Recently went here through the drive thru. Had an odd moment at the speaker area while ordering my food. Seemed like they weren't giving me enough time to look through the menu as I haven't been to Wendy's for a while. I knew I wanted a Frosty so I got that first. Then I didn't know what else to order so I just a number 1 meal. I am so used to having the workers behind the speaker phone giving me time at other fast food joints especially Mcdo's. Overall I like Wendy's food. Burgers are pretty good. I like the Jr. Bacon Cheesburger. The classic original burgers are good too. The Frosty's are what makes Wendy's Wendy's though. Both chocolate and vanilla are the bomb. The location here is aight. The dine in store inside is pretty homey. The parking outside is very small and limited. It's easily and conveniently located right across the of Aiea Shopping center and right next to beside the Aiea Shopping plaza. So you pretty much can't miss it while driving down or driving up Moanalua Rd. almost by the stadium. Yelp 365 Challenge #54/365

Sometime last year, I read the CNN article 10 Secret Menu Items At Fast Food Restaurants. cnn.com/2009/LIVING/wayo… On this amazing and bizarre list was the Wendy's "Meat Cube." A four squared-patty burger of doom. Like Pandora's Box, I just had to go for it. Call it Pandora's Cube if you must. I ordered this burger by it's name, Meat Cube, and the employees had no idea. Let me tell you, I've done my research. There's Youtube videos of people ordering it by name. So I'm assuming while not-so-secret on the mainland, it's definitely a deep dark secret here. So I explain what it is and they were kind enough to give in to the preposterous idea. Perhaps "The customer is always right" motto came into play here. Without question, they ordered up a triple for me and added an extra patty for a buck more. Out comes this huge monstrosity of a burger wrapped in aluminum/paper/whatever-it-is. I take one bite, it was quite difficult to get my mouth around it. I wish I had a huge mouth like Julia Roberts. Anywho, it was like my heart stopped for a moment. Was it love? Was it my body saying "DON'T KILL ME"? I don't know. I was lucky enough to be with a friend. We asked for a knife and split this burger in half. Even half of it was more than filling. Consistent with Wendy's flavor and texture, so nothing groundbreaking. This is definitely one of those burgers you want to make others eat for a Truth Or Dare game or if you are drunk up the ying yang desiring all food in sight.

I've never been to a fast food place that seems to forget something I've ordered every time. They tend to forget to give you a receipt, so there is no proof of what they didn't put in your bag. I never knew it was so difficult to make sure everything on the order was given to the customer when it's slow. So, when you go to this Wendy's, don't expect the order you gave them.

This Wendy's parking seems to be a issue each time I've tried to go here the parking lot is small so you're lucky if you get one. So far as Wendy's go this has been the only one that has not messed up my order yet. As far as cheap eats go the Jr Bacon Cheesburger is great for that with the value fries and drink two of those Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers and I'm happy. The baked potato is good here too. although I stay away from the Chili unless you like the watery type of Chili I just don't.

Latisha is a very unprofessional employee and she made me very upset! How can you screw up at Wendy's???!!! She is VERY slow and not focused on her job. She asked me 2X during my order taking "is this for here or to go" She forgot my French fries and forgot my value drink I ordered. We used a coupon buy 1 frosty & get 1 free. She gave me only 1 frosty. I had to go back to her 2x to get my order straightened out and the last time I asked her name. She was sassy with me and asked "WHY is there a problem???" I said " what is your name"??? She said Latisha. I said "Oh no! There is NO problem!!!!" I was so mad I couldn't eat my food and I'm sitting here in Wendy's writing this review while my family eat their food.

Had the new Asiago Ranch Chicken flatbread sandwich, it could have been a home run if not for the flatbread. It was not the match! If they change it, will be back for it!

Tried this joint for a salad and for other items for mi familia. The drive thru person was sassy - so unattractive for a man. He stated the total before we could continue ordering - was the machine working??? After trying three times to order more food we gave up. Then we get the order we got Chili which we did not order and one baked potato when we ordered two baked potatoes. Then we asked for a straw for our drink and Sassy Man said, "There is one in your bag." We looked at there was no straw - oh hell to the no?! It is not brain science, right? Dude! Please fix the drive thru order machine!!!

