Yuck! The employee was cleaning up, and didn't bother to wash his hands or wear gloves when getting my munchkins - love those little buggers but cancelled my order due to poor hygiene. YUCK!

Love this location Dray always get its right!! Agree with all the reviews... after 2-4pm DONT EAT THE DONUTS!! LOL. Staff is always great... I order my coffee the same way 7 milk/ 7 sugars so its hard to get that wrong... but they do sometimes have a slip of the hand and give me cream... but are always quick to remake it when I notice.

Admittedly I'm not the biggest fan of coffee, I'm more into coffee beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, etc), but I do really like iced coffee. And I much prefer Dunkin's iced coffee to that of Starbucks and Caribou. It just tastes better to me, it's hella cheap and the cups are huge. Not to mention the fact that they appeal to my sweet tooth by offering a variety of flavor shots - my favorite is blueberry. Unfortunately, this location makes it a bit harder for me to enjoy my orders. The service is hit or miss - sometimes the barista is super sweet and helpful, like the one that was working yesterday afternoon when I came in, and sometimes they make you wait by the counter for five minutes while they're in the backroom like the barista who was working a few weeks ago. I also find that the doughnuts are pretty stale - especially later in the day, I'm not quite sure what the cycle of fresh pastries is considering they're open 24 hours, but mid-afternoon is a bad time. The parking is limited and awkwardly hilly - so utilize those e-breaks - it can be hard to find a parking space during peak study hours (read: evenings) with the influx of Emory students. Overall, this location is a bit disappointing, and not worth the hassle of mistaken orders - especially considering the Starbucks located directly across the street. But if you're a Dunkin coffee fan like me, you'll just have to grin and bear it.

This place has improved a lot in the couple months. The dark roast coffee is a big improvement from the original blend and they have some new bagels that are good as well. Staff has drastically improved as well. I met the manager and she is very sweet. Much better experience than what was going on a few months ago.

This Dunkin Donuts has some solid competition since it is across the street from Starbucks and kitty corner from Einstein and Caribou. If you are looking for a coffee shop to study in, and do not specifically want a donut, I would go with one of the other establishments on this busy corner. I was here for about 6 hours on Monday doing schoolwork and was severely unimpressed. I came in and ordered a latte - oops no latte the espresso machine was down.....Guess coffee was my only choice. I then ordered a bagel and cream cheese. Paid for it at the order counter. I waited for about 5 minutes by the counter with no bagel in site and went to sit down - I figured I wouldn't hover and would wait until I saw my ready bagel at the pickup counter. 10 minutes later, no bagel in site, I decided maybe standing at the pickup counter would expedite the service. So I stood there waiting, and I waited and I waited......a solid 10 minutes later the guy at the ORDER counter goes oh - your bagel is here by the cash register. Sigh..isn't this why there is a order and pickup counter in the first place - so you know when your food is ready?! My other pleasant experiences in this shop were the lovely Muzak, being literally mopped around twice (I applaud the cleanliness, but have no desire to move the chairs around my table every couple of hours for the employees to mop), and the fact that all the lights in the bathroom were not working by the time I left. Dunkin gets extra points for the coupons they send out in the mail - but that's not enough for me to come back here unless I really just want a donut TO GO.

This place is just awkward. That's the only way to put it. The cashier couldn't understand my order of "medium iced pumpkin coffee". My boyfriend got a pumpkin Coolata and it wasn't even mixed. The guy didn't tell us our drinks were ready and just put them on the counter with some of it spilled all over the sides, making a sticky mess for us to clean up. My boyfriend: "there's blue sh*t all over my lid and that guy had an awful mustache".

The parking situation here is kind of awful sometimes--people often use this lot to cut through the intersection, so be aware of that--and one time when I went recently, I think the air conditioner was broken or something because the door was propped open and it was hotter than an oven. But I usually get just what I want when I come here and sometimes, that's all you need! Also, make sure to do the little survey on your receipt because then you can get a free donut next time.

The staff at this place is always really nice. I believe they are open 24/7 though I am never out that late or that early. Convenient location. The quality of the donuts varies from day to day. Most of the time they are really good. Sometimes I get coupons in the mail which is always great. But I never need a half dozen or dozen donuts. My fave donut place.

The lady and I stop by here a lot for breakfast, I'm a bagel fiend and she loves their coffee, and hey, they're cheaper than the Einstein across the street by a grip of cash. There's usually a line inside but it moves fast, they typically have everything on hand, and the staff is polite and helpful. There's a nice outdoor area with tables and chairs too. Only downside is parking can be tight at times, but wait a second and someone always comes out to leave.

