Great option for brunch. Menu has many classic items. I opted for the breakfast side, with a salmon omelet, bagel, and two pancakes. The former two lived up my expectations and were worth it. The pancakes left something to be desired though unfortunately - very thin and lacked flavor. Overall, the staff was great and the establishment was very clean, modern and quiet. Would definitely recommend and visit next time I'm in town if I'm staying nearby

Came here because of its great rating. Was very pleased. My portobello mushroom sandwich was customized, and I stuck an egg and sautéed spinach in place of mozzarella-- they are happy to accommodate the picky eater in me. Friendly owner and staff!

Randomly stumbled on this place while visiting a friend in Atlanta. Delicious food, huge menu, and it's very cheap. We were all happy with what we ordered!

Visiting Atlanta and this place was right next to our hotel. So glad we tried it. The sandwiches are delicious, in particular the jacks outlaw. Comes with side and drink for about $10. Can't wait to try the breakfast! Also staff was unbelievably nice!

I had Jacks for lunch yesterday. The chicken club was so yummy. The first time I tried Jack's was about a week or 2 ago. I went for breakfast and got the French toast. That was also really good. I sat outside because it reminded me of France. The servers are cool. Didn't do much talking but sit outside if you can. It's really open and nice.

more like 3.5 stars. premade food. but edible and not horrible. eggs were ok. bacon crispy. machine coffee. good service.

I had lunch here on Monday for the first time and, except for the wait, it was a great experience. The Italian Panini was very tasty and they had Zapp's chips! We were in and out within about 30 minutes, which meant we weren't late for our meeting upstairs. They even cover parking at the garage, which is nice. Well-done, Jack!

Finally a deli like place that serves fresh eggs and breakfast all day long outside of Waffle House and IHOP! This is my first time actually making it to one of their establishments. My job often has breakfast catered from here and I've never tasted anything bad so I wanted to come here for myself and try them out for brunch. My boyfriend, brother and nephews came here on a Saturday afternoon during the worst weather. I'm not sure what happened but when we pulled up and started walking to the restaurant it started to look like a tsunami outside. lol. Parking is $10 valet, public parking right across the street (they'll validate this one) or free around the corner. I didn't know anything about the parking so we valeted. Luckily when we came out the attendant didn't even charge us. We just tipped him and went on our merry - get it? ... MARY lol - way. I believe I had the quadruple bypass sandwich. This sandwich has pork roll (which is one of my faves and i can't find it anywhere but Publix), sausage, ham and bacon.. I think. 3 fried eggs, lettuce and mayonnaise on a roll. Seriously.. after half of a half. I was completely full. The sandwich also came with some potatoes that were seasoned to perfection. I believe they had lemon pepper on them. Whatever is was had my taste buds Uber satisfied. The breakfast sandwich was awesome. Next time, I may try a burger or something because the one my brother had looked delicious as well. I just had a taste for breakfast and knew what I kind of wanted. Definitely worth the drive through Atlanta traffic. I'll be back sooner than later.

We were really in the mood for a good steak sandwich. And viola, we came across jacks on yelp and couldn't resist going after seeing a few pictures. This place is neat and friendly with a wide variety of sandwich options. The chili chicken soup was a personal favorite and highly recommend one to try it.

Just stopped in for lunch...make sure to get there on the early side of noon. When I left at 12:40 the line was out the door!!! I had the Turkey Rachel and substituted for wheat bread. The sandwich was yummy, lots of flavor and unique item. The only thing I didn't love was the coleslaw--it was cold while the rest of the sandwich was hot. Pasta salad was a good mix- tomatoes, feta and banana peppers I believe. I will definitely go back!

My husband has been meaning to check this place out and one Saturday morning we decided to come here for breakfast with our one year old. We had such a great time! I loved how uncrowded this place is (there is no 20 minute wait like at Flying Biscuit) and I felt the portion of food they gave us was very filling. I had the Breakfast Sampler and felt everything was cooked perfectly. This place isn't super special like Flying Biscuit and there are no fluffy biscuits, but this place has solid breakfast food and is open early (7AM) so you don't have to suffer eating Waffle House food even if you wake up early and hungry. We'll definitely be back!

This is super convenient for me, but I choose not to go here too often, as the quantity of food offered is minimally acceptable. I'd much rather they charge more and give me more, and I don't need or want thick bread on the subs. The meat sandwiches and fries are good, but the eggplant sub is inadequate.