Parking, sucks here period. When it gets busy and you want to go through the drive thru you have to wait out on the road. The staff here seems pretty nice every time I go. ONLY one time did they forget to add the cheese to my fish sandwich but it was too late because I left the establishment. I like all thier new salads do not like that berry tea it taste like watered down syrup, YUCK.

Just tried the W burger. It was good but a little small. Fries were a little soggy and salty but I had a coupon from Midweek and got the meal for under $5 so not too bad.

I personally prefer Wendy's over other fast food burger places. Their value menu isn't as cheap as some of the other places but they have a Jr. bacon cheeseburger on the value menu that's good. Plus I like the fact that if you buy a combo meal you can choose from a baked potato, chili, side salad or french fries as your side at no additional cost. To bad they don't have onion rings here. For under $7 my wife and I had 2 Jr. bacon cheeseburgers, 1 crispy chicken sandwich, 1 small french fry, and 1 small drink (refillable). Burgers and sandwich was made fresh and fries were crispy. I like the chocolate frosty from here too.

Visit: 6/2/09 - Dinner. Ate the combo #1 with oreo frosty and chicken nugget side. Combo was okay. I think I will order a chicken combo next time. Beef sucks here. Frosty was good. Too bad they did not have new coffee toffee frosty. Chicken Nuggets are always good. Too pricey to eat it all the time. Price here is expensive. I would go to Jack in the box or McDonalds for better value and food. I will come back for chicken nuggets. $1 for 4 pieces. Yikes.

After a long shopping session at Babies R Us, I definitely needed something to eat. I could see the Wendy's sign from the parking lot of Babies R Us and I decided to give the place a try. First off, let me say the place was crazy busy. I managed to score the last parking space in the lot. I went inside, and there were no seats. Again, I was lucky and there was a couple leaving as I was standing in line with the hubs. I immediately sent him to save the seat as I was going over the value menu. Their value menu is pretty extensive. It's not all $0.99, but the prices are all pretty much under $2. I ordered a number 2 large for the hubs, and I ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato, some type of double cheeseburger, hot chicken nuggets, and chili rice. The total for everything came out to about $13. I was stoked. I prefer the burgers at McDonald's, but you can't go wrong with the variety at Wendy's. The service was not bad. The place was crazy packed, and I thought my wait time was reasonable. Ultimately, I think I would come back if I was in the area and I wanted something quick and cheap to eat. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

This only pertains to value, value, value. Went there the other week and noticed a 50 cents chili and rice. Thought this was a typo on the fast board menu but sure enough it was only 50 cents. What a deal. Not sure what the occasion was but if they keep on having these deals, I'll be there. P.S. The chili and rice was good......and I did not find a finger in it.

Last night my boyfriend and I decided to make a quick stop to get something to eat. We went though the drive through and the person who was taking our orders seemed nice and polite. However their frosties were apparently out again! (That was the whole point of going there) anyways we got up to the drive thru window to pay and found it was the manager working the window who seemed frustrated. He gave us our drink and told one of his employee to take our money. My boyfriend handed him a $20 bill and the guy replied "out if $20?" and my boyfriend said yes. We waited for our change and he didn't give it to us but instead hands us the food and walks away. The manager came back and looked at us and asked if we paid and we said yes and pointed to the guy who took our money. He looked back at us like we didn't give him the money and the manager asked us the same question again as if we didn't want to pay for our food. I mean come on if that's the case we would've drove off already since we were given all of our food. The manager raises his voice and asked his employee if we paid and the dude finally said "yes and I gave you the $20 they paid with." The manager turned and asked us again if we paid with a $20 and we both yelled yes for the 3rd time! He slammed the cash drawer and instead of handing the change to my boyfriend nicely he kind of just threw it at his hand and all the coins fell on the ground with the receipt WITHOUT EVEN AN APOLOGY OR THANKING US FOR STOPPING BY! My boyfriend had to open his car door and picked up his change while all the cars in the back were staring. I was just about to go through the drive thru window and beat someone! Never going there again because this was the last straw. A month before this recent incident. We decided to dine in and hangout to eat since we wanted Wendy's and this was the nearest to us. The line was fairly long with a wait which was understandable. The girl at the counter took orders from 3 different customers each time and let the rest of us wait. We put in our order and stood to the side to wait. Almost half an hr later we go our food. I had to complain so many times because first they gave our order to someone else because they mixed it up, secondly everyone who ordered before us got their food and was done eating before we even got our food and sat down. I felt sorry for the people behind us because their orders haven't been taken yet! On top of that all the employees were frustrated at one another getting into arguments that we all could hear standing there. This place sucks period! The management and work ethics of employees are poor. I'm not a type of person to review much but because of these scenarios, first thing I said to my boyfriend is "I'M WRITING A DAMN REVIEW ABOUT THIS PLACE!" I wouldn't rate this at all if it allowed us to not rate. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

