Omg I love their food we went to this location after a long day of shopping and I couldn't wait to have the cake shake that thing is just addictive. This place was clean ample and had parking however I felt that they need it an extra person at the counter when busy.

Delia's food is always great but the service was awesome when I went today. A young woman by the name is Gale provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I may ever had. She was nice, funny, patient, and just full of good vibes. I will be coming back more often just because of her.

I've been here more times than I've checked in. I've had all of their vegan hot dog choices, all of their main milkshakes, and their potato wedgies with chili. The Gun Slinger is my favorite as I love the guac and salsa. The wedges with vegan chili is also a great table-sized appetizer, perfect for 3 people, filling for 2. If you're a hot dog fan, you really cannot go wrong with any of the options as long as you choose the toppings you you like. Toppings are fresh and the buns are all toasted well. I love this place and always go if I'm in the area!

The Second Coming. Finally. Amen. Delia's 2nd location in West Midtown is officially open as of this week, slanging all of their usual messy goodness. The main difference between this location and the original on Moreland is the space. Lots more seating inside, a few 2-person tables outside and the best? An awesome upstairs patio giving you a nice view of the city. Delia's 2.0. So far, the food is just as yummy. I went with the sloppy sliders this time around - three chicken sausage patties with cheese sauce, pickled jalapeños and their "comeback sauce". Tangy, cheesy goodness. My tummy is so happy to have this location closer and open 24/7 on the weekends just like the other. Service was pretty decent. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu for those who were visiting Delia's for the first time. They said the current best sellers are the Chicken philly and the Three Way. I'm not sure many know they are open now as they mentioned not being too busy today. But that could be because of the holiday weekend as well. I have no doubt that they will be in full swing soon. I will be a regular visitor.

I walked in not expecting much.. but it ended up being delicious It's an interesting little place on the corner. Free parking. Free refills. And the food is cheap yet still holds its quality . I had the chickie Philly classic and it was awesome. They also have lemonade slushies at drink prices. They were also delicious. They had better customer service than a lot of little spots I've been to so I was very satisfied. I'll definitely be taking my mom here when she comes to visit!

Just the bomb. Very reasonable price for awesome soul/eclectic food. No one is doing what they are right now.

I freakin LOVE Delia's!!! Their chicken sausage is everything!! I first visited the stand then came to this location. This location has more room to sit and is down the street from Compound nightclub. I came just before the night club rush. I normally get the sliders. This time I got the lil cluckers with cheese. I didn't get the fries this time but the big wedges are LOVE! Their cheese dip tastes absolutely delicious as well. No complaints. I like their mixed concoction of tea and ice.. im not a big slushy fan but I can drink this. It's extremely sweet so I'd recommend some water on the side! Lol. They're extremely efficient and quick to hand the orders out by name. Loud and proud! I like the fact I am also able to purchase a box of sausage to go and make at home! Come to Delia's! You will not be disappointed.

Driving down Marietta Street and looking for something different for a quick lunch. Drove by all the usual suspects. Hit Delia's and knew I was onto something. Food was fresh and tasty, definitely beats the Moe's, McD, taco stuff. I will definitely go again.

Before today I loved cake on a plate...now I adore Delia's cake in a shake! I'd heard of their red velvet cake shake. I just assumed it was one of those things where Delia's mixed in powdered cake batter to flavor the ice cream and called it a day. Nope. The lady behind the counter took a scrumptious looking red velvet cupcake with white frosting (that I would have devoured on its own merits) and tossed it into a metal blender cup full of ice cream. Then she whirled the whole thing (frosting and all) into a frosty beverage! It looked like a strawberry milkshake--pale pink and flecked with red--but it tasted 10x better. I loved the mouth feel of little spongy bits of cake. My only criticism was that the shake was a little on the thick side...better suited for a spoon than a straw. I feel like Delia's red velvet cake shake tastes better than plain red velvet cake and I'm not sure how that's even possible. Delicious madness.

This was a great place to stop by for lunch during work. Food was fast and delicious. The price was also pretty good. I forgot what my meal was called but it was awesome, it had chili and cole slaw on it. Get the cheese sauce with the fries, its really good.

Delia, you do it time and time again. Thanks for coming to West Midtown and being a tasty gem. I've had the Italian Stallion and the naked slinger. It's always good! I love the wedges, too!

On a Friday night after a long work week later in the evening, I was bushed and hungry. I wanted to go somewhere new but I didn't want to sit down at a restaurant and go through the dog and pony show, but I also didn't want "fast food". I checked my bookmarks and saw Delia's Chicken Sausage Stand fit the bill. The splendor started when I realized it was basically 24 hours Friday through Sunday night. In that location, that is freakin' genius. I know now that if I ever need a forth meal on the weekend that this is an option. We walk in and we are greeted by some wonderful gentlemen behind the counter. As first timers, they were incredibly helpful in explaining the menu, what their recommendations are, and just being overall friendly and personable. They recommended a couple of options, I chose the Chickie Philly (ground chicken sausage, onions, peppers, and cheese sauce with a chipotle mayo) and my husband did the Italian Stallion (link chicken sausage with onions, peppers, mozzarella, and red gravy) with wedgies accompanied by "comeback" sauce. I have to tell you, their folks at the register are really good at selling the product because they sold us both on the frozen drinks. I had the frozen sweet tea, and my husband had the frozen raspberry lemonade. I am a tea freak, and I enjoyed every last refreshing sip of my brain freeze excitement. Our order was called quickly, and when I took my first bite of that Chickie Philly, I couldn't believe the mild kick it had. The veggies on my sandwich were fresh and their "comeback" sauce is called comeback sauce for a reason. It'll have me coming back, for sure. Wedgies were cooked crispy to perfection. My husband's Italian Stallion was absolutely delicious. It reminded me of the sandwiches we use to make back home in Chicago but with a wonderful chicken flavor. I have to tell you, I went into this knowing I was going to have a great experience because of the brand. This is homegrown food with responsibility in mind by locally sourcing their products and using mindful chicken without processing. I truly look forward to my next trip back to Delia's (hopefully to try their breakfast). Delia's has provided me another reason why Atlanta does food better than anywhere else.

