We ordered a Pizza tonight and it arrived overcooked. When we called the store to complain all we could be told by the manager Antoine was that he "remembers that pizza and it was fine". Worse than the quality of the food was the poor quality of customer service and apparent lack of people skills. He showed a total apathy to us. We took the pizza back to the store and he continued to argue that the pizza was "fine" and "it looked ok to him". We were disgusted by his lack of wanting to satisfy the customer. He just wanted to be right. This was the second time this week we ordered from Dominos but most likely our last.

They are always great, very friendly, and on time for delivery. We can always depend on them to make a great pizza for us, and get to our home in a reasonable amount of time. I say thanks to this store, and the employees there!

In the last 6-8mths, Domino's has seemed to "care" a bit more. The food is hotter and tastier and has had a faster delivery time. I still don't like the 'delivery fee" thing =P THANX!

I placed an online order for a veggie pizza with no onions, as I am allergic to them, and the pizza arrived with onions. I called to have the pizza replaced and received a replacement pizza over an hour later which was clearly a sausage pizza. I asked the delivery driver to let the manager know that it was wrong and to send another one out, thanked him for coming out a second time, and gave him a second delivery tip. Over an hour later, I still had not received a replacement pizza. I called to speak to a manager, who rudely said he had no record that I had asked for a second replacement pizza. I replied that I had asked for another and requested that since it had been over two hours since I ordered my original pizza that I would like a replacement and a refund, per company policy; he agreed. Exactly three hours after my original order, I finally received the correct pizza. Throughout this whole experience I was extremely polite on the phone and to the delivery driver. I am really put off by the lack of quality control and customer service at this Domino's and I will not be ordering from this location again.

If you haven't checked out Domino's in a while, it's worth taking a second look with their newly restyled pizza's. The new dough and sauce they are use are great on their regular pizza, and the new pan pizza also has great flavor. While I do recognize this is Domino's pizza and not a gourmet pizza palace, there are times when delivery pizza fits the occasion. I've been very pleased with Domino's versus some of the competitors based on my experience. Delivery times are consistent with the estimates they provide, the drivers are nice, and the food has always been hot. I've even been able to run by a few times on may home from work to pick it up which saves a few bucks on the delivery charge. As geeky as this sounds, I also enjoy the pizza tracker they provide after placing your order online or on your smartphone. Then you can see where it is in the process as it's getting made or if it's out the door and you should be expecting the delivery soon.

They have a piss poor product, I ordered a pie from them stressing extra sauce, stressing is an under statement. They have a call back service to confirm order accuracy, but to my dismay it was without sauce, I haven't ordered from them since August and I am now retired from there terrible product. I can't believe I paid money for this!!!

Well I went back because I love the lava cakes..... Didn't see a spot on the website and I looked all over it for a side of Japs. So I called and was told NO I couldn't have a side of japs. Seriously????? I said so I can get a few jalapenos in a container? He asked his manager three times. Seriously??? I'm waiting for the pizza so we'll see how it goes. I'll be back to finish this review. I got my jalapenos!!!!! The Italian sandwich is good and so is the pizza!! Delivery time was good.

The problem with the Domino's tracker is that you can tell just how incompetent these people are. My pizza didn't go out for delivery until 30 minutes after it came out of the oven. Half hour under the heat lamps? Yum! Then, to add insult to injury, they were "out for delivery" for over 20 minutes. We literally live two minutes down the road, and they somehow got lost. They finally called when the pizza was officially 20 minutes late (according to their original confirmation) and claimed they didn't have the unit number. Funny, given that it's also plain as day online. I told them to keep their pizza. Pick a different Domino's or a different chain altogether. This place blows.

This is the Dominos Pizza that we order from all the time. Not because it's that good but because it's that close to our house. When we first started ordering from here it was great but now its like playing rock paper scissors for a good one. Tonight we both drew rock because the pizza was good but the crust and toppings were small. End of the day it beats the brakes off the pizza hut thats even closer and cost less...

We have been enjoying domino's new recipe for a while now and the service was ok. Unfortunately lately we've had problems with this location. Monday night was one of those times. My husband had some friends over around 7 and ordered a couple of pizzas,at 8 he called to check on it and was told its out for delivery,at 9 he called and the guy rudely asked if he wanted to cancel. Not sure what's going on with this location but they should get it together. No delivery of pizza is unacceptable!!! I also noticed my account was charged and had to call the next day and make sure it was voided out. The manager(Amanda) let me know it would be. No apology was given.So my husband had to send his buddies home without dinner for this mondays get together. From now on pizza hang out night EVERY Monday will be served by papa johns!!

This small Domino's Pizza location is located just to the left of the Publix grocery store on Roswell Road across from the Walgreens in Sandy Springs. I prefer to order online or with my mobile device rather than standing in that small waiting area to wait for a pizza. They are fairly quick there and you can pre-order a pizza and by the time you drive to get it, it's normally ready. They have drinks and other things you can purchase aside from pizza. I've never had a problem with this business and recommended it if you are in the mood for some pizza.

This is my normal and local dominoes. Usually they are very reliable, even when their competition isn't up to par. However, today... I ordered online on 9/12 at 2:20pm. They said they received my order at 2:28pm and it would arrive within 27mins. According to the tracker they quality checked my order at 2:38pm. At 3:15pm I became concerned and called the store to check on the delivery status. Clearly stressed the person who answered the phone said they only had one driver with multiple deliveries and that it would arrive in 5 mins. When I asked if it would still be hot, I received an attitude. They half tried to apologize and rushed me off the phone. I think I'm going to use the Pizza Stones I purchased and work on duplicating the quality pizza I like because I'm tried of horrible service and unrealistic delivery expectations. If they had called me I would have come down and picked it up myself. Sigh... so hungry! The pizza arrived at 3:32pm. Wow!!! Well by then I was so hungry I almost ate the delivery driver. At least he was cute. And I almost stole his pen on accident when signing for the pizza. Can you blame me though I was starving...

Tonight I get my pizza, and after opening the box, I comment on their website "Obviously someone dropped the box" Within 5 minutes, I received a phone call from the location. That would have been nice, except.... When I answered the phone, the person calling DID NOT SPEAK. Just dead silence on the line.

So Domino's keeps advertising their new recipes and fresh ingredients so we decided to order in. Great pizza for a chain and I love the garlic butter they spread around the crust. $6.99 carry out special that I will come back for again and again. Better prices for pickup of course but you can't beat a cheap good meal in this economy.

I was hoping not to have to write this review but this is the 2nd time I have ordered from this location for delivery and it was over 1 hour to get the food and it was cold. The online ordering said I would get my order in 20 minutes....again over 1 hour. I tried calling to see if they were lost which is really crazy I am on Roswell Road and in a large condo so how could you get lost. Well 2nd time and still cold food and over 1 hour to get my food. I love the spinach pizza and bakes chicken wings but really 1 hour and food cold both times. I just don't understand when all the other delivery places have no problem finding it.