Since my fiancee didn't want a crepe from Aloha Crepes today, we decided to go down to Wendy's since it was on the way home. I can't believe so many people eat lunch so late. By the time we got there, it was nearly 2:00 and the line for the drive-through was almost to the driveway entrance. When we got inside the restaurant, the line was to the door! Apparently, there was only one person taking orders and one person bringing the food up. After I was done eating half my crepe, I noticed that my fiancee hadn't moved a bit in the line. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. Best to beware going to this Wendy's at 2:00 on Saturdays.

This is not the most fastest Wendys location nor the most efficient. This location always seems to be hiring and hires people who are either experiencing their first job or speak english as a second language. This is a great place for people to learn how to be able to work, but they need to train them better. Also, the way that they take orders and process them in restaurant, is VERY slow and takes a lot of unnecessary time, thus making it not as efficient as they are trying to be. Props again though for taking on employees who are looking to gain workforce experience!

Good service ... In my opinion, the method for letting the customer know their order is ready can be improved upon....There is no overhead speaker & often a language barrier ....

All I can say is, "Monterey Ranch Crispy Chicken Sandwich." IDK how the bf does it, but he always manages to order the right things, to my liking... Hungry after a fun-filled night of bowling at Aiea Bowl, we turned to Wendy's. I'm usually adventurous when it comes to food, but for some reason I didn't feel like venturing outside my norm. ...So, crispy chicken nuggets it was. The bf ordered a chili and rice bowl and a Monterey Ranch Chicken Sandwich. The total came out to approximately $5, which was both surprising and exciting. (Our fast food totals usually come out to around $20, give or take $5.) Anyway, I love Wendy's chicken nuggets bc they are always crispy, not very oily, and never dry. They are so flavorful that I don't even need sauce! ..And this coming from the Queen of Sauces, wow, the chicken must be good. (I love extra of any and all sauces.) I've had the Wendy's chili many times before and I have to say, it's quite good. It's not just beans and sauce.. There's actually a lot of meat in there! The bf was blown away bc, in all honesty, it is pretty darned delicious (and cheap) for fast food chili. I guess he was expecting it to taste like bland spaghetti sauce... Haha. Well, he inhaled it and could not stop talking about how much he now loved Wendy's bc of it. Now on to the Monterey Ranch Chicken Sandwich. The chicken meat was so tender, it was like eating a Filet O Fish Sandwich from McDonald's. The zesty ranch sauce and Monterey Jack Cheese combo were a perfect match with the chicken. Ohhh, it was scrumptious. And the topper is that it's on the value menu. I'm giving this Wendy's 4 stars bc I am now a devout fan of this one. I think the service and presentation has definitely improved since the last time I've been here, which was maybe a year or so ago. This last experience of ours was excellent--quick, pleasant, and neat. The sandwich was nicely made and everything was neatly placed in our bag, rather than just thrown in like at some other Wendy's and fast food joints. I'm looking forward to my next visit here. I love Wendy's, but this location is eh, not the best. The parking lot is structured really weird and there's almost never room, especially when the drive thru is full. It's almost impossible to pull into the entrance. The inside was really messy. There was food on the ground, used napkins all around, dirty trays left on the tables, and dirty tables in general. It was hard to find a nice place to sit. But other than that, I love how it's a cheap, delicious place to get your fast food. Definitely I'd choose Wendy's over mcdonalds.

I know this sounds weird but this Wendy's isn't as good as the others? Maybe because of the staffing or cook? I don't I normally like Wendy's but this lunch wasn't all that great. Maybe over time.