When I came here a year ago, I had a sub par experience, and the manager offered me a complimentary meal, which I never took him up on. I decided to bring my coworker here for a quick lunch run so we could rush back in time for our next meeting. The first time I came here, the service was slow and our orders were lackluster. This time, I can't comment too much on service, as we were taking our order to go, but our food orders were completed much faster this time. I ordered a Turkey Reuben - which also was the sandwich of choice that my manager bought last time and the sandwich had little to no sauerkraut on it, contrary to the menu's claims. It came with a side, so I got the potato salad. I picked up a Snickerdoodle cookie, too. The Turkey Reuben had too much sauerkraut this time, relative to my previous experience. I would rather have more turkey or other toppings than the amount of sauerkraut on the sandwich, but I now know how much to expect. The Snickerdoodle cookie was chewy and buttery, just wish it were bigger. The potato salad was a little strong for me, though, so I wish I had stuck with the chips. I'm not a huge sandwich person but I would come back for a Turkey Rachel any day.

Arrived late at my hotel nearby and needed to get something quick. Should have looked at the picture others posted to get a sense of the quality of this "New York" style deli. Ordered a Reuben and got a pastrami on toasted rye (no Swiss cheese????). Since when does a Reuben not have Swiss? Anyway, it was ok for a quick bite but by no means is this anything close to a NY Deli.

Service was great. Place was clean. Food was good. I'd like to try a few more items. I had the Outlaw and hand cut fries and was very pleased with price to portion ratio. Jack's Deli Dust is nice to sprinkle on the fries, but be careful, it's salty.

I really don't know where to start. I came here for brunch but I had a hard time deciding what I wanted because the menu had so many appealing options. I ended up ordering the Italian panini. I really love Italian sandwiches so if it's on a menu it's hard for me to say no. Since I technically came for brunch I got breakfast potatoes with my sandwich. The sandwich was A++++ and they give you a ton of potatoes with their special seasoning. Potatoes were great also. I'm kind of mad I've lived so close to this place and just now trying it.lol. I took half of my food home. I look forward to coming back and trying something else. The employees were very friendly. They came around and asked how everything was and brought me a box for the rest of my food. They have beer and wine to drink. Park in the Terminus deck. Bring your ticket in and they'll validate it.

  • Nicole S.

I got the New York Reuben. I wanted to try something a little different than I normally get from a deli. I've never had sauerkraut on a sandwich before. It definitely gave an interesting taste. The sandwich was good, but I was hoping for more meat. I got potato salad as my side and it was very tasty. It was more of a mashed consistency than chunks.

I am a huge fan of Jack's Smyrna location, so I recently decided to give the Buckhead Jack's a try. Although I would say they were *slightly* less amazing than their Smyrna counterpart, they still offer a solid dining experience for a great price in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the city. First, do park in the Terminus building deck, and ask the cashier to validate your ticket. Then check out the overwhelmingly large menu. My companion opted for the all-day breakfast menu, with a short stack of pancakes, eggs, and bacon, while I decided to do a head-to-head comparison by ordering the Matt's Shrimp Concoction, one of my favorites from Jack's Smyrna. We had a bit of a wait for our meals despite how slow the restaurant was on a Saturday night, but it wasn't ridiculous. When the food arrived, it was generously portioned, hot, and delicious...but I still think Smyrna wins by a nose for perfectly cooked, non-chewy shrimp and slightly crisper fries. Overall, still worth a stop if you want a tasty hot sandwich in Buckhead.

Jeremy is one of the nicest guys running a business in Buckhead. I returned to Jack's for the third time today and can't say enough about the food and the people here. I had the Turkey Rachel and was wishing I had ordered two. Fresh turkey, delicious bread, and the toppings completed the sandwich perfectly. My colleague had the reuben and said he gets it at least once a week. I am thinking there will be a weekly lunch trip over to Jack's. I am excited to try a lot of other options on the menu. Jeremy, thanks again for your hospitality. That's my word and I'm sticking to it.

