Nothing's better than fresh Dunkin!! Every time I'm driving by I stop for a coffee and donut. The staff is always and friendly and donuts delicious!!

I used to come here daily, over the past year the service has really diminished. There seems to be too much employee turnover. I now only go once or twice a week, and that seems to be too much to handle. Please learn how to make coffee, and a better breakfast sandwich.

This place is going downhill by each passing day. I don't think I've had a correct order in months. If management could keep employees it might help, but waiting 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee is ridiculous, especially when it's 6am and not busy. And how hard is it to make a proper cup of coffee?

Lots of indoor seating, comfy leather sofa, free wifi. Iced coffee is pretty good, reasonably priced, and so big I couldn't finish it (size medium). The sweetener makes it overly sweet in my opinion, so I skip it. Munchkins were fine and only 50 cents for two. Service was friendly. But I didn't like the random piles of crumbs in several places on the floor where someone started sweeping, then stopped to do something else, and left them on the floor with the dustpan. They sat there my entire 15 minute visit, and I saw the same thing the day before. It's tacky and doesn't mesh with the coffee house vibe they're trying to create.

Great staff...friendly and happy. Clean place. Duncan Doughnut Coffee is very weak compared to Starbux, but I don't go there for the coffee.

Delicious coffee that can be different every time you come. Biggest problem I have had at this location is that every time I have asked for soy I have been given real milk. Additionally, the customer service can be great or it can be horrible.

Apparently this location changed a bit, so our Google navigator kept trying to take us to some random other location, but we finally found it across from the Walmart on Ogeechee. My wife is from up in the Northeast, so she is very sad that Huntsville, AL has no Dunkin. I grew up on Krispy Kreme, but I have been converted to cake donuts and breakfast sandwiches offered by DD. This location was nothing special from the others, but we enjoyed it immensely!

Yea! Dunkin Donuts has arrived in Savannah. Really kicks the the others hands down. The coffee was excellent as well as the donuts. The ambiance is different. Has area with stand up tables and chairs as well as leather couch and leather chairs. Free Wi-Fi is solid. Employees were quick and friendly. Two large flat screens (CNN-Yuck, & Jerry Springer- Are you guys Fornicating Under Consent of King? Serious!! and one small one (Fox News) near the walk in/waiting line area My only complaint was they had a ton of house flies in the serving area. Really flies. What a way for a first impression. Only thing holding back from 5 stars.

Typical Dunkin Donuts fare. It's a self-standing building (ie. not a strip mall, not inside a gas station shop) so you have to deliberately go there. The seating area is large with some couches as well as tables (indoors and out). It's got a drive thru that's generally fast. Highly recommend.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! One of the managers came from the back screaming and when she calmed down, she explained there were cockroaches on the walls!!!! Needless to say, I didn't wait in line any longer.

Hey, I love donuts, Dunkin Donuts has revamped their menu items, bringing you lunch items and cool drinks. The inside atmosphere is laid back. Grab a jelly donut, and ask one of your cop friends to come join you for lunch, cops love donuts. The staff is friendly, but they may have trouble understanding my New York accent, I speak proper English, therefore, when I order a chocolate covered donut, I mean the type with the icing and not a full chocolate donut. when I got home and realized I received the wrong donut, I said " forget ta bout it'..and ate a half dozen with milk, while watching the Jetson, felt like a I was a kid again,..it took an hour of a work out to burn off my sugar intake...but hey, I got a sugar rush..and I enjoyed every bite...yeah.

This location has a super fast drive-thru. The staff makes sure your order is right even in the drive-thru. It is easy to get to from 204.
