Order delivery at least twice a month, usually on the weekends. There is always a 45+ min wait for delivery, which is fine. The pizza is always consistent. Nice medium/thin crust, fresh sauce and toppings. I also love the garlic knots with marinara. The only down side is that I order the same two items and always quoted a different price. Usually only a dollar off. Not a huge deal but please be aware.

With pizza delivery, its a fairly well-known belief that quality will be lacking, but you are somewhat OK with it, right? Not tonight Johnny's Pizza was never anything special for the myriad of times I've given them my money, and this location's attempt was no different. I am aware of time constraints, and that my inability to visit an actual location makes quality tough, but at what point was what I received worth waiting/paying for? By the time the poor delivery guy arrived at my door, full of apologies, the pizza was stone cold. The spots of mozzarella on my marge were like cold-rubber cement, with no semblance of freshness anywhere, and the crust overpowered the rest of the pizza with quite a bit of leftover dough to make a matching set of bread sticks. Not impressed in the slightest, and will most likely not be ordering from this location (or any Johnny's) in the foreseeable future. If Dumbinos, Poopa John's, Marco's and some other locals can do mediocre consistently, then I'd rather plunk my $20 there for atleast some semblance of knowing what I bought into prior. I remember when Johnny's Pizza was held in a higher standard than that of those other places, but I would love to debate anyone that says they are at this point in time.

Absolutely horrible, we ordered 2 pizzas and were told 45 mins ... 65 mins later we called and they said pizza will be there in 5 mins ... We called again after 20 mins and spoke to the manager he said pizza guy is around the corner. Almost 2 hours later our pizza arrived. Will never order from here again

I have two confessions to make about this Johnny's NY Pizza: 1 - I have only ever had take out from them, and 2 - I have only ever had their pizza. That being said, their service for take out is usually pretty fast and the staff is friendly. The pizza; however, is really not all that good... Super greasy, flavorless sauce, skimpy on the cheese, crust just so so, really not much taste to it at all. Sorry Johnny, I really wanted to like your pizza because you are just down the street from my office but I'm going to have to drive a little further down the road next time when I'm craving a couple of slices for lunch.

The quality of this place has really went down hill. Their pizza is just average, there are much better options for the same amount of money within a mile of this location. I got a Caesar Salad, add grilled chicken, and add more grilled chicken (I just got done working out) I pay $12 and some change including a tip, get it home, open it up. 6 small slivers of grilled chicken. And it was the kind you can get at walmart that is precooked and presliced in a bag for like $2 or $3 for a pound of nastiness. I tried to eat it because I was starving, but it was disgusting. I will surely make the drive to a nearby Zaxby's to get the same thing for about the same price.

Food was excellent but the service knocked this down to awful. It was 3pm on a saturday and the server was no where to be seen.. No drink re fills, the cook brought out the pizza, and the sides of ranch we asked for, we literally got uo to get our own silver and napkins. dirty plates stayed on the 4 person table. We finally got her attention and asked for a box, she brought us a slice sized boxf or practically a medium pizza. I know not everyone is cut out to be a server, but seriously.. if you are aiming to chase off your lunch crowd.. this is the way to do it. We ordered salad, knots, a large pizza and a calzone and the food was all deliciously spot on. so props to the cook..

Solid 3. Service is friendly and pizza is good. Definitely have had better but today a slice of cheese did the job. The crust was yummy though.

Solid subs and generally tasty pizza. Had my safe-bet Turkey Sub again this evening. It never disappoints. Service is friendly and efficient. It's a good pizza and sandwich joint. This location has been here for a while now.

Called in a delivery order, was told it would be 45 minutes, after 1 1/2 hours called back, they stated they had my address wrong and it would be there shortly. twenty minutes later a delivery person showed up, with the wrong order. I called back and they told me, we are sorry, you had the half and half pie, I said no I had the meat lovers. They then told me they would send the pie right out, remember this is over 2 hours after I ordered the pie, and I believe they were going to send the same pie out, because they did not tell me they were going to make another one. I told them no thanks, and to make sure I wasn't charged for the pizza. 10 minutes later they called me back, and asked for Chloe, I said no this is...., he then stated oh sorry, wrong number. I then asked again, that he make sure I was not charged for thee pizza, and he stated, oh don't worry it was written up as a pick up so you wouldn't have been charged till you picked it up. So I guess the original story about having my address wrong was totally untrue. I will never call this place again, I do understand mistakes, I do not appreciate being lied to.

After a long day of softball [& I do mean a long day], wanted to get some pizza to recharge my batteries. Used my trusty yelp app and tracked down a Johnny's Pizza. This one has usually been a consistent winner for me, but being out of my area I didn't know how this one would be. This location is smaller than the one's closer to Atlanta and the service is sloooooowwwwww. In a pinch it will do but I won't drive out of my way for it. At least the food was consistent with the locations closer to the city.

Single slice vegetarian deluxe and share a salad with a cold beer and this place can't be beat for casual dining. The wait staff is great!

Hair on the pizza........I'm done. Plus waiter sort of ignored us after a large party came in.

  • Murray H.

Pizza is pretty good, but the service was sub par. After we received our food, the waitress didn't come back to the table to check on us for almost 25-30 minutes, and at that time we were done. This is a very small place, and only 3 small tables were being waited on, so no excuse for the poor service. I hate to see this because I really enjoy some of their other locations.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