I went here for lunch between classes one Saturday. This place was super quiet for a lunchtime period. I suspect that it would be busy during the business week. My classmate and I went there for a quick lunch and weren't disappointed. They have a nice little selection of 6 beers on tap and a massive selection of sandwiches. Had the Jack's Outlaw and Potato Salad with a Terrapin beer. Pros: Great sandwich. Mine was a bit greasy but so tasty. Fries (which classmate had) were amazing, potato-y, and super flavorful. Overall, a good value for lunch and a nice alternative to the large chains around here. Cons: Lackluster atmosphere and It was kind of pricey for lunch. I thought it was good quality and quantity for the price, though.

I had the New York Ruben with french fries and my wife had the cube with the breakfast potatoes. And the New York Ruben was really good but then I tried a bite of my wife's Cuban and it was divine. The french fries were a little greasy but the breakfast potatoes were wonderful. It also has a nice atmosphere and a nice outside eating area

I had a salad, and it was pretty good. That would normally only get you 4 stars from me, but due to the excellent service and great beer selection, this place gets bumped up a half star and rounded up. The guy waiting the counter was friendly, helpful and pleasant. He also took care of our to go order and held off preparing it until we were almost finished eating in the dining area. Sadly, we couldn't sample any beers, but they had a great selection of micro's. I wish I would have gotten a sandwich. Maybe next time.

Gosh, this place can get pretty hectic around lunch time but man do they have GREAT customer service. I came here with my husband around lunch time on a Wednesday. The line was out the door, something that often means to me that the restaurant has great food. I ordered a traditional Rueben. At this place you order at the counter and then sit down and wait for them to bring you your food. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and indoors they have a few large TV's with an assortment of channels playing. When you food is ready, they holler out your name to unite you with your food. Here is where the great customer service came into play. When our food came out, my husbands sandwich resembled the description on the menu, but my sandwich looked nothing like it should be. Before I had a chance to tell someone of the issue, the staff already realized they gave me the wrong sandwich, brought me out a Rueben, and let me keep the other sandwich. For the poor fellow whose sandwich I had inadvertently taken, they immediately gave him a $10 gift card for the delay on his meal. This group was so great about turning around this snafu! On a side note, the sandwich I accidentally got - the turkey meatloaf- was wicked delicious. They seasoned it very nicely. The Rueben was also pretty good, but if I came back I would definitely get that turkey meatloaf in a heartbeat.

Love it here. There's a great energy when you walk into this particular location. Our office is within walking distance so we stopped by here for lunch one day and had a blast. The lines do get long here during the weekday lunch rush but the staff is so efficient that you don't have to wait too long. Totally enjoyed my "turkey rachel" sandwich. The bread was toasted to perfection and the sandwich just melted in my mouth. If you're a fan of turkey sandwiches, you must try their version. JNYD is similar to a Starbucks in a sense that you give them your name and they will call it out when your sandwich is ready. Most likely, if you seat yourself, they'll be happy to bring you your sandwich as well. Fountain drinks and tea are readily available and they've got a great patio dining area for days when the weather is perfect and you're out to lunch to take a break from "office/cube life." Be sure to check them out if you work off of Peachtree near the Terminus office park or Tower Places.

  • Kelly M.

So I love this place. I work in one of the Towers and frequent this location for lunch pretty often. It is always packed at lunch but these guys move fast! The food is awesome, service is always super friendly (and usually also attractive)... The Turkey Rachel is my favorite sandwich and they have a fantastic greek salad. Don't buy any of their perfectly soft, melt in your mouth cookies unless you want to dream about them for weeks on end. Just sayin'.

Why is it the best places are the ones you stumble upon? As is the case here. It just happens to be close to where we get our hair done at Jamison Shaw! The service is fab. When this newbie couldn't decide between macaroni salad and another optioning the guy assure me the macaroni salad was awesome! Mind you I don't usually trust people when they say that about pasta salad or potato but in this case he was right it was good! He was very patient while I tried to decide upon my order and assisted with options. It was lunch and they were very busy--- jumping off busy! They still had the good served quickly and were checking on us to make sure everything was ok. I ordered the corned beef and it was loaded with meat no skimping I ended up eating more of 'TheMan's' fries than I did my pasta salad. They were fresh and season so well I was addicted! A great. Place to go!

  • Reni O.

Amazing food, good prices, and the best cookies i've ever had. Only downside is the cookies are 75cents and they're really tiny. But they're delicious so I guess its okay. The staff is super friendly. Ive never had a bad experience when eating here. (P.S. Don't eat the deli dust, its ridiculously addictive.)

