At least 3 instances of this location serving old (I mean OLD) donuts. They claim, of course, that every donut is made fresh every day. It's too easy for a franchisee to cut corners and try to save a few bucks. Too bad. Some DDs are good. This one is falling short on product quality.

I love DD. Always have, barring any unforeseen complications, always will. Convenient location, clean, fresh pastries and fast service with a smile.

Donuts didn't look fresh but tasted pretty good. Only one guy was working there on a Saturday night so we waited for a while to be served. We brought coupons that are only supposed to be used one at a time but he took two, so that was nice.

This might be the worst Dunkin Donuts ever.. Which is a shame bc it is right by my house. They never have any selection, no matter the time of day and their donuts are never completely glazed... Just a small slap of icing on top. Usually not enough to even cover the donuts. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Krispy Kreme then go here again.

PLEASE STAY OUT OF THE SANDWICH BUSINESS. Let's be clear, I don't ever eat from Dunkin Donuts as they are just not on my radar. However, I was starving and my husband decided to bring me a breakfast sandwich because this was the most convenient option in the area serving a quick breakfast. Not knowing what to purchase my husband purchased several sandwiches, each as bad as the first. The first one was a ham and bacon and was just regrettable because it was just dry and very one note, salty. I took one bite and was done. The second sandwich was an egg white on flatbread and the final sandwich was an egg bagel. As I said, I was starving so I ate the egg white as an open sandwich because the flatbread was too heavy and overwhelmed the sandwich. I simple used only half of the bread. This is not a sandwich that I would recommend because it was super dry and had no toppings what so ever. I mean no mayo, mustard, tomatoes, lettuce, fresh greens or grilled vegetables. They don't even have these options available but then again, they are a donut shop and don't exactly promote healthy options. If you want a breakfast sandwich, stick with Subway where you can actually have fresh vegetables added. By the way, I don't eat bagels, but this one looked like the toy version from the Mattel Toy Company, so it never had a chance. You know it's bad when the hubby avoids eating it. When eating away from home, I require two things from my sandwiches: they must be hot and fully dressed with condiments and vegetables. I would say that Dunkin should just stick with making donuts but since they don't excel at these either, I honestly don't know why they exist. Absolutely tragic!

This is had to be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been too. I've had multiple bad experiences here (yes I keep returning just because of convenience). The only thing that you can consistently count on from them...your order being wrong EVERY TIME!

Stopped in here for a french vanilla Iced coffee with 2 sweet and lows and a splash of milk on the dark side, what did I receive? An extremely light and sweet undrinkable coffee. This is my second bad experience here, last time they also messed up my coffee and had no donuts left at around 6 pm. You are a dunkin donuts how is that possible?

Absolutely made my day. Single act of kindness turned around a horrible experience at McDonald's. The GM took our order and offered us drinks for $1.00. Just because. I proceeded to tell him about my experience at McDonald's and he said very compassionately. "My customers are my business." Needless to say I will be returning to this location every time I want breakfast. Instead of McDonald's.

This DD is located in a shopping center off of Holcomb Bridge Road. It is clean and has a dining area where one might sit and chill. I went an early morning at about 6:45am and it was not as busy as other DDs I've been to. The young man who helped us was clearly new. It took way too long to get that cup of coffee and that bagel, but that's what happens when a person is still learning the ropes. There is a drive-thru that may be utilized. Well that's it. I enjoy DDs coffee and will stop at any one of them when I see them. I usually can drink my coffee without having to add more cream or sugar, but not this time; I had to fix it up. I'm sure the new guy will get it together in time.

I just left this location and I go to Dunkin donuts EVERY SINGLE DAY and I just started this location because my route change, anyways, I have a "dunkin donut thermal" purchased from them and this is the FIRST time I was told I had to put the top on my own coffee thermal. I told them I never do that and she made me do it. I will be contacting the manager. I should have poured it too. YEAR AND YEARS going to these shops and now this.

This DD must be experimenting with hiring workers with mental disabilities, which I support. They have a 50% accuracy rate for orders. They always make you pull forward to wait for your order. I blame management for speed and accuracy as these special kids are doing what they can.

