This is my favorite Mexican restaurant right now. The staff is very friendly. The food is great! The mango margarita is amazing! My favorite food items are the vegetarian quesadillas and the shrimp nachos! I come to this place at least once a week.
I've been to Eduardo's twice over a period of a few years, and it was excellent both times. Food is hot, service is friendly and prompt, prices are very reasonable. I don't understand the negative reviews, but I did notice that there were few customers both times I was there (lunchtime both times). I found the food to be above average for American Tex-Mex fare. Based on my two visits, I recommend Eduardo's if you're traveling through Atlanta on I-285 on the east side of the city.
The Chile Poblanos are served with a GREAT Chipotle sauce. YUMMY shit!

Supposedly another local place....where you see people from Kennesaw :) L'Thai used to be "Thai Flavor" when i first visited it. Ever since...forgive my spelling... Pythya became a partner, the restaurant went through a major upgrade of its interior as well as the alcohol and food selection. I think this is a place that by the sheer selection of wine and beer would have even pleased Kingsley Amis ("Everyday drinking"), too. Now to the food. Very good food. Very authentic. Very fresh and (honestly...who cares...) organic food. Organic or not, the ingredients are great, fresh and local. The quality is consistently top tier. This is honestly one of the best and the only fully organic Thai restaurant in ATL. And even better, the prices are slightly more than average Thai, but extremely reasonable. The dining atmosphere is great. You feel you are sitting under trees with a faint waterfall in the background. Both booths and chairs are very comfy. They did a great job. If you are into Thai, I think this restaurant is a must go to! Just avoid that seedy pub next door!
Loved it! Green curry - tasty little green tomatoes and lots of other delicious vegies. I asked for just a little tofu and lots of vegies and they did exactly what I asked. I ordered 3 peppers on their spicy scale (3 out of 4) and it still wasn't super spicy. So if you like it hot, ask for 4. To my delight, they did have brown rice. We went for lunch and the food came in under 5 minutes - nice because we were in a hurry. Great place! Very reasonably priced for the quality of food and also for the dining experience. Nice decor and atmosphere.
One of the most authentic Thai restaurant in Tucker (it has some competition) and Atlanta. A dark, quiet restaurant with a bubbling indoor koi pond, it's good for a secluded date night or relaxing evening alone. Call ahead for "reservations" though. They are not really needed (they are usually only at half capacity) , but they ask if you have them and will give you snarky looks if you don't. However, after you get over that, the rest of the evening will go nicely. Almost everything on the menu is organic, or has an organic option. Every item also suggests a complementing wine (if that's your thing). the food is very nice - not unnecessarily sweetened like many other places do. The chef's get bonus points for sticking to traditional Thai recipes. Something worth note: this is the only restaurant in Tucker, and more than likely in all of Atlanta (and I might even venture to say one of very few in America), that serves the desert - Durian. A Thai fruit, Durian is known at the "King of the Fruits" because, as it was explained to me: it has vitamins, minerals, and is very good for you. It is served here as a desert - hot, over ice cream. This says nothing about the smell. When they started cooking it - I thought they had just started burning road kill. And when the brought it out to us - well, as the dish itself got closer to me, the odor got worse. If nothing else - that should tell you just HOW authentic this restaurant is: 100%.

My friend kept on raving about the peach muffins. I finally made it here after a failed muffin mission due to an inaccurate Google Maps incident. I don't think there are any locations near downtown. So, don't believe Google Maps! I sat down for lunch and immediately demanded a peach muffin while I perused the menu. The muffin was light and fluffy. They were sized like a grade-school birthday homemade cupcake. I wish there were huge chunks of peaches, or something. I had a single serving of the country fried steak, which was excellent. I had sides of the corn nuggets and fried green tomatoes. Service, as expected, was excellent. So was the speed of the food. If you like all you can eat deals, they have a different deal every day of the week. I went on a Wednesday, $11.95 for AYCE fried chicken AND country fried steak. Killer.
Great pulled pork sandwich! Peach cobbler was disappointing, more cobbler than peach in my serving. I will stop in again though!
Good food and price is right. Service was fine and quick.

