Oh dominos, oh dominos... You guys used be the best, but now you guys are not up to par. From receiving undercooked pizza to late delivery. I expected much more. The only reason I order now is because of the convience of the late hours, got to do better Dominos.

The delivery man was very nice. That's the only reason this review gets 3 stars. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get my pizza (over an hour) and it came cold. The pizza was extra doughy like it hadn't been cooked all the way and same with the toppings. We popped it in the oven for about 8 minutes and that made it better. But, if I wanted pizza I had to cook we would have just run to the store!

This Dominos is the most hit or miss I've ever done business with. The only reason I continue to be hopeful is because I prefer the pizza to Papa Johns. After tonight - waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes ( I live less than five miles away ) for our one large pizza..... I don't think the pizza alone is going to keep me coming back. If I call to check on a status there is always an excuse. "We got really busy suddenly" .... Well yeah I think you would anticipate that every Friday night you would be busy and be prepared. I have been charged incorrectly and promised my account would be credited with no follow through. There have been a few times out of the dozen times I've ordered that the pizza has been delicious- I wish I could say it was a different Manager or what the variables are here but I can't. In another instance I ordered here at 7:00 PM for my family that was here to visit and by the time the pizza got here (9:00 PM) they were all leaving.... Embarrassing right ? $50 later I have cold pizza and nobody to eat it. If I were you ----- go there to order and pick up if you absolutely have to eat at this Dominos!

The pizza delivered was not what I ordered. I called and spoke to a gentleman who insinuated the online order system incorrectly logged the order and placed the correct order for delivery. After an hour of waiting, I called back and the same lady who delivered my pizza answered, but had no idea what was going on and placed me on hold. The phone then disconnected. When I called back, she answered the phone laughing and told me the pizza was on it's way. The pizza was barely warm when it showed up 10 minutes later. This location used to be good, but deliveries are steadily growing longer and the wrong order is delivered more and more often. Whoever manages this location is failing.

I order from this Dominos several times per month. My pizza is always fresh, hot, and accurate. You can't be the carry out specials. I recommend this location hands down.

Ok, explain this to me please. I live at most 5 miles from this business. (Domino's in Pooler, Ga.) I call in, give my order, give my CREDIT card info, then another person gets on the phone to inform me that they haven't run my card, but I am out of their area and must call another store that delivers to my area. They name a store on Abercorn Street, which is in Savannah Ga and at least 15 miles away. WTH??! Totally disappointed. And more than a bit pissed off.

I don't even know how many times I've called this dominos for complaints! When they don't forget the sauces( which is every time), their dough is usually raw, the chicken is raw, and plus they take sometimes an hour and half later, by the time is delivered, the pizza is cold,and I think the only ok thing they make here is the lava cake.

The employees here are always friendly. The pizza is okay. We usually skip the pizza here though. We really love the sandwiches and the stuffed cheese bread. The Italian sandwich is the best. The cinnamon sticks and chocolate lava cake are also good.

Ordered from this Dominos tonight, and I thought it was really gross! I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and there wasn't much chicken or sauce on it. It was basically just onions and cheese between two slices of bread. We also got wings and I couldn't even finish one, they were soggy and had no flavor at all -tasted nothing like what Dominos wings should taste like. Also, they forgot the extra sauce that I paid for. I tried a piece of my husband's pizza and it had this disgusting soured flavor to it. $35 wasted and I'm going hungry tonight! Was going to give it two stars because the delivery was fast - but who needs fast delivery when the food is crap?