I usually go to Wendy's by the airport since it's closer to town. However, we were at Ford Island last night, so we hit up the Wendy's in Aiea. It was around 9pm and the place was packed and so was the drive-thru. The parking lot is small and had no spaces left, so we parked on the side street. We walk into this place and there are two females taking orders at the register. The line goes down pretty quickly. Within 10 minutes, we are putting in our orders. I noticed that they placed a computer screen facing the customer so that you can see what you're ordering. Nice! We ordered a chocolate and vanilla frosty mix, small chili, cheeseburger jr., two chicken sandwiches, chicken burrito and a medium fries. It took 15 minutes for us to get our completed order. Yikes! The food was decent. It was kind of on the smaller side. Usually, the fries from Wendy's are soggy, yuck. Today, it was somewhat crispy, so I'm not going to complain. Their chili is full of beans. I got full from eating that alone. The best thing from Wendy's is, of course, the frosty.

It's Wendy's and amazing quality. So expect to pay more than the dollar menu at McD's. I love the BBQ chicken salad, baconater fries with cheese sauce on the side and the blueberry pineapple fruit chiller tea is amazing! Asiago chicken sandwich is good too! Baked potato at a fast food place? Yeps.

Not a pleasant visit to this Wendy's. First we got no greeting just blank stares. Second we got helped by someone that doesn't seem to know what he is doing. And when he was getting are food he ate one of the fries from our order. I thought we were all set to go but I double check my order and he got my order incorrect even when his coworker repeated my order to him. They need to train there employees better cause I'm not coming back to this Wendy's again.

Yelp 365 Challenge 2015 #36/365 Nothing to really complain about at this Wendy's, except for maybe the restroom not having paper towels to dry your hands on. I prefer this Wendy's location over the one near the airport just because of the types of people you might see here. For example, at the airport Wendy's, there's always one or two homeless people sitting inside the dining area. In my visits to the Aiea Wendy's, that has not happened (so far at least). As far as food quality, they're on the same level, one isn't necessarily better than the other, but I just would rather come to this location. I like the layout of seating for this location as well. You can either have seats directly in front of the cashier & kitchen, or sit in more private booths around the corner, away from people coming in and out. The cashiers I've had at this location are a little friendlier too, so that's always a plus. Wendy's food is a little more expensive than McDonald's or J-Box, but that's because the quality of their food is a little higher than those. On my last visit, I actually got a chicken sandwich, the Asiago one, and it was pretty good. Once in a while I like to get chicken sandwiches at a burger place for a change, just to see how it is; and I was not disappointed. Also, don't forget to check out their value menu too, before ordering. The prices have gone up on some items such as their 4 piece chicken nuggets, which used to be 99 cents, but now they're 1.29. If you're having some weird dilemma about which Wendy's to go to, then you should come to the Aiea Wendy's.

When did Wendy's get so complicated? I remember, back in the day, ordering a Single burger and specifying exactly what I wanted on it. The woman at the counter looked at me like I had three heads when I did that. I'd like a single with ketchup, mustard, and pickle. "The number one? The single with cheese?" No, just a burger, no cheese. "But a single cheese?" Fine, a single cheese, no cheese. (Suppresses eye roll) "It comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, you want mustard on that too?" Sure. I'm also sure that transaction needn't have been so difficult. Dirty tables in the dining room. My burger came *drenched* in mustard. Their one star is for fountain cherry Coke and the option of a 30-cent-upcharge pretzel bun. Because pretzel buns rule.

For a late night bite, Wendy's is a place I enjoy purchasing food. Although if you go at the latest time they either run out of the food or they can't cook the food due to they turning off their fryers. Other than that Wendy's is a good place to purchase food at a very late hour.

Atrocious - heavily watered down chilly, cheese sauce diluted so much it is yellow water, bacon strips cut to half size, dogs (not service dogs) allowed to be brought in, not just on the floor but carried above the utensils, ketchup, and soda fountain. Management does nothing even though this has been a recurring event and problem. And for just a little local flavor, topless males with stinky armpits can supplement those burgers and fry flavor. Restroom used as local shower and change station for vagrants. Often dirty, stinky and unhygienic. Managers take cash by not giving receipts, then give to GM in return for being paid while not there. To compensate for inventory shortage vs cash then the ports and and value are cut down. Finally why pay for sodas, just bring in your own cannister and fill up.... Wendys is going down.....shame.