Today was my first time trying Delia's at the behest of a Facebook friend. I ordered the Double D slider. Since you get 2 per serving for $5.49, I ordered 2 sets. What the hell was I thinking?! Just so you know, the Double D is a warm Krispy Kreme doughnut cut in half with chicken sausage and cherry cream cheese. While I was eating, it gave me a feeling reminiscent of when I lost my virginity in high school. I didn't need it but I wanted it. It's a breakfast equivalent of the Luther burger, but it felt so right. I only ate one order and, as the feelings of bliss slowly evolved into guilt and remorse, I sat in my car for a few minutes listening to Coldplay while reflecting on my life. Each slider was worth the guilt trip and I will be going back. On another note, my coworkers highly recommend their vegetarian selections. The service was prompt and friendly. I was in and out within 7 minutes with 4 piping-hot sliders. It was well-packaged, so they didn't flop around in my bag as I walked to my car. The dining room appeared clean but parking is limited (the restaurant is nestled at a forked road). They're open 24-hours on Friday and Saturday. Yeah, this will be my new late night munchies spot.

Believe the hype. We finally settled on Delia's on a Sunday mid-afternoon when we were both ravenous and in the neighborhood. I had heard that there was an option to make most menu items vegetarian and I decided to have the Sloppy Sliders, while the Mr opted for a big old hotdog with chili, slaw...the works, along with a red velvet cake shake and some wedgies (with cheese, of course!). We asked for both of our orders to be prepared vegetarian. And here's where I have to make a confession. These guys are whipping up such good vegetarian fare that I actually believed my order was mistakenly prepared with chicken. The Mr asked the folks at the counter to make sure that nothing was amiss, and they assured him that the sausage we were consuming was, indeed, vegetarian. Apparently, they use Tofurky brand. So the sliders and dogs are sublime, especially for vegetarians...junk food at its best. And the wedgies are also noteworthy, for being perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of crispiness. Lest I forget, the cake shake was REALLY, REALLY good. I don't know how you feel about having your cake in a milkshake, but it's definitely worth a try. The Mr had about 3 sips and I made short work of the rest. Pro tip: don't bother with a straw...the best way to enjoy the cake shake is with a spoon and a serious appetite for sweets!

Absolutely awesome and needed addition to this strip of Marietta Street. I am a new Delia's fan! Between myself and my dining companions, we had several different sausage sammies, fries with cheese, and meatloaf. The Wild Heaven cheese sauce is truly a piece of heaven (sorry, had to). I have no dang idea what's in their "comeback sauce", but it did the job (make me want to come back). The wedge fries were well-seasoned and delicious. And the star of the show, the chicken sausage, was awesome (it better be, right?). I didn't have any of my friend's meatloaf, but my husband raves about it. I guess I'll have to try it next time! Final note: parking and seating can be tight. The lot was full when we arrived, but we were able to find street parking half a block down. It was no biggie, you just have to be a little patient.

So, this is my first time and I have to say that the comeback sauce is kinda kicking it right!! High points : The chili cheese fries are the perfect mix of savory/spicy/meaty....I need a nap after eating a single side of them. The featured item: Chicken sausage. Simply put. Wow. Not overpowering but perfectly matched to the flavor of the comeback sauce. Love!! I'll be back here!!!

I loved this place. The staff is friendly and that chicken sausage is impressive. It's full of flavor and lean and they are so creative in their creations. I enjoyed the meatloaf so much. It was a traditional meatloaf in that it was seasoned with carrots, onions, and breadcrumbs. It's covered in a white gravy and served on a bed of rice. It's plenty of food to share or plenty to have for 2 meals. So happy my friend suggested this place. It's amazing and on my list of must stop places when I visit the Atlanta area.

I have to go against the grain on this one and give Delia's Chicken Sausage Stand a middle-of-the-road rating. I had really high hopes for this one, as many Yelp friends seem to love it, and I am always in the mood for casual, inexpensive good grub. It was a very cold night and I was going to see Little People in concert at Terminal West with AT and fellow Yelper JC. I was excited to have the chance to try this hyped-up place and was pretty confident that I wouldn't be let down. Ah, hopefulness. Sometimes even you can't save the day. It was a pretty busy night, what with the frigid wind outside making rovers seek warm refuge, preferably with no drafts blowing inside. A place with inviting temperatures and chicken sausages? Well, you know that the place was runneth over. No problem though, as it seems people cycle in and out, sausages seeming to be an easy food to scarf down pretty rapidly. Our orders were taken in a jiffy and we waited but a few minutes for our food. I ordered the special that night, which was a sausage on a bun, topped with collard greens, grilled mac 'n cheese, and BBQ sauce. This seemed extremely promising, as I love Southern food. Yeah, well, I was slightly disappointed when I sank my teeth around my sausage sandwich. The sausage was good. The collard greens and mac 'n cheese were kinda standard fare. Maybe the mac 'n cheese was a bit less sublime than others that I have eaten. The BBQ sauce was eh for me. I ate the whole thing, of course, because it was pretty good. It just didn't live up to the hype for me. AT got the meatloaf and JC tried the meatball sliders. I tried the meatloaf too and while it was pretty tasty, it definitely did not inspire me to write home about it. Not that I ever write home about anything but I suppose I have tried some things that could have gotten me to start the habit. Anyway, I didn't hate Delia's but it would not spring to mind as a place that I have to eat at. If a friend wants to meet up there, I would give this chicken stand another try. With all that being said, I have yet to try the infamous cake shakes. Maybe that's what was missing from my meal?

So hard to find a place with No PORK!!!! Good food, service, and the swirl drink was awesome! Food came out fairly quickly & we ate outsiders with the city of Atlanta as a nice background.

Folks raved about this place so I was happy to finally try it. While the service was fast and friendly, I have to report that I was more than underwhelmed by the food. Most notably, my food wasn't HOT. The cheese didn't even melt on my meatball slider. I think that really took away from everything I tried. I was so disappointed. The only saving grace, and the reason I might would return, is the frozen lemonade/ice tea swirl. That thing was AMAZING.

Breakfast stop on a Saturday Plus: real scrambled eggs with real cheddar Coffee is delish Staff, efficient, accommodating friendly Minus: a Hawaiian roll with gravy meh Grits with actual corn kernals meh. The grits were too stiff and borderline mushy. They were too fine a spoon could stand straight up in it, too thick. Potato skins cold, tasted frozen to me for some there were touted homemade. Revisit, I'll pass!

