We came here since this is what my daughter chose for her birthday. We don't have a Zaxby's where we live and she misses it. The food was decent, but not fabulous. We had a party of 9 that included 3 kids. Everyone was able to find something they like. The choices of sides were enough for everyone to choose something to eat and we shared. I loved the onion rings and the hush puppies the best. My daughter has braces, so she was glad boneless wings and chicken tenders were offered.

Arrived at 13:10 - food delivered at 13:28 Took 18 minutes to get a fried chicken house zalad and a big zax snak meal. There were a few people waiting but not crowded. Kitchen appeared fully staffed. Not sure what was up but this place is usually much better than this.

Zaxbys is always on hand to support our schools! Thanks! Tonight they got my order half wrong, my daughters nibbler's meal was there but my barbecue wings had become a salad. I was REALLY hungry and the drive thru had been long, I called to explain and whoever answered the phone, can't recall the name but he was an African American manager between 9:00-9:30 at night March 30 2015, and he was wonderful. He took my name and I when I came up to replace the salad with wings he not only gave me my wings but an extra nibbler's meal! I was so hungry at the time I noticed there were two boxes in the bag but could not process the info at the time. Point is, a good business is measured how mistakes are handled! With all of these reviews of food I feel the pounds just kicking in. I was doing so good for the lase few months and now I have been eating out again more frequently. I was never a big fan because they are not close to my house... Hint Hint open one up in Brookhaven. The chicken niblers are sooo good and they have the best french fries, no offense to Mickey'ds The last 3 times I have eaten there they have had perfect health score of 100% which is way important. The sweet tea is good could be a bit sweeter.

I had a large catering order for around 100 people and the service and quality of food left much to be desired. I am an avid eater of Zaxby's but this experience was enough to curb my appetite for quite a while. We decided to go with the wraps this time instead of the sandwiches which was a mistake. The tortillas were hard and stale and with none of the famous Zax sauce which was highly disappointing. Although disappointing, the lack of Zax sauce is forgivable because it is indeed hard to cater to 100+ people. But they were an hour and a half late. The order was placed earlier that week with plenty of notice and no excuse for that amount of time difference. Especially when the food arrived cold. And the fruit cups should have just been left out. There was a good selection of fruits in the cup: strawberries, grapes, peaches, orange slices. These fruits were very fresh, maybe a month ago. There was bubbles in the strange syrupy liquid at the bottom of the cup. I wouldn't have let my dogs even eat that food... I hope they step their game up and that this was a one-time incident because I LOVE Zaxby's! I would love to update this review after a future encounter that blows me away!

Is it strange that I frequent another chicken fast food restaurant to get fries... I mean there's no french fry only fast food joint near me soooo beggars cant be choosers now can they.... Service is fine for going through the drive thru... I've never come across anyone rude, just folks doing their job. I can only speak for the fries and onion rings that I get from time to time. The fries are fine when they're seasoned well and not over cooked. The onion rings are fine as well especially when they're not over cooked. When they're over cooked its not a pleasant eating experience. But most of the time, the items are cooked fine. I would say this Zaxby's is about a 2.5 so I rounded up... But I tell you if Chik fil-a ever gets onion rings... I'd divorce Zaxby's in a heart beat...

Came here for a small SPSU car meet, and what's better than cars and good food? I usually order the Zaxby's Club or the House Salad with grilled chicken with the Mediterranean dressing which is their version of Italian dressing. Both are delicious. The Zaxby's club comes with bacon, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and I think something else, with fries on the side, and a slice of pickle. The bread on the club is nicely toasted and buttered making the rest of the sandwich just that much tastier. Definitely worth a try! Can never go wrong with their food!

Oh, and they're milkshakes are really good too. **Please bring back the birthday cake milkshake!** I would give 5 stars but I'm not crazy about their wings. Little too wet for my liking. Zaxby's is a small step-up from a typical fast food chain. As the brand logo would suggest, the restaurant specializes in chicken (mostly of the fried variety). The popular items are their chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches served between slices of Texas toast, salads ("zalads" as they like to call them), and wings. Orders are served on plastic disposable plates that have sections designed for sides, which include their crinkle-cut fries, cole slaw, fried pickles, and onion rings. Zaxby's is also known for their Zax Sauce, which is a light-brown sauce made mostly of ketchup and mayonnaise. It tastes great and goes with almost anything you can order here, especially the chicken tenders and fries. The fries are also seasoned with Cajun seasoning, giving them a little extra kick. I must admit, the food here can be quite tasty, but it's because everything is packed with sodium and grease. Each slice of Texas toast is soaked with butter. This location has a single-file line which leads to two registers. You place your order and then wait for your number to be called. Condiments are located next to the cash register as is the drink fountain. You have to ask for the Zax Sauce though and it can cost extra if it does not come with your meal. Plenty of seating, mostly clean, and good service.

