This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The service is horrible and so is the food. I came here several times trying to give them a chance. I've gotten cold food, a half empty fry container, and bad service all the way around. The last straw was Saturday when I was visiting. I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes. If there hadn't been a car in front of me, i would have backed up and left. However, in that time, four cars had pulled up behind me. I couldn't go anywhere until the car in front of me did. When I say ten minutes, I mean that I was at the speaker for that long, the car in front of me was at the window and when I pulled up, the car in front of me had just pulled off. I heard all types of conversations but no one greeted me, no one told me to hold, no one said a word. I just pulled forward because I didn't want anyone jumping out of their car to come at me although it wasn't my fault. The workers are as ghetto and unprofessional as they come and they represent the area they are located in very well.

Ordered through the drive-thru and the staff seemed inept. When we received our order, one straw was wet and one straw had a shoe-mark on it! One order of french-fries was only half-filled, so I went into the restaurant. The cashier seemed more concerned with her hair. Maybe I was inconveniencing her by wanting clean straws & a full-order of fries, but her attitude was completely unwarranted. Instead of apologizing, she just pointed in the general direction of the straws. I grabbed a couple new straws and left. Unfortunately, this seems to be the standard for Wendy's throughout the South.

Pros: clean inside, lots of parking, standard Wendy's choices. Cons: a few mistakes in my order (wrong milk w/ kids meal, fries instead of requested Apple slices), I got a few frozen French fries among the cooked ones (likely fell in while they loaded the second fry basket). Despite the cons, I'll probably be back again in a pinch.

Pretty inept work force. Ordered a spicy chicken with fries.. Ok, please wait 4 minutes for the chicken. Chicken is ready and on tray, please wait two more minutes for fries. It's not rocket science!

Good food like at all Wendy's. I have stopped here often for lunch or dinner. Drive thru is usually very fast. I usually have had nothing but good service from these guys. It does get packed sometimes around lunch. A decent place for fast food whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
