Normally I'm a Jets fan in my Nashville hometown but we came to Roswell to watch our nephew while his parents took a vaca.. Long story short.. We tried calling nearly 4 locations.. 2 in a 3 mile radius and 2 within 6 miles. Not a single one, including this one said they could deliver and kept switching us to a new location that could. We were basically questioned that our location didn't match the zip code on our cell phone. It was the most bizarre experience. I don't know if it just wasn't meant for pizza tonight or what but this experience with Jets was not a great one :-/ However, normally in TN the pizza is pretty satisfying!

"If your reviews are looking like essays, start a blog. I can't read your life story on my phone before ordering from the menu" Being down the street from the house makes this a go to spot on nights when we don't feel like cooking. And as lazy as my room can be, is quite often. The pizza has been consistently good. It's better then Pizza Hut and Papa John's in their current state. Though I can't speak for the Sicilian or different flavor crust's. We just stick to the regular hand toss. Food Highlights: The sandwiches are kind of a miss. The chicken parmesan was sub par. The Italian was also just meh. Trust me, just stick to the pizza's. If you want a sandwich, go to Jimmy Johns.

Apparently, pizza delivery on a Sunday evening is hard to come by in the Roswell area (excluding the national chains, of course). Fortunately, Jet's does offer this. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the best thing about them. We ordered a large, NY style pepperoni. ~$16(+tip) and 45 minutes later what we received was a box that had been set on the wet ground (the delivery guy apparently couldn't figure out how to get it out if the bag), containing a somewhat smaller than average but seemingly fresh pizza with a very tough crust. As it stands, if we're desperate for pizza delivery on a Sunday evening, we might consider ordering a different crust but, odds are, we won't be ordering from Jet's again.

Let me start by saying that when I heard JETS was coming to the area, I was pretty happy. Since they've been here, I've ordered from them (pick-up and delivery) probably 50 times and only had one minor issue out of all the pizzas I've ordered. Customer service is good, delivery times are always pretty quick and if you call the order in for pick up I bet it's ready before you get there. The only negative would he they are a little higher than the competition but it's to be expected with a higher quality pizza. Just wish there were some type of loyalty coupon program or something. Oh well. Writing this review is making me hungry, I bet I order from them tonight.

The product is great. The operation of the business is not. Inconsistency in ordering and delivery process will always hold this location back. It's obvious that subpar hiring process and lack of training will always allow the big box pizza chains to be superior to a place like jets. It's sad that such a great product will never explode on a national level. This is the last time I'll "attempt" to order jets.

I am originally from Michigan and knew I would miss Jets Pizza when I moved to GA. Well, now it's here! So glad, I love Jets Pizza ;)

Great pizza for sure. I was skeptical because of so few yelp reviews, but Jets deep dish was really great. They've figured out how to make the crust super crispy and delicious even though it's a pan crust. I would say, the pizza sauce could be a little bit more flavorful. Thing is, I've been out in the area for a while now, but didn't discover Jets until tonight. Don't know if I'll have another chance to give 'em a try. Well definitely this time. I wish they had locations in Chicago.

Went in on lunch break for work, so I was in a hurry. I ordered a small pizza and they said it would take 12 minutes. 30 minutes later I got the pizza and was late to go back to work. Thanks

As promised by Dan, I was contacted and had a large pizza with turbo crust, pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms. Japs on the side. Ron, who is the owner, brought it to me. I was impressed that the actual owner brought it. He also brought pizza for my co-workers along with the cinnamon stix. The pizza was very good, cooked to perfection and the crust was fantastic. The cinnamon stix were good. Thanks to an owner that does care about his customers, he has turned me around. I'll definitely order again. Although I hope that rude young man is gone!!!!

Decided to try this place out because I got a flyer in the mail, and thought it was good pizza for the price. Their standard pizza is a rectangular shaped deep dish. Similar pricing to the major chains but compared to their deep dishes, this is better. Not a premium pizza place in my eyes, but it is worth trying out. I plan on coming back when I'm in the mood for "fast" pizza. Note: pick-up or delivery only.

pizza is so delicious !!! I lived in NJ so my standards for pizza are high! My Mexican boyfriend even thought the wings were super spicy and delicious (and if a Mexican approves of the spiciness, then you know it's the real deal!) But I have only ordered pizza never eaten in the place so Im not sure what the atmosphere is like. But the delivery and food is great!

Nothing like a good pizza! This place has the best square pizza around for the price. The Cajun crust is awesome (no charge!). I highly recommend the deli boats. They are huge... Definitely not for one person. Be prepared to become a regular.

Jets is a chain that began in Michigan and has branched out across the country. I am from Michigan, and know several people that are millionaires off owning a Jets franchise. Their pizza is a quick delivery of pickup variety, not a nice gourmet place to sit down. But, out of all the chains (even mellow mushroom, which has been my fav since moving to the south), this is by far the best. Their deep fish square pizza is the ONLY way to go. It's amazing. Hr crust is so delicious that even crust Haters rave about it. The ingredients are fresh, and they also offer flavors for the crust (hr the turbo crust, you will thank me later). They have delicious jets bread, which is basically cheese breadsticks. It is so tasty dipped in their marinara or ranch dressing. The value at Jets is also great. They have a special where you can get a large 1 topping pizza and order of jets bread (10 peices) for only $10.99!!! It's a great value!! I literally have to stop myself from ordering this pizza ever weekend. If I could, is eat it all the time. Get it, you will not be sorry!!

Wings were great! Pizza was delicious & the service was excellent. I will be ordering here from now on. It's close to my job & the prices are on point. I would recommend Jet's to anyone.

Best cheap pizza around. The deep dish with turbo crust is very unique and has a lot of flavor. Definitely better than the other pizza chains.

I'm reposting this review under the correct location where these employees work: I can't actually attest to the food, as I haven't eaten here. This is a review of the stellar customer service I received yesterday. It was Valentines Day, a sad occasion for me and my long distance boyfriend. He lives in Alpharetta; I live up north. We're not really into the mushy nature of the holiday and didn't plan to get each other gifts. This idea popped into my head one night: If he can't have his woman, at least he could have some pizza with his buddies! So I decided to order him surprise takeout for Valentines Day. Then I took the idea a bit further: what if the pizza was decorated with toppings in the shape of a heart? It didn't take too long to figure out my boyfriend's favorite local pizza place - Jet's, obviously - and so I phoned them up. Ron, the store owner, went above and beyond. He seemed really enthusiastic about the idea of a Valentines Day-themed pizza, and worked diligently with me to figure out a cute design and the right delivery time for my surprise. When the delivery car was running late in traffic, he took care to call me and let me know. When I asked him to put the tip on the credit card, he told me not to worry about it. All I had to do was phone my boyfriend to stall him from making his own dinner first, before the pizza arrived! He was a bit suspicious when the delivery came to the door, but Ron was kind enough to add a message from me - "Happy Valentines Day from your girlfriend" - which was so sweet, because I hadn't even asked him to say anything. I later found out from my boyfriend, who was fully sated with pizza, that Jet's doesn't even deliver to his house because it's too far away. The manager drove out there himself to deliver my order! Many thanks to Jet's for the great customer service. Next time I'm in Alpharetta, I'll have to actually try the pizza for myself!
