A few years ago I have to say this restaurant had started to go down hill and so I did stop coming here. When I noticed that they remodeled the building and it was under new management, I decided to give them another try and I was not disappointed. The staff are all very polite and courteous and the food quality is very good. O'Charley's have upped their game and it shows. The fish and chips here are excellent and this coming from a former British national is indeed good praise! I have been back several times since they had their make over and I have yet to be disappointed!

This location has been newly remodeled with a very warm and welcoming environment. They have definitely improved their menu in recent years. Gone is the cheese sauce they used to use as the cheese for a loaded baked potato or potato skins. Now it's the legit grated cheddar cheese. Also, their chicken fingers and salmon are strong favorites and make sure you try their chipotle bbq sauce as well. Of course, free pie Wednesday's cannot be beat. My favorite is the French Silk or Caramel. Both are unique and delicious. Lastly, make sure you ask for Brandon Notch when you dine here. He is an excellent long term server at this location and offers top notch service and has a great personality to match!

Typical corporate restaurant with predictable results. We ordered the prime rib rare and it came out medium. Very good service even on a busy night.

First let me say I've never had dinner here, only lunch. However, I've never been disappointed. O'Charly's has the typical Bennigans/Friday's decor and menu. The interior is a lot nicer than what you would expect in the parking lot. It has lots of room and big tables so you don't feel cramped while eating. The menu has lots of choices for all tastes; sandwiches, soup, pasta, and salads. I usually get the French dip sandwich which is really good. The soup/sandwich lunch special is a good meal for a good deal. Service is always good. I really need to come here for dinner one night. Because I've only eaten lunch, I cant comment on the bar service. So, if you find yourself by Arbor Place Mall, here is a great place to get a good meal that is easy on the bank account.

Went to dinner service was so bad we left without eating main course. Our server Brandon was terrible and slow with customer service. We had been finished with our appetizer for about 10 minutes before he even asked to take our order. At this point we had been in our booth for 30 minutes and didn't want to wait any longer. It took another 10 minutes to settle the bill. The manager was addressed by my wife she came over and apologized and offered us Some coupons. Nice gesture on her part but we probably won't return. Brandon needs another occupation he was awful and slow. Maybe your experience will be better. We're finishing our meal at Texas Roadhouse good food and good service always.

My husband and I had lunch here. The food was reasonably priced. The salads were extra large. The staff is super friendly and attentive without being annoying. Great place to eat.

Venue: O' Charleys Decor: A Chain Pub Service: Alright, not the best Environment: Family, neighborhood pub, chain Food: Lot of variety Prices: Pretty good Debbie Downers: Nothing over the top that I can think of Conclusion: I am an O' Charleys fan. Have been for years. On the tier with TGIFridays, Applebees, Chilis - it is probably top 2 in that ranking of sit down establishments. The bread they bring out is good. I also liked the seafood platter that I had. The service can be hit or miss like any other establishment but received pretty good. If you happen to be in the area going to the mall or visiting friends, I recommend this place. Overall: B+

Great service at this restaurant. The food is always brought out in a timely manner and the wait staff is extremely attentive. The one time I had an issue (that wasn't even their fault) Robert the manager wasted no problem in correcting the issue. This is why I continue to use them for both in-house orders and catering.

Sad to write a negative review, but it needs to be done. Prime Rib special....clearly stated in tv ads... until they run out. At 6:15...NO PRIME RIB. To reiterate....6:15 p.m....NO prime rib. Either extremely poor planning or a strategy to bring in customers. We were pleasant to our server since we are in the restaurant business and know the serving staff has nothing to do with these kinds of issues. I do think she was perturbed with having to relay this bad news to all of her tables who had come to eat prime rib. For the rest of our visit the service was slow and inefficient. Had to request refills on drinks, food was lukewarm, just not a pleasant dining experience. Very disappointed with O'Charley's/Douglasville, Ga. It will be a while before our next visit for sure.

So we go in here on a Saturday at noon. There 11 people in our group. Every single one of them does this: "I'd like the lunch order of..." and then they are stopped by the waiter saying, "Sorry but we don't offer the lunch menu on the weekends." Uhh guys, if you don't offer it on the weekends then take the full page spread of it out of the menu on the weekends. It's that simple. Or put a giant note on that page of the menu saying that. Ok, so after we were finally able to order (because there's nothing in the "real" menu like what's on the "lunch" menu so you can't just substitute something more expensive for what you originally wanted), they pretty quickly brought out all our food at the same time. +1 star for this as we usually have to sit there and stare at our food until that last plate comes trickling out of the kitchen like what usually happens at other places. (It's rude to eat in front of others. Didn't your mama teach you any manners child?) The food was good and hot. Service was good (except for BS with the menu -- not the waiter's fault) and we enjoyed our lunch. I'd go again but would be prepared to not order off the lunch menu on the weekend next time.

