AMAZING PLACE!! BETTER THAN SUBWAY!!! they are super fast, chips are amazing, no delivery fee. The GARGANTUAN is the best one, also the Tuna one. You can personalize your sandwich. Love Jimmy John's!!!

Bland! Ate there while my mother was in the hospital and was very disappointed! Was excited to try it but when I got there the choices were very few. You can't choose what to put on your sandwich. The bread is boring! Will never be back. Very bland and unfulfilling.

Placed an order online to be delivered to the hospital across the street. Stood outside for 20 minutes before calling the store, was put on hold, finally was told that my food was just now leaving. It's been 10 minutes and my food still isn't here. I thought they were supposed to be fast? I guess not this particular store. Shame.

Meh, food is fine I guess, no diff than any other JJ I've been to. I take issue w/the whole "freaky fast" thing when it took 31 min to deliver me 2 sandwiches when I'm exactly 1.9 miles away though.

It's better than Subway, but nothing spectacular. I like to be able to see the ingredients and pick out which ones I want on my sub which is not an option here. I tried to eat here 3 different times hoping it would "grow on me." But that didn't happen. Other people like it because the place stays packed. Evwn though I don't like the food, I still like the commercials.

Worst customer service ever, every single employee that I came in contact with was rude. The man at the register did not give us a receipt for any of our 6 separate orders and when we asked where our missing sandwich was, we were treated like we were crazy. Won't be returning

The sandwich was just ok, the chips were actually better. I ordered the #4 Turkey Tom and had salt & vinegar chips with an Arnold Palmer to drink. They don't have "hot" sandwiches they are all cold I went here thinking I was going to have a warm sandwich with hot melting cheese on it, but nope they don't do that. I didn't even get a dill pickle on the side. I asked one of the workers if they had salt and pepper, without any emotions and a straight face he said,"we don't have any." I then asked, "do u have any ranch dressing," he said,"we only have oil and vinegar or mayo and mustard." I then even had to bag my own food. I wonder if I would've went behind the counter if my sandwich would've been to my liking. For darn near $9.00 I expected more...disappointed!

Great sandwiches. Consistantly fresh. I have never had a soggy sandwich. Its prepared to your specifications and delivered if you like. One of the best attributes is that the many times I am forced to delay my lunch or dinner the meal is still good. I have not been so lucky with some of there competitors. This store is usually busy and should speak for itself. There is a coffee shop conveniently next door, just a few steps away. Y 20/100

I hate the fact that my first review is not awesome, but I just have to. I've heard many great things about Jimmy John's subs, so bypassed Publix and decided to check it out. This location is near a hospital so traffic is thick at times. I was driving down the street, followed by a car who was kissing my bumper the whole way. Then I hear yelling, telling me to "Move It!" Turns out to be a Jimmy John's delivery guy returning to the store! Messed up my whole experience. I think I will look for a better sub shop

That was a surprise..... Mom and I had a BLT sub today and I was amazed. The bread actually had an old fashioned bread flavor...the kind we used to have before all the GMO's and hybrids took over the market. There was a goodly amount of bacon, enough mayo to lube the lettuce and tomato. I'd definitely go again without hesitation. It certainly surpassed a few other sub shops I can think of.

Sandwiches a third grader would love! White bread, shredded iceberg lettuce, regular mayo and giant pickles. Food for the hoi polloi. If this is your thing, cool. Not really my thing. Great service at this place though! Very courteous, well-trained young staff. Extremely clean dining area. Convenient to hospital.

This review is for this location only. Parking lot is small, can only turn into the place from one direction. I love JJ, but this has to be one of the slowest ones I have been to, and lots of people come in standing looking at the menu like they are lost, so i am sure that slows the process here a little, but there arent that many choices. Other than above mentioned issues, food quality and taste is the same as any other JJ's. Usually get a couple to take with me when we go here as well as there isnt one real close to my house.

Not really a fan. They did have kid options and were not very helpful. Seems expensive for the amount of food you get. Also... No hot sandwiches? Guess I am used to more traditional sub shops. Not exactly a fan but might be fine for others.

I work at an office nearby and have had MULTIPLE issuses with this Jimmy Johns.. The sandwiches are mediocre and the employees are less than stellar. The only reason I have continued to order is because they're convienient and they deliver. I ordered a sandwich today and requested wheat bread (which has an upcharge.....ok.) had it delivered, and come to find out that my one request (to have wheat bread) had been ignored. Not supprising being that the guy on the other end of the line was quick to rush me off the line and wouldnt let me finish my sentance. SO i called and was felling better when they said they would come over and deliver me a new sandwich. WELL, they deliver it and then ask for the other sandwich back... weird, but ok.. Opened up my new sandwich and they gave me a completly different entre. This all comes after the incedient where I called to see if the drivers accepted tips. The man on the other end of the line told me no, only delivery fee. So, when i got my sandwich i didnt leave a tip (...bc they said they couldnt take them) And what happend??? the driver comes back almost three hours later to beg for his tip and says, "sorry i was wrong we do take tips, here is your recipet." WHAT?! From now on I will be going to Firehouse where the food is so much better anyways...Stay away from this Jimmy Johns!

i order from this locations specifically very often at work. They deliver and are fast. I can place my order online and have it here at my job in less than thirty mins. I have yet to have anything on the menu that was bad. The food isnt super special but its better than subway quality and the service is good along with the price.

Tried them again on Monday, March 25 only because they delivered. Sandwich was better this time. They seem to have added a few toppings. Still room for improvement - mustard was gooped in the middle of sandwich instead of being spread on the sandwich. Nice to see the added guacamole to toppings (they call it avocado but it was a paste which is guacamole to me).

I would love to review the sandwiches at Jimmy John's....but I never got my order! I called in my order, gave them payment over the phone, and proceeded to go back to work. After waiting and waiting (45 minutes) I called Jimmy Johns to find out what was taking so long. They let me know that my order had been sent out and I would have it shortly. So I waited and waited some more... It had been over an hour so I called again only to find out that I would just be receiving a refund instead of lunch. It seem that, although they took my order and charged my credit card, I am outside of their delivery zone. No one thought to check this before charging my card and letting me know my order was on it's way. Apparently the manager called and left a voicemail after the fact...yeah a voicemail. So I won't be eating lunch today and I definitely won't be ordering from Jimmy John's again. If you do call in an order for delivery, ask them to VERIFY that you are in their delivery zone before getting off the phone.

I had a friend that lived in Tuscaloosa, and swore by Jimmy John's sandwiches. There are few scattered locations in the Atlanta area. I decided to give one of them a try. I ordered the Billy Club, a roast beef and ham sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and spicy mustard. I got the Billy Club with chips and a drink for about $8.50. A pretty good deal, it was a big sandwich. The service was fast, and it was a good sandwich. The menu was scrawled on the walls country kitchen style, and from what I could tell, they had a pretty good variety. I'm sure some of the selections were similar, being a sandwich place and all. I don't swear on this place like by buddy, or claim that the original Earl of Sandwich himself would be smitten with Jimmy John's. I will be going back to try something different though.

I have ate there on several occasions. My last visit was a bomb though, it started with no sweetner to use in the tea, then no fork ( I ordered a tuna lettuce wrap) the the best yet. While eating, the loud music rolls into the super f... bomb rap long play. I was shocked that not one of the female workers even attaempted to change the music. Pathetic, if you dont care about trash lyrics like that, how do I know that you care about washing your hands, checking dates on food, etc.
