My father is a huge fan of Papa Johns, he won't let me buy pizza at any other pizza joint. Located right around the corner of Walgreens and Chik-fil-a this Papa Johns pizza is the only business that has been thriving for more then a decade at this particular shopping center. Their pizza is pretty awesome, although it's a bit greasy it's somewhat tasty. My parents usually order the hawaiian which consist of everything from pineapples, mushroom, olives, pepperoni, anchoves the list just goes on. Regular price is usually $12.99 The service is quite fast in less than 10 minutes, my pizza is ready for pick up. Their website is very useful because i order online. They provide discounts and coupons on their site. Another incentive to buy pizza here, is if gain 25 points from buying pizza u get one for free.

To whom it may concern, At around 8pm on Sunday May 11th, 2014 your delivery driver was delivering a pizza in our highly populated residential area full of children and pets. As she came whipping around the corner my husband was calling our 10 month old professionally trained german shepherd home from the neighbors. Your delivery car hit our puppy, and because she was speeding she dragged his body almost 4ft before she was able to come to a complete stop. He suffered a severe degloving injury and fracture to his right front paw, we had to rush him to the emergency vet and then he was seen and is still being seen by multiple veterinarians and specialists. He is finally walking again but it has taken a lot of patience, resources, time, and roughly $7,000 in damage that your delivery driver caused. On Monday May 12th, 2014 I contacted your general manager in Richmond Hill, Georgia about the incident he assured us he would look into your insurance policy and possible coverage for some of our veterinarian bills. I was told he would contact me on the 13th with more information, he never contacted us again. When my husband called on the 14th to follow up your shift manager stated "we are more concerned with the damage to our delivery car than your dog". We never heard from them again. If your delivery driver hadn't been speeding the damage to your delivery car and our puppy would have been non-existent. I am very disgusted by the lack of empathy, punctuality, and professionalism by Papa Johns. I find it to be a direct reflection on your corporation. My family and friends will no longer be frequenting your establishments, and will continue to share our story with people in the community so that they are aware of your corporations utter disrespect for a life. Accidents do happen but it is the way they are handled that reveals real class and ingenuity or lack there of. I will not be ignored and will seek legal aid if necessary. Regards, Rachel Beken

Worst papa john's experience, I ordered future order to be delivered at 7:45PM on Monday and the pizza didn't get here until 8:25PM and the pizza was COLD

Was an ok Pizza. I mean no hole in the wall joint. I just needed some carbs and the taste of cheese and red sauce. It did the trick. They were friendly inside while I waited and were cranking out the pies for all of the east side.

Ok I ordered my pizza at 623 on a Sunday evening didn't get it until 843 my pizza was completely cold and looked like rubber the delivery driver was really dirty and had unwashed hair this experience was horrible

I had no idea Papa John's could fail so miserably! Wow! Pizza shows up and the box is completely concaved, it looked like someone sat on it. The cheese was stuck to the top of the box and to make matters worse, it was room temperature. Not hot, definitely congealed and dry to the point where the toppings just crumbled off. In addition to that the dough was either really poorly cut or the dough absorbed all the moisture so the pieces were breaking off half way down the slice. The delivery driver forgot our Coke Zero, but he was lucky enough to be carrying a Diet Coke backup. He said that they were out of CZ, but the diet coke we got was hot so it hadn't seen the inside of a fridge in sometime. It's fine is someone forgets something, I can totally roll with it, but with the state of the pizza on top of that it just made things worse. Fail fail fail. Awful. At least it makes the choice easier next time - go local on the pizza and skip the corporate. So gross.
