Recently the last couple of orders I've placed it's been a nightmare. Today I ordered a veggie pizza well done. Tell me why they sent a veggie pizza THIN!! No galric sauce. When I called it was my word against theirs. Wait a minute it is not my fault you went out last night & got turned up. Please do not take your hangover out on me. I can't believe how bad this establishment is coming. Papajohns & domino's are my favorite franchise pizza joints

Have been ordering from them for awhile and has been really bad delivery times, but the pizza was always hot and delicious. This time was a nightmare. The order took an hour and a half, the pizza came all messed up (not even a circle) and cold. She also didn't even come to my door in my apartment but called and said she was outside in the parking lot and had me come down to get my order. I also ordered extra garlic sauce, a dr pepper and hot wings. Somehow those items were overlooked and didn't show up and the delivery driver offered me a pizza that want even mine as a "I'm sorry I f***** up" gesture. I called the store back to tell them I paid $20 for ONE pizza and also that half my order didn't even show up and she said give us a couple of minutes and we will bring it to you. Well after 30 minutes I'm guessing it's not coming. I also called corporate and complained--I usually never do that but this is just unacceptable. So Moral of he story if you order from here only order one thing and bet it will be about 1 and a half hour wait and cold so go ahead and preheat your oven.

Worst place to order pizza. My order took an hour and 45 minutes to be delivered. I asked the driver to call the manger, I proceeded to tell him the online estimation was 20- 40 minutes. So what took so long, the manger said if you would have called like other people do you would have known it was longer than that. I was shocked extremely unprofessional, did I mention he wanted me to pay full price for my order. I laughed and to them to take it back. All for one pizza. You need to fire the whole staff.

My coworker received horrid customer service on an order she placed for us. I called Corporate and filed a complaint. Calling the Owner tomorrow. Talking to the manager was no help.

Reluctantly, I ordered from this Papa John's location over the weekend and not surprisingly was completely unhappy again. Every time I have ever ordered from here it has taken OVER an hour. Every time I have ordered from here the sauces I requested were not included. Every time I have ordered from here the pizza was over cooked and nasty. As I'm typing this I'm not sure why I continue giving them another chance. Bottom line, don't order from this location if you don't have to. You will be disappointed.

Do Not Order from this location!!! Very disgruntled with the service I was provided. First, I made an online order. Second, the driver attempting to deliver my pizza, called me twice in order to get directions...I have not had this issue with past deliveries. She was quite literally right around the corner (according to her) from me when she called a second time and I told her exactly how to get to me. I stayed up for a while (approx. 3:00am for an order made at 12:30am) waiting on a delivery that never came. I attempted to call her multiple times and I eventually left a voicemail. Next day, I decided to call the store and ask for the General Manager. The General Manager gave no concern, no thought, or any sentiment in me not receiving my order. He was extremely rude to my fiancé (so rude in fact that I can't even begin to repeat what he said to her) and he certainly did not act as a professional in any form or fashion. This type of business is not only built on a product, but also customer service and this is by far the WORST experience and I mean the WORST experience that I have ever had dealing with a manger at any establishment. If nothing is fixed with this unprofessional establishment I am going to the Better Business Bureau to report them. Just know, that I was a pretty consistent customer (even though my food was never hot, never on time, and rarely prepared as I ordered it). I will never be using this establishment again so long as the the General Manager is there with his deplorable service.

It's cheapy pizza for days when you already didn't go workout because you were feeling under the weather and then it starts raining. Yup, sounds like time for a $10 pizza for me. I ordered online, and my pizza arrived in half the time quoted (30 minutes instead of 60). Though it certainly was no culinary masterpiece, they didn't screw my order up. I wouldn't go pick up from this location alone at night, but for chain delivery, it's not so bad.

The intersection of Northside Drive and MLK Blvd is at the center of a downtown Atlanta mini-food desert: with no half-decent grocery store or late-night bodega to score over-priced junk food from, the lazy and cheap turn to this outpost of the smarmy "better ingredients, better pizza" schill for a rainy day bite. The pizza churned out by this chain link is as close to Godawful crap as you will find in corporate food America. The pizzas taste like some perverse midwestern distortion of the savory pie, as if a gang of Iowa farm boys beat up the Italian pizzaria kids from New York, then left their foodstuffs to go stale in a closet. With a reputation for notoriously bad understandings of English (whether typed or spoken) a visit to or order placed with this shack should be reserved for the next tornado or zombie invasion.

I was really looking forward to my Papa John's pizza last night until the delivery woman had a terrible attitude (she could hardly stop texting long enough to hand me my food). All was forgotten until I woke up this morning and checked my bank statement only to notice that Papa John's had charged me twice for my order. I decided to eat my leftover pizza for breakfast when I found a long black hair cooked into the crust under a piece of pepperoni, YUM! I really wish I would have seen that before the last piece. My entire ordering experience was made up of rude employees, stress contributed to being double charged, and disgust from the unsanitary food that I received.