i am a frequent Z diner and have grown accustomed to a few things when i walk in. always a friendly "welcome to Zaxbys" and a "how can we serve you?" instead, a blank stare from the girl at the register, as i walked in and approached the counter. i said hello (no response, just continued blankness) and offered my order. she asked the necessary questions and told me my total. and that was it. didn't bother telling me what my change was or what my order number was either. that may have been a first time for that. i have dined here a many times, but not in a few years, as i have worked in a different area until recently. i am disappointed how much service has fallen since i have been gone. i don't usually slam a place over one experience or "bad egg", but i noticed the woman that followed me received much the same treatment from a different girl behind the counter. i hope to see an improvement soon. the location is very convenient, and i frequent Zaxbys when searching for sustenance in the working afternoon. i am hoping management is paying attention. by the way, the food was as good as i expected, thankfully.

I've really only ever ordered one thing at this damn place, and it was chicken fingers. I heard they could rival my college favorite Guthries, and even spank that azz, so when I first moved back to Atlanta, this was one of the first places I had to seek out. Better than Guthries...on some days sure. But you have to remember Guthries (another chicken finger place) was like the after the club spot that everyone hit in Tallahassee, FL So a huge amount of my memory took place on many a tipsy night...where food just always seems to be better. I still think that I like the sauce that Guthries offered a bit better too. Zaxbys is cool, but there just seems to be something missing...maybe its a little to corporatey...maybe not greasy enough...maybe that flavor that I am used to is missing. Is it good, hell yes, and very easy to get addicted to, but it just cant beat the gut box.

But you have to remember Guthries (another chicken finger place) was like the after the club spot that everyone hit in Tallahassee, FL So a huge amount of my memory took place on many a tipsy night...where food just always seems to be better. I still think that I like the sauce that Guthries offered a bit better too. Zaxbys is cool, but there just seems to be something missing...maybe its a little to corporatey...maybe not greasy enough...maybe that flavor that I am used to is missing. Is it good, hell yes, and very easy to get addicted to, but it just cant beat the gut box.

With all of these reviews of food I feel the pounds just kicking in. I was doing so good for the lase few months and now I have been eating out again more frequently. I was never a big fan because they are not close to my house... Hint Hint open one up in Brookhaven. The chicken niblers are sooo good and they have the best french fries, no offense to Mickey'ds The last 3 times I have eaten there they have had perfect health score of 100% which is way important. The sweet tea is good could be a bit sweeter.

Came here for a small SPSU car meet, and what's better than cars and good food? I usually order the Zaxby's Club or the House Salad with grilled chicken with the Mediterranean dressing which is their version of Italian dressing. Both are delicious. The Zaxby's club comes with bacon, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and I think something else, with fries on the side, and a slice of pickle. The bread on the club is nicely toasted and buttered making the rest of the sandwich just that much tastier. Definitely worth a try! Can never go wrong with their food!

Cmon! It's Zaxby's! Great salads (haha like I get those often), yummy chicken fingers, love their fries, love the toast, love their Ranch. Oh, and they're milkshakes are really good too. **Please bring back the birthday cake milkshake!** I would give 5 stars but I'm not crazy about their wings. Little too wet for my liking. We came here since this is what my daughter chose for her birthday. We don't have a Zaxby's where we live and she misses it. The food was decent, but not fabulous. We had a party of 9 that included 3 kids. Everyone was able to find something they like. The choices of sides were enough for everyone to choose something to eat and we shared. I loved the onion rings and the hush puppies the best. My daughter has braces, so she was glad boneless wings and chicken tenders were offered.