I went inside this morning for 2 dozen assorted donuts to bring to my coworkers for my birthday treats (I don't live or work close enough to Sublime or Dutch Monkey, before you put your judgmental eyes on). At 6:45, there was only one other customer and 2 employees. The 2 employees quickly set about filling my 2 dozen assorted, with more cake than yeast donuts, since I prefer and requested such. Total was just over $17, and I didn't have to sign the credit card receipt. In and out in 5 minutes. I guess I could have used the drive through, but it probably wouldn't have been any faster. One employee didn't say anything and the other was just chatty enough to be friendly but not annoying. I'm sure you've had DD donuts before - they're pretty dense, particularly for the yeast ones, but not that bad. And the glaze didn't completely flake off even after sitting in the cold car for a couple of hours prior to eating.

I used to frequent this Dunkin Donuts a lot on the way to work, because it's right down the street from where I live. However, I have quickly removed it from my morning routine due to the terrible service. This place is staffed by a bunch of rude, inconsiderate kids. The last time I went there, the guy who answered the drive through cut me off in mid-sentence and when I pulled up to the window he threw my sandwich to the girl right in front of me and my ordered ended up being wrong. It's a shame that teenagers and young folks don't understand the value of good customer service and don't even give a damn. I wish whomever owns this store would take a moment and realize how bad the customer service at this location is and actually address it. Until then, I've found a new stop for my morning coffee and breakfast and highly recommend Cafe Au Lait down the street.

Met friends there before going to an orienteering course. Service was prompt and courteous. Good coffee (better than Starbucks) and excellent blueberry muffin.

Time for some donuts and coffee, then this is a great place to enjoy them both. Why stop there when you can grab a sandwich or other goods. Donut holes are the best.

Sometimes I take the little girl I nanny for to this DD location. The service is fast, there is always parking, they have a drive thru (which I didn't know until recently), and it's clean. It's kind of weird because it's usually filled with business looking men throughout the day on their laptops. I guess they have free wi-fi? Anyway, I don't know why people are hating on this location, I have found nothing wrong with it...

OK, I'm done with this place. It is run by simpletons. It's right around the corner from me, and I swear I will never go there again. Would rather drive the five miles to Einstein's off Shallowford. Every time I go there, something is wrong. EVERY TIME. You place the order, and the person who takes the order does not fill it -- even though the items from your order are directly behind them. You end up with the wrong bagels/donuts, and/or fewer bagels/donuts than you paid for. EVERY TIME. You order something with bacon, it comes without bacon. And this morning, the place had no donuts. At all. So why are they even open? So I ordered bagels instead, and watching the pimply high school employee take about three minutes to put a box together was like watching a monkey playing with a bright red ball. I'm sorry, I don't get why everyone likes Dunkin Donuts. The coffee blows, and now I realize the service and food suck also. What a dump. Hope it fails. Can't see how it will succeed with those morons in charge.

This Dunkin Donuts is very convenient for the morning commuter off Holcomb Bridge Rd. They have a drive through which adds to the convenience, but often times gets backed up and can take over 4 minutes in line. Despite the fact that DD food in general is not healthy, my breakfast sandwiches are hit or miss being hot all the way through and cheese rarely melted.

Compared to most DD's in the Northeast, the service is very slow here. We've been here twice prior to fishing the Hooch at 6-7am and it's taken 5-10 minutes to get a muffin and tea (or bagel) while dining inside. Otherwise, it's typical DD. I prefer Einstein Bagels down the street, but DD does bring value and convenience for many. Can't go wrong here if you are looking for coffee/tea or a bagel you'll be fine, but don't expect much from the breakfast sandwiches.

They are the epitome of slow. Its 632am and Im sitting in line at the drive thru. I hate this location. They never have all of the bagels listed or random items.

Service sucks. I went there twice and no one was in front of the counter on both occasions. On one occasion, this girl comes out with 4 guys from the back and they are all laughing (after 5 minutes) of standing there for service with others. They simply didn't give a crap about the people waiting out front. The guy screwed up my coffee as well, but I was too frustrated to go back. On my second visit, the heavy set girl with the frown and ghetto 'tude was a delight to deal with. I deal with jerks everyday and don't need to get some 'tude from a piss ant who obviously doesn't like to work when I am trying to lighten my day with a coffee. Poorly managed, not efficient, incorrect orders, and takes forever to get anything. Hire people that want to work instead of smoking dope or whatever the hell they do in the back of the store. I won't be back. I'd get better coffee and service going through a McD's drive thru at this point.

Tried to grab quick bkfast in drive thru before church- extremely rude lady working the window!! Yelled at customer in front of us and kept telling us to hold on when we tried to place our order! Won't be coming back!
