Went here for this first time with a girlfriend for lunch. Great, friendly service and staff. The waitress made a few recommendations. I tried their soup of the day, since I cannot eat pizza :-( and it was good.

My daughter, grandson and I went for lunch. My second time visiting there. The first time was wonderful. To start with the menu is not kid friendly. I ordered soup and asked the waitress for a small bowl just to pour some out of the large bowl for my grandson. I was told that they did not have any small bowls which was okay with me. Next my daughter does not eat pork she ordered a supreme pizza and ask them to leave off the pork and one other item. When the pizza came the pizza have pork on it. She told the waiter that pork was one of the items she did not want. The waiter told her tgat she did not tell her that. The waitress proceeded to tell her that pork was part of the supreme she asked them to take the pizza off her check. She was then told that she would have to pay for the pizza. But they would give her two sliceds without the pork.I have never been in a place where a mistake was made and the restaurant did not try to correct the order or make good on the order.

Food is good but service is slow! The rolls are awesome. Most food items are 4 stars. Weekend nights are very crowded. Go early.

We've ordered out from Angelo's at least half a dozen times with seemingly worse results each time. Last night was our final time though. We spent $48 on food and threw away $45 worth of food. What a horrible waste of our money that could have been better spent. We have successfully had some good food from there, the fried ravioli, the fried mozzarella, the gluten free ravioli with red sauce...oh and their garlic rolls - that may be the best thing they have. The irony of getting garlic rolls as a complimentary side with gluten free pasta astounds me every time though. The boneless wings and chicken tenders leave much to be desired - especially when they don't include the dipping sauce you specifically requested. Last night's order of chicken was completely inedible - I watched my husband spit his chicken out in disgust. The bruscetta - don't let that delicious description fool you!! This is not your average beautifully crispy bread with cheese, basil, tomato and a balsamic drizzle - in fact they forgot to drizzle ours at all. Instead we received a soggy mess of cheese bread topped with tomatoes. Ugh. The pizza - NY style - the New Yorker says no, not even close. This is not NY pizza. Oh so then we'll try the sicilian...pillsbury would be ashamed of what Angelo's did to their dough. Don't be fooled, this crust doesn't come close to anything hand tossed, hand made or otherwise. It didn't have the bite, the tear, the chew or even the smell of pizza dough - it was much closer to biscuits. Shameful. The gluten free pizza...you're better off getting Domino's for higher quality and a lower price. Hell, I'd even rather pay double and get one from Mellow Mushroom, though overpriced it is delicious. Not at Angelo's though, definitely not delicious. The gluten free pasta. I've had this one 4 or 5 times now. While I've received it at room temp/almost cold a couple of times, I've chalked it up to cooling during the drive time for delivery/to-go orders. Overall it's good, and a worthy substitute for GF people. Until last night....I don't know if they got a new vendor - or gave me the wrong ravioli or what, but this was not the ravioli I'd had before there. It was undercooked - the edges were firm and undercooked. The interior was the grossest "cheese" filling I've ever had. It tasted more like ricotta boiled in left over ground beef water. It had the strangest beefiest taste that I absolutely couldn't place and I wasn't about to risk eating multiple bites of. Last night was our final disappointing experience there. We won't be ordering from them again, I'd rather donate $50 to a good cause and go hungry than to send anymore of my money their way.

The worst use of an oven since the ones use in auschwitz. Horrible food, horrible service. Will never eat this again. Only reason I gave it 1 star was because of the open parking in front of the restaurant, should of been a sign no one wanted to eat there.

Great food and terrific service. I ordered the calzone and my wife ordered the stromboli both were very good. Can't wait to go back.

This has to be the best NY Style Pizza in Cartersville. Great crunch when you bite the pizza.