Zaxbys is always on hand to support our schools! Thanks! Tonight they got my order half wrong, my daughters nibbler's meal was there but my barbecue wings had become a salad. I was REALLY hungry and the drive thru had been long, I called to explain and whoever answered the phone, can't recall the name but he was an African American manager between 9:00-9:30 at night March 30 2015, and he was wonderful. He took my name and I when I came up to replace the salad with wings he not only gave me my wings but an extra nibbler's meal! I was so hungry at the time I noticed there were two boxes in the bag but could not process the info at the time. Point is, a good business is measured how mistakes are handled! I had a large catering order for around 100 people and the service and quality of food left much to be desired. I am an avid eater of Zaxby's but this experience was enough to curb my appetite for quite a while. We decided to go with the wraps this time instead of the sandwiches which was a mistake. The tortillas were hard and stale and with none of the famous Zax sauce which was highly disappointing. Although disappointing, the lack of Zax sauce is forgivable because it is indeed hard to cater to 100+ people. But they were an hour and a half late. The order was placed earlier that week with plenty of notice and no excuse for that amount of time difference. Especially when the food arrived cold. And the fruit cups should have just been left out. There was a good selection of fruits in the cup: strawberries, grapes, peaches, orange slices. These fruits were very fresh, maybe a month ago. There was bubbles in the strange syrupy liquid at the bottom of the cup. I wouldn't have let my dogs even eat that food... I hope they step their game up and that this was a one-time incident because I LOVE Zaxby's! I would love to update this review after a future encounter that blows me away!

Food will take max 15 min to be ready coz they have this token system.. Really love their seatings as well.. Its all about chicken. Is it strange that I frequent another chicken fast food restaurant to get fries... I mean there's no french fry only fast food joint near me soooo beggars cant be choosers now can they.... Service is fine for going through the drive thru... I've never come across anyone rude, just folks doing their job. I can only speak for the fries and onion rings that I get from time to time. The fries are fine when they're seasoned well and not over cooked. The onion rings are fine as well especially when they're not over cooked. When they're over cooked its not a pleasant eating experience. But most of the time, the items are cooked fine. I would say this Zaxby's is about a 2.5 so I rounded up... But I tell you if Chik fil-a ever gets onion rings... I'd divorce Zaxby's in a heart beat...

Zaxby's is a small step-up from a typical fast food chain. As the brand logo would suggest, the restaurant specializes in chicken (mostly of the fried variety). The popular items are their chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches served between slices of Texas toast, salads ("zalads" as they like to call them), and wings. Orders are served on plastic disposable plates that have sections designed for sides, which include their crinkle-cut fries, cole slaw, fried pickles, and onion rings. Zaxby's is also known for their Zax Sauce, which is a light-brown sauce made mostly of ketchup and mayonnaise. It tastes great and goes with almost anything you can order here, especially the chicken tenders and fries. The fries are also seasoned with Cajun seasoning, giving them a little extra kick. I must admit, the food here can be quite tasty, but it's because everything is packed with sodium and grease. Each slice of Texas toast is soaked with butter. This location has a single-file line which leads to two registers. You place your order and then wait for your number to be called. Condiments are located next to the cash register as is the drink fountain. You have to ask for the Zax Sauce though and it can cost extra if it does not come with your meal. Plenty of seating, mostly clean, and good service.

i am a frequent Z diner and have grown accustomed to a few things when i walk in. always a friendly "welcome to Zaxbys" and a "how can we serve you?" instead, a blank stare from the girl at the register, as i walked in and approached the counter. i said hello (no response, just continued blankness) and offered my order. she asked the necessary questions and told me my total. and that was it. didn't bother telling me what my change was or what my order number was either. that may have been a first time for that. i have dined here a many times, but not in a few years, as i have worked in a different area until recently. i am disappointed how much service has fallen since i have been gone. i don't usually slam a place over one experience or "bad egg", but i noticed the woman that followed me received much the same treatment from a different girl behind the counter. i hope to see an improvement soon. the location is very convenient, and i frequent Zaxbys when searching for sustenance in the working afternoon. i am hoping management is paying attention. by the way, the food was as good as i expected, thankfully.

In my neighborhood, the goodness that is the chicken finger...I love it, close to home and mylocal library (*I'm a sexy nerd). The service here isn't that quick but it doesn't matter cuz your food is made to order. I usually go into the building but lately I've been using the drive-thru and the guys are really nice, who knew drive-thrus could be this friendly. LOL. I was a fan of the chicken finger plate, but now I've moved onto the Zaxby's Club with no mayo or tomato....yummy!

They say they make your order To order, so it can take 10 to 15 minutes...especially feels painfully long waiting in the drive through.

