Service at this location is not that great. They don't keep up with the orders fast enough to have them prepped in a timely manner. Having to wait almost 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich is somewhat ridiculous. The store itself is showing its age as well. The carpets are dingy and smell like wet dogs, and the restroom needed a good hose down with a pressure washer and a few gallons of bleach.

Food was cold and they got the order wrong. It sounded like a good idea on the way home but go down the street if you are thinking about it. No mayo and they put it on there anyway. Like you can't scrap the ungodly amount off. No straws (ordered 2 drinks), no ketchup(do they take it out of your check?!?), and half filled fries (none were at the bottom of the bag). And they want $15...

This place is terrible. Two times in two weeks they messed my orders up not to mention serving me obviously old fries. As much as I like Wendy's from time to time I'll make sure to avoid this location in the future.

OMG! I drove to this location during the Atlanta "snow storm" only to get old, dry, and cold burgers. They totally screwed my orders up too: Missing stuff (no tomatoes or cheese) on our dried up burgers. I asked for no ice in our coke's and literally got half filled cups. No detailed receipt was given (just 3 separate CC charges). Why would you run my CC 3 times for one order? DUMB Old fries... If the roads weren't so bad I would've went directly back to the drive thru but that didn't happen! Tonight, I'm thoroughly disappointed with their disregard to provide freshly cooked food in return for my hard earned money. Seems like more attention was spent making sure I only got 2 napkins, 1 BBQ sauce, and 2 crackers. This was a total waste of my money.

Last stop before you get to 285 and this place is consistently terrible. The services is slow and the place is dirty. Dave is rolling over in his grave! I can't believe I let the kids talk me into trying this again! It seems to be a problem with this location since we don't have issues with the one in Buckhead. Ick.
