Out of all the local Chili's restaurants, this is the best in terms of food and service. Occasionally they'll have an off night, but it's fairly rare. This is also one of the better casual-food restaurants in the Snellville area. Burgers are typically hot and fresh. The fries are really good (if they're not hot, I ask for fresh ones and they don't give me a hard time). The new pickles they introduced a few months ago, along with several new BBQ sauces, make for a great burger. I always ask for the sweet and spicy burger, no tomato, add jalapeño, extra BBQ sauce, and I've never been disappointed. (Tip: Eat the burger upside down and it will hold together better. Also ask for extra napkins!) My wife typically gets the Triple Dippers combo and always enjoys it (usually the little burgers and Southwestern Egg Rolls). She always gets two meals out of it. Oldest kid gets the chipotle-style chicken fingers, which have an amazing sauce and taste great when they're fresh. They reheat pretty well too. Youngest kid typically gets grilled chicken on the kids meal. They have some really healthy options for the kids. Great service, great food--this location can't be beat!

This location has really good customer service! It's always super busy when I come in (usually in the weekends) and I sit in the bar. The food is consistent at this location. It's not like one time the food will be good and the next time is disgusting, you can expect the same quality of food every time.

Worst service ever... disinterested staff, dirty tables, super long wait for our food... Walking around, we could see into the kitchen which looked like a mess... Ifwe had not been there with interesting frends, we would have walked out. Bottom line, unless they call me, refund my check, offer a free meal and promise me that they have completely restaffed the place; I'm not going back. I would give them a negative rating if I could.

Our waitress was great and if I were basing my review on her alone, I'd probably give her 5 stars. But we used the kiosk to order dessert and a coffee for my mom, but no one in the kitchen seemed to pay attention to what the kiosk says because we had to repeat our order to our waitress in order to actually get anything. Also, when my dad asked for the check the waitress directed him to the kiosk to pay. Are thru just phasing out physical checks now?

Let me say this, if I was giving this review a year ago it would be two stars. But after taking a year off, we decided to go back and see if things have changed, and I am happy to say, they have. We have been there four times in the past two months so here goes: Service: I have yet to get a waiter/waitress that we haven't liked. Not pushy but always considerate. Drinks: LOVE the variety of their marguerites, and they are great too. Food: mixed reviews depending on what you order. I LOVE their hamburgers with yummy fries and their classic nachos with steak or chicken or both. You can't go wrong with either entree any time any day. Now, where you might not get maximum pleasure is their sirloin steak. I never order steak here but my wife has and complains either about the flavor or the toughness. Honestly, for under $12 you get a 6 ounce sirloin plus steamed broccoli and loaded mash potatoes. Maybe in this instance the old adage is correct- you get what you paid for. Or maybe the next steak might be better. (Shrugs shoulders). Sorry I can't review their famous ribs- I don't eat porky pig. Management: Fantastic! My 90 year-old mother in-law ordered a hamburger medium- rare, but got it medium- well. She did not want to take it back because she didn't want to wait, so she ate it rather grudgingly. But when I mentioned this to the manager, he gave her a coupon for one free meal. Nice touch. (Who orders hamburgers rare anyhow?) Oh, did I mention how easy it is now to order and pay your bill? Love it. So, when you are done and in a hurry to leave, no waiter, no problem. It's right there on your table. Shalom, Paul

Writing the review as I sit here waiting on my food. Thirty minutes have gone by since we last saw our waitress. Blech. Never again.

Eh..... Went on a Monday evening not too crowded but for some reason our first waitress too forever to come to our table. Moved to another table because we wanted a booth. But our second waitress was really attentive and sweet. Not really a Chili's fan but the food was good.

Could have gotten a better chicken sandwich at Wendy's. Bread was wet and vegetables were mushy

I personally love this Chilis. The wait staff are professional and friendly. I have honestly yet to have a bad experience there which is surprising because I am a hard customer to please

Worse service ever experience at a chillis. The waitress was not friendly at all which can ruin your whole visit at chillis. The waitress (Jaimie v) never checked on our table. When we had to send back ribs because they looked bad the waitress and manager were at the computer talking clearly about our table and was the most outrageous thing I have seen for customer service. Def will not be going back to this location.

Been here too many times to count. I like this location because it is always clean, never too busy, food comes out in a decent amount of time, food is hot, orders are accurate. Of course there are some servers we prefer over others because of personalities but overall their staff is good. They are all friendly.

Im liking the new menu. Or new to me since I haven't been there in awhile. The Margarita's are awesome! The service is friendly and eager to please. Menu choices are good and like the lower fat items as well. Did I mention the Margarita's are awesome?

Took my family out for lunch. It was Saturday and the day before mother's day so they were pretty busy. Our server Melanie was fantastic! Very helpful with the new touch screen pads at the table, friendly and personable. Hope she's our server next time.

Another love/hate relationship. First what I love, the strawberry lemonade, the very friendly staff and clean restaurant. What I hate, that when I find something on the menu I love, they take it off. Yep, this has been happening for years, so that's how the hate has developed.

Margarita-grilled chicken is very tasty. Chicken fajitas a bit disappointing. Great service.

This review goes for any Chili's, because its always good no matter where you go. I used to work in the Avenue and I used to come here on my break or after I got off work. Chili's is my favorite chain restaurant. I love the 2 for 20 deal, for those who dont know, you get an appetizer and 2 entrees for only $20, not a bad deal at all. Also, out of all the chain restaurants, they have the best burgers! I dont know what it is about them but they are always the best, I also frequently get the triple dipper appetizer as an entree. I'm obsessed with their southwestern eggrolls and the queso dip. sooooo good. LOVE this place. in fact, I think i'll go tonight :)

Had a great lunch here whilst Christmas shopping today. We ate at the bar and watched the Falcons play and win. Matt, the bartender was awesome and made me a delicious bloody mary. I had the "pick your combo" w/ the yummy salmon and awesome grilled shrimp w/ broccoli and corn on the cob. Chili's is very consistent and today was no exception!! Like Wendy T, I do go a bit nuts when something I love (Shanghai boneless wings) disappears from the menu.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
