Stopped in as a result of the reviews but we didn't experience great service or great food. I had a pecan crusted chicken salad and the salad was great but the chicken was drowning in over cooked pecan crust. My wife had a good steak and crazy salty shrimp scampi. The mashed potatoes weee very good but the green beans were undercooked. Very stringy and chewey. The server was adequate but he disappeared when we were ready for a check.

Huge menu. Franchise place but my daughters love this place. It's got good salads and the staff are pretty good every time we're been there. Mostly a weekend lunch stop but I've been to much worse.

We were looking forward to a great meal and that is not what we got. We came here on a Friday so we expected a delay but not an hour and a half after we ordered our food. Nothing was hot but the plates the food was on. That was only from being under the warmer too long. The kids cheeseburger was dry, my chicken tenders were dry and my husband's Tuscan chicken was dry with a side if soupy noodles. We even had to wait for 30 minutes just to get our check. The carpeted floor was filthy and the tile was oily and slippery. I would probably not eat here again. Foodies beware.

I've eaten here a few times and can't say it's any better than average. I was never very impressed with the food, and the service can be quite slow at times. I have tried several different menu items - salads, sandwiches, appetizers, etc. - but nothing was particularly memorable or flavorful. I do like their rolls, but to me, that's not enough of a reason to go to a particular restaurant. They have a good-sized menu but very few vegetarian options. In my opinion there are many other casual dining places that are more unique/convenient, have better food, or are a better value. There is nothing that sets them apart from the crowd.

My favorite Steak place. Been going for 3 years and it has never let me down.

Gotta say I really like taking my mom here. She loves the tangerine mango margarita , Cobb salad, chicken fingers, chips or fish and always have good service. Today Courtney took care of us - great service and attention- and pretty pink lipstick(lol) ... But great server! Had me a mint Julip julip today which was quite good and a margarita so pleased with both. Highly recommend .

1st time I have eaten here. Picked this spot for Sunday Brunch with a friend who lives in Cumming. Got there just before 11am, service was not good at all. Waiter appeared to be very overwhelmed. Had to keep asking for cream for coffee - I could hear orders on other tables coming out wrong. My order came out correct, but cold. At this point I was past frustrated, ate and left. After paying the check and getting ready to leave is when a manager stopped by to ask how things were. A little late for me.

We came with a large group and informed them of how many were coming well in advance. They took our drink orders fairly quickly but forgot one of the people at the table. It took them an hour to take our food order. We had a two year old with us and we came at 5:15. He sat patiently for an hour and we tried to keep him entertained but we had to take him outside. The food finally arrived at 6:50. I ordered fish and chips. The fish was crisp but flavorless. The fries were limp and tasteless. When we came in, we saw an assortment of delicious looking pies, but after spending two hours here, we had enough! We will never be back and if The Oaks Senior Living schedules another event here, our family of 7 will not participate.

Eat here fairly frequently. Enjoy the free pie on Wednesdays and also go for prime rib special on Fridays. The rolls are always hot and delicious. The prime rib isn't bad and for 2 people. You get 2 entrees with 1 side each-I always get the loaded baked potato, which is always good and a free appetizer to share. This week we got the spinach and artichoke dip as our appetizer. Sadly, it was luke warm and not really appetizing at that temperature. I feel compelled to mention this because food temperature appears to be an issue here. Three separate occasions I have ordered soup, along with others at my table and received cold soup each time. Now, they always have replaced the soup and brought new, hot soup but why does it continually happen? I no longer order soup because I hate cold soup. I was disappointed to then get cold spinach artichoke dip. Otherwise, I find the service to be very good and the food fine for the most part. Please check food temperatures before the food leaves the kitchen.

Excellent food and service! I've always liked this restaurant but this one is especially nice. Very clean, nice helpful staff, fresh and hot food. It seems like they've improved their potato soup as well. It was all very good.

I've always been a fan of O'Charley's, but don't get there too often these days. So when I happened to be in the area and saw this one, I just ha to stop in. It was as good as ever. We waited about 10 minutes on Saturday evening for a table and the service was friendly and fast. The food was excellent. I had a steak and it was cooked perfectly.

This was a great corporate style restaurant to visit. Fast service. Clean atmosphere and good food. A little pricey but over all pretty decent.

Best chain casual dining food around. If you haven't been in awhile, you need to go back and see the great food and drink specials. Best QUALITY bang for your buck.

We went here for a late Sunday dinner, but probably would have went sooner had I known about their new Sunday Brunch! Tasty food & a friendly wait staff.

So, we're craving hot butter rolls after shopping at the outlets. Ooooo, the hot butter rolls. Surprisingly, it was pretty busy for a Tuesday, but we were seated promptly enough. ooooooh, hot butter rolls. We decided on some of their current 10 dollar specials given we wanted to do a simple dinner. My steak and my wife's pasta were cooked well and our server was bubbly and pleasant. Did I mention the hot butter rolls? We had an enjoyable meal and engaged in nice conversation with our server. Recommended.

The best "usual" place to eat in town! Only because of this location. We've been to a few and their steaks or sides are a let down. This location is awesome! Management really cares about customer service and quality of their foods. Go here and you won't be disappointed, only stuffed! LOL

Hadn't been to O'Charley's for years before I stepped into it after my son's baseball game. BAM! The menu is completely changed, and the bread is so amazing! The main dishes ordered were all good, but the bread stays with you. The bread was on par with a 4-star steak place in Duluth. I craved it so much my family went back to it the next day, after another baseball game. FYI: Order a small dish, the strawberry-pink lemonade (for the girls), the potato crisps, and EAT DA BREAD. Yum...