  • Dave S.

Typical deli ambience, casual, clean and comfortable. Seriously great sandwich with the perfect combination of sauce, seasoning and fillers, and the fresh cut fries were perfect, crispy and sprinkled with their own brand of seasoning. Plenty of drink choices, from coffee to soda, sweetened and unsweetened tea, or a selection of beers, wine and even mimosas. The customer service was spot on, easy ordering, speedy sandwich construction, and checking on me several times to see if I needed anything. There was also an extra bonus! They gave me a Christmas present of a several-ounce shaker of their special {and amazing) seasoning inside a knowledgeable, wrapped-up in red plastic, and a little candy cane! Did I mention that they had a very sufficient vegetarian selection of sandwiches, sides and soup? Really good experience, and made a great impression for my first visit. I'll be back soon! P.S. They validate for the parking garage across the driveway.

Stopped by here today on my way home from work to try it out. The staff was nice. I ordered the smoked turkey club with fries. It was very good. I will definitely return here to try some different things on the menu.

  • Shelly G.

Very clean and modern interior, super friendly people, and food takes less than 5 minutes. I've been here twice and gotten the turkey club both times...so good! They don't skimp out on the turkey or bacon. My boyfriend got the chicken club last time, but it was a little dry. They also have a great selection of draft beers. Garage parking is located across the street and includes 2 free hours with validation. Turkey club!

We wanted brunch food near the Embassy Suites of Buckhead in less than an hour and with affordable prices, and this seemed a good option with a few breakfast choices, but also non-breakfast choices for me. We parked in the deck, which you can get validated at the business. We were some of the only people in there, which meant fast service, and our pick of the booths. I got the New Yorker Reuben with tomato basil soup ($8.99 + $2.25 upcharge for the soup). The combo comes with a drink, which is serve yourself. We also ordered the kids pancake and the kids french toast, both of which come with a 2oz plastic cup full of cut fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew, and red grapes). The Reuben was good - warm and tasty, though slightly dry (could've used some more dressing). The soup was a little too sweet, and not much to it, I'd say not worth the upcharge. We weren't sure whether or not to bus the tables ourselves, since there were large trash cans with spaces to leave the baskets. So we did, but we saw others who left their plates and baskets. Not a bad spot if you want a deli sandwich in the area, but not worth a special trip.

  • S W.

Great breakfast and lunch place for the work week. I would recommend anything on the menu. Also has patio seating during warm, dry weather. It can get pretty crowded with minimal seating at peak times. Employees are VERY friendly with exception of 1 woman with the worst skills at customer service and human interaction. She is so rude that if she answers the phone or I see her behind the counter, I won't even place an order.

  • Dawn O.

Ate here around brunch time on Sunday. Unbeknownst to my boyfriend and me (since we were visiting from Tallahassee), Atlanta folk don't mess around with brunch. (We couldn't find anywhere to eat that didn't have an obnoxious line out the door.) I had actually wanted to order delivery from Jack's NYD when my boyfriend was still asleep but was hesitant to pick something out he might not like. I am very glad we decided to get in the car and wander around until we ended up here though. The employees are super friendly and the food does remind me of delis up in New York. (I'm from New Jersey.) Needless to say, it was super yummy. It may not be your typical sit-down and gossip brunch, but their food is just as awesome.

It really pays to be honest... no kidding because I'm living proof! They had the special "The Gobbler" a few months ago and I believe I was one of the first and only to try it. Not too many crazies would pay $14 bucks for a half open dried turkey sandwich but I digress. Regardless, that never made me stop coming to them because they do have good food and within walking distance. Their service has been nothing short of stellar to me. I know this because I eat there twice a day... about 3-4 times a week. Anyways, so one of the guy asked if I was the one that tried the Gobbler that day and didn't like it. I'm still holding my ground on that dried turkey breast and said yes. So he handed me a gift card telling me that he appreciate my honesty and wanted to make things right. That was like an awesome moment for me a glorious $10 gift card to Jack's New Yorker Deli! Awesomeness is the word.

First things first...Turkey Meatloaf Sandwich!! I could stop there. I had the house made meatloaf sandwich which has grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and cheese on toasted rye, along with hand cut fries sprinkled with "deli dust." That stuff was so good, I bought a bottle to take home. I came in early afternoon, flying solo due to my friend being in a conference. Jeremy was delightful, friendly and excited about the deli's many delicious offerings. I enjoyed the sandwich, beer and welcoming conversation. I will definitely be back to Jack's!

MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE FOR DELI SANDWICHES The service and food are both excellent. I absolutely adore their reuben sandwiches (which are hot and piled high with meat and cheese on really delicious bread) and the Wee Willy sandwich. The pasta salad is also great. The atmosphere is down-to-earth but also corporate at the same time, as you can see in my photos. There is free parking in the Terminus parking garage. Don't forget to get your parking validation.

Shout out to Mike and David at the counter for being so nice to me! The staff here is A-plus! I would give Jack's 5 stars, but instead of blue cheese, I got sour cream served with my to-go salad today. Meh to that...

Mmm, such a good lunch spot. One thing I love about Jack's is their extensive sandwich menu (hot subs, cold subs, heroes, paninis, etc). Their sandwiches are just plain good, and not really made with pretentious ingredients just to make it seem fancier. One major perk of going here over Jason's, Subway, Firehouse, etc. is that you get a side and drink included in the price of your sandwich. For around $5-7, that's really not a bad gig at all. I've been to Jack's location in Vinings, and I do like it a little better. They have a larger selection of chips, but this one has a slightly bigger space for tables. Also, just a tip. If you're going for lunch you can park under 10 Terminus Place in their parking deck and get validated parking from the cashier when you leave.

This place is the best! My favorite restaurant in the Buckhead area. Extremely popular during lunch, but the food and service is amazing. I ordered the breakfast platter, and everything was delicious. The potatoes are sooo good, but be warned, they are also very salty. I ordered sunny-side-up eggs, and on the way over the waiter accidentally broke an egg. He immediately apologized and asked if I wanted another. I understood that sunny side up eggs are prone to breaking, and told him not to worry about it and started devouring my eggs. A couple minutes later he comes back with another egg, and told me that the chef made another anyways. What terrific service! Despite it's popularity, they really seem to value their customers. I will definitely keep coming back.

Pretty good sandwiches, yet I was very disappointed by their liverwurst. Just does not live up to the standard of real liverwursts from Eastern Europe. The size was also rather small, had to get two sandwiches.

Very solid lunch place. I go probably 4-5 times a month, and I've never had a bad meal. Their fries are really good and their sandwiches are average. Waiters are friendly, but don't know the menu too well. Overall, I recommend Jack's to friends when they're in the area, but it's not a destination restaurant.

Delicious!! All 6 of us were very satisfied with our meals. Went for brunch and the New York Rueben is outstanding. The fries were extremely tasty, and be sure to season the deli dust on them. Overall, excellent food and customer service. If we come back near the restaurant, we will sure to be back

Note to anyone who plans on dining in, get here early! The lines can become outrageously long! That being said, I met fellow yelp! elitest Hoa here for lunch last week. You can park across the sidewalk at the garage and Jack's will validate for you. Their menu is quite extensive ranging from subs, salads and sandwiches. I settled on a Matt's shrimp concotion which is basically a shrimp po boy because they had a platter of the seasoned shrimp laying in the display case. It was actually pretty good. The serving was rather large as were the shrimps. The creole mayo could have used a bit more spice but still, it was good and complimented the seasoned shrimps very well.

I LOVE this place! We come every Sunday after church and won't go anywhere else. Great food at prices that seriously cannot be beat. The guys that work here are all so friendly and accommodating to the post-church crowd. They validate parking and you can always get in and out in under an hour.

Just as good as the other reviews state. I wish parking were easier, but the sandwiches, salads, cookies, etc. were all delicious. I don't know how their greek salad tastes so much better than all the others, but it does. And the sandwiches?? Divine. Don't forget a black and white cookie!