Never again. To start off this dismal experience the hostess attempted to seat us at a booth with crumbs and such from the previous diners. When we asked her to wipe it off for us she used a sopping wet sponge, then left me to wipe it dry so that we could sit down. That was our cue to leave, but I wasn't smart enough to recognize it. Next came a mid-rare stead that wasn't quite seared, let alone cooked to any degree. On the third attempt came two dinners the way they should have been delivered on the first trip. I wouldn't go back here on a bet.

I must say I enjoyed my visit. We came on a weekend and ordered the endless soup and salad for $7. I was told that this deal is only available on the weekday, but they allowed me to have it at the end after I told the server that I specifically came to this joint for them babies.... but here's the kicker.... long long ago, I used to work for this restaurant at a different location, and I know that even if the soup and salad is not offered during these advertised days, if a customer asks for it, they can have it regardless as part of a good customer service... The house salad was of no spectacle ... pure iceberg lettuce, some diced tomatoes, shredded cheese and croutons.... but what is pure delight about this simple concoction is that the salad was cold, crunchy and as always, O'Charley's Blue Cheese is el delicioso! After destroying a few plates of these simple joys, I proceeded to order a bowl of that loaded potato cheese soup thingamajigs and it usually is good, but too salty this time ... when I ordered the only other kind of soup they serve, I was informed that they were out of it ... and that's it ... I wasn't offered any other alternative... a little disappointing, but no big deal. We took advantage of the e-club they have: join their e-club via website and you get a free appetizer with an entree: I recommend the chicken tenders and honey mustard... their chicken tenders are lightly breaded, juicy, and the honey mustard is really good...as a matter of fact, I think one of the best things about O'Charleys are their dressings! Hubby had the Southwest burger with baked potato, and for about ten bucks, I must say it's pretty good. They forgot the baked potato and gave him fries instead, but they quickly corrected this mistake. They advised us to keep the fries (as always) but that is wasted since we didn't eat it anyway. All in all it was a decent experience. I only wished there was more done about the whole soup issue and we could have used another set of bread but it was a little hard to catch our server since half the time, she just flew by as she grabs a plate, and that didn't really left us enough time to ask her for anything. By the time she comes back and asks us if we need anything else, we have moved on to something else.

Still lovin' my O'Chucks happy hour. It really can't be beat if you want to get out of the house and grab a cheap drink close to home. We went on Friday night (reminder, happy hour is from 2-7 and then again 9-close and if you try to grab a spot at the bar around 6 on a Friday night, you will probably be incredibly unsuccessful!) - and got there at about 8:55 p.m. We sat at a high top in the bar (I also confirmed, just for the record, that if you sit at a regular table in the restaurant, you are not eligible for the HH deals) and it was nice to have our own spot and waitress service. The waitress (whose name escapes me, of course) was super sweet and very nice. She took great care of us and made sure we knew about all the specials associated with HH (I hate when they don't remind you of all the deals - what if you're in the mood for one you've forgotten all about?!). I had a couple margaritas (not 2-4-1 but are $3.99 all the time, what's not to love) and the bf had a number of beers (I lost count of how many he actually ordered) plus we shared a couple appetizers. Our bill was $28 or something like that - can't be beat!!! TIP - if you actually want to continue getting good service, don't forget to tip on the literal cost of your bill, not the discount drink/discount food bill! As a former waitress, nothing sucks more than getting a "good" tip on a bill that's 50% off...

I don't particularly remember the food, except that it was good. However, I HAVE to write a review about this place because they accidentally created one of my favorite low- cal cocktails!! I asked the waiter if the bartender could make a Skinny girl margarita and he looked at me like I was crazy (understandably). So he disappeared to the bar and came back holding a martini glass with a yellow-ish drink in it. so, i tasted it and It was spectacular! the bartender concocted what my husband appropriately titled the "Splendini".. the drink consists of the following simple ingredients: Vodka Fresh Lemon juice Splenda if you are looking for a low-cal cocktail, try it out!! thanks O'Charley's!
