We have really enjoyed the food and the value with the Pairings special. We have become fans of the Onion and Jalapeno Stackers. We will return as often as the budget will allow.

It's Chili's. Come on, you've been to Chili's. It's just like every other Chili's in the universe. When you look up "three stars" in the dictionary, there's a picture of Chili's.

Myself, husband and son waited 30 minutes for 2 salads and 1 burger. All the manager did was give us refills on water didn't offer us an appetizer or anything. In addition both salads came tossed in the wrong dressing. By that point we were hungry and just ate it anxious to head out the door. Won't be back here!

Its a chain. It does have good food now and again. Quick service at their curbside pick up. My wife was feeling sick with a sore throat so I was trying to find a place after 8 that I could pick up some soup quickly and be on my way. Chili's was convenient and my wife enjoyed the soup. Chicken Enchilada soup for about $4.40, with tip $5.40. Wife = happy, not bad for $5.50. While Chains are not my first choice, they do have their place and this one lived up to the bill.

This has to be the best Chili's I have ever been to. I have probably been to six Chili's and this one has the best chef. I would recommend them for sure.

I wanted a quick salad, plus we were in a time crunch so we needed to grab food somewhere fast...Big mistake.... the salad was great..black beans and corn relish with this yummy citrus dressing, except for the mysterious grey...yes grey chicken like substance shaped in the form of a chicken breast with what looked to be painted on grill marks, which was then easily mashed with the backside of a spoon!! *throws-up a little in her mouth* Chilli's I don't know what the heck kinda meat you are using on your salads...but Cut it out!!!. ..

Love this place. Service is always great! Food is always hot and correct. Prices are fair, it is Chili's. Even the to go is out of sight. We live across the street so we eat there regular enough and I have never received gray chicken, haha!

This is probably one of the best chili's I ate at. The new menu looks pleasing. I like pretzels, so when they introduced the jumbo pretzels sticks as appetizers, I felt excited. The pretzels are served warm with cheese sauce, which contained onion pieces to stand out in taste. The burgers are succulent, and seasoned to perfection. The pickles contained garlic as well as dill tastes. The place is well kept and maintained clean and I had yet to have a bad experience here. The only thing I have against about this establishment is it's a chain. Some chains don't keep their place well run. I will continue to be a customer here!

ExTREMLy loud with several tables of out of control kids. Waitress was nice but harried. Food was acceptable. Seems no one pays in cash anymore!?! Waitress brought change for 100. ....$80.... In FIVES!? That is 16 five dollar bills. REALLY????

Hate rating chain places... Missed the health score here so I can't comment. Current staff is above average, as well as the consistency and plating of the food.

Great location. Rarely a long line and a well dedicated staff with little turnover. So service is consistent, and when you tie that in with the reliable preparation of food that a national chain affords... it's a great spot with a predictable meal! Good stuff! It's close to the Perimeter Mall too!

Its a chillis, but the food quality is excellent here for what it is. Better then some local spots which kills me to say, good for kids.

I generally enjoy visiting a Chili's from time to time. I'm not sure what went wrong this time. The food took a while to come, but then it was a Sunday afternoon. Though I ordered something I've had at other Chili's, it didn't taste the same somehow. The chicken was a bit tough and just lacked flavor (compared to my visit at another Chili's). Maybe it was the Sunday rush, or maybe it was just me. Overall, a "meh" sort of experience.

Pretty sad that their Cobb Salad to-go was no where near the quality of Chick-Fil-a's cobb salad. We've been visiting and getting to-go from this location for years, and sadly it's hit or miss. Just don't get your hopes up, and you should be fine. If it's a good night, your a lucky one!

Nothing really wrong, but nothing really great either. Just needed a place to sit and have lunch after a long weekday summer morning of driving and hauling stuff, sweaty, hot work to be sure. Their lunch combos promised to be quick and cheap and they mostly were, although it is still baffling why the addition of bacon to a $6 half-sandwich and salad combo instantly bumps the cost up to $8. Sad reminder of how close this stuff is to fast food. But at the same time you can sit a bit, drink a decent beer (Sam Adams Rebel IPA draft), and get an OK lunch for not a lot of money. Does help that the interior of this particular store was recently redone to feature mostly neutral, tasteful colors.

I won a gift card for Chili's so tried out this location to use up my card. I came in for lunch on a Sunday. Previously, I had not been to a Chili's for a few years. I found this restaurant to be solid choice if you want a decent meal at an affordable price. The service was also very good, and I liked the overall layout of the restaurant. I sat at the bar and they had a row of TV's right behind the bar, so patrons could get a really good view of several different games if they so wish. Their menu is very large, like most chains, and they had some interesting choices. It looks like they put some effort into coming up with new dishes. I had a chicken avocado bacon sandwich, which was served on a pretzel bun. This was flavorful and fresh but a little too high on the sodium side. The bun was really good and fresh and gave the sandwich an interesting taste. I liked that they had a choice of some healthier sides than just fries, and I ordered steamed broccoli. The broccoli came out just perfectly, not too soft and not too undercooked, and had a little bit of seasoning. Since it's a chain, you won't find a large variety of wines and beers, but that is to be expected. I'd definitely consider visiting this Chili's again.

It's like they douse all their food in salt. Every few months, we decide to give Chili's another try and we always end up suffering. They revamped their menu so I decided to give the enchiladas a go. Holy moly, it felt like I was forcing tablespoons of salt down my throat. The only good thing about Chili's is their 1000+ calories molten chocolate cake.

Just got top shelf customer service. I ordered something and when it came it was too spicy for me- they're getting me another meal!

Good service reasonable prices. Went in for Sunday lunch and got the 2 for $20 with a friend. Due to a rainy morning, it wasn't crowded at all. Shared a Texas cheese fries and I got the magarita grilled chicken entree. The chicken was tender and juicy. Black beans and rice was really good too. Saw that they have happy hour drink and appetizer specials, which I will keep in mind next time hanging out with friends and looking for a small bite. This location also had the ziosk. The server said they've had it for about three weeks now. You can order refills on drinks, desserts, and even pay your bill right at your table. Neat little machine.

My favorite thing about Chili's is their excellent burgers. The one with blue cheese is the best! Or maybe the hickory burger that's on special these days. Maybe, what I really love is the chocolate lave cake and its ooey gooey goodness. No, I believe my very favorite thing to eat is the chips (and salsa). The chips at Chili's are the crispiest, lightest, most delicious chips anywhere on the planet! They are a must-have at every visit! I LOVE Chili's! It's my favorite place to eat after my son's baseball games. Go Eastside!