I still don't get this place at all. Maybe I'm just ordering all the wrong things. Before I get to the food, I overheard this brilliant exchange: Customer: "I'd like blackened chicken, do you do anything blackened?" Register dude: "Our chicken is pre-cooked, so we don't do stuff like that" Register dude to manager: "Do we do anything blackened?" Manager: "Well, we can keep your chicken on the grill longer for you and make it extra brown". Customer: "OK, let's try that". Holy. Crap. You can't make this shit up. First, I never realized that blackened chicken had anything to do with keeping it on the grill longer...after all...it has nothing to do with butter, or a rub, or even the pan. Second, I love that the customer was so willing: "You mean you are going to take your pre-cooked chicken, and cook the shit out of it for me so it is as dry as the sand I try to eat whenever I'm at the beach? Yum! Hey, while you are at it, can you pour me a tall glass of cinnamon to wash it down?" OK...onto the food, why I keep trying God knows... Mozz, sweet peppers and tomato. They are a bit confused on this sammy. Typically, the mozz is the star of the sammy. Not this one...they take big ass slices of tomato, and fold it into the crease of their inappropriate, tasteless, soft as Wonder Bread hero. Then, they sprinkle in small mangled pieces of mozz like it's fucking basil. They add in some sweet pepper for kicks. Wow. Just wow. Yet another place that steals the NY out of NY. But hey...we are in Atlanta, the place where according to elite Yelpers and the like, ingredients don't matter, where these ingredients are sourced doesn't matter, and the process of how you use these sourced ingredients doesn't matter. Because after all, it's only about opinion. As noted here comrades...I mean Yelpsters. Well...you now have one more opinion to chew on....and if you are chewing on their pre-cooked chicken that was browned, not blackened Mr. Bond...you may be chewing on that for quite a while. The fries which are decent, give this place +1 stars, barely. Let's call it 1.5 stars. Again, probably better off ordering very standard stuff here, not these exotic Caprese sammys. Beam me up Scottie. Welcome to Yelp, the new Citisearch!

COOOOKIESSS!!! Something I jokingly walk in saying because, IMO, they have the best cookies and brownies in the area. These 20 lbs I've gained can prove it lol Jack's New York Deli is conveniently located at the bottom of the Terminus 200 building in Buckhead with a pretty decent selection of all day breakfast and lunch/dinner options. I rarely get breakfast there, b/c I don't eat pork, so I can't offer up any advice but lunch is really good there. I tend to keep it simple but it's always fulfilling and the fries are my fav. Sometimes I find myself simply ordering a plate of fries; they're always so fresh and hot. 19 check-ins should suggest I am a fan of this place and the red head guy is pretty cool! :) Jack's is just one of those places where you can grab a quick sandwich meal, cookies and etc for cheap but the food is still extra tasty. I definitely recommend this deli to anyone in the area and beyond.

Can't come close to the old New Yorker Deli on Pharr. The sandwiches just aren't the same. The bread is lower quality and the roast beef is always overcooked on the wee willy.

Jack's is a new deli in Buckhead located in the Terminus 200 building. The environment is casual with several TVs playing sports. The menu consists of a bunch of breakfast sandwiches and deli sandwiches, including a selection of vegetarian sandwiches. I had the New Yorker Reuben, which was awesome. The people were nice and the food came out quick. The bread was tasty and toasted perfectly. The meat was flavorful and hot - good proportions. Unfortunately, the potato salad and cole slaw sides were boring and tasteless. I really hope they do something to improve their sides - next time I'll try the chips or fries instead. I like that they include a side and drink with every sandwich - keeps ordering quick and easy. They do validate parking in the deck next door, but I wish there was park out front parking for take-out orders. I can definitely see myself stopping by here to pick up food after work - I'll probably just illegally park in the valet lane across the street and hope I can get in and out before they yell at me.

I work at Terminus and probably eat at Jack's, either sit down or take out, twice or more a week. The owner is a friend of a friend so I really want to see this place do well and it seems to be in the approximate year it has been open. Jack's is a great place to grab a sandwich, I tend to prefer the warm options, or a salad, the Ceasar and Greek are both great, at a reasonable price - most lunch items are $8-10 are include a side and a drink. I want to give this place 5 stars, and think it is close, but have a couple suggestions for the restaurant that I think gets them there: 1. It gets really crowded during the week at lunch and order intake is too slow - there are two registers but one is usually used for call in orders. They should another register reserved for take-out orders at lunch. 2. Add a delivery service during the week to compete with Jimmy John's - in order to avoid the hassle of lugging around drinks there should a sandwich a la carte option, or possibly just a side, for $1 or so less. This a la carte option may also intrigue other customers, as if I am going to choose a cup of water and don't want a side, I would prefer not to pay for it.

Just ate here and had the club sandwich and fresh cut fries. Really good and clean. Quick and friendly service. Reasonable prices and great music.

