Best wings In town! Service was awesome. The manager was nice and checked on us more the once, thank you sir. The wings are down right the best wings I have ever had. The potato skins are to die for. The building is nice and clean, so many tv with all playing a different sporting event! My new favorite wing joint. Will be back

First. Great service. Waitress was friendly and quick. Lots to choose from on the menu but I choose the prime rib sandwich and I was not let down. It was thick, hot, and juicy. The au jus sauce was hot and they give you plenty. Highly recommended it.

Over all pretty good place to eat. The wings are more chicken than breading, which is always a plus. The chicken is also pretty high quality. The fried mushrooms were also very good! Service was fast and friendly. I'd definitely go there again!

Good wings, cheap drinks, fries are hit or miss. If they aren't fresh and hot they are crap. I've never seen this place packed, which is great when you want to get in, grub and be on your merry way.

Service is "ok" during lunch time. Food is cooked fast. Waitress are quick. Drinks are measured, order a beer or feel unsatisfied with one drink. Plenty of room to sit. Over 10 TV screens. Moderate amount of parking space. Wing flavors are on "on point". I like the open kitchen. Reasonable prices. Great music. Happy customer.

Love there Habanero wings & shrimp they are good but they are HOT. I order extra fries it takes some of the heat away. Also the garlic shrimp & wings our good too. When ever I'm in Atlanta I order from there.

They're pretty awesome great set up for a sports bar and chilling out. The food is great, atmosphere is nice. The only problem I had was how long it took to get my house chips appetizers but the server apologized. I'm definitely going to be back.

Every time I visit this place, I leave happy. They serve much more than wings. The salads are the best in Cobb, bar none! The service is always top notch and the atmosphere is chill. Highly, highly recommend!

Alright, I was staying across the street from here while on a business trip. I decided I wanted wings and took a look at Yelp. Wow, how convenient. So I wandered across the road and found found out it was 50 cent wing night. At this point I had concluded it was destiny. The place reminds me of a BW3 in feel but better. It's a medium size place with a lot of TV's. They have a decent selection of higher end beer. More than I've seen at any other wing place personally. If it's on tap it's available in 22 ounce glasses. So having finished my workout 30 minutes before crossing the street and being a glutton, I opted to order fried pickles and 10 wings to counter that healthness. Half in hot garlic, half in hot. First, the fired pickles. They were fantastic. The best I've had outside of New Orleans. And the ranch dressing, oh the ranch dressing. It is fantastic as well. The wings were very good. Crispy and cooked perfectly. The hot garlic was amazing. I only wish it was spicier. That is also true for the hot flavor which was tasty as well but if I end up back here it will be all hot garlic. Service was prompt. The people were nice as was the staff. The place was clean and the food was good. What's not to like?

Online Ordering and Delivery I believe your product should be able to stand on it's own. With that said, I ordered a burger from this location and it was horrible. I wanted my burger Medium Well, with no burnt or red meat. I put that information in the section for it. When I received my meal, my burger was burnted to a crisp. I called them back and complained. Another burger was delivered and it was red in almost half of the burger. I will not order from this location again. Please check your food. Food Quality is not practice here. #SouthernStyleFoodie

The Wing Factory is where it's at! $2 beer specials almost every night. And the wings are great! Way better than Buffalo Wild Wings, Hooters, etc... The boneless are large chunks, almost like chick fil a nuggets in amazing sauce. Don't waste $ at other wings spots. And our waiter James was awesome, always had a smile on his face, I felt like he actually cared, he was the most polite, courteous and helpful waiter I've had in awhile!

Best wing place in town, they go above and beyond with their service and accommodating groups with special requests. We have had our fantasy draft, going away party, and several other events and they have all been great. It's been great as a bar hangout as well as a family place serving the hottest wings you can handle or even a healthy choice for a diet. Tons of tvs and you can ask for whatever you want on your nearest TV, games for kids, and a large bar for that scene as well. Great spot!

This location opened to the public today, so I thought I would go try it out. Perfect place to watch the game, get a beer, and interesting wing flavors. If you are tired of the same ol hot sauce this is the place for you. My table ordered ten out of twenty five different flavors and not one complaint. I happen to be very picky about ranch dressing dipping sauce, but the Wing Factory got it right. This Ranch sauce is made in house and is very good. Service was decent, food was amazing!

I absolutely love the staff at The Wing Factory! I frequent this location almost daily because of the generous service that receive. The food is good and they are very quick to have your order to your table! From the management to the delivery staff, I have been thoroughly pleased with my experience. Grab your friends and family and go enjoy!

Wings were ok. Were fresh, and sauces were good. Service was ok. Beers were too much. I'll go back and try it again, and stick to a soft drink.