Zaxby's is a small step-up from a typical fast food chain. As the brand logo would suggest, the restaurant specializes in chicken (mostly of the fried variety). The popular items are their chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches served between slices of Texas toast, salads ("zalads" as they like to call them), and wings. Orders are served on plastic disposable plates that have sections designed for sides, which include their crinkle-cut fries, cole slaw, fried pickles, and onion rings. Zaxby's is also known for their Zax Sauce, which is a light-brown sauce made mostly of ketchup and mayonnaise. It tastes great and goes with almost anything you can order here, especially the chicken tenders and fries. The fries are also seasoned with Cajun seasoning, giving them a little extra kick. I must admit, the food here can be quite tasty, but it's because everything is packed with sodium and grease. Each slice of Texas toast is soaked with butter. This location has a single-file line which leads to two registers. You place your order and then wait for your number to be called. Condiments are located next to the cash register as is the drink fountain. You have to ask for the Zax Sauce though and it can cost extra if it does not come with your meal. Plenty of seating, mostly clean, and good service.

i am a frequent Z diner and have grown accustomed to a few things when i walk in. always a friendly "welcome to Zaxbys" and a "how can we serve you?" instead, a blank stare from the girl at the register, as i walked in and approached the counter. i said hello (no response, just continued blankness) and offered my order. she asked the necessary questions and told me my total. and that was it. didn't bother telling me what my change was or what my order number was either. that may have been a first time for that. i have dined here a many times, but not in a few years, as i have worked in a different area until recently. i am disappointed how much service has fallen since i have been gone. i don't usually slam a place over one experience or "bad egg", but i noticed the woman that followed me received much the same treatment from a different girl behind the counter. i hope to see an improvement soon. the location is very convenient, and i frequent Zaxbys when searching for sustenance in the working afternoon. i am hoping management is paying attention. by the way, the food was as good as i expected, thankfully.

I've really only ever ordered one thing at this damn place, and it was chicken fingers. I heard they could rival my college favorite Guthries, and even spank that azz, so when I first moved back to Atlanta, this was one of the first places I had to seek out. Better than Guthries...on some days sure. But you have to remember Guthries (another chicken finger place) was like the after the club spot that everyone hit in Tallahassee, FL So a huge amount of my memory took place on many a tipsy night...where food just always seems to be better. I still think that I like the sauce that Guthries offered a bit better too. Zaxbys is cool, but there just seems to be something missing...maybe its a little to corporatey...maybe not greasy enough...maybe that flavor that I am used to is missing. Is it good, hell yes, and very easy to get addicted to, but it just cant beat the gut box.

Love the boneless wings as well as the ceasar salads... a bit healthier and fresher than regular fast food since you know it was prepared right when you order it! :) move over KFC!

With all of these reviews of food I feel the pounds just kicking in. I was doing so good for the lase few months and now I have been eating out again more frequently. I was never a big fan because they are not close to my house... Hint Hint open one up in Brookhaven. The chicken niblers are sooo good and they have the best french fries, no offense to Mickey'ds The last 3 times I have eaten there they have had perfect health score of 100% which is way important. The sweet tea is good could be a bit sweeter.

I LOVE ZAXBYS!!!! I came to Atlanta from MD and this became easily one of my absolute favorites. I always get the kickin chicken sandwich, soooo good!! Wonder if they will extend up to MD because everyone back home is missing out.

We love the options for good food fast here at our local neighborhood Zaxby's. The staff are always friendly and nice. The food options can be as healthy as you want or tradtional fried eats.

Came here for a small SPSU car meet, and what's better than cars and good food? I usually order the Zaxby's Club or the House Salad with grilled chicken with the Mediterranean dressing which is their version of Italian dressing. Both are delicious. The Zaxby's club comes with bacon, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and I think something else, with fries on the side, and a slice of pickle. The bread on the club is nicely toasted and buttered making the rest of the sandwich just that much tastier. Definitely worth a try! Can never go wrong with their food!

Cmon! It's Zaxby's! Great salads (haha like I get those often), yummy chicken fingers, love their fries, love the toast, love their Ranch. Oh, and they're milkshakes are really good too. **Please bring back the birthday cake milkshake!** I would give 5 stars but I'm not crazy about their wings. Little too wet for my liking. But to their credit I know many who live and die by the "wings and things" combo (chicken tenders and wings *pick your sauce*, fries, and toast) and I have a girlfriend that's obsessed because they have Cherry Fanta. Sometimes its the little things in life... ;)
