Very unhappy with this place... It was great the first time we ordered, but since then the service has gone down hill. We place a weekly order online and over the last 4 weeks, they've managed to mess it up 3 times. When you call to inquire, no one seems to know how to retrieve the order or look up your account. I actually had to go down to pick up my order as no one could see to tell us if it was delivered or not. Don't bother calling to speak to the manager as they leave you on hold as long possible hoping you will eventually hangup...

I would have given a 0 if I could. Ordered ahead for a pizza that I needed for 1pm, the ordered was placed at 10am and store calls me at 12:35pm saying we don't deliver there after their site confirmed they do and accepted my payment. Store obviously says that ordering is done by another company and its not their fault. They don't have a corporate office phone number according to the staff either. Very rude staff and horrible management to add to that. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A $00.99 cent PIZZA FROM THE STORE. Tastes better and at least you'll get what you paid for!!! Worst experience ever and this is from someone who worked in the pizza business.

I chose this place because i had a half off depot Voucher i wanted to use before it expired. I'll give this place a 4 for pizza and a 3 for service. When we walked in, I didn't get the friendly welcome I was hoping for. I saw a bunch of bored faces that were wondering why I came in and interrupted their boredom. The shop is very small with two seats for you to wait for your pizza. My friend tried to make conversation and lighten the atmosphere by asking the young lady what the best pizza was. She said she didn't know because she doesn't really like pizza. C'mon now! You work at a pizza shop! At least tell us what's the most ordered or popular one! The manager seemed pretty cool after she finished checking her workers over some office drama. We ended up getting the white pizza (picture posted). It was really good. The one in the picture is the xlarge size. It was a pretty good size. We faded most of it pretty quickly. It was flavorful, warm and tasty. I'd get it again. Next time I'd probably order my pizza in advance and just run in to grab it real quick. I'm big on customer service but if you are strictly focused on taste, I'd suggest you try them out.

The reviews for this place over the last 6 months paint a pretty clear picture of what's going on here. Poor management. Unprofessional, rude teeny-bopper counter help. Terrible food. The only positive I can say is that the 2 times I had delivery, the delivery people were friendly, but be prepared to wait about an hour (no matter what they tell you), and rest assured your order will be prepared with toppings other than what you ordered. This chain should be ashamed to keep this location open. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for pizza in this neighborhood and go to Milano's in the Georgetown Shopping Plaza.

I love Marco's Pizza, so I was blessed enough to have moved within walking distance of this location. The tiny parking lot is shared with several small restaurants and shops, but I had no trouble finding parking. We tried to use some of the coupons mailed to us to order pizza online but they didn't work, so we called in to order and pick up. We asked for a pizza with two toppings, sausage and pepperoni, since the coupon gave us a large 2 topping pizza with an order of cheezy bread for $15.99. They somehow mistook my sister as she placed the order and split the pizza into a half sausage and half pepperoni pizza. They jipped us a full two topping pizza's worth of toppings!! The cheezy bread came with marinara and ranch dressing to dip. The cheezy bread was delicious when hot and fresh but got a little dry when cooled down to room temperature. Overall, a lazy but hearty meal that lasted the two of us quite a few days to finish. A good alternative to the other chains in the area, although I cannot say I have given up on my favorite, Papa John's.

Coming from a small town in Ohio, I grew up around AMAZING pizza. Not just your everyday commercial chains, but local mom and pop pizza shops that leave you wanting more. Moving to Georgia I was excited to try new foods and anticipated finding a new favorite pizza spot. It's been well over a year and I'm still looking..... With that said.. I tried Marco's Pizza for the first time after receiving lots of advertisements and coupons in the mail. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza, boneless wings and cheese bread. After waiting over 40 minutes (I live one street away) my food finally arrived. Unfortunately, my pizza was warm, my boneless wings were bone-in AND the wrong flavor. The cheese bread was good though. What was ironic is that the receipt read "NEW CUSTOMER" in big bold print. You would think this order would be made to perfection for their "NEW CUSTOMER". I gave Marco's 2 stars because of how considerate the delivery man was. He was very polite. I used my own pen to sign the receipt for him and mistakenly gave him my pen back after signing and he left. He came back a few minutes later to return my pen (my favorite pen :) which he couldn't have known) after realizing it didn't belong to him. For that I was very appreciative. I doubt I'll try Marco's Pizza again.......