  • Cruise L.

I don't know who the manager lady is but if she would concentrate on making sure orders are actually going out right rather than yelling at her employees... that would be great. Also, atleast smile when you hand the food to the customers, especially when they say thank yous to you. Don''t have a look on your face like your cat just got ran over by a mack truck. The service sucks and the food, if it comes out right, has been hit or miss. The Wendy's down by the Harley dealership is mush better, skip this place altogether.

I don't know if I'll ever give a fast food place 5 stars. Those will always be reserved for local shops with personality. Although this Wendy's location is not nearly as crowded as the Pearl City location next to Walmart, the drive thru still runs painfully slow for no reason. My food always feels cold, as if it has been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. They also never asked me for my dressing when I order salad. Just lettuce... no fork... just lettuce. Although I appreciate Wendy's as a whole for offering different choices than other fast food corporations, I am still not impressed with the experience.

Aiea wendys are either always rude or has poor serving skills. Today was the 3rd time in a row they forget my sauces for the chicken nuggets, also today they gave me 1 straw for 2 drinks. Its funny and dumb at the same time. Customer service to take your orders was horrible today, lady kept repeating "will that complete your order" when i kept telling her i need a minute. Never going back.

Went through the drive through with no line and only one car in front of us. I guess the first car drove away without taking their food, and the girl had to ask us what our order was. Then from there it took us about 10 minutes to get our food because there was confusion. The line formed after us, out to the road. The food was mehhh, chicken nuggets were luke warm and the wrap had all the cheese in one area and all the veggies in another area so each bite was either just cheese and chicken or lettuce and chicken. Maybe next time we'll go to mcdonalds.

Just want to say that every time I have went there....mostly through the drive thru....it has been quick and easy. BOTH MOANAULUA STORES Aiea & Pearl City are the BEST!!!!!!! The staff and management seem to make Fast Food ....FAST. Nothing worst than to have to weight for your food. I have not had any problems with them. I have thanked the employees at both locations..... and I think Liz and Ponce are at the Pearl City and I can not think of the young lady that manages evening shift at Aiea.....they will know who I am....by my order....lol.. I LOVE my Apple Pecan Chicken salads.....with Italian dressing. Thank you for going that extra mile, getting me the dressing. Keep up the good work!!!

We were here because I took the wrong exit off of the H201 heading back to town from Waikele, and we were all dying of thirst because there are zero places that sell fountain soda at the desert of Waikele Premium Outlets. It was meant to be! The drive thru was empty and service was quick, and we avoided dehydration.

This is the worst wendys. Came here at 9 at night on multiple occasions and they're always or of chocolate frostys. This time the lady told me they were out of chocolate frosty because they could only make a certain amount of mix per day and because it was Saturday they had run out. Asked to speak to a manager and the manager gave me a completely different story. Suddenly the machine was broken and couldnt dispense the chocolate. She pressed the lever up quickly to show me that it wasn't working but only pressed it for a fraction of a second. The same kind of thing you'd do to fool a child.

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I ate here sometime last year in 2013 and never ever went back. Reason being is because I ate there with a friend and I used their bathroom. I came out of the bathroom to wash my hands and the manager that I saw earlier when ordering my food, flushed the toilet, came out of the stall, did NOT wash her hands, looked in the mirror it fix her hair and walked right back out!!! DISGUSTING!!!! When they have a sign right In front of the mirror that says "Employees must wash hands before returning to work" Really?!?!? Because the manager apparently does not know this or is in fact, blind! So yeah, never ever went back there ever again. Then my bf tells me he brought the kids there after school on a Friday. And he and all of my kids had dhiarrea and vomiting all weekend! Go figure! Must be someone who didn't wash their hands!!!!!!

They always seem to forget something in our order when we use the drive through. How do they expect me to eat chicken nuggets without Honey Mustard sauce???!!! lol We just make sure everything is in the bag before we leave the last window. I must really like the food because no matter how many times they messed up, I still go there.

