This Jersey Mike's has the best roast beef in town. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Their bread is very fresh every single day. Excellent!

4 for parking - can get a little busy during lunch hours 3.5 for seating/space. It's not THAT tiny, but definitely don't bring a big lunch crowd with you 4 for the speedy service. The folks who work here really try their best to get everyone's orders. Why a 3 star rating... The past few times I've been here, I ordered the meatball sub. Just b/c it's quick and easy. And... because I like that kind of sauce in general. The way your sub is handled really depends on who makes it. The first few times I had some people who can't get the concept of 'adding extra' stuff to my sub even though it's a hot sub. I just asked for pickles, jalapenos, and onions. At least twice when I opened my sub back at my office, I saw nothing in there OR the extra stuff was bare. As in - only 2 of each items were there. :( The last few times the other guys (new I assume?) were able to add my extra stuff, but added WAY too much cheese when I asked for less. I can't win. :(

"I'd like the number two, Mike's Way, please." And that's almost as long as it took to get my sandwich ordered, prepared and wrapped up. One of the great things about Jersey Mike's is that they slice the meat to order. There isn't a stack of meat separated by little bits of paper that the "sandwich artist" stuffs onto your bread. What's wrong with fresh? NUTTIN! It's a simple concept. There aren't eighteen different kinds of bread and cheese to choose from. They don't have a buffet line of veggies to add to them. Why is that needed when what they do have - lettuce, tomato, onions, hot peppers, pickles and olives - is plenty good? Oddly, my receipt says "20 ounce bottle of water" when the bottle was actually only a 16. Oh, well.

Like Jersey Mikes, just not this location. Their portions are extremely small. When i order a $10 sandwich i want more than 3 thin slices of meat. Been there several times before i stopped going. I was tired of being completely disappointed everytime i finished a sandwich from here. Even brought it up to what appeared to be the manager, who responded with "this is the way all JM make the sandwiches..." I've been to other JM locations and this is not true. It's the way this location practices. Save your money and frustration.

Funny friendly owner, decent food. I got the steak Philly and it was good. I thought it could have had more meat but I haven't been to another location to compare. They regularly have a 100 health score. 2 regular Philly's one drink and a bag of chips was under 20 dollars. This did seem to be a cut above Subway. I'll go back.

I don't think I've frequented a restaurant more often in a 3 month time span than THIS specific Jersey Mike's. The staff here has to handle some of the craziest lunch rushes I've ever seen with the office parks nearby. And even on a day or two when the CC machine was down, they still kept customers moving and satisfied. This may start sounding cheesy, but I think the folks here have really good teamwork. I haven't seen them change staff at all so everyone who works here definitely already knows what they're doing. I will definitely miss them when we leave Atlanta at the end of the summer!

This is the worst Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. The people and service is nice and good, but the amount of meat that is out on the sandwiches is RIDICULOUS. I spend $10 on this sandwich, I'd like more than a couple slices of meat. I have been here 3x and will never come back to this location. And I thought it may be a fluke, but the 3rd visit I watched them make all the sandwiches, all you see is bread. They skimp on meat more than any jersey mikes I have ever seen. Worst location ever and I will never be back.

Quality of food is awesome. Owner is super friendly. They were open in snowstorm last week when most businesses shut down early. The staff greets you when you walk in. The tvs are a nice touch during lunch.

Worst customer service ever. Hadn't even left the parking lot and went back in to get my cup filled and the owner himself yelled at me about their policy for not allowing people to fill their cups after they left the front door. I understand if I had driven off, came back 2 hours later and expected a drink, but seriously? Also on how I wasn't allowed to use the restroom for longer than 5 minutes. I'm never going there and the whole experience has put a bad bitter taste in my mouth for all JM stores.