MOLD in my salad. I ordered a Greek salad for delivery and when it came I took a few bites and noticed that there was mold in the feta. I called and they apologized and said it was blue cheese and someone else said it might be jalapeños(..ha). But I know how blue cheese smells and looks like, it was not it. They were good about getting my money refunded but I wouldn't order from them again. They were also late on delivery.

Three or four stars for sporting event, but only two stars as a restaurant. Food is OK-ish, service is not so good. Totally forgot the coke I ordered, and the waitresses seem a little distracted. Also, price is pretty high here.

This place has good wings but they always deliver my food cold or my order is always wrong. The last time they deliver my food it was spilled all into the bag and the driver acted like that was ok. His expression was like "oh well'' then walked away.I am done with this place I'll find another wing spot. I am not paying for cold food anymore.

1st time in this location; definitely NOT the place for a speedy lunch. Had a burger & tasted one of my friends' wings - not the best but not the worst. It's the service that made it a rough visit: got there at 12:10, placed order at 12:20, got food at 12:50. Waaay too slow for a lunch spot. The server seemed distracted by us, and came by only to get our order, bring our food, then bring the check. No checking on how our drinks were or anything else. Won't be back.

Great wings! The lemon pepper is on point. Everything is hot and fresh. Celery is crisp, tots are hot and crunchy. Excellent service from Diane. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed a sneak peek of Wing Factory's newest location in Smyrna last night. They officially open tomorrow, Sunday 2/9/14. Definitely my new favorite spot in the area. They are the anchor storefront of the shopping strip just South of Spring Rd/Cumberland Blvd intersection. If you live, work, or play in the Smyrna-Cumberland area I recommend you go check this place out. We were quickly greeted, seated, and introduced to the menu. Everyone was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave no hint this was the first week for this new store. Overall the service throughout our visit was excellent. Drinks from the bar came out quickly, they were plenty strong, and as we saw other people getting their food it looked and smelled great, and they were clearly enjoying it. So we dove in... Between my wife and I we tried a number of items - Fried Pickle Appetizer (chips not spears). They had great flavor and texture. It was big basket and they disappeared quickly. - 4x4 combo (4 tenders, 4 wings). My wings were 'Inferno' and the tenders were 'habanero'. All sauces are scratch-made in-house and had amazing flavor. Both the wings and tenders were good size, (temperature) hot, and cooked perfectly. There was plenty of sauce on each piece. The Inferno was hot and tasty. The habanero was a big jump up in heat, like 2-3 times the Inferno. I kept trying to hit the same spot on my lips while eating the habanero tenders as that spot was numb. Got the 'tots' as my side, which are available with a variety of seasonings. I kept it simple with 'seasoned'. The tots were (temp) hot, and had just the right amount of crispy golden-brown on the outside. The seasoning (whatever it is) added excellent flavor and I popped them all without reaching for a ketchup bottle (ok, I drug a couple through the extra wing sauce in the basket). - My wife let me bring her to a wing place although she is predominantly vegetarian. She went for the Veggie Pita and raved about it. Veggies inside were fresh and not over-cooked, and the combination of veggies they used was really tasty. The pita was fresh and had just enough 'toast' on it. - The (meatball) Parm. This is pretty far outside the standard wing-place menu, so I ordered it as a test. I was glad I did. Every element was a great example of what it should be, and combined to make a great sandwich. Scratch-made meatballs with a chunky, fresh pomodoro (tomato) sauce, big gooey strands of provolone and parmesan cheese on a hoagie roll. I was already stuffed, but still couldn't help but eat nearly all of this sandwich. There were meatballs from end-to-end on that roll, so you get meatball in every bite. I suspect they finish the sandwich in the broiler to melt the cheese and that gives the bread just a bit of toast on the outside, and heats it all the way through. So good. They're open for lunch and dinner, and I believe that was 7 days a week. Their sign also said take-out (obvious) and delivery. They also had a board up noting trivia nights and other events.

The wings and burgers were ok not the best I have ever had. They are not very flexible with changes unless you want to pay extra. Advertise their new grilled wings ask if they had a combo with drink and fries nope! " Comes just the grilled wings" extra anything costs you. Better order it just as it is on the menu or you will be charged more. 5 people no alcohol and it was $60.00. For Wings??? Service was OK and wings were OK. Little disappointed.

I don't even know where to begin. My first and last time ordering at this place. My delivery was scheduled for an hour wait time, the driver showed up 30 minutes after my hour wait. The french fries I ordered were soggy and way undercooked. The wings were ok but the dressing was wrong. No napkins or ketchup in the bag. I'm not picky by any means, but to wait 90 minutes for soggy cold food is not a good look.

Everyone is pretty nice. Food comes out pretty fast. The have a trivial night. Lost of Tv's for games. Lemon pepper wings are my go to food of choice.