I love Wendy's normally, the one star review is to warn people that this location has serious poor-management issues. The menu is obviously the same as any other Wendy's and the quality of the food is usually pretty good. Most of the time, the staff members are very personable. But that's assuming you have a chance to order at all. In the last two months, I have attempted to eat at this location and just ended up leaving without ordering because some of the staff members are so poorly trained that they can't seem to process orders that aren't that difficult. The final straw was when I was only the second person in line and did not expect to wait very long. The woman in front of me proceeded to order some kind of "senior special" only she knew about but she kept saying she gets it all the time at the Kapolei location. The employee said she had to ask a manager about the special, which was reasonable. However, when the manager came to the front, she made a point of stating that she came from the Kapolei location and insisted on laying eyes on the person. Then she engaged him in a long "talk story" about Kapolei and other Kapolei customers. During this time, she could have been working on the transaction or letting the cashier help me, but she insisted on holding up the transaction in order to continue chit-chatting. I actually noted that they continued this way for 10 minutes and still hadn't completed that order, and since I walked out at that point I don't know how much longer it ultimately was. Since she was supposed to be the "manager" and yet exhibited such rude and unprofessional conduct, I guess there is no reason to expect any reasonable standard of service from this location. Although its usually more crowded, the service at the Pearl City location is usually much more efficient. Maybe that's why they are so much busier!

Wendy's is my fav fast food burger place in Hawaii. The burgers are fresh, never frozen and you can order it how you like it. Fries have recently chaged and I love them. Fresh cut with sea salt. You don't have to have fries, if you are trying to eat healthaier, tehy have other options such as sliced apples, salad or chili.

Worst service out of all Wendy's on the island. Long wait times (25 minutes at my last visit), inaccurate orders (more than half the order wrong), cold food and a staff that does not seem to care. I was watching the kitchen, which I had ample time to do, and they were out of cooked hamburger and chicken patties, with not enough staff to even keep up with the lunch crowd. I contacted Luther who is the general manager for Wendy's of Hawaii and he was not helpful. I explained the situation and after giving him many details, he offered a refund but when I contacted him regarding the refund, NO ANSWER and no further communication from him. AVOID!

5.18.13. LOVE Wendy's (Frostees)!! This location is terrible, mostly because it is located in a super inconvenient spot. One, it's difficult to tell where the entrance is and exiting is kind of tricky. If you're not familiar with the area, I would def suggest looking up how to get here or just avoid this location. Service here was good though--very patient & friendly! Yelp 365 Challenge: #137/365

I love Wendy's. Their food is good and I feel it's higher-quality than places like McDonald's. That said, this location is the worst location I have ever been to in my life. I am leaving now after going back to return my food that I got in the drive-through, because they gave me the wrong order. I didn't notice until I got home, which sucks, but it's understandable. It happens. What's infuriating about this trip, is that this is my second trip in a row where they have done this to me. I probably should have checked my bag before pulling away, but I really didn't think that large of a mistake would happen twice in a row, but they sure proved me wrong! I would have given them two stars for how they handled it when I got back to the store, the first time the female afternoon manager gave me a free Frosty. This time however (on a Tuesday, 9 o'clock at night) the other lady manager just switched out my food, said she was sorry and then left me alone. I don't look for free food but when you screw up like that twice in a row, I would think a manager would want to give somebody SOMETHING as an apology for being incompetent. The day time male manager a nice and on point, he's always riding his employees to ask the customers the right questions and be prompt and friendly with every order. I truly love Wendy's, but I don't love making two trips every time I want to use the drive through. I'll have to stop going to this location.

Short review. Went to the drive thru to pick up some food. Paid with a $100 bill. Was told that they couldn't find the manager and if we had anything smaller. We told them no and he suddenly appeared not to long afterwards, like 1 minute. Really hinky... #Yelp 365 027/365 Date Visited: Saturday, August 27, 2011