Sorry, Delia's. You were pretty hyped up and you didn't meet my high expectations. I met a group of friends at Delia's to grab a quick bite before a show at the Masquerade. This location is in an odd spot and parking is abysmal. We placed our orders and sat at the tables to wait. And wait. And wait. My food actually came out fairly quickly, but it was a good 15 minutes between when my food arrived and when the last person got his food. We all ordered at the counter one right after each other. I finished my meal before the last person even got his food (a salad). I got the 3 Hot Chicks. It's a nice sampler of the sliders. You get a meatball slider (chicken sausage meatball, marinara, mozzarella), a sloppy slider (chicken sausage, cheese sauce, jalapenos, comeback sauce), and a slaw slider (chicken sausage, coleslaw, comback sauce). I am generally a fan of comeback sauce, but I couldn't really taste it on the two sliders that had it. The chicken sausage itself was fairly good and I do like that the sliders are served on Hawaiin rolls. I felt like the sliders were good, but not mind blowingly good like everyone says they are. Maybe I should have gone for a slinger instead? I also got a Reese's peanut butter cake shake. I hate milk shakes. I had a bad experience with one when I was younger so I tend to stay away. They were giving out samples of the special shake of the day so I tried a bit. The sample was really good so I decided to give it a try. They apparently do not use milk in their shakes so that's probably why I thought it tasted so good. Best part of my meal.

This is my first time at this Delia's West Side location. It's a super casual place with seating inside and outside (nice little outdoor seating upstairs too). Parking can be tight. Luckily, I live within walking distance! 1. Chicken Classic Philly: This is their bestseller. Ground chicken sausage, onions & peppers, a lot of cheese sauce, and chipotle mayo on a hoagie. The latter gives it a nice kick. Messy but delicious! 2. Sliders: My sister got the regular sliders. Sausage with their "comeback" sauce + bun. Pretty simple. The comeback sauce taste like sweet BBQ sauce. The chicken sausage is good but it didn't change my life or anything. 3. Frozen Sweet Tea: Not bad but way too sweet. Hello diabetes!! 4. Wedgies: OK, nothing special. Delia's is open 24 hours during the weekend. Makes sense...it's great drunk food/hangover food!

Delicious. Caters to omnivores but vegetarians will be caught off guard despite the admonition to cluck off - the salad is iceberg lettuce. I went to Six Flags the night before and they were selling good lettuce for $0.00 at the burger bar, so you know it's not like the kale people have won or anything. That being said - the veg/fake sausage was good enough that we swore not to fry tofu on Thanksgiving this year. Me? I had the mustard + kraut on an Italian and my stomach lit up in the good way. The potato wedgies rounded out nicely. The slushie mix (I forget what the hell it's called) was pleasing to no end, with *just* the right amount of ice locked at the end of a half-hour dinner. The music (edit: "caters to 18 year olds") and the parking lot light blares into your eyes from the upper deck at night, blocking the midtown view. But, you could do worse. Definitely coming back for lunch.

I was very pleased with my meal here. I had heard a little of the hype, and looked forward to my visit with my friend. First of all, parking was VERY tight. Have fun with that. But once we were inside, everything was good. Delia's met my expectations. Staff was friendly. Order taking happened quickly, and we didn't have to wait very long for our food. The menu is mostly sliders and slingers. In this case, a slider is a chicken-sausage patty on a bun dressed up many different ways. A slinger is a chicken-sausage link in a hoagie bun with a variety of accoutrements. I had an order of the Sloppy Sliders (chicken sausage patties on a soft bun, cheese sauce, pickled jalapenos, and something they call "comeback sauce"). There was some heat in this thing, too--surprisingly, not from the jalapeños, but from the sausage itself. It was delicious. I'm getting hungry for more just thinking about it. My friend had the Three Way slinger, which is a link of chicken sausage, coleslaw, chili and kraut, "comeback" sauce. Again with the "comeback" sauce. The double-entendre is strong here. Indeed, there's a "Double-D" item on the menu that incorporates a krispy-kreme donut. (Because really, you're just not on the map unless some food on your menu involves a double-dose of decadence done with a donut.) We also shared some cole-slaw. The slaw did not blow my socks off, but it makes a nice topping on a sandwich. Portions aren't so huge you do any personal bodily damage with a single meal here. And there are daily specials on the menu, including some really interesting milkshake options. The day we visited, there was a red-velvet shake on the menu. It incorporated an actual red velvet cupcake. No, I did not have one. But I wanted one. There are breakfast things on the menu, too. I may have to go that route next time I'm there. Holler if you're coming with.

So I've been wanting to try this place out for a very long time. Well I finally got a chance to last night. I mentioned them to my boyfriend and he was all in. We attempted to go to the Moreland Ave location but it was entirely too small! I ordered the Italian Stallion without the marinara sauce and wedgies. My sausage was so tasty! I loved every bite. The wedgies were so good that I didn't need ketchup(but I used it anyway. The service was fast and friendly might I add! One of the crew members took his time explaining the menu to us since we were newbies. I ordered the Red Velvet Cake Shake. My beau ordered the Chicken Philly and wedgies. I tasted his philly and I loved it. I will definitely get that on the next go round. He ordered the frozen sweet tea and I tried it. It was very sweet but refreshing none the less. All I can saw is I know I will be returning!!!! What are you waiting for?!?! Try them out!!!

Stopped in to grab dinner before heading to the SkyWheel installation downtown. Ordered the S'mac n Cheese, Meatball Grinder, a fountain beverage and swirly and a bottled coke. $22 after tax and a tip. Wait staff was friendly, food tasted great. We ate upstairs to enjoy the view but were shocked at how much trash was on the floor and how dirty the countertops were. So while the food was really good, there is opportunity for improvement as it relates to the experience.

I have been to this location twice now and to be honest I probaly would not have gone back a second time if my boyfriend didn't like this place as much as he did. Its the kind of restaurant I could probably live without. On top of him really liking this place is the great service I always get when I come in from the guy at the register. I wish I could remember his name. He is always so helpful and honest everytime I come in. He knows me and my boyfriend by hard now. I would not say that the food is bad..because its not..its just not my type of thing. Its a bit much. The first time I went I ordered the Chicken Philly. This sandwich could have been really good but they over did it with the amount of cheese that was put on it. I couldn't really enjoy it because of the cheese. The second time I ordered the one with greens and mac (can't remember the name). I wasn't really a fan of this and I ended up picking everything off. I thought I would like it because I love both greens and mac but the combo together didn't really do it for me..again..it was just too much lol. I am a fan of their fries, and their lemonades and sweet tea. Maybe next time I go I will find the sandwich that I really like..so far I haven't been completely wowed.

They bring a solid breakfast game in addition to the awesome dogs and sliders. I respect anyone who puts french fries inside a breakfast burrito. Also, they do not judge you when you order a cake shake at 10am.