The wings are fantastic, great beer specials, friendly staff and lots of tvs. They have veggie options instead of the usual fried-only bar options, a good kids menu and kids eat free on Sundays. The kids burgers were really good (I tried a bite!). One knock: they could have a better draft beer selection- Only one local brew and the rest were basic. We will go back.

This place is a hidden favorite of mine. It is never too crowded but don't let that fool you. These wings are the best in Smyrna. Yea I said it, the best in SMYRNA. They have over 20 different sauces too choose from. Most are familiar with a few originals. It's a great spot for lunch or dinner or even meeting a few friends to watch the game. There are close to 20 flat screen TVs that line the restaurant. No matter the angle you're sitting down you'll still have the best seat in the house. No neck breaking over here.

  • Norbert C.

This place is unsuspecting, but it is very good. Everything is always hot. The wingsMy favorites here are the Wings and the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich- get the foot long it's worth the extra $1.50.

  • Nellie M.

Ugh! Dry chicken wings? Really? We ordered the ranch, garlic Parmesan and the medium original. The first two were dry...no sauce (wing house cafe has saucy flavors) so the flavoring was in the batter and they were over cooked and flavorless. Had to douse them in ranch dressing to get any flavor at all. Service was inattentive. We tipped 10% (we are normally 20%+'ers). Atmosphere was kinda yucky too. Smelled like dirty carpet. Can't believe I spent my "free calorie/no guilt" meal on this. Huge disappoint. (best part was the ranch fries. Those were really good)

A year later, this is my favorite wing spot! Staff is always so accommodating and the food is spot on! Service is always great and these folks really want you to enjoy your experience! Wishing continued success to wing factory! And if you haven't checked them out - well, you're missing out! Cheers yelpers!

Wing Factory is the closest and the best place to get wings within a 1-mile radius of my apparent. They have a smaller selection of wing sauces than some places like Wild Wing Café, but still a large enough selection to satisfy you. I've dined here as well as ordered pickup using their online website. Dining here isn't too special. It has the feeling of eating at a fast food restaurant with a waiter. Imagine Zaxby's except if someone brought you brings. Be careful when ordering online. They will send you an online receipt, but you will have to pay again to get your food. They aren't charging you twice; it's just a process error for their online orders. To sum it up, it's not the best wing place, but it's good enough to come back and enjoy. If you live close to me and also like dining within a 1 mile radius, Wing Factory is your best bet.

We were invited out for the soft opening Sunday night, and I can happily say it was worth the drive. Located across the street from Chuckie Cheese. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and were taken to the booth. The server was prompt to come and introduce her self and to take drink orders. They had a few beers on tap and coke products. We ordered the fried pickels that come with their amazing ranch, and the fried mushrooms which comes out with their horseradish sauce ( all their sauces are hand made in store) I am a bif fan of fried pickles, so i may be a harder judge then most.. the batter had a good taste and the pickles wefre a good width, the only thing I didnt like, was they needed to drain longer to get the grease off, andlighter on the season salt, they were a but salty. But the ranch was so good with it!! The fried mushrooms were scrumptious, They were button mushrooms, cut in half, the batter was a light beer batter and the horseraddish was just tangy enough. great balance. Then it was tine for the wings. They have like 37 flavors of wing sauces, again all made in house and you can tell.. they areSPOT ON. Everything from bbq, ranch, honey mustard, garlic, A-1, Mac N Cheese ( yes, really) sweet and sour, terriakye and a mouth tingling habenero.. The wings ( bone in) are about thw size of your finger (good size and good amount of meat on them) the boneless is what we all opted for, the nuggets are all breast meat cut and battered in house which means white meat, no tendons, no veins, no fat.... PERFECT! The table of 4 ordered probbablly 72 nuggets? we were hungry and i needed to bring some to the hubby. We got the hot version of all the flavors, to lemon pepper, garlic, mac n cheese ranch honey bbq, terriakye, then the bayou which is a less spicy cajun. All of the flavors were super tasty. I ended up with a plethra to take home, and ordered an additional 8 plain for testing out a couple of the other sauces. The habenero was a little spicy for my pallette but the hubby looved it. They give the option to get the wings in a basket meal with fies, they are the crinkle cut and are able to be flavored. They also serve tots. With the wings you recieve celery and carrots as well. The checks came out and were very reasonable. The fact that everything is fresh and not frozen is a big deal, and its all made fresh in house... you dont find that alot these days. Keep an eye out for a UYE here in the next couple months... this place is awsome and I cant wait for yall to try it too!!!

I really liked the place. There were many tv's to view all the sports. Very spacious through out the bar and seating area. I had a combo of bone in wings and chicken tenders. Bother were great. The best thing about the wins were the size. I don't like huge wings. I think the smaller or medium size have much better flavor. And these were exactly that. I had the hot sauce on both with tots. I was at the bar and service couldn't have been better. Food came out quickly and it was warm and delicious. If you're looking for wing place to watch a game, this is it. Only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because no wifi.