I was initially going to give at least 2 stars because I like the food and the prices are alright. However, the service sucks sooooo bad. It's not that the employees are rude or anything, they're just incompetent. I always order salads WITHOUT blue cheese. Seriously, who the hell likes that shit? More than 4 times already, I got home to have the disappointment of moldy shit in my salad :( Very unhappy. Even when we tried rinsing it out, the taste was still there. I also wish they would bring back the berry almond chicken salad. That was the BEST!! This summer's strawberry fields is ok, but nothing compared to the berry almond. I was looking forward to it all year since it's only a summer thing. Bummer. Their chili used to have a lot of meat and veggies. Now, it's watery and full of beans with very little meat or veggies. It was more like eating a beany soup than actual chili. So gross, don't order. I also always order drinks without ice from any fast food place. I don't like my drink getting watery. This place is so ridiculously stingy that they'll give you less drink to compensate if you request no ice. What the fuck. My soda was literally lacking 2" of drink. Terrible! No other place has EVER done this before! Just here. It also seemed like the fruit punch had water added into it because despite being full, it was extremely watery. The list of my complaints go on and on. I have an issue with my order 4 times out of 5. Whether they put in blue cheese, somehow forget the bacon in my jbc, or completely forget an item all together, this place is shit. I hate that I always forget why I stop coming here until I go back again. Those employees need to get their shit together. I'm sorry, but being decently nice is not the only part of being a good employee. You have to be able to do things right without pissing customers off. I've worked in food service and I know mistakes happen, but almost every time? This is fucking ridiculous.

Lets start by saying this tier of fast food is a step up from McDonald/arby's/burger king. Food is cooked with better quality than most. My personal favorite thing on the menu is their lemonades and their tea's. When it comes to eating on the go wendy's is the place to go. Only with their parking log was bigger is seems much to small for such a large seating area.

I've only eaten from here once or twice, other times I'm just joining someone else as they order. I mean other fast food places probably do the same thing but to actually see how the food was prepped... Yeah I didn't want to eat at any Wendy's after. I mean the place itself was clean but it's the food that people come for. At the same time I don't understand why they have long lines during lunch. Go somewhere else. It also causes traffic when you turn in from Moanalua Road. Luckily there hasn't been any accidents or really long lines that extend onto the main road. Parking: limited stalls.

I'be been here multiple times and it's the same story, every time: be prepared to wait. This isn't really fast food. Every time I come here I have to wait at least 5 minutes in the drive thru. This is also true when it isn't busy, and there is no line. I'm not sure what the story is at this location, but the moral seems to be patience.

Stopped at Wendys in Wahiawa...havent gone to a Wendys in a few years since the Windward side has none and the closest was the airport. It wasnt lunchtime yet and the place was actually quiet. We walked in and there was already someone standing in line to order but no one there to take it. Took almost 5 minutes before someone showed up to the register. When we were ready to order all I wanted was a baked potato so when he told me there was none i didnt know what i wanted after that. No back up plan. Worse the guy yelled to the other employees asking if there was any more potatoes...too tacky really. Ive gone to 3 Wendys that never seem to have baked potatoes and it was during slow periods when I stopped by so unsure why there isnt any. So i put a complaint in the survey. 2 days later I go a call from Luther the DM and he was at the location I had stopped by to talk to the mgr there...WOW impressive. Wasnt even asking for anything fee tho he offered me a combo meal next time i stopped by.

Love Wendys, hate this location! my 1st and last time we went to the drive through and tried to order chili(solid out) fries(not ready yet) frosty(machine is broken) & a double stack. They only had the double stack!! im not sure if the girl was being an ass or they really were out of everything( she had that sassy tone that made here sound like she didnt wanna work). We ended up eating somewhere else obviously but this location will forever be in my books as "the shitty location".

I never really tried Wendy's until I got married.. my hubby is a fan of Wendy's. The idea that their hamburger was square and not round just seemed weird to me... since most of the hamburgers I know are round. I have seen Wendy's at Japan, but never really stopped by... man was i missing out! This location is usually very busy around lunch time and you can see the cars lined out almost to the road... but if you make it at a good time, definitely try their burgers ! If i had the choice between McDonald and Wendy's .. it would most definitely be WENDY'S!

Isn't this supposed to be "fast food"? Four of us from the office went to this wendys. It was not my choice, but I was the oddball "I-don't-do-fast-food-joints" and we were carpooling. It took forever to get to order. I looked back and I felt bad for the line behind me, mostly military in uniform, lined up almost to the door. Getting my order- just a baked potato and jr. Frosty- took about the same agonizing amount of time. Were they pulling the potato out of the ground?
