Food was acceptable and I liked the flavor. The shrimp cocktail was excellent but the chile relleno was not what I hoped for coming from AZ.

Terrible service from the minute my husband and I walked in. The servers were just sitting around as if they came to hang out with one another and gossip instead of work. The expressions on their faces showed no interest in being friendly or helpful. We sat ourselves and after 5 minutes or so, no one came by to give us menus or get our drinks. Eventually we got up and put in an order with someone. The food is generic at best. I don't like writing bad reviews but the people here definitely left a bad impression.

Food was decent. Being from California we get spoiled with authenticate Mexican restaurants. Not bad for being so far from the south of the border :-). I got to say though management is terrible. The manager there is a smart ass young punk that has zero customer service. His smirk and arrogant attitude needs a huge adjustment. There are many fine restaurants with much better authenticate southern food and management that greets you by name and with a smile. Unless your dying to eat Mexican food, give one of the other establishments your hard earned money. In such a great small town, some businesses like Taylor's BBQ, The Good Day Cafe, and Burke Perk really know how to win over customer satisfaction not only with great southern food but they give you that excellent small town southern home feeling.

I was surprised by the quality of their food. Very good enchiladas and tamales. I would eat here again. Not the greatest in the world but for a small town in GA it's good.

Flavorless cheese, salsa, beans, and rice, dried up steak on the tacos, cheeseless nachos, and to top it off, their margaritas can't be ordered without sweet and sour or processed crap. It's been the Only port in the storm as they say. Only mexican joint without driving 30 miles. This all means I have gone here because I didn't want the dive steak joint that made my friend sick, the dirty closed now cajun place, subway, fast food, or chinese, and I'm not dressed well enough to go to the local cafe. But, my girlfriend likes it so I'll go, cover everything with their guacamole and do straight shots of tequila to wash it down. Thank goodness she drives.

Certainly not the best Mexican food I've ever eaten, but far from the worst. And there's nothing that really stands out about the place. Just a run of the mill Mexican restaurant in the boonies of GA. Parking is ample and the service was OK, prices reasonable.

your best bet for any semblance of culture in this sleepy town. The country folks say there are no liquor sales on sunday, hence there is NOOOO MARGARITAS on sunday here. The chips and salsa are as to be expected. This is the only decent watering hole I found. Its a safe bet. There is no other competition so, enjoy it.

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque.