Update: 2/20/2014: ONLY since I moved very close to this location, I decided to give this place another try. They have resolved their burned donuts issues and the donuts are tasting better, HOWEVER, I went in the evening and the donuts were very stale and they were out of many options. I was told by the cashier / donut artist that when they run out they don't make anymore and all the donuts were made that morning. The cashier was a young American black kid that seemed to have a hard time understanding my order and my friends order of "please make the drinks the way you would make them for yourself". I have adjusted their rating from 1 star to 2 stars only because the donuts were not burned, but being out of many options and being stale only earns 2 stars from me. --- Original Review--- Food: Here's the main problem of this place, the donuts were once great, but I stopped going to this particular location months ago because they started overcooking their donuts. The donuts have that burned oil smell and taste to them and they are definitely over cooked. If I want donuts I go to the store on Lavista, near the Red Lobster. Atmosphere: Atmosphere is nice, plenty of seating; no complaints here. Service: Service is fast and friendly, no complaints here. Summary: The only problem is the overcooked donuts in possibly old grease, tastes and smells nasty. If they fix this problem I would return.

Good amount of seating, people are fairly nice. Bring fido with you to sit outside. There aren't any outlets outside though, so charge your laptops first.

Stopped by here on July 4th with my girlfriend. We wanted a cool refreshing iced drink (are there no 7-elevens in Atlanta? we couldn't find any on our phones nearby). We ordered two coolattes.. strawberry and orange. However the guy working there said he only had enough ice to make one.. if he made two.. the other one would be really watery. I guess they were closing soon due to the holiday. We just shared the single strawberry one. It was quite strong (we added more ice when we got back to the hotel room) I do appreciate the guy's honesty and not selling us something that wouldn't be 'good'. Definitely good customer service. He even apologized twice. nice guy.

Thank goodness that this place is open 24-hours or I wouldn't have a place to study. This place is packed even at late hours, but I'm not sure if all of them are nomming on donuts. Though, Dunkin' Donuts is also famous for their coffee, so that might be the reason for their popularity. I like the fact that they not only have donuts, but other bakery items such as muffins, bagels, and even twist pastries. Definitely will satisfy a guilty sweet-tooth. Also, this is a warning: if you plan on staying there for more than 30minutes, consider yourself to reek like coffeeshop. My clothes, hair, books, and papers... they always emit the fumes of old sour coffee when I get back home :(

For a dunkin donuts, it's a good location. Donuts and coffee- not much else to consider when you're wanting to go to DD.

I love Starbucks. Period. But I received a coupon for a 99 cent latte, so I thought, why not give them a try? Big mistake. The only lady working did not know how to make a latte. Seriously. She asked if I wanted cream in it...I said, no...just the milk. Then she didn't understand the coupon (not sure if she understood English). Word of advice to the owner: Don't let someone run the store if a) they can't speak English and b) they don't know how to make all the products.

Dunkin Donuts rules. The coffee is thousands times better than Starbucks and their donuts are so delicious! I wish Dunkin Donuts was taking over the world, not Starbucks!!

When I tell you I am soooo over this location, I am sooo over this location. First impressions are everything. So the beau and I decided to make a pit stop before heading to Amicalola Falls (beautiful by the way). It was pretty chilly that day, so I opted for the HOT pumpkin latte. I emphasized that I did not want it iced, and the size that I wanted (the latte and iced sizes are NOT the same). The barista repeated the order, so I thought everything was all good. So he makes the drinks and sets this ginormous iced drink onto the counter. I'm thinking that it belongs to some imaginary person that ordered before me. My boyfriend's order is made, and i'm like wait .... I KNOW THAT I DIDN'T ORDER AN ICED DRINK. So my beau politely tells the guy that I wanted a hot latte not an iced one. The guy does not even apologize, and proceeds to make another drink. He finishes, I pick up my cup and notice that it's on the light side. I get to the car, open the top, and I have half a cup of friggin joe. Are you freaking kidding me!!!! I was so over this experience that I just let it go. It was too early in the a.m. to be goin all black woman postal on his neglectful arse. He didn't even try to add the whipped cream, that I asked for, to cover up his lack of necessity to give me what I paid for. Never again.

I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. There is something very 70's about it. And it smells heavenly. Cinnamon donut, strawberry jelly donut, and a large coffee with cream and sugar. Breakfast of champions, but not so great for the waistline!
