There are not many gluten free places in which a celiac can eat in Rome Georgia. If you need a safe out, choose chickfila. They are clean, food is good and the staff her is very pleasurable. I would highly recommend eating in this pleasurably clean environment.

We ate the buffet there recently on a Tuesday night. The parking lot was very crowded and we had a bit of a walk after getting parked in the adjoining shopping center parking lot. Others with larger parties were having to wait to be seated, but my son and I were seated right away. We found the customer service to be fine, and the food was fresh and good. The restaurant is very clean and the bathrooms are also nice, clean, and well stocked. The atmosphere leaves a good bit to be desired for us however. It was quite crowded and noisy, and in the buffet section the tables are all a bit too close together, causing people to frequently bump chairs as they navigate to get their plate refills. The buffet itself had eggs, biscuits, gravy (which was excellent), bacon (cooked a bit on the floppy side, instead of the crispy side), grits, sausage, fried onions and potatoes, fried chicken fillets, and baked apples. There wasn't a huge selection of food, but it certainly was enough to please. The food was all good and the buffet was well stocked. The buffet is a bit low though, and my son who is over 6' was having difficulty bending down to be able to get his food. At 5'5 I didn't have any problems, but after he mentioned it, I noticed other taller patrons having difficulty as well. The chicken and biscuits were great. I'd like to see them vary the bacon a bit for different tastes. My son and husband only like crispy bacon, while the chewier is my preference. The potatoes were excellent. My main complaint is just the environment is crowded and noisy, and if I went again, it would not be for an evening meal, which I tend to like to be more relaxing. The noise level and constant bumping of our chairs was disorienting to us both. They seem to push everyone there for the buffet- and it was almost everyone- to one half of the main dining room, and it is just too crowded. For 2 people, our dinner, with drinks, was right at $25, before tip.

Can't go wrong here. It is a DWARF HOUSE, which you don't see those everyday. The only negative is the drive through. One of the slower chickfilas I've been to in that regard.

You can never go wrong with Chickfila especially this one! Superior customer service compared to other fast food restaurants. Spicy Chicken Sandwich is my favorite and always comes hot, fresh, and spicy!

Loved the dwarf-size door and having to contort my 39-year old body to fit through the door! The food itself was typical of all Chick Fil A's -- which is a good thing!

Clean, friendly and good fast food type meals. Not the healthiest foods but there are healthy choices available. Great dining experiences for the family or with friends. One caution: if driving through check your order before leaving, I've gotten home at least twice with missing meals.

As a Southerner who somehow found herself in Minnesota, I LOVE chick-fil-a; I wish they had it here. I went to school at Shorter, which is literally right across the street from this place, so I went there a lot; i LOVE their waffle-fries; amazing! the only downside is that it is closed on Sunday, which is the day the me, and everyone else I know, seems to crave Chick-fil-a. And the dwarf house, which is a really small door at the place, is pretty neat too.

I have never been to a sit down fast food joint with servers. Great chicken and orangsicle milkshake. But, but but, this Chik-Fil-A served hamburgers!!!!! I am outraged.

i forget which magazine just named chick-fil-a the healthiest fast food in america, but they're dead on. i never thought fast food chicken could be this good and this healthy. the fries ain't too shabby either. the icing on the cake is that this store is combined with a dwarf house restaurant and offers full service. our server was great-- and a san francisco giants fan to boot! the only weird thing was that this chick-fil-a, due to its affiliation with dwarf house, served beef. that's anathema to chick-fil-a's whole raison d'etre.