OKAY YOU HAVE TO COME HERE. This place is just unique. It's small, it's different but if you're lucky enough to get a parking spot... GO. 24/7 on Friday and Saturday which is unique for local places in the village. The menu items are one of a kind. You have to try the Double D sliders. The fries are even good. I love Delia's... I take my out of towners here ALWAYS. PLUS the milkshakes are made with cupcakes!!!!!

My husband is absolutely obsessed with Delia's. We used to regular the location on Moreland and were so excited to see one on the Westside! If I let him, my husband would have us eating here every week. You can't go wrong with any of the links, though be prepared for a nice mess! The shakes are also deliciously indulgent. As is always a problem, parking can be a nightmare.

Has great food but the cooks are the worst especially in the morning as far as time goes if you are the only one in there everything will go well if you and say 2 other customers are there prepare for a nightmare just visit the Moreland Ave location it's faster if you want to enjoy scenery and have loads of time to waste go here especially in the morning

This place is soooooo yummy! Frozen sweet tea is a blessing. I cannot wait to go back. Had the 3 hot chicks, and they were divine.

In case Delia Champion's breakfast-y mainstay of The Flying Biscuit Cafe wasn't enough, she's taken the chicken sausage market by storm. I'm not sure there is a specific corner of the chicken sausage market, but Delia's has my vote. We had our first experience with this fun and irreverent brand recently and absolutely loved the Westside location. We came in for a late-ish lunch on a Sunday, so there were only a few others having a meal. We knew there were great vegetarian options to be had and we were immediately met with so many flavor options for a hungry veggie palate. The good news is that they use Tofurky for their veggie sausage. Full disclosure: I was almost POSITIVE they had messed up and given both me and my wife actual chicken sausage. The flavor and texture was A) that good and B) that convincing. Yep. I had the Three Way -- chili, kraut, coleslaw, and Comeback sauce. (Here's a tip: Ask for extra Comeback sauce. It's wonderful.) This monstrosity offered no chance for me to pick it up with a calm result, so I fork and knifed the sucker. It was delicious. The textures and flavors were perfect. I'm sure it would be even better with Delia's actual chicken sausage, but I was not found wanting whatsoever. I loved it all. Another tip: Get an order of Wedgies with the Wild Heaven Beer Cheese. You'll be sooo happy. Lastly, the red velvet cake shake is exactly what it sounds like. It's as if someone was already making a baller-status shake and someone walked by and accidentally dropped a slice of amazing, southern red velvet cake into the blender. It's a super thick milkshake, too. I had a few bites from a spoon and it was literally as if someone has merged cake and ice cream into on, which is thankfully the reality of this situation. Just get it. Next up: Delia's in EAV. I'm a huge fan and I am seriously looking forward to trying more.

Can't wait to go back! I ordered the breakfast burrito straight -up no modifications. Let's just say when I tasted the side of salsa they sent with my to-go order, I instantly knew my burrito was going to be exceptional! It was! It was hot, filled with delicious chicken sausage, potato wedges, and eggs. The tortilla was beautiful and tasty. Parking is limited along with the dine-in seating. Cashier was uber friendly and food was prepared fairly quickly. I went during lunchtime on a Monday. #dpursuitisreal #tellingyouwhatithink

Let's start with the obvious: Delia serves the best damn coleslaw in Atlanta, hands down. In terms of the slingers, I absolutely loved the Champ, because it had plenty of sauerkraut and a potent hot sauce running down the middle of the chicken dog. The Naked Slinger was okay, and the Italian Stallion was interesting, although the marinara sauce needed a little bit of punch. The chicken-sausage meatloaf was a real surprise, served with an abundance of Mama's homemade gravy and love. I will definitely return for another round soon!

So I went back to Delia's after 2 days since my first visit. It was a combination of being in the area as well as my good experience there the first time, that compelled me to go back so quickly. This time, I decided to try their sliders. I got the Southern Sanchez Sliders: chorizo chicken sausage, pimento cheese, sweet pickles. Again, I had to customize it a bit by skipping the sweet pickles, but adding some fresh jalapeños. The order came with 3 sliders. Side note, if there were ever a "cutest food" category, I think sliders will take the win. They're like finger sandwiches minus the condescending attitude. They're just happy to be in front of you. Anyway, I thought the sliders were delicious. This time around, I could really taste the flavor of the chicken sausage and the pimento cheese gave it that extra saltiness and freshness. The wedges I got with them were again, perfectly fried and flavored. It was an outstanding visit. I had a different cashier this time, but the same great customer service. A good visit the first time followed by a fantastic visit the second time around, Delia's deserves a 5 star rating.

I love the Delia's on Moreland so I'm super excited to get some chicken love in the Westside. This location is much cleaner and brighter. The chicken sausage is da bidness here, delicious and saucy. The different combos on the menu can be overwhelming but you will figure out your favorite soon enough. The chicken sausage was grilled perfectly to have that perfect bite to it. Potato wedges though, give it a pass, I've have better ones out of a bag from the freezer section of Publix. Friendly staff, open late/early/continuously on weekend. Parking can be a pain but street parking down the street if needed.

Good food if you're into homemade sausage! The cake shakes are yummy too! It's like if you froze a cupcake, then put it in a blender with milk! Superrrrr sweet too! If you get a chance to sit upstairs in the shipping container, it is a pretty fun way to enjoy your meal!

This is a cute place to get breakfast. Especially if you love breakfast. The food is made quick. The staff is friendly and it is a nice place to grab an inexpensive breakfast or lunch. The patio up top is really nice and a nice play on using a storage container. I will definitely come back. The breakfast klucker that I had was wonderful. I think that is what it was called.

Man I love this place (both locations) but I feel soooooo dirty (in a good way) after I leave because of the plethora of ways that they find to get the most out of a chicken here. Imagine you have a bowl of chicken meat and you are thinking of the many ways that you would eat it and the things that you would put in it, on it, and around it if given the chance and enough room in your stomach to eat it all. Well Delia's take full advantage of that desire. It's like Chicken Vegas. This place gets wild with the chicken creations and if anybody sees you eating things that you don't want anybody else to know about, nobody has to know except the folk who are there indulging in Delia's creative chicken creations with you...and they can't tell either because what are they doing there?! Guilty pleasures like the Double D Delight, 3 Hot Chicks, and The Cake Shake are items that you secretly fantasize about but wouldn't dare try to make at home or in public. The balance to the late night caloric binges that I go on at this place is that the chicken is locally sourced so I can feel good about supporting local farmers, it the chicken is hormone free, and preservative free. The ULTIMATE plus is that Delia's is open late so it's a life-saver when you've got a late night out on the town or a post-midnight craving! Two thumbs up too Delia's! Always mother-clucking good!