Disappointed. I think I was expecting quite a bit from a place that gets reviewed as being "one of the best, if not the best" deli in Atlanta. I don't know what I am more sad about - my experience at this deli or Atlanta delis in general, if this is (one of) the best. I ordered the turkey meatloaf. Any time a sandwich place offers a meatloaf option, I get it so that I can compare it across all the ones I have had (obviously this ranking cannot be entirely objective but I try my best). JNYD's turkey meatloaf came smothered in mayo/mayo based spread, so much so that the thin rye bread became soaked enough to fall apart in the middle of the meal. And my gripe isn't even about the sandwich. It's actually the fries that was the kicker for me. They tasted like awful Sysco frozen potatoes. Seasoning on the fries had a powdery texture - bizarre. Last but not least - I think the sandwiches were supposed to come with drinks. We didn't get ours. It was busy at lunch hour. I think the location does a lot for this place.

Ok, I'll give my standard pitch, I usually only review the places I really like or alert those to stay away from. Let's recognize Jack's New Yorker Deli is what the name says a deli shop. I'm rating it based on this. That being said it does not act like a standard deli. I ordered the "Roddies Off The Books" with hand cut french fries. No lie, this might well be the best sandwich I have had in a very long time. All fresh ingredients and a special seasoning (which I took away with me) was added. Very, very good. The hand cut fries rival any of the best county fair fries you have ever had. The place is full of TV's and most tuned to ESPN. So for the sports fan great place to catch up on current events. They have a beer menu but I did not check it out. I showed up for an early lunch and what I believe was the owner came out and checked on the crowd. Very friendly and asked for input. I was early enough to beat any lines so did not have any wait. Big Thumbs Up for this restaurant.

Excellent value and very personal service - has a local neighborhood feel - and the outdoor seating area is very pleasant and fairly private as it is away from the other restaurants on the property. It has become a regular stop for us over the past few years.

Great, delicious, low key breakfast food. No wait, food came out quickly, and plenty of inside & outside seating. We wanted brunch but without the 40min+ wait. Will be back

We have eaten here a few times this year and every time we walk out with two thumbs up. A nice menu, food is hot and perhaps the hottest coffee...a good thing. The staff is always nice and attentive. We met Jeremy the owner today...nice guy! They have free parking if you park in the Terminus building...bring your ticket and they will validate.

I've eaten here a few times. Sandwiches are very large and greasy, generally taste decent although sometimes are sloppy and generally visually unappealing. It's better than, say, Jason's Deli but not as consistently good as, say, Firehouse Subs. The menu is long and varied and for about $10 you start getting stuff like surf and turf and whatnot. I would rather go to Star Provisions, Muss & Turner, or Sawicki for $10 sandwiches, but around this area, probably only F2O is a serious alternative.

I'm shocked that I haven't seen anybody bring up the fact that this is a place that calls itself a "New York" deli but really is nothing like a NY deli. A NY deli has exceptional meats, but more importantly, exceptional bread. The minute my sandwich came out on a generic hoagie roll that looked like the same hoagie roll I'd get on a pre-packaged sandwich at a QT, I knew it was not as advertised. Huge disappointment. Maybe if they called themselves just "Jack's Sandwich Shop" it wouldn't have been such a let down. (Still have yet to find the real deal in Atlanta. Fabiano's in midtown years ago was the closest. And actually Newk's has a pretty killer Italian sandwich!)

Matt's shrimp concoction = yummmmy!! Lots of shrimp, lots of goodness!! The sandwich was stuffed, bread was soft...definitely one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Highly recommended!

Great place, great feel, great food. I will be back often and enjoy coming here to watch NBA games while grabbing a delicious sandwich. All their sandwiches come with a side, and a fountain drink. Price falls roughly in the $8-$10 range. A favorite for me at the Terminus already. A note regarding parking at the Terminus. If you park in the deck, head to the elevator's labelled Terminus 200 or walk down the ramp you drove up. Remember to grab a valet ticket before leaving Jack's. Otherwise, feel free to park in one of the several 15-minute spots. After 5 pm, I believe it's fine to park there longer.

Good spot for lunch by terminus building. It tends to get really crowded so I'd try to beat the lunch crowd by going a bit earlier. The food is really good, and they serve large portions :). Selection is also really good. Definitely recommend for a quick buckhead lunch.

