I love this restaurant so much that I've been there 3 times. I have tried something different each visit and it has all been delicious. The flat bread pizzas are very good. I tried the John Belushi with feta, sun dried tomatoes and chicken. This was by far the best flat bread I've ever tasted. The service is amazing and the owner is a wonderful, accommodating lady. A friend of mine just mentioned BBQ shrimp and even though it was a special from time to time, the owner made an order on the spot. All of the staff are super friendly. They also offer a Sunday brunch and the she crab soup is just dreamy. I tried a burger on my next visit and it was cooked to perfection. They offer a full bar and the bartender makes each visit special. A definite must when you're visiting Clayton, Georgia!
I was not surprised by the previous review. When the owner, Cappy (Caprice), isn't cooking up in the kitchen she's checking on everyone in the restaurant making sure they not only enjoy their food but will be dreaming of coming back for more. The she crab soup is AWESOME! Not gonna lie. I wasn't expecting good she crab in the North GA Mountains, but it was beyond good. The baked clams were delicious, enough to share with my family, but I wanted to hog them all for myself. :) We all got something different, and everyone was convinced theirs was the best. The atmosphere is colorful and laid back. The food is superb. The hospitality is humbling. Zeppelin's exudes peace, love, and happiness.
Great place for delicious food. Flat bread pizza, Woodstock my favorite...reminds me of a college pizza. Great salad called Buck Creek!

Very clean, food was super fresh. I had nuggets (no pink slime here!), and a nice fresh side salad. The nuggets are small pieces but quite good. Staff very friendly and helpful. They brought our food to the table, then came around and checked on us twice...even brought me a refill on the lemonade when I asked. Upscale fast food...
I have eaten At this location twice, including once today. Always a great experience. The actually service is a little slower than other locations. However, the chickfila quality is always consistent and preSent. Our only complaint today were the flies in the restaurant. We did notice bug zappers located all around....so, clearly management is trying to deal with the problem. Lots of parking and a easy drive-thru are offered. I will absolutely be returning back! Children's playground is also at this location!
Greasy. Worst ever. This happened twice in a row. Thought the first might have been a fluke bot obviously not. I have eaten at many Chick-fil-A but never again at Clayton, GA. Would not recommend to any one unless you love geease.

Food wasn't bad, it's pub food. But the service is atrocious. I think it's one of those places that as long as you know somebody you'll be fine, but if you walk in off the street you're just gonna get ignored. I sat at the bar on a slow Wednesday, it took 15 minutes for anyone to talk to me. Got one drink my entire meal, the bartender refilled it after my meal and just poured coke straight over the watered down ice in my cup, after I'd already been without a drink for 15 minutes. The staff were goofing off in the back and "hanging out", very little work being done. Just not well run. Overall it took me an hour and a half for a burger and fries. We're opening a new business in the area, this place could've seen some more business from me and my crews (30+ folks), but apparently this new guy wasn't worth the trouble. Decent food, but avoid like the plague if you want to actually be served.
Love the firecracker sliders, the B.A.T., every cheeseburger, pork nachos, the list goes on and on. Full bar. Lots of live music. Hoppin' joint. See you there.
Music blaring, pimento cheese with cucumbers so acidic you could not taste the pimento cheese, and horrendous tater tots. We are talking deep fried no potatoes left on the inside. If I threw one I'm certain it would break a window. The only reason for two stars, the bar.

Ok, but not great. Cute small town atmosphere and lots of locals so she must have something going, but not for me. Fried chicken on the dry side, field peas bland, fried okra not moist, coffee average, cornbread nothing special. Too bad, as I was all set for a delicious home cooking style treat. Alas. Fortify, across the street, is a different kind of place, and real good.
Charming, good old school food, reasonable prices. The staff was Southern funny and just quirky enough to be real. Had a cheeseburger and a salad, but the specials looked fun. Worth going out of the way for.
The food we ordered came prepared instant and microwaved. A few fresh items are available on the menu, but this is a 3 star at best.

Beechwood Inn - Georgia’s Premier Wine Country Inn

220 Beechwood Inn Dr
Clayton, 30525
Reviews:
Beechwood Inn is an excellent B&B. The building is old but well maintained. Our suite was spacious, well furnished and the bed was comfortable. The bath was a little tight but worked just fine. The location is very easy to reach and quite peaceful when you get there. It was very hot so the climate control struggled a bit. Unfortunately we only got to enjoy breakfast - which was excellent and generous. We also enjoyed brief conversations with the innkeepers. WE wat to return for one of their Saturday evening dinners.
Hidden gem! Great location just on the edge of Clayton. Spacious rooms very clean and well appointed. Fantastic front porch with ample seating and beautifully landscaped lawns. Now the food. Wow. True farm to table with much grown right on property! The owner is a chef and it shows. Only place for me to stay in Clayton now!
Having found this B&B in the Distinguished Inns Book that also listed our favorite Baltimore B&B, My significant other and I decided to try it out before we dropped him off at Ft Benning for his deployment - a romantic good-bye get-away of sorts. The Atmosphere: The website has these gorgeous pictures of the inn located in what seems like the side of a foothill or side of a mountain, but what it doesnt show is the lower income housing (trailers) mini-tour that you take turning on the main road it is located off of. We were expecting this secluded mountain get-away, but it was more like 1 street off the main drag. BUT the views from the large front porch are amazing and you can almost forget that Walgreens in the foreground view. The porch boasts views of Black Mountain which is supposedly the highest peak in GA (or so I was told) and it was nice to see during Wine O'Clock. Socially, the experience at Inns always vary by who is staying there, but there is also something to be said about the atmosphere that the Innkeepers help to provide. I tell you that trying to engage in any type of conversations with the owners as like pulling teeth. I know that they were Knighted by the Order of something in Burgundy France, but still.. no need to take on the French Snobbery/cold shoulder. The other guests engaged in light conversation and that made the stay seem more reminiscient of the B&B world.. The location was great for going to Franklin, NC (gem mining and great hikes) and great for local hikes and viewing fall foliage. Goodies: (Cookies, Wine Happy Hour & awesome breakfast) The Innkeeper makes the cookies (chocolate toffee chewy goodness) that are available after dinner hours (delicious) and the Wine O'clock was really nice. The Innkeeper hosts a wine happy hour of sorts @ 5:30 with light appetizers on the porch. It was very nice and having an in-house sommelier (or the knowledge of one) was nice to have around if he would consider speaking to any of us. He did eventually speak to us when we asked about local dining options. Full of information, but not full of social warmth. Despite not being very social/warm, the Innkeeper hosts an amazing breakfast. The coffee comes out @ 7am complete with mugs warming on a heating station. The owners were kind enough to ask me about my diet restrictions (tempermental lactose intolerance) and had soy coffee creamer out). The breakfasts were amazing and even though we only had 1 choice.. it was always very good. The Rooms: We had the Vineyardsuite one night and the Savannah Suite the other night. The Vineyard was very private and had windows on 3 sides. The ONLY downside to this room was the sloping floors by the bathroom in the hallway that leads to the bed. It was treacherous without heels and downright dangerous with heels. There was a guest refrigerator stocked with soda and water =) Both rooms had an in-suite gas fireplace which was put to use and a REALLY nice touch =). The beautiful old hardwood floors, super high thread-count sheets and lots of amenities (nice books stocked in the rooms) made this place nice. other than the sloping floors and the absence of more bathtubs... everything was great. This place is priced just right for what it is. The Vineyard room should come with a warning and.... maybe they ought to consider having more parking space in side of the inn. Other than that.. we would come back again.
