The customer service was great! The food was made to order quickly and it tasted really good! They have sandwiches, salads, and wraps with a selection of chips and beverages. One downside is that the parking is behind the restaurant but you have to enter through the front. If you walk there then this is not an issue.

Choice of ingredients best Subway, but there are half a dozen better sandwich shops within a mile of here, though. You also have to overcome the temptation of 5 Guys being right next door. Newer, cleaner, and faster than the other local location I've been to. Good for a quick work lunch. Avoid the salads; they're better at McDonalds.

Sick of Subway? Check our Jersey Mike's instead. They're a little light on the topping variety, but make a nice sandwich for a good price. The ingredients are always of a better quality than other sandwich shops and the meats and cheeses are fresh sliced, which is a nice touch. To top it off, they have a pretty healthy meal with low fat, high protein, and complex carbs if you get the wheat bread. They're just high in sodium, but that's not new for deli sandwiches. You know what you're getting and that it's going to be good for you overall.

I was tempted to put a 1 star...no cucumbers, no olives, and the chef salad comes with four things on it. It sucked.....Olives weren't on the menu but cucumbers are and they said that they don't even stock them. Everything tasted like onions. Why can't they have good toppings here? I won't be back.

Came for lunch after church. I had the sub in a tub (how inventive) #13 Mikes Way sans onions. It was really good plus I was able to eat it all. Our servers greeted us upon entrance and said goodbye as we left. Very friendly and efficient. Will definitely come back!

Love the friendly service, clean dining area, and AWESOME 'Club Supreme' sub. Jersey Mikes blows Jimmy Johns out of the water, and let's not even mention Subway!!

Jersey Mike's is more expensive than Subway, but it tastes better. This Jersey Mike's is located on the ground level of the Tenside apartment community at the corner of Northside Dr. and 10th St. in Westside near Atlantic Station and Georgia Tech. It's next door to Five Guys. Parking is free in Tenside's parking deck. You can enter many of Tenside's stores from their back entrances, which face the parking deck. Jersey Mike's is one of the only exceptions. They make you walk around to the front, passing Five Guys along the way. It's sometimes hard not to cut your trip short and go to Five Guys instead. Jersey Mike's reminds me of Baldino's, one of my favorite sub sandwich shops, which also makes Jersey-style subs. This means tasty, fresh-baked bread, meats and cheeses sliced to order (not pre-sliced), lots of shredded lettuce, tomato, and onion, and dressing and seasoning. In Jersey Mike's case, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and a special spice mix. It's good. At Jersey Mike's, this combination of ingredients is simply called "Mike's Way." Compared to Subway, there aren't nearly as many bread nor ingredient selections. Bread options are white and wheat. Ingredients not already named above include banana peppers, jalapenos (green and red), and a cherry tomato relish (recommended). All of Jersey Mike's meats and cheeses are on display inside a refrigerated glass case at the beginning of the ordering line. When it's time for a new sub to be made, the meats and cheeses (and sometimes veggies) are freshly sliced on a slicing machine in front of you. It results in a difference you can taste. The store sells nearly 20 different kinds of subs in addition to salads ("Sub in a Tub") and wraps. Expect to spend about $5 for a mini, $7 for a regular, and $12 for a giant sub. A regular sub should suit most folks just fine. Of the cold subs, I like the #8 Club Sub. It comes with turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, and mayo. It comes piled high and is delicious. I think the olive oil, vinegar, and seasonings is what puts it over the top for me. It tastes different than a sub you'd get at Subway, Jimmy John's, Firehouse, Quiznos, Which Wich, etc. Be sure to ask for the bacon. I also like to add jalapenos and cherry tomato relish to my subs. Of the hot subs, I recommend #43, the Chipotle Cheese Steak. It comes with grilled onions, peppers, and chipotle mayo -- quite savory and tasty. The bread is appetizingly soft and the cheese, sliced meat, and mayo meld together nicely for a hearty and satisfying sandwich. It's like a Philly cheesesteak with a little extra oomph to it. Of the sandwich shops in the area (Star Provisions not included because they're local and on a different level), I think Jersey Mike's has some of the best tasting sandwiches. I like their bread the best. Jimmy John's has the worst bread. Subway wins for value. Firehouse probably has the most filling sandwiches. Which Wich has the most ingredient and customization options. This Jersey Mike's also sells "homemade" chili. It's alright. At about $3 per small bowl, I'm not sure it's worth it. The chili has tomato, bell pepper, ground beef, and beans. It's chunky and mild. For chili, it's a little "dry." Service is fine. The employees are polite. The store size is comparable to other Jersey Mike's locations. I estimate about 25 can be seated inside. There's outdoor seating too. Inside, there's a TV. Be sure to check out the store's daily specials for discounts.

Poor quality bread. Decent meat and cheese. Poor quality veggies. Employees not competent enough to make a sandwich that is not on the menu. My sandwich wasn't cut all the way through. You work at a sandwich shop. You should be pretty good at cutting sandwiches in half. If you want to good sandwich, go to Publix.
