My biggest dislike is they put too much rice in their dishes (including their tacos) because it is cheap and takes up a lot of space. I wish they offered more sauces at the table. All they provide is Sriracha at the table. I'm convinced the origins go back to Mama Fu's. It has the same look and feel.

Tin Drum is my guilty pleasure. Sometimes I feel like I'm betraying my real Asian roots by eating (and liking!) the food here. Out of all of the Americanized Asian food out there though, there aren't many places that can beat Tin Drum in terms of value (portion sizes are gigantic), tastiness (they use actual sauces that all of the different cuisines use), cleanliness of space, and service. Additionally, the ingredients aren't really calorie-laden so I don't feel so guilty eating here :P. I especially love when they run their $6 for an entree and drink specials. They give you so much food that I usually have a meal for later on. Oh and you get to make your own version of their Thai tea yourself, so that is kind of fun. Just add ice, the cream in the little cups, and some of the Thai tea that's in the tea dispenser. YUM. This was a cool spot. It was like fast Asian food but not one type in particular. The tastes were good, but I asked for spicy and had to send it back to add more heat. I understand why places do this because Americans aren't good at taking heat but they were good at putting some more in and making it as spicy as I wanted it to be. I got to the store at 7:41 after ordering getting my fountain drink and sitting down I was eating my Sesame chicken order at 7:50 very quick and easy process. The food was really good and healthy not to cold and not too hot just right for me to eat. What made me fall in love with this location is the set up. The lights are dimmed to a perfect level and the art on the wall really shines as I get distracted from my work, beautiful art. I would really recommend it to one of my friends and will be sure to come back! The only thing I wish they had was free wifi...

I came in on a Sunday and the staff was friendly and patient while my sister and I argued about how many crab spring rolls we were going to order. The restaurant is shiny clean as well. So clean in fact, you could lick the table (hey don't judge, I was very hungry and hoping someone had left some inisible crumbs behind for me to snack on while I waited for my food).

Tin Drum needs no introduction. But, this new one at North Druid Hills is a great location. Called for to-go on a Tuesday night 10 minutes before closing time and rushed to pick up my order. When I got there I decided to add stir-fried veggies to my order and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The place is clean and also has some good offers going on. Looks like I just found my to-go place, hop skip and jump from home!!

New location opening for this chain. No matter what Tin Drum I go to, they are all very consistent in their product. This location is super clean, but is very very noisy. Staff was amazing, and it seems to me they really have their system of service dialed in. For real quick, clean asian fast food fusion, Tin Drum is hard to beat. As a tip: They will sub Tofu for free on most dishes too. Can't complain about that!

There used to be a Tin Drum near my house which was incredible! I was so excited when I found this location but was disappointed. I got the veggie tikka masala to go and in the past this dish was loaded with veggies and could last a few meals. My meal's sauce:rice ratio was way out of proportion so after a few bites I was just eating plan white rice. The portions seem to be about half of what they used to be and there were no veggies - just tofu. With all that being said, the bites I did have with sauce were great and very flavorful!

This place is awesome! It is a counter-order table-service quick casual Asian fusion restaurant. The decor is very cool and hip. The very affordable food is the main attraction, though, as I have not had a bad meal there. The Pad Woon Sen noodles are delicious, my husband can't get enough of their fish tacos. It is so good we can't seem to stay away. Seriously, we eat there once a week and on the other nights we joke about how we could eat there even more often! Definitely go if you are looking for delicious Asian fusion in a cool atmosphere.

I'm a very big pad thai noodle fan and unfortunately the dish at Tin Drum just didn't cut it for me. While the portion was great and the chicken was tender and juicy, there was something off about the flavor of the noodles. The staff at this location, however, was great! The cashier was very friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. Overall I could see myself going back but ordering something other than the pad thai noodle.

LOVE this place but they need to up their consistency game. I always end up ordering the Sing Chow Men with tofu instead of chicken, no egg. Always the right amount of food, always good, nice spice level. The jalapenos, listed on the dish, are left off at least half of the time I have ordered this, even when I ask for them. Please don't do that, I want them. Also, Kung Pao Chicken has never had the listed peanuts. Can a kung pao without peanuts really be called kung pao? I don't know, I'm not Chinese. Regardless, my husband and I love this place and we have an absurd number of coupons, so we will no doubt be back on the regular.