Delicious and fast. Chico tacos with collards. Didn't know you could make greens taste so good without a ham hock. Very. Good. And the shipping container/balcony is very cool.

I was so excited to try this restaurant until I arrived, looked in their freezer, for customers, and saw that they sold the SAME chicken sausage in my grocery store!!! Better yet, I'd bought their chicken sausage before and tried it at home. So I'm giving this location a 3 because it wasn't anything special if I can go purchase the same product at my grocery store. All I needed to do was add some egg and cheese and call it a day. This location is very unique in that you get to sit in a truck/rooftop, but the view isn't great you'll be looking at traffic. However, it was still nice to eat outside. The food tasted fine, no complaints there other than you don't get very much for the price.

I work off of 14th and Northside Dr I been eyeing this place since they said they were under construction , So I finally go in there I already knew what I wanted to order so the lady took my order which was a Two Timer with Fries w/ cheddar cheese ) the cheese wasn't hot like I thought it would be its used more so for dipping purposes (Ouch) plus my co worker got the 3 Slingers , They looked like they were rushed to be made the slingers did but my Two Timer hit the spot it was soo messy but so good I had to use my fork lol . Will be back to try there small little slingers Oh yes I am .

The sausage was tasty and knowing that it was hormone free and organic chicken made it even better. Staff could have been more welcoming. The cake shake was decadent.

I've been three times in their first week. I feel that I should start with that. Beyond just being excited for late-night food on the Westside, Delia's has filled another great niche: affordable, fast and tasty. I've done lunch, dinner and 3am. All three experiences were top notch. The staff was great. The top sitting area is great. If you wander in late-night, I have to recommend Da Bomb - a breakfast creation surrounded by grilled krispy kreme donuts. Most of the menu is less ridiculous than this but in the middle of the night it is quite the treat.

it's a little cool spot, The people seem to be very excited about eating sausages all the sausages are made from chicken with your hormones. If are using credit cards they will have a part where you can tip, The meals are cheap most are under $10 if you add the fries and drink, it didn't agree with my stomach but it tasted good. I purchased a three hot chicks which was three different varieties of sausages one was marinara when was slaw and was barbecue. Potatoes are really heavy so you probably get full off of that.. I've had better sausage but it's good enough to try it at least once..

I can't understand the hype. The chicken sausage was not that tasty and the sandwich I got was sloppy and drenched in sauce. Staff was friendly & helpful and the location is good.

I've been to both locations, but since this site has less reviews I'll add mine here. I have been going to Delia's for almost a year now. Every time, I have gotten a mother clucker (sausage, roll, egg, cheese) with wedges and a red velvet cake shake. And every time, it has been amazing. Service has always been good, always clean, etc etc. This place is great, and for less than ten dollars you can get an awesome meal. The only downside to this place to me happened on my last visit - I decided to get the double d (2x fried krispy kreme and sausage patty) instead of my usual. Bad idea. I felt like I was at a traveling fair; the krispy kreme was so "fatty" it made me feel sick to my stomach. I highly recommend sticking to traditional bread. Anyways, that was my mistake and I still give this place five stars! :)

Only reason I can't ever score higher is because it's a sweetness overload. I mean between the chicken sausage joints on donuts and swirly, I just can't. Hate to love it so much. Must so be unhealthy.

Place is awesome. Don't let the appearance of just another fast food stand fool you. You walk up to a counter, order and that's where it stops compared to fast food. Cashier was super nice and suggested 3 items and we went with all three wow. Portion is good but wow it packs flavor. Doesn't have the taste of cheap meat and is cooked fresh. Parking is weird and it has a cargo storage unit for extra seating on top lol. Try it out!

I've been waiting for Delia's to open at this location for far too long and I proved that in my order. As a breakfast lover, I had to try their newest addition 'da Bomb (Two Krispy Kreme donuts cut in half and grilled filled with chicken sausage, eggs, and cheese). While it was delicious, eating the second patty was a bit more difficult, I could feel my arteries begin to clog, next time I'll stick to the soft hoagie bun. We also ordered the potato wedgies with Wild Heaven Cheese Sauce. My companion got three sliders and loved them all - the Original, the Slaw, and the Southern Sanchez. (Yep, you can mix and match, just ask!) To drink, I of course got the Cake Shake of the Week, Reeses Peanut Butter Cup. (To those not in the know, it's a cupcake blended with ice cream. Side note - you can check their FB page to see what the flavor of the week is, it changes on Tuesdays.) My companion ordered the Frozen Raspberry Lemonade but said that it was too sweet and too tart. The service was great, despite the long lines, they were polite and brought the food out to the table even though you're supposed to go up to the counter. I can't wait to come back and enjoy more city skyline views from their upcycled shipping container upstairs patio!

My friends and I all tried a different dish from the menu and we're all pleased. The food is delicious and has a unique taste not found in many other places. I had the Chickie Philly Classic, which I loved. I look forward to coming back to try more from their substantial menu.

Heaven when I'm craving less-than-healthy splurge. Any sausage with comeback sauce is always delish, but the Chickie Philly really really hits the spot. The wedgie fries are incredible also. Parking is a hassle and there doesn't seem to be enough of it, but if you can find a spot, it is totally worth it. Nice upstairs outdoor patio as well as I door seating. Super-fast casual.

Even better than the Moreland location! I now live in the West Midtown area and am always trying the restaurants around here - they are the best. This new addition fits in perfectly! Totally blown away by the the fantastic service and the scrumptious Two Timer Chicken Sausage. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients - like mom used to make. The building's design is what I am most impressed with (yes and the food). If you look closely, the upstairs is a streetcar, very unique and impressive style of building. I am sure we will see Delia's Chicken Sausage Stand on the Food Network on one of those shows. Totally impressed and now a huge fan!

an atlanta must! to be honest, i've only ever had delia's on moreland when i was intoxicated so when this one opened up (i live in midtown), i was determined to go completely sober to see how much i really like delia's and....as expected, it's awesome!! the cake shake does not live up to the hype (for me) i still prefer just a regular shake, but i think the novelty of putting a cupcake in to a shake is what gets people so excited about them. the food though, is great. really filling. get the fries too!! i can't wait to try all the slingers! the patio upstairs is really nice at night, but in the day (esp in the summer is hootttttt, but there are fans in the ceiling i guess...still i would say stay indoors for the summertimes) -1 cause parking sucks...but they are open 24-7 on fri and sat!!

