Typically have great service at this location including their curbside Togo which I love having that option. The bread is truly why I come and free pie Wednesday isn't a bad deal either! Check the 9.99 menu and they have incredible honey mustard and chicken!

I love this place more than anything! It is a great place to bring your kids, especially on free pie Wednesday!

While I would never say, "ooooh, O'Charley's for dinner" it's a decent place to go for lunch. Was there yesterday with book club and it worked out fine: -- a number of choose-your-combo meals at $6.99 and $7.99 -- no problem accommodating a large party -- service with a smile, and separate checks! We all had some variation of salad, soup, sandwich -- and no complaints. If you're looking for a succulent steak or a gourmet whatever, I'd keep going. But for a basic middle-of-the-road lunch ... not bad!

Free Pie Wednesday!!! What a wonderful 1st impression, never eaten here before, but I already love it! The rolls are so delicate and fresh, Baby Back Ribs are yummy, asparagus and loaded baked potato were amazing!

The loaded potato soup and fresh rolls are still must haves. Management is nice and willing to help local organizations

Been here a couple times and the food is pretty good for a chain restaurant. The free bread is delicious and always comes out fresh. Wait staff is so nice and friendly. They seem to really go out of their way when you have kids with. Free pie Wednesday is also a plus!

Been here a few times and have managed to find something different each time. The wait staff is awesome and the food goes down easy with one of the delicious punch's. So today I had the chicken tender dinner covered in chipotle sauce with some veggies. I was very happy with my food and I will be back again for a new adventure.

My sons and I love the prime rib deal. Great food, portions are perfect. I'm glad we took our servers,Becky's suggestion with the prime rib. Her service was perfect. Great personality! Thank You! We will be back!

Perspective: Franchise Restaurant - American food We had a salad, cowboy sirloin, and burger. They serve free rolls. The inside is pretty tired looking. The food is ordinary at best. The service is Ok. The prices are about average, We did get glasses of wine for $3 that were actually tasty. Adjust your expectations accordingly and you'll do fine. There aren't a lot of options for a steak in this neck of the woods,

Great drink prices and apps are solid. However I ordered steak here on two separate occasions and on both occasions I received a cut of seasoned shoe leather. The steaks are over done regardless of how you order them.

I know that I shouldn't expect much from O'Charley's. They aren't exactly the best of even the big, generic chains that are out there. However, when my boyfriend and I got take-out from there on a lazy Sunday night, it was far, far worse than our already low expectations allowed. We both ordered ribeyes. Both of which were horribly unevenly cut, thus being wildly unevenly cooked. We both ordered them Med Rare, but they had corners that were borderline burnt, and other areas that were cold in the middle (I don't even know how you achieve something like that). Even if the steaks weren't so weirdly cooked, they didn't taste they steak. They tasted like roast beef. That was the most off-putting thing about the meal. Furthermore, the woody ends were not cut or broken off from our asparagus and were not seasoned at all. The potatoes were gluey and under seasoned. The point? This place is good for nothing but chicken tenders. Their food tasted like reheated leftovers from the Piccadilly Cafeteria. I have no idea why people continue to patronize this place.

Stopped in the bar for happy hour and dinner. I got the steak and salmon and fiance got an appetizer sampler. My steak was a little well done but I ate more than I should've. My salmon was perfect. The manager seemed worried I didn't want to take the leftovers but I told him we were just in town visiting. We would return of we were around longer.

I love, love, love their soft buttery buns. The California Chicken salad is my favorite salad out if all the restaurants I go to. I enjoy the atmosphere and the service is almost always very good. I would recommend O'Charley's to anyone wanting a good meal.

I love O'Charley's because it is simple and cheap quality food. I do have to say though that the last three-four times I have been, the food has been mediocre and the wait staff was very arrogant (every time I had someone around 16-20). I like this place because it is convenient, but these days I am second guessing going.

The four of us went to this location the day before Mother's Day, and it was jammin'. The food was pretty darn good. Our waitress was on point, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend this place to others.

Gushing about a chain sounds like an ad, but I really do like O'Charley's. Despite the Irish name, it's your standard American fare. But boy is it good! The fried chicken comes drizzled with honey, the smashed potatoes have just the right mix of smooth with chunks of potato, the appetizers grab your tastebuds without filling out up and the potato soup is something I get almost every time. The food came out hot and fresh and was quite satisfying. But there are hiccups. This location needed to do a better job of cleaning the floor between guests - i get that you can't break out the vacuum in the middle of lunch but getting the larger pieces of lettuce from a wayward salad should be a priority. The other issue is sometimes we've gotten fries in the potato soup. I don't think this is the usual means of potatoing up the soup, since we've gotten normal potato parts before, so I think it was a one time thing with a harried cook, but it was still off-putting. Anyway, I'd go again - it's quite good and a reasonable price.

It's been several months and several visits since my last review. Consistently good food and service has earned them another star. They might not be the absolute best restaurant in town, but they are very consistent. Definitely worth a visit. The "unsliceable" rolls are always fresh and tasty!

My husband and I come here when we're feeling lazy and not in a cooking mood. He loves the chicken tenders. The majority of the time they're pretty good; juicy and crispy on the outside. I have fallen in love with the fried cod and shrimp. They are always cooked to perfection. Let's not forget to mention the bread!! The only downfall of this place is that the tv's are not big enough in the bar area. You can barely see anything on the screen. This restaurant has a bar area and a lounge area that is perfect for family dining. There's plenty of parking in the private lot.

Went for Wed lunch. I was pretty impressed. Manager and staff were all very pleasant and attentive and genuinely seemed interested in your experience. Food was great value. I had a sirloin lunch for $10 and the meat was excellent and perfectly prepared. Also free pie on Wed! It is always great to know that people are really putting in sincere effort in their work, especially in such a "commodity" as one of hundreds of restaurant options. Kudos to the managers and staff for great attitudes. Give them a try!

All I have to say is if your not white, you may want to spend your money elsewhere. Maybe it was just a bad night but even the manager looked at us as to say "what the hell are you doing here"? It was blatant. The only reason for our visit was because of a discount flyer received in the mail. On a positive note our waitress was wonderful.
