What a pleasant surprise! I was looking for lunch and decided to check these guys out just because they were close. Hong Kong is a fairly new restaurant in this little strip, with friendly staff and a clean environment if you're dining in. At 11am, I was the only customer in, although it filled up completely by the time I was leaving 30 minutes later. I ordered the general Tso's chicken lunch special, which comes with a VERY healthy serving of chicken, fried rice and your choice of a beverage or an egg roll all for under $7, kinda a steal if you ask me. The eggroll, i'll admit, was very dense and not really that great, but I enjoyed the flavor of the chicken very much, and the portion size of the chicken rivaled any dinner service i'd seen...I couldn't finish it. The fried rice was pretty standard, but also fairly huge in terms of portion size. One thing that some people may take away stars for (but I was very happy for it), is they serve your food, at least at lunch, in to go boxes. I do understand the appeal of eating off of a plate, but when you gotta get back, it saves some time to just close your box and walk out, vs waiting for them to get you a to go box, etc. Really enjoyed this place and I hope they stick around for a while.

Relatively new Chinese restaurant in Suwannee. They are ran by a family. You can probably see the owners kids behind the counter if you visit. They do both take out and dine in. The food tasted better than the average Chinese fast food I would say. They give a really good amount in terms of portion size, great place to share dishes with friends and family. I was going to give it 3 stars, but the people there are so nice, so they get the extra star for that. Hopefully this new business succeeds! My Recommendations: -General Tsos Chicken (classic dish)

New chinese restaurant or you can say cafe? I love chinese american food if it's cooked properly and this restaurant is the example of it. Brand new place, friendly service. I had my meal prepared not according to what I like and they were gladly cooked another one for me. Thats what I call service, definitely will come back for lunch especially its only 4 mins away from work. I hope they keep this standards, good food, good service.

Delicious and authentic Chinese food. The chicken in garlic sauce was incredible with tender pieces of chicken cooked just right with fresh chopped vegetables. The garlic sauce was tasty and not overwhelming. The Mongolian Triple was perfection! The sauce was delicious with shrimp, beef, and chicken. We loved the egg rolls which were truly authentic with lots of shredded cabbage. The fried rice was so yummy! Finally the fried scallops were a great price and delicious. We highly recommend the lunch and dinner combinations.

We ordered from this place twice so far. Both times the food was really good! We have tried the sesame chicken, Mei fun chicken, sweet and sour chicken. The red sauce on the ss chicken was not that good to me but it wasn't that bad. It comes with a lot of food for the price. My husband can always finish his meal but I eat half of mine and I'm full. The owner was very nice and place looks really clean. I would recommend this place!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