If I had only tried the red velvet cake shake this place would have gotten five stars all the way!! My partner had the south of the border burrito and it was amazing. I had the three hot chicks. I was a little disappointed in the meatball slider because the cheese wasn't even melted. I will definitely go back again. I need to try the double chocolate chip cake shake and give another menu item a shot. Maybe the three slaw sliders....they were great!

The Gunn Slinger was delicious. Only reason this isn't 5/5 is because my hoagie fell apart from all the guac. Seating upstairs on a sunny afternoon is highly recommended.

It really is cluckin' good! The location is good and and a great addition to the westside. Right from the jump, I was greeted by the great staff. Very outgoing and nice people. Then I started with the red velvet cake shake that was on point. So rich. For my meal I had the slaw sliders. Great combination of flavors. Definitely coming back!

The food here is really good but you have to eat it there once you leave it looses some of the magic. Put this on your must try list. My only thumbs down is the Swirlie, it,'s to sweet but the way to fix that is to cut it with Vodka now you have a party.Sit down relax and enjoy.

Finally got the chance to go here for lunch recently after hearing about and seeing this place for the last couple of years. I am truly kicking myself for what I've been missing! There's something about sloppy, food truck-quality dining that has just always been so appealing, and I know you agree. This place is like nothing I've ever had before. And it starts with the chicken sausage. They advertise it as fresh, locally sourced, antibiotic free, etc etc etc... I just know it's good. And if these are the factors that go into good chicken (and subsequently good chicken sausage) then I've been partaking of the wrong "yardbirds". So they take this awesome piece of perfectly-seasoned avian tube steak and place it in a freshly-baked hoagie roll, and then the real fun begins. There are some awesome topping choices on the menu. But for my first visit I decided on the Three-Way, which is chicken sausage topped with coleslaw, sauerkraut, chili and of course their famous "Comeback" sauce. Historically I'm not a sauerkraut fan, but after one bite I think I was converted. The Three-Way was a fusion of the mild spice combo of the chili and the chicken sausage; balanced by the sweetness of the sauerkraut with the coleslaw adding some crunch and acidity. The perfect bite. My wife had the Smack 'n Cheese. Chicken sausage with Comeback Sauce, mac and cheese and collard greens on a hoagie roll. Yes, I said mac and cheese and collard greens. She called it "Heaven on a Bun". Enough said. The Wedgies (thick cut fries) are a great side item, but I recommend getting one order to share if you bring someone with you, because after that Three-Way and Smack 'n Cheese we were both unable to finish them. Last thing. To cool you off and wash everything down you gotta get a "Swirlie": frozen raspberry lemonade mixed with frozen sweet tea. Brain-freezingly delicious!

It was ok, but what was even more disturbing was arriving to dine in and no parking being available. I parked on the gravel to get out and ask people if they were leaving, as they were literally sitting in their cars eating their to go orders. All said no!!!! As I was asking people if they were leaving, a women from inside yelled over to me that I couldn't park where I was, and I kindly yelled back that all these people who opted for to go orders are occupying several spaces, and should be asked to leave, since there was a line to get into the parking lot. I then saw her talking to a police officer and then he began to watch me. Hey no need to call your boys on me. I was just doing what you should have already done, which was to clear the darn parking lot. Then it gets better. There were three guys in separate cars just standing in the parking lot talking, occupying three spaces. It wasn't until I began to yell that they realized how rude their actions were, and they left. Yes my gripes freed up about six spaces. It would have been nice if the establishment would enforce their small parking lot. Maybe other items on menu are good but that Italian stallion needs immediate help. The veggies were crunchy, and I was looking for them to be sautéed/caramelized, which would have given the entire meal a way different flavor profile. But it lacked much needed flavor. Heck even salt and pepper would have helped. The sausage taste like water too. I will give them a try again in a few weeks. Need this experience to become a distant memory before I do so.

Great chicken sausage place close to Georgia Tech campus! I've eaten here twice and been pleased with the food and service both times. The server suggested the chicken Philly so of course I went with that. The chicken/veggie mix with the cheese sauce was very good for the price I paid. The seating in the shipping crate on the roof was a cool option as well. If you are in the area and are looking for a quick affordable lunch, this is the plan to go.

The location is amazing for this place. I really like the decor and the menu is full of delicious items!! The staff could have been more attentive, but other than that it's a cool place to come and get a chicken sausage product. I personally learned today, that I do not care for chicken sausage, but I was happy to try this place out. I will recommend to my other friends who do enjoy chicken sausages ^_^

  • Nicole L.

Who doesn't love chicken sausage? My first encounter with Delia products was thru Flying Biscuit. I absolutely love the combination used to create the flavorful sausage. I was excited when I heard she had expanded the business. I drive by the stand frequently but can't stop due to going to sporting event or I've already ate. Everything from the stand is delicious from the shakes to the sausages. It's definitely worth a stop. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc even though the location is extremely convenient, has more room inside the parking and exiting can be very difficult during peak hours. I simply recommend having an exit strategy. I'll be back to try the sliders very very very soon they looked absolutely delicious! (I was peaking at other people's plates)

I'm at a *3.5 on this one, so I'm going with *3 til at least another visit. I both agree and disagree with the (many) comments y'all have made about Delia's. To wit . . . *That cheese sauce and the wedgies are indeed phenomenal. Wedge fries aren't usually my thing because they are often smushy in the middle, but hers are perfectly crispy throughout. The cheese sauce should be used on every thing you get here. *The chicken sausage patties are a little..."pedestrian" was my Dad's verdict and I agree. I prefer the Jimmy Dean's turkey sausage I often eat for breakfast over these. It is definitely the bland seasoning (not the consistency of the meat). As a result, my sliders were just ok. Better because I put the cheesy goodness on the one I had - note, I said one because he ate another and the third was orphaned. *The Philly is absolutely wonderful. Dad decided to use a knife and fork rather than get it all over his favorite golf shirt, and so he could cut some for me. So, so good. The onions and peppers were sauteed just right and I didn't even give much notice to the green peppers, which are something I loathe. *Did not enjoy the m&c. It was bland and I couldn't tell the difference in the "grilled" version with a baked-with-crust version, with nothing subsequently done to it. *Cutest girl working at the register. So much personality even I felt like an introvert. Delia's is half a block from me so I will definitely be back to get the philly and the fries, enough cheese to put on everything I ever order there, and try some of the other items. So for now, 1 1/2 thumbs up and final verdict TBD.