At least three of my friends worked at a Jersey Mike's in high school. I hadn't eaten at one since then (12+ years ago), until now. I stopped by this Jersey Mike's for lunch on a weekday around 12:45pm. The place was buzzing with people. Barely a seat was open and the atmosphere was a bit hectic as the workers were busy trying to fill orders as fast as possible. After 1:00pm, the traffic died down significantly. There are several office parks nearby (e.g. Wildwood) so this place gets a lot business from office workers. Jersey Mike's is an underrated sub chain IMO. Jersey-style subs are my favorite because they tend to be the tastiest. Baldino's, which also makes great subs, is the only other sandwich shop I know of in Atlanta that makes these. The subs typically include shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, and other seasonings (here they call it's "Mike's Way") which really add a lot of flavor to the sandwich. Expect to spend about $6-7 for a regular size sandwich (half a roll of bread -- almost as filling as a Subway footlong) and $10+ for a giant size sandwich (one entire roll of bread). Breads are baked fresh on-site daily and meats are sliced-to-order, something you won't find at most other chains. Jersey Mike's menu can be confusing if you don't know what the numbers next to each of the sandwiches mean. The numbers aren't sequential. I was told by a former employee that each number represents the order in which each sandwich "recipe" was released. So the #56 Big Kahuna Cheesesteak must be the 56th sandwich released by the company. They have cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, and wraps. You can get any wrap as a sandwich and you can get any sandwich as a salad, i.e. no bread. They call it "Sub in a Tub." I tried two of the restaurant's most popular items, both hot sandwiches on wheat bread: #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak and the Buffalo Chicken sandwich (wrap converted in sandwich). They were quite good. The Chipotle Cheese Steak is Jersey Mike's regular Philly cheese steak with added chipotle mayo. The mayo stood out, rich and flavorful. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich came with a side of ranch dressing, which was great for dipping the sandwich into. Both sandwiches come with a lot of sauce, so be careful while eating. I really liked the bread, which was warm and soft. The staff did a nice job handling the lunch rush as sandwiches were prepared swiftly. Friendly service and 100 restaurant inspection score too.

Literally got about 3 slices of turkey on my sandwich. I blame the manager since other jersey mikes locations hook it up. Can't believe I paid 7 bucks for bread and vegetables. Worst JM experience ever.

These guys are awesome! They are the only restaurant in the area that stayed open all night long during the snow storm. We went in the following day (still being the only restaurant open) and the owner and one other employee had been there working for almost 30 hours straight. They are great people who care about their community (which is rare to find these days) and I am now a lifelong customer after what they did. The food is on par with any other JM, which is great!

I had never had Jersey Mike's Subs before till last week. They have nice big subs, but I find their meats are very highly processed and rather bland. They seem overpriced for the quality.

Very classic sub sandwich with fresh ingredients! They slice the meat as they make it for you.

Been to alot of these, but this one is by far the skimpiest on meat I have ever seen. Only 3 slices cut extremely thin on a regular size sandwich. Go to another location for better value and some actual meat on your sandwich Cheap Cheap Cheapo! I have noticed maybe some places think no one will notice if they skimp on things and they will get away with it.

I love going to Jersey Mike's for lunch. They are fast and they slice the meat after you order your sandwich. The only thing that I don't like is that they can't heat up your sandwich in the microwave because of some corporate rule. Really? I hate cold sandwiches and my favorite sandwich is actually on the "cold subs" list. I just have to take my sandwich with me and put it in the microwave. But I still have love for Jersey Mike's.

I love Jersey Mike's. I always get the Big Kahuna sub. And it's always made to perfection. This particular store is alway clean. The workers are efficient and genuinely nice guys.

The 5 stars is earned because of the staff at this location. They are quick and diligent about getting people through. The Place is clean and the food is good!

Jersey Mike's kind of falls into the middle to lower end of my 'favorite sandwich chains' list, but this one isn't bad. The service is quick, the prices are reasonable and the sandwiches are okay. On days that I have the time, Id rather drive the extra mile or so to Schlotzsky's, but this is close to work so I'll stop in and get something quick since Jersey Mike's service is a lot faster than Schlotzsky's.
