who knew ordering from the drive-thru and from ordering from inside would actually make a difference? I've only tried the drive-thru at this location once and found out I wasn't a fan. yes, drive -thrus can be quick and convenient, but sometimes it can be a hassle. service isn't so great at the window, but spare some time and walk in to order instead. the difference is drastic when you place your order inside the store. the cashier will actually smile and greet you and provide much better service in general. in addition, you'd be able to see how they prepare your drinks (whether it's sloppy or neat) and the choices of fried/baked goods available.

Popped in for a small coffee with cream and sugar. Good customer service, coffee was fine. Sat outside with friends. I vaguely recall trying Dunkin' Donuts at EWR before and didn't care for the donuts but I'd be willing to give them a go again sometime in the future. Wasn't hungry when we paid this location a visit. Good thing for us, they are in Los Angeles now :)

Extremely unimpressed. I needed coffee, bagels, and doughnuts for 50 3 days in a row for a corporate event my company hosted and this branch of DD treated me as if I was inconveniencing them with my business. For future personal and work related events, I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.

I am content with this place as long as I don't find out how the sausage or eggs are made. I'm not a donut fan, so I usually get a turkey sausage or bagel with cream cheese. The kitchen seems too small to cook stuff, but their health scores from the city are always on point, so it evens everything out. Also, the manager calls you "honey" in her smoky voice. When you're homely like me, it's a nice change of pace.

Unfailingly clean and efficient store, and with recent changes in management (last few months), outgoing and friendly staff. The managers they replaced I could tell were nice and pleasant enough; they were just kinda grim and serious. This is only evident if you park your car and go in. In the drive-through, I noticed no change. Small front lot can get jammy on busy weekday mornings. (Ownership, are you listening? Please keep existing entrance/exit and cut the curb and build in a second exit right in front of the drive-through.)

Sunday mornings at this DD are very peaceful until you get a kid who kicks the unattached metal on the bottom of the tables or when the workers start to clean and push instead of lift the chairs on the flooring. HORRIBLE sound. The food is ok...the coffee is GREAT.

I usually swing through the drive thru for some iced coffee. It's like crack in a cup! It is hard to choose between donuts and bagels and the egg white sandwich; but sometimes I'm good and go for the egg whites. Pros: the drive thru speakers work, I can understand everyone who takes my order, food is always hot (if applicable) and correct, and service is smiling and fast. Cons: the entrance is on a divided highway and the line for drive thru can be dangerously long in the AM.

Terrible service!!! Went in there today to pickup some breakfast for the family and had a terrible experience with a rude teenager behind the counter. She was so rude - another person working there looked at her like 'what is wrong with you?'. Never going there again and don't recommend you do either! The Donuts aren't fresh either.....

Place was closed but lights were on on the outside and no donuts how can we survive without our sugar tonight!!all I got to say is no sugar and I'm getting weak I guess if you wasn't a good donut go to Publix grocery store at least they have them plus I think they are fresher!!!!!!