"Hey, Slider." -- Top Gun (1986) I love the new location of Delia's for sure - very cool converting an old shipping container into a restaurant. I definitely prefer this over the original location - more seating and much nicer overall. Also, much more parking options here on the Westside. However, they seemed slow in getting our food together - unlike the original. I do enjoy Delia's chicken sausage. I enjoy many of the menu items. This time around I opted for the Meatball sliders with wedgies and a Reese's peanut butter cup cake shake. It always seems like so much food and I can't always finish it. The sliders were delicious as usual, but not as hot to order as I am used to. The wedgies were awesome - I'm not sure what they do to make them so good. As usual, the cake shake was amazing. How can you go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter and bits of cake in a milkshake? Well, the answer is you can't. So give them a shot, but make sure to allow extra time as they seem to need to improve their order to fulfillment process. Otherwise, I think you will enjoy the food.

It's cool to see the growth of this place and the second location in west midtown. Really cool vibe the way it's set up with the second floor inside the shipping container. You also get a great bang for your buck. I think I spent 10 bucks and still brought a lot home.

Loved it here! A unique little place we went to after Daquiri Factory drove us away! The guy at the register was so nice, funny and helpful. I had the Chickie Philly with Wedgies and a raspberry lemonade slush. Very yum! I would come back again.....I WILL come back again actually! Can't wait to try some of their breakfast items as well. And very pocket friendly. You can get a meal for under $10. Always a plus. If you like Flying Biscuit Cafe, you'll like this. As one of the founding members of Flying Biscuit founded Delia's. Great! Small parking lot though. We came late so people were leaving. You have to be a very skilled parker. lol Oh and the establishment was nice, clean and well lit. For those OCD foodies like me.

What a lovely staff. We pulled up at 9:58pm or maybe past 10pm. A staff member ran out to tell us that they were close to closing. He asked how he could best accommodate us, and ran back inside to tell his kitchen to be ready for us. The food of course was delicious, and we enjoyed our meal!

We had the Chicken Philly and Italian Stallion. The chicken Philly was a bit overwhelming with the amount cheese but it was still pretty tasty. The Italian had a little too many onions which made it hard to handle but tasted phenomenal. Great customer service. Highly advise that you stop here if your new to Atlanta!

I drove by this place for the longest but never thought twice about it until a friend that lives nearby raved about it the other day. I decided to meet up with her and finally check it out. And I'm so glad I did. I ordered the Lil Clucker with a side of wedge fries. Oh so good!! The menu described the chicken sausage, eggs, and cheddar cheese being served on a soft bun. I was a bit skeptical about the bun actually being soft--that is, until I took the first bite. The little slider sized buns were indeed soft. The chicken sausage tasted great with the eggs and cheese. And the fries were seasoned well. I just wish I tried the red velvet cupcake shake while I was there. But maybe it's a good thing I didn't. I don't know what I'd do if I became obsessed. Even the service was great. I won't be driving past this place without a second thought ever again.

The only thing I get are their breakfast burritos, which are awesome. I always get the "South of the Border" Burrito with guac instead of chili. They sometimes charge me and sometimes don't. The Cake Shakes are pretty good - the cheesecake seems to be the best. I'm not high on their regular sausage meals, they feel overpriced. When I get the burrito, I'm always full for a while. So, Delia's is good, a little over priced. Breakfast burritos, especially with guac, are GREAT!

Ok. This is some great chicken!!! My daughter and I had the meatloaf special. It's a chicken meatloaf over a bed of rice smothered in white chicken grave sauce. I wasn't sure about meatloaf but is really "clucking" good! My son had the baby cakes.....3 small sweet potatoe pancake and 5 chicken sausage links. We picked over his food and it was just as good. The staff was friendly enough. Over all I am glad we couldn't find parking at the cook out witch landed us at this jewel of a eatery #winning

I'm soooooo glad they finally put a Delia's Chicken sausage stand on the Westside! I first had Delia's about two years ago in the form of a diced chicken sausage salad. I still remember that salad. Since then I've eaten there quite a few times enjoying their red velvet cupcake milkshake and sliders, per the recommendation of Creative Loafing. Amaze! Today we went for the gusto and got the Double D Sliders. It's a chicken sausage slider whose buns are grilled Krispy Kreme donuts. It's slathered with cherry cream cheese and served. Holy hallelujah! I shouldn't have done that but I'm glad I did. It needed to be done, but only once. Never again. But you should try it; just for a little obscenity in your day.

Best thing I've tasted in a long time!!!! This little sausage stand knocked my socks off!! I ordered the chk philly slinger ( O.M.G!), which is a must order. It was seriously incredible. Also, the D-light donut thing with sausage and cherry cream chz was amazing also (this dish is pretty rich and sweet, so it's great to share). Run do not walk to Delia's!!!!

I've been wanting to get back to Delia's for a long time now and today was that glorious day! Decided to stop in and enjoy some good ol chicken sausage and was glad I did. Soon as we walked in the door, we were greated by Gladys (I think that was her name) and I absolutely loved how personable she was. She was extremely pleasant and funny...awesome customer service always makes you wanna go back to a place ya know??? After a few seconds of being indecisive, my stomach decided to take the lil cluckers, which were two slider like sandwiches with chicken sausage, egg, and cheddar cheese, along with the little wedgies as a side. For the price, which was extremely affordable, I still had a lot of wedgies left. My stomach and I are veryyyyyy happy and pleasantly full at the moment!

I have been waiting so long to come to Delia's and finally had the chance for breakfast before a weekend morning visit to IKEA. I definitely have to come back for lunch too and get to sit up on that shipping container patio. I'm generally not a breakfast person so the lil cluckers sliders were perfect for me. They came on those mini Kings Hawaiian rolls with egg, cheese, and chicken sausage. I really, really loved the sausage, I feel like you could give it to someone and they wouldn't even know it was chicken until you told them. It was so good. Even though it didn't look like much it was really filling. My friend had the mother clucker, which is the same general idea but on a hoagie roll and a link rather than patties, plus comeback sauce, which I tried and thought was okay, mine were good without it. It was a bit messy though so I'd definitely stick with the sliders. The potato wedges were a bit too seasoned for me so I'm glad I just stuck with my sliders. I just liked the environment inside too, like it has a fast food feel but it just feels comfortable. And the music they were playing was pretty great. Can't wait to make my way back here, hopefully sooner rather than later!