The worst Papa Johns i've EVERRRRRR ordered from. Took over an hour to find out that I would be NOT recieving a pizza from them. I called 30 minutes after ordering my pizza and the guy stated that the pizza was in route and would be delivered shortly, and to give it about 5 to 10 minutes. (ok great) After 10 minutes I called back wondering what was taking so long? The lady mentioned that the pizza was in the oven. "Wait a minute?!?! I just called called up here, and the guy stated that the pizza was on it's way so how is it "magicly" all of a sudden back in the oven now? The lady said hold on let me check. She came back to the phone and said "nevermind, its on its way." I say ok and hang the phone up.... At this point I have been waiting for 1 single pizza for OVER an HOUR! I am fed up and call the store asking for the manager, and he informs me that the pizza was sent back to the store because I didnt answer my phone. WHAT IN THE F?????? Mind you, I have already pre paid for this pizza with my card, so why in the world wouldn't I have answered the phone for my pizza after calling multiple times and waiting for over an hour. The manager then goes to state that he also tried calling my as well. (liar) This place is terrible I wouldnt eat at this store even if they gave me a free pizza. They all need to be fired.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! The first time I ordered from here, it was around 10pm on a cold, misty night. The delivery driver delivered my order to the WRONG dorm and I had to walk two/three blocks in the cold, misty weather around 11pm. I made it back to my dorm with cold pizza. I called the store and asked for the manager. I explained what happened to the manager, and he said sorry in the most insincere voice ever. Then he proceeded to telling me that it is their policy to have orders delivered to only one out of the FIVE dorms on campus! I ordered my pizza online. Papa John's (the website) directed to this store. So how exactly do they not deliver to my dorm? I asked him that. And I asked him how I was supposed to know that they weren't going to deliver to my dorm. And I asked why I saw a delivery driver dropping off a pizza at my dorm. The manager proceeded to lie and say that the delivery driver at my dorm wasn't supposed to be there. So after all of this bulls**t, I decide to still be nice (call it a character flaw), and I told him to have a nice night-he hung up before I could finish! So the next day, I called the corporate office/costumer service and filled a formal complaint against the store. I told them everything but the manager's name. I didn't think to look at the label on the box (it's supposed to tell you the manager's name). Just when you think I've learned my lesson about ordering from this location, I developed another craving for Papa John's pizza. (Call it a character flaw). I ordered my pizza online, again. But this time, my pizza didn't arrive until TWO HOURS later! I LIVE 1.4 MILES AWAY! Yes, I google maped it! The delivery driver calls to let me know that she's outside. I attempt to tell her what I'm wearing so that she will recognize me once I've made it downstairs and outside. But she hung up on me before I could ask her what type of car she was driving. These people don't use that Papa John's car sign! So, I'm outside looking around; then I call her to figure out which car she's in. This lady says, "I see you" with attitude. Umm...I don't see you. Finally, I got my pizza. And then, she wanted to look at me like I was crazy, because I wasn't leaving a tip. My pizza was two hours late! Sometimes it's hard to feel bad for people who hate their job!

Quite possibly the worst place to order pizza from. Was staying in Atlanta over the weekend and was just in the mood for some delivery pizza. Ordered online from this location - should've listened to the other reviewers here...horrible customer service, had to re-deliver our pizza twice, and had the wrong toppings on it. They also forgot the Dr Pepper beverage I ordered. What a hassle and absolutely not worth the wait. DO NOT order from this location if you are looking for a quick pizza delivery.

These guys are idiots double charged me and was told I out of the coverage area though I live 1 mile away. They waited until the last minute to cancel my order and didn't bother asking if I would pick up.

This is the most HORRIBLE Papa John's pizza franchise. I have ordered from here numerous amounts of times solely based on the fact that it is the closest papa john's to my college campus. I am annoyed and highly disappointed with the service that I receive. There have only been a couple of times when I have received satisfactory service from the delivery people. The past couple of times that I have ordered from here, the delivery guy has parked across the street in the freezing weather expecting me to walk across to get my pizza; no sir. YOU are the delivery person, I should not have to walk across the street when i'm paying you. In addition, I did not receive the necessary receipt for tipping and when I asked for it, he said that he did not have it. That is the fastest way to get scammed out of all your money. I called the store and the manager, James said that he would make sure that he would watch the delivery guy to see what tip was given. When the delivery guy came back, he said that I told him I was giving him a two dollar tip. NO WAY!! He was a horrible delivery guy and did not deserve a tip. I did not ever once say that I was tipping him. Not only did I have dissatisfaction with the delivery guy, but also with the manager. I don't know how he is even manager of the store. Me, being a supervisor at my job had to tell him to treat and talk to his customers. I had to tell him how to end a conversation with a customer and how to end it on a good note. There is no way a manager should have to be taught by a customer how to do his job. After all of the necessary conversation between the manager, James and I, my pizza was cold. Overall, this was by far the worst service I have ever received and am STRONGLY advising you all to not eat from here. They do not deserve one star what so ever, but yelp is making me give at least one smh.

I normally only order from this location when I don't have groceries or it's a last resort. Based on previous service, it was always "at your own risk" that it would show up right, on time or hot. I ordered online on Tuesday it did arrive a little late, however the driver totally made up the difference. She was pleasant, called me when she was near, came to my door, used my name, thanked me. To top it off, it was hot. Where did they find her? Thanks PJ
