Took family to Denny's a couple days after Grand opening. Took more than 15 minutes to get our drink order in another 20 minutes to take our food order. And then it took them 30 minutes to get the food and the place wasn't that busy but we saw a lot of people standing around doing nothing. Family doesn't want to go back but I will give them one more try. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

We went to have diner, place was busy but not full; the staff looked disoriented, we were entering the restaurant and a guy asked us if we were ready to check out???? He asked the same question to the party that got in just after us!!!!!! Another employee showed us a table with his finger and told us to seat over there, he grabbed the menus and said that he will fix it (table still with plates and cups) and take care of us. He cleared the table and we had to ask him to please wipe it down because it was dirty from the former party that was sitting in there. He came, apologized and cleaned the table. After 15-20 minutes, we were about to stand up and leave, someone from the working/kitchen station said that someone will be right with us, and she told the same to the party (a couple) that was on a table beside us and were there before us. To resume, food was "OK", not bad, but not excellent; service, terrible!!! Too many servers but very unorganized! We had to ask for napkins, drink refills, and cream for coffee. We were disappointed! We won't return! Sorry!

We visited Sunday 2/8/15. Halfway into our meals my wife discovered a strand of hair on her plate, we then asked for a manager and while waiting for the manager I also discovered hair on my plate as well. The server returned and asked if we wanted to have our food made over and we said no. The manager never came to our table and the server took the 2 meals off our bill and was charging us for the drinks and the kids meal. I get to register to pay and then a manager asks "how was everthing?", when I informerd her of what happened she then apologized but it was too late but she did decide not to even charge for drinks and kids meal. We really looked foward to dining at this new location and was very disappointed in Dennys. I want to go back but am too scared that new employees havent been trained on food saftey. While waiting to pay I did notice that kitchen staff were not wearing hair nets of gloves.

Seems as though every single employee has zero restaurant experience. The place is an absolute disaster. From waiting too long to be seated, to waiting eternally for a waitress after being seated, to the long wait for food that is incorrectly cooked, to not being able to find your waitress and get refills. Solid failure unless they get some strict professionals in there STAT.

My first experience was an off peak time... And service was good and food came as ordered and in reasonable time..... Second visit they were slammed, line out the door so I opted for the bar since there was an empty there....I saw my previous sever walk by and he said hi... And I told him I was ready to order.... Not knowing this wasn't his station.... But he took the order (and actually remembered my previous order from two weeks before)and it came out way faster than expected..... Prob not as well prepared as my first visit but it was good and I knew they were busy... I apologized to the server that was supposed to serve the bar for ordering from some one else and he was nice about it.... Most the staff did seem young and inexperienced but didn't effect me on my two visits..... Pricing on the regular menu is fairly expensive, but the value menu had some very good deals.....

I'm from Cali so I grew up on Denny's so I was happy to see one pop up 5 min from my home cause I like their food and the fact that they are 24 hrs but service is terrible, each time has been really busy and it would take long to even get a glass of water. Best service I've had there though was At 4am when it was empty lol

Yikes! I saw some reviews that didn't look good so I called ahead. Put on hold for 5 mins to order eggs and ham. Love Denny's just not this one

Great experience. Service was skilled, efficient and pleasant. The food was delicious, fresh and correctly prepared. We did have to wait a bit for our food, but with the rush of it being newly opened we were patient. Will be a customer for many years to come.

I have given this location 3 tries now. The food is good (I guess that is why I went back again). However, the staff there is awful and seem not the know what they are doing. First of all, they always try to put my family of 5 at a table for 4, even though there are bigger tables available. It takes forever to get the food and inevitably there is something wrong with it. This time, I ordered the club BLT and it came with no tomatoes--- because they were out of them. Would have been good to know before I ordered. The last time, my husband ordered the cinnamon pancakes and he got someone else's regular pancakes after quite a long wait.. then had to wait more for the cinnamon ones to be made. At check out, there was 2 people at the cash registers and 2 cash registers and there was a line, but no one opened the other cash register. So the extra person just stood there and looked at the line forming. Wow. I really hope they improve the service since there are limited breakfast options in Snellville, but I won't be going back there for a while at least until they can get their act together.

If I could give a zero I would! Terrible experience from the moment we walked in the door. Took at least 5 minutes to be greeted by a server, then had to wait 15 minutes to get a drink order. The drinks she brought out were incorrect (lemonade had no concentrate). We asked specifically for lemon and didn't receive any until our meal arrived. Speaking of the meal, it came more than 30 minutes after we ordered. I ordered a steak medium-rare, and the one they brought out was shoe leather. My fries were spilled on their way out of the kitchen and the server promised to replace them and didn't do so. Manager was very rude and unhelpful when she did finally arrive at our table. She offered to pay, after seeing that we had already done so. The owner was sitting at the bar and watching his kitchen staff scramble and flounder while he sat back and watched sports. I could go on and on about the terrible experience. Suffice to say, we will never return, and would warn anyone away from this establishment.