4.5 Stars. If it wasn't so inconvenient to get to, I may give this place 5 stars. I really like the Reuben's, and it's nice to have a little taste of NYC in ATL. I dont know where else you can get a good Reuben around town. Keep it up, Jack's!

This place is awesome. I rarely take the time to add a review but Jack's deserves it. Nice people and amazing food. Definitely try the Belly Buster.

The 5 stars are deserved! Wanted something deli-like for lunch today. Because I was in the area, I Googled "deli in buckhead" and Jack's came back at the top of the list. After having the New York Reuben, I can see why. A big plus is the staff; very friendly and helpful to hubby and me. We also met the owner (Jack?), who was just as gracious as all the staff we encountered. A little tricky to find, but I'm glad we did. It's located on the bottom level of the Terminus building. Although it's hard to leave The Dec for meals, I've found a place worth the drive. Can't wait to go back!

Love this place. I always get the smoked turkey. I k ow sounds plain Jane but I never knew a turkey sandwich could be so good. It is served hot and with a honey mustard sauce. AMAZING. Every time I'm near any of the locations I make sure to eat there. Also they have good cookies and brownies.

I loved it! It has been a while since I have REALLY enjoyed a quick sandwich out.. Jack's has done it for me. I had the "Sharkey's Machine" with Seasoned shrimp. Yummy! soft bread, nicely done veggies. flavorful shrimp. I am definitely going back to try out their vegetarian options and the shrimp PoBoy! I had coworkers bring it back to me.. so not sure of interior or service but yum on the food. :)

Great breakfast sandwiches, and very inexpensive! Also a lot of room inside and outside on the patio.. The breakfast sandwich includes two eggs bacon or sausage, cheese on a kaiser bun for $3.99. Amazingly good! Very nice people that work there,

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this spot for lunch! I work in the Terminus building, and all the nearby restaurants are so congested during lunchtime. Though Jack's gets tons of business too, they're super fast and their customer service is TOP NOTCH! Everything I've had at Jack's is super tasty, but my favorite is the Chicken Pesto Panini...Yum!!!!! The fries are great too. If you don't have time to dine in, call ahead and your order will be saved the next time you call in, so all you have to ask for is "The Usual".

One of the best, if not the best deli in town, nice big, meaty sandwichs, salt and pepper fries, and fresh coke. what more can a girl ask for. My tops at this place is the Wee Willy, it's amazing, hot roast beef, melted provolone. there are lots of favorites at this place. and the drink is included with your sandwich, keeps it easy. since they just opened, calling ahead for pick up is recommended if you're in a rush.

Good stuff. Good quality food with flavor that is all too absent in most deli's I traverse. Service was friendly and fast. I had the grilled chicken club - seasoned, grilled chicken, swiss, bacon, honey mustard... My only disappointment was the bread which was garden variety. I look forward to frequenting Jack's.

We have always been big fans of the Jack's New Yorker deli in Smyrna, so we were super excited to see a location open up in Buckhead. It does not disappoint! My favorite thing about this place is the huge variety of sandwiches, salads, and other goodies on the menu. You can always find exactly what you crave and if not, build your own! I have a few favorites (Wee Willy, Greek pita, Chicken pesto panini), but no matter what I get I've always found the food to be fresh and delicious. Plus the inside is clean and modern and the staff is friendly and fast. We eat here pretty much every week, it's one of our "go-to" restaurants in Atlanta!

Best overall deli in Buckhead. In fact, the only "real" full-service deli in the heart of Buckhead.

I go to a couple of builders warehouse stores down the road from this place on occasion and don't visit the area often. I thought I'd eat at this other place up the road but saw the sign and decided to check it out. There were a bunch of customers which is always a good sign. I got the special, roast beef aus ju - with fries and drink for about $10. THE best lunch I've had all week. I will make special trips from now on to revisit.

When Jack's first opened in our building 'Terminus 2", I was so excited to have something different to eat! My first order was a chili dog and fries! I was floored by the flavor and how big the hot dog was. My bank account is nothing but Jack's NY Deli lol!! It's worth it. And in my budget when I want something good and hot! Thank you everyone at Jack's for being so pleasant (Leanne, Mike, and the owner Jeremy)!!! You Guys ROCK THE HOUSE!!!! If you're in Buckhead and want a great salad, or sandwich go to Jack's!!!
