleven (FULL OF SUGAR). Yeah. Even though its natural sugar, the body doesn't know that. Sugar is sugar, and it goes to your waist line if you don't burn it up during the day's activities. That said, Jamba Juice is ok. You can do your own Jamba Juice at home if you do it the right way.

    Service was great and the server Nakua was very friendly. Ordered my drinks and it was done very fast. Place does get pretty busy during the weekdays. Especially when school gets out in the afternoon. Just sucks that now they charge for the boost which use to be free. Also they discontinue the Matcha Green Tea.

    This is a review for all of the Jamba Juices......great stuff. Biggest tip is if you are ordering the same drink for multiple people, order an original or power size and ask for it split into 16 oz cups......I swear you get way more for your money!

    SUMMER IS HERE! And as always the best thing to cool off is to get an ice cold smoothie. Growing up I always though Jamba Juice was a healthier alternative for a healthy snack. Little did I know, it's not such truely a healthy drink after all when I started being health-conscious about my diet. All the drinks are pretty much high in calories and in sugar so basically it's like a meal replacement. So I hardly drink Jamba Juice because of how its prepared but since it's the only other "healthier" option in the area for a smoothie, this would be my go to spot. So instead of getting the regular popular drinks, I always get the Jamba Light smoothies just to make myself feel a little better on the calorie counts. I like the strawberries wild, make it light version that has 1/3 fewer calories, carbs and sugar that the regular classics. It's just as good as a regular strawberry smoothie. But I'm a little health conscious at times so I try to always get drinks that has the least amount of calories. They also can make items off of the secret menu if people know about it. I've tried the white gummy bear and that's pretty delish! Pretty hefty in calories but sometimes you gotta treat yourself to something good. Customer service here is pretty quick and friendly. Never had an issue here when placing my order.

    Really one of the better Jamba Juices out there. They're employees are really pleasant and willing to help if for some reason you've been under a rock for the past 20 years and have never ordered a smoothie ever. I've made many large orders here as well and they're very good about having it ready to pick up on time. I recommend ordering Power Sizes and having them split them into two cups if you want to treat a large group of people. The individual orders come out fairly quickly as well ... Faster than Kailua where I believe they're busy fertilizing and harvesting the fruit as you order.

    I ordered an acai berry bowl. The toppings were great, but the acai itself was frozen. I did not enjoy it while I was eating it. The workers weren't too friendly either. No greetings in the beginning or when I left.