First time we dined her we had our two boys with us. Pancakes for dinner, sounds like fun, right... There were probably 10 people dining in the whole restaurant. Our server was friendly enough, but what really annoyed me was that he brought my husbands meal out first, then we had to wait over 10 minutes to bring out our kids meals. This is such a huge pet peeve of mine, when they don't bring out your meals all at the same time, and it wasn't like they were slammed. The second time I went was for a take out order, I ordered some pancake puppies. They're like fritters. It took 20 minutes to get them out to me. As I sat waiting for my order I couldn't help feeling bad for the people waiting for a table, just standing there for what seemed like forever. They had lots of table space available, but no established hostess. The manager on duty looked pretty lackadaisical as well, spending most his time chatting/joking around with his staff. I got home, and soon realized why it took 20 minutes to get an order that should of taken less than 5 (they were deep fried). They must of been cooking them for the full 20 minutes.... severely overcooked to the point that they were inedible!!! Ugggh! I gave 2 stars instead of one, because our server our first visit was very attentive, and friendly. (I want to give merit where merit is due.) BTW.....I'm kind of embarrassed that I'm the "dutchess" of this Denny's... Never going back again!!

So I understand some things happen that our out of the norm however this place is just a mess. Here were my experiences on ONE and only visit 1. Slipped and fell in bath room because they left water all of the fake wood floor when they mopped. When I told the manager she said sorry the air cond was broken so it was not drying and she gave me 15 % discount off of bill. 2 found a hair in my wife's eggs sent it back and got under cooked eggs in return. 3. Hash browns and pancakes were not cooked well and when I told the manager she ignored me and turned to life to ask her opinion. Do NOT eat here.

Quite tasty the first time we went. No problems other than a long wait. Confident enough to get "to go" next time, they left the avocado off of the "avocado special" they were featuring. I called them and they said they were out of avocado. (What? Tell me now?) I gave it few months and then tried again the other night. It took a little over 30 minutes to get three meals (no special orders) to go. One of the orders was for Blueberry pancakes. Got it home and there were no blueberries at all in the pancakes. :/

Came here for dinner. Big mistake. Very poor quality food. Chicken fried steak was some type of processed mystery meat. Cheese sticks were cold and rubbery. Caesar salad was old, wilted lettuce. The burger was actually ok but the patty was an oval and left half the bun empty. Just really disappointed. $60 for a family of 4 and it was crap. Never again.

Service was very good. Our issue was the expense. The tab came to $23 before tip for two mid-level entrees, one soda and one water. It wasn't worth it. The value menu seems to offer better deals; they've got unlimited pancakes for $4. We liked that the health department score is 100. This may be difficult to believe but the most memorable part of the experience was the structural design, the decor and the landscaping. A stunning amount of thought and money went into all three. Overall it's like a chichi version of the Waffle House.

Had a great time at Denny's with Mom. We were the third in line to be seated and waited about five minutes. A server asked what we would like to drink within two minutes and turns out she was not our waitress which shows good teamwork to me. We had no idea what we wanted and our kind and patient server Patrice returned in a timely manner three times until we decided. We found the value menu and since we had been out shopping all day we were in a deal kind of mood. I had the cheese quesadillas ($2) and Mom had her heart set on a Grand Slam and found the Everyday Value Slam ($4). There are a lot of different "slams" on the menu now - make your own slam, fit slam etc. Skillets of all sorts went sizzling by and handmade milkshakes were a popular item. Our food arrived in under five minutes carried by a server not our waitress which again shows good teamwork although she had forgotten to bring my pico de gallo, salsa and sour cream. The pico de gallo was not overly hot which is just how I like it and the items were brought promptly as was the bill, takeout box and a bag for it without asking. Mom said she would definitely want to go back next time we are shopping in Snellville and I concur . We were invited to return which is always a nice touch and Patrice went the extra mile and was very personable. Our visit was at 6 pm on a Saturday. The restaurant is 24/7 FYI :D Next time I am getting dessert.

One weekday morning my father and I decided to try out this place. We walked in early Thursday morning and was seated immediately. Our waitress , Sara, was friendly and constantly checked on us. The food was pretty decent too. I don't think that you could.go wrong with pancakes and lots of bacon. Overall, it was a nice start to our day.