Love this little strip. The pizzas are great. They're like deep dish pizza's. Great ingredients. I had vintage pizza the day after and I definitely like this pizza better. Also, try the Mediterranean place next door and don't miss out on Waikiki BBQ nearby too. Need I mention Draft, the growler shop next door. This little plaza is the best kept secret, you can't go wrong.

Wow! First time we tried this place, they got the pizza wings and chez sticks to our room very quickly, the pizza was very very good, had a good garlicky flavor all the way around, the buffalo wings were real good too, gonna eat here again!

It's no Antico, but it totally beats Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc. Papa Johns used to be our go to cheap pizza, but Marco's is just as cheap or cheaper and tastier. You can't go wrong with the garlic butter crust. They always have online discount specials.

This location is listed as a participating location in a fundraiser coupon book. I called to use the coupon and they said that they do not accept it. I went up there for the possibility that they didnt know what coupon I was discribing. I was told that the coupon was fraudulent. That is an outlandish statement given that this is a fundraising coupon book from a local middle school. They did not honor the coupon even though their location was listed as a participating location. They had an opportunity to show great customer service and honor the coupon but they brushed me off. I will never go back.

Ok, so I ordered pizza at a little after 7, and at 9PM I still have no pizza!!! After 3 phone calls, and talking to the very nice manager twice, we're heading to Wendy's. Supposedly the drivers car broke down, and they were remaking the pizza and it would be here in 15 mins. After 25 mins, another call, my pizza was still in the oven. I'm soooo disappointed! I really wanted pizza. Guess I'll go back to the Papa...

Just had there medium meat pie and a small order of wings.. $25 delivered pretty quick.. easy phone order/nice delivery person.. arrived hot. The wings were tiny and drenched in sauce .. flavor ok.. very typical hot wing sauce..pretty small wings... The pizza is just like every fastfood b.s. pizza you have ever tasted.. pizza hut, papa johns, domino's.. hell the sauce tasted like jar tomato marinara.. Crust was that fluffy toasted sprinkle seasoning style boboli knock off...cheese and meat toppings were sub par.. . It just blows my mind that people here in atlanta really like this sh@t....pizza is just such a simple food to make.. 9 pm on a wednesday in a holiday inn... looking at pictures of pizza on yelp getting hungry.. dont even bother ordering from this place... walk to the kroger ..buy a elios pizza..tip the cashier a twenty.. and punch yourself in the nuts.. walk back to your room. 2 stars for the service..delivery and speed.. good service.. not good pizza

I absolutely LOVE Marco's! When I can't get Chicago deep dish, this definitely fills the void. There was a Marco's up in Indianapolis, where I'm from, and a friend of mine used to always tell me about it. I never ordered it though, and when I had it the first time here in Atlanta I was kicking myself for waiting so long! It's always really nice and hot, the flavors are strong but not overpowering, and the service is friendly. Plus, there's always a special and the pricing is great. The only knock is they don't make their dough in-house; it's prepackaged, and from what I hear the toppings aren't fresh either. They taste really good though, so I'll keep going!

Only order from this location if you are picking up your order so you can verify that everything is correct. If you choose to have it delivered, be prepared to be disappointed. I have lived in the area for about a year and I can honestly only think of two or three times that my orders have been correct. It's like the employees just don't care. I have actually gotten in my car and driven up one exit to their location a time or two so that my order could be corrected. I spoke with the man who assume is the manager once. He seems to care a little bit, but the rest of his staff clearly doesn't and they treat you like more of a nuisance than a customer. I'm moving soon and am honestly glad that I'll be able to order from a different location, as I'm so tired of dealing with these people.

Just recently moved to the area and needed a new pizza spot. I saw this place driving by. We ordered a large meat supremo pizza with pepperoni, sausage, ham and bacon and an Italian salad for about $18. Once we got our food carry out I noticed how great it smelled! I was sooo pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was! Crispy flavorful bacon that you can actually taste rather than being masked by the other toppings. And the salad was really good even with fat free Italian dressing. This will be my normal spot from now on! For what it is ... a regular ole take out pizza joint ... It's done well!

So there's a reason that I've gained 5 lbs this month....it's because I've ordered this pizza every week (sometimes twice) since I found it a month a go. I usually get the thin crust uno primo. The crust is crispy and the meats are delicious. You can even get parmasean sprinkled on the crust for added flavor. I really like this pizze and will continue to order.....just not every week :-)

Great pizza, and I work here :) A correction to an earlier review, dough IS made in-house, from scratch. It is never prepackaged or frozen. The onions, green peppers, and tomatoes are also prepared fresh. :)