Been searching for GOOD Thai food in Atlanta and this is now on top of the list. The struggle is real when you are looking for good Thai food in Atlanta. Sure, Atlanta has good Pho or Korean but chinese and Thai are missing from the landscape. Sure you can find "American" versions of Thai but the flavors all are a bit bland and just not quite there. So when in this area, we pulled up Yelp and searched for a new spot to try. Thank you YELP. When we arrived, I will admit that most people might not walk in. It is a hole in the wall. But that does not scare me. It was the Sunday of Labor day weekend at about 6:00pm and we were the only ones in the restaurant. So I was a bit worried about the freshness of the food, but that was not a problem. We started with the Coconut soup. I first judge any Thai restaurant on if they can make a good bowl of coconut soup. This one wasn't bad but also not the best in town. They use coconut milk (which a lot of places do) but the soup was thin. I Highly recommend that pl;aces should use coconut cream as it gives a much better richness and mouth feel. But the flavors in the soup were good. A bit expensive at $4 a small bowl. I would most likely skip this next visit. I had the Panang Curry and wife had the Pad Thai. While I ordered my Panang "Thai hot", it was not very spicy at all. My wife ordered her Pad Thai "spicy" but it was not spicy either. That is ok, we can add heat later and I understand why the restaurant is careful with this. Many people order something "Thai hot" but do not really want something that spicy. A little chili paste and powder fixed that right up. The flavors of the food are what matter. The pad thai was one of the best I have had. No need for lime, flavor was in there. No need for wanting for depth of flavor because it had it. The curry was also good, once I got the heat balanced where I wanted it all the flavors rang through. The service was good and it is definitely and mom and son ran place. Mom was wonderful and welcoming. You could tell they took pride in what they did and wanted their guests to have a great experience. While this place is a bit far from our home in Loganville, it may be worth the special trip down and is going to be on the list anytime I happen to be in the area craving some good food.
You'll find Yum Yum Thai in the same shopping center as the newly moved Handy Hardware. The food here is solid with fresh ingredients and a good mix of flavors. They'll also accommodate you if you're looking for some extra heat. Service is excellent (I've only eaten there for lunch). I'm not sure how busy they are for dinner. In any case, it's nice to have some variation in Tucker, especially on the spicy side. The food is more in the 3.5/5 range but I'm rounding up because I like the people here so much. Lunch is well under $10 and the the portion is large.
The restaurant is in a dilapidated strip shopping center. Only about 1/8th of the stores are still occupied. I was very reluctant to visit the restaurant, but there were a lot of people at the restaurant. I've visited India, so I should be able to handle anything. The restaurant's decor is..ambiguous? Old and dated, but comfortable and somewhat Thai like. We were greeted enthusiastically by our waiter. We only saw one other employee. Mom ordered pad see ew and I ordered pad thai for lunch. The menu wasn't extensive, but they offered basic Thai dishes. The vegetable spring roll was good, but very greasy. Mom liked her pad see ew. That's nothing new, since she loves all food. I ordered my pad thai with tofu at level 3 out of 4 spiciness. It still wasn't hot enough, but I asked for the spicy condiments and that helped. The pad thai was far from the best I've had and far from the worst I've had. It was extremely mediocre. It had a bit of a weird taste. One really great thing about the menu is that all the menu items can be ordered with tofu for vegetarians. The tofu is cooked perfectly. I have very high standards for restrooms and Yum Yum did not meet that standard. It felt dirty and dated. Our waiter was one of the nicest waiters I have ever met. He liked my elderly mother, so he gave her a thai tea to take with her, since she went crazy over the tea we ordered. It was way too sweet for me, but I don't like sweet drinks. He packaged our takeout food for us and put our drinks in to-go cups. The price for 2 meals and 2 drinks was less than $17.00. The lunch portions are ginormous. Maybe I will give Yum Yum another chance. I'm interested in trying one of the curries. Having experienced some amazing pad thai from restaurants that are no longer in business or are in different cities, I'm still on a quest to find some outstanding pad thai. I'm starting to think that I need to stick with the curries and other noodle dishes.
