Donuts are fresh, coffee is hot. They do have large lines in the mornings just due to location, which is a great in and out location right next to highway ramp for 575. Good stop

Pretty loyal D&D family. It was so nice to know that there was one so close to us. Unfortunately, this one really needs some help. Almost every time we go through the drive through we are told to pull up to wait for our order. Really? For a couple breakfast sandwiches and coffee? They have also gotten our order wrong several times. Oh how I can't stand that when I have already pulled away! They are never very friendly either! Now I know that it's a fast food restaurant but I could care less! I still want that smile and genuine service when I choose to patronize a restaurant. Ok, last vent. They have a huge marquee right on TLP! This is a marketing gem! They typically have letters missing, or it's just a mess! This is such a great marketing tool that they could use to their benefit! Hope they can get it together!

I purchased 3 scoops of butter pecan ice cream on a waffle cone. The ice cream tasted terrible and my cone fell apart because the person ended up cracking the bottom portion of my cone when filling the cone. I ended up throwing it away and going to the dunkin doughnuts/baskin robins on chastain pkwy and purchased another, definightly a much better spot.

Three times here and great service each time. I've ordered coffee donuts and bagels, served fast with a smile. Can't speak to the ice cream side of the business but they have the coffee business on lock. DD is the real deal, Starbucks step aside.

As loyal DD customers, we visit daily . On an emergency trip to Woodstock, we stopped here. Since my injured husband couldn't get out of the car & drive thru was slammed, I went in with both phones to use apps. ( This hasn't been a problem in the past at other DD facilities. I have NEVER had a cashier be SO rude ! It wasn't that he told me I couldn't use my husbands phone app ,too, it was his overall rudeness. Then he literally slung my bag on the counter and when I requested it heated he acted extremely put out ! Then my order was burned. :-/ We go to DD even when the coffee isn't free ;) I will go to ANY other facility to keep from coming here. THAT rudeness is just unprofessional and unacceptable !!

Stopped to get a Banana Royal Sundae for my wife. Place was dirty and idiot high school kid was going to serve very old banana laying on counter to me. Will never visit again!

I gave this place three chances before finally decided to take the extra few minutes to drive to a different Dunkin Donuts because I got tired of having my order messed up/mixed up with someone elses. The first time I ordered a iced caramel latte in the drive through and was handed a hot one when I got to the window. Days/weeks later I ordered a donut on my way to work(drive through) and when I got to work and opened the bag I found a bagel, and my final straw happened the other day when I ordered one iced caramal latte and one iced french vanilla coffee (again drive through) and was handed what I thought I had ordered but when I got to my location and took a drink of mine it wasnt caramel or french vanilla and my friend had just gotten a plain iced coffee. Saying that, I will admit that the staff is nice about 75% of the time and willing to fix their mistakes, IF I catch it before I drive off.