  • John M.

Great service at the bar - lots of TVs - no smoke smell inside (unlike many competing bar/grills in the area) - great beer selection and great wing flavor selection.

  • Korrin W.

If I could give half a star I would. I usually don't give bad reviews for places with delicious food but I honestly had to say something about the service or lack there of. This was my second time here so I was expecting the same great service/atmosphere from my previous visit. After getting my food I realized they gave me hot wings instead of hot honey BBQ, no big deal so I asked them for the sauce I ordered. Instead of giving me the correct wings the female manager repeatedly told me they were hot honey BBQ wings when I knew for a fact they were not. Finally she realized she was wrong. While getting me knew wings I watched her speak to my waitress about it, shortly after she walks up to me and tells me the waitress has it written down as hot.... I could've lived without her attitude, I understand waitresses make mistakes. Then my bf's chicken was freezing cold. We got new chicken and everything was great. After waiting 30 min on the check and water refills out waitress comes over and asks us if we'd like desert, after saying no thank you she replies by saying "good". I work in the service industry so I never try to be a difficult customer but they were beyond rude. My bf was so disgusted that we had no service at all that he asked to speak to the female manager. Instead of offering an apology she repeatedly reassured herself that nothing was wrong. Needless to say we won't be going there again even though we thought it was going to be a regular spot for us.

I've eaten there three times now all in the the last couple months. Every time it has been amazing. The service is good, there are TVs everywhere, and no smoking. Everything my wife and I have eaten has been way above average - regular wings (hot buffalo and honey jerk), boneless wings (hot buffalo), buffalo chicken sandwich breaded (hot buffalo and honey jerk), onion rings, fries, and tater tots. All highly recommend. We'll be back soon!!

Great Service, Great Food, Great Experience. Just moved to Atlanta, and already the area feels like an amazing small town in a big city. Kevin, the owner, really takes pride in the product he delivers and ensures that customers are satisfied. Looking forward to coming back on a regular basis. P.S. try the ranch tots.... mmmmm.

  • Me N.

The food is good and reasonably priced. I also enjoy the fact that they have different events. I have never played bingo as an adult until coming here. The place has the ability to be great, but the service kinda sucks. I get the same ditzy waitress whenever I come and she has to be a missing link. No common sense or hospitality whatsoever. She checked on us once each time I came. My drinks needed refilling and I needed other services which couldn't be fulfilled by her because she was by the bar talking to her co-workers and laughing. So I gave up after 3 times coming and dealing with her so I chose to sit at the bar. I ordered a beer and had it almost thrown at me by the tattooed bartender who seemed to be in a rushing with little crowd to tend to...a good amount of beer spilled down the glass and on the bar. The service is the only thing separating this place from 5 star fun and instead brings my review to 3 stars.

My coworker and I discovered Wing Factory yesterday. We both ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. Neither of us were fans of the dressing, she had ranch and i had bleu cheese but the sandwich was nice and I really enjoyed the lemon pepper fries. It's a place we'd order from again. Online ordering was easy and the delivery driver was super friendly!

  • Richard C.

Usually get the wings here. They're a little small for my preference...but probably close to average in size. The flavors here are good...try the hot garlic. Tried their new fish and chips today. Came with my choice of a side instead of French fries. Odd but good, I guess. The cajun tater tots I ordered were great. The fish...was less than par. Batter fried up nice and crispy. Fish was obviously once-frozen and was very mushy/greasy. Stick with the wings!

  • Jeff W.

The food was delicious, and served up quickly. Service was fair, not above average. The only complaint I have is that the menu lists 12 wings as the option I chose, and they only served me ten. A small complaint (one I did not mention while dining), but I was also not charged any less for the fewer wings. The menu is a little pricey (Almost $14 for a dozen wings plus a drink). The dining area is spacious, and TVs are within eyeshot in every direction. Not too noisy. Willing to give them another try. EDIT 5/16/2014 : I've been back at least three times since I wrote my previous review, and have enjoyed each visit. I've gotten a different entree each time, and tried various appetizers. Each one was great. Specialty mixed drinks are all winners. I highly recommend trying The Wing Factory out.

Great food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. What more could you ask for? It was a little hard to find at first. But it was well worth the search!! Clean and modern, with plenty of video screens, full bar, and plenty of seating! All their chicken is hand-breaded and their sauces are ALL made in-house! Bartender Lee is awesome!

Wings were okay, nothing special, probably will not go back. The garlic wings seemed like garlic thrown on fried wings, nothing else and bland. The order was for picked up and I was told it would be 30-40 minutes, which is quite a long time. When I arrived the place was not packed or busy.
