This review is only about getting value for your money. The owners of this location really do give you a much smaller scoop of ice cream than at other locations. If they see you holding a coupon in your hand, you'll get even a smaller serving. If this sort of thing bothers you, travel down Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road towards Lawrenceville and you will be at a location that actually gives you a decent amount of ice cream for the prices they charge. My husband and I have travelled to both locations for over a year and the serving sizes have been smaller on every occasion on the PIB. Just watchin' out for your dollar.

Pretty disappointing. My wife and daughter wanted to get some ice cream after dinner and the quality of this spot is lacking significantly. Expensive and not that great tasting.

This Bruster's is losing my business over $4.24. I received a Birthday coupon from Bruster's corporate for a free small waffle cone and went to this location to redeem it on 10/14. I informed the "scooper" that we had this coupon and placed our order for 2 cones. After he gave us the ice cream, and I handed him the coupon, he refused to accept it because it had the Bruster's corporate address in Bridgewater, PA, at the bottom of the page instead of the Suwanee address. I attempted to explain to him that this is for the Bruster's Birthday Club, and I showed him the fine print, but I had no success reasoning with this mouth breather. After a few minutes I told him to just keep the ice cream and I would purchase 1, but he didn't like that either and threatened to call the police. I paid the $8.45 for 2 small waffle cones, and they have lost my business.

The kiddie cones they advertise in their ad for kids under 40" tall are NOT FREE. In the ad, it does not mention anything about having to purchase anything to get it free. Since, I did not buy anything for myself, I had to pay $1.50 for a little kiddie cone. By the time, we got the ice cream it was already melting. I think I will just save my money next time and get ice cream from a grocery store. I agree with others that they are priced high and quality isn't that great. I would not come back again.