I was reading reviews while Googling around to see if Delia's delivers (they do not), and it looks like people's opinions are pretty evenly split. There are Delia's fanatics, and there are detractors, and I guess I fall somewhere in the middle. The Westside location is super close to my work, and there aren't a lot of quick-serve places nearby that also have parking, so I end up at the stand pretty much weekly. I nearly always get the Chickie Philly, and I am ALWAYS pleased with that decision. It's a super sloppy sandwich (a triple-S), but it's so tasty I don't even care. I just grab extra napkins and hope no one's filming. I occasionally get the wedgies with extra cheese sauce, and while I'm usually a fan of thinner fries these things are well-cooked and -seasoned, which makes them really pleasant to fill up on. I've tried the Southern Sanchez sliders, and while they are slightly tidier, they're not as delicious as the Philly. They need some extra element besides pickles, pimento cheese, and sausage and would benefit from something sharply flavored, like jalapeños or sauce. The double chocolate cake shake is a delicious invention, but I can never finish it. It starts off impossible to drink, and then has a short window of slurpability before the guilt takes over and I throw it away. It'd be a good treat to share with someone, but the shake & sausage combo is a bit intense. I haven't been over to Delia's yet this week so I'm thinking today will be the day and lo, it will be a good one. I won't even have to use my AK.

This restaurant was okay. My husband and I just stopped here to check it out and get some food pretty quickly. It's not somewhere we will probably go back to buying glad we tried it. The sweet tea slush was interesting. I'm glad I got it because it was good if you like really sweet tea. I could only drink a couple of sips. We ordered the meatball mini sandwiches and they were pretty good. I would have expected a little better considering the name of the place.

Lately, I've been on a massive sausage and meatball craze, and Delia's Chicken Sausage is to blame: they've made me remember how amazing sausages can be. The amazing part? It is made out of chicken! ATMOSPHERE - 4 Star The venue is very casual, and has repurposed an old boxcar as outdoor seating upstairs. How cool is that? On a breezy summer afternoon, this is really nice. If it is too hot outside, don't worry, they have seating indoors as well. SERVICE - 5 Star I honestly think Delia's has the best service I have ever seen out of a fast-ish food dining establishment. The cashiers are SO friendly and openly answer your questions about the menu. They'll gladly share what the favorites are, and will even let you sample a piece of the chicken sausage, their frozen ice tea, and sometimes their cupcake milkshakes. Now talk about good service! FOOD - 4 Star You can buy everything a la carte, or get their combo deal, which I prefer. It is one of their entrees + a side of fries + and a fountain drink or their frozen drink. Their slingers are essentially hot dogs (chicken link sausage in a hoagie roll), or their sliders which are sausage patties in a bun. I've ordered the Three Way before, and it was messy! It was a bunch of chili, coleslaw, and kraut over the chicken sausage, so I had to eat it with a knife and fork. On another occasion when I wanted to be healthier, I ordered the Big Sausage Salad which is really tasty overall, but I wish they used more lettuce rather than cabbage for the base of the salad. It turned out to be a "hard" salad because the uncooked cabbage was like coleslaw without the mayo. For something sweeter, I would recommend the "da bomb" which is a breakfast sandwich with chicken sausage patty, eggs, cheddar, all on grilled krispy kreme donuts!! SAY WHATTT? It is heavenly. I would recommend splitting this with someone else because it is pretty rich. Their frozen sweet tea is AMAZING and is super refreshing for a hot summer day. You can also mix it with the frozen raspberry lemonade, but honestly it is too tart for me. I mostly just like the frozen ice tea, but if I were to add the raspberry lemonade, I'd do 1 part raspberry to 4 parts ice tea. PARKING The lot is pretty small and can fit maybe 10 cars total. Each time I've gone, I've been pretty lucky and have found spaces to park in. However, if you are coming with multiple people, I'd recommend carpooling. Overall, this joint is pretty close to me, so I like to meet people here for lunch or dinner if I'm looking for something more fun and casual than the rest of the Westside.

Delia's Chicken Sausage Stand opened its second location on July 2, 2014 along the Marietta Street Artery in Westside. It's hard to miss at the corner of Marietta St. and Northside Dr. with its second story, burnt orange, repurposed shipping container rooftop patio. It's been a welcome addition to the neighborhood and I prefer it over the original East Atlanta location because there's more air-conditioned interior seating (and overall seating in general) and more parking spaces. Delia's is named after owner/chef Delia Champion, who is also the founder of the Flying Biscuit. As the name states, it's all about chicken sausages here. This place is somewhat similar to a hot dog joint, but there's absolutely no pork or beef served on the menu. Aside from her "slingers," which are chicken sausage links on a hoagie roll (basically, the chicken sausage equivalent of a hot dog), there are sandwiches, sliders, tacos, burritos, and even lasagna and meatloaf, all fashioned from chicken sausages. The chicken is sourced locally (I think Springer Mountain Farms). It's all-natural with no hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, or additives. It's healthier for you. As Delia's advertises, the sausages are prepared in small batches to ensure better quality. This higher quality food comes at a good price too, with most items each costing in the $6-7 range, and no single item over $9. There are roughly 10 slingers to choose from. I'm a fan of the "Three Way" slinger which consists of a chicken sausage link, coleslaw, chicken sausage chili, sauerkraut, and "comeback" sauce. From what I was told by an employee, comeback sauce is Delia's variant of BBQ sauce, which has a little extra kick to it. In general, the food is a bit messy, but it is good stuff. It's filling, flavorful, and gratifying. The toppings are fresh, from the crisp slaw and kraut to the hot chicken chili. They are piled on high. The chicken sausage links are delicious with both appetizing taste and consistency. The Chickie Philly Classic is popular and quite good. It's Delia's take on the chicken Philly. In this sandwich, ground chicken sausage is combined with onions, peppers, melted cheese, and a generous helping of chipotle mayo. The bread is soft and the tender meat, oozy cheese, and savory mayo meld together nicely. After writing that, now I want another one. The sliders are tasty too. These feature chicken sausage patties. I like the Slaw Sliders and the Sloppy Sliders. The Slaw Sliders come with chicken sausage patties, coleslaw, and comeback sauce. The Sloppy Sliders come with cheese, pickled jalapeno, and comeback sauce. These little things remind me of Krystal or White Castle burgers, but with much better ingredients. They are great for a quick snack. If you want to try a variety of sliders, order the "3 Hot Chicks" which comes with the two aforementioned sliders plus a Meatball Slider made with a chicken sausage meatball, mozzarella, and marinara. Delia's also serves breakfast items, only natural for a place that serves sausages and sausage patties. One breakfast item I've tried is the Mother Clucker, which is a chicken sausage link with eggs, cheddar, and comeback sauce on a hoagie roll. Not bad at all. You can consider it a breakfast slinger with extra protein. Everything is made from scratch and this includes sides such as their "Wedgies" (fried potato wedges) and grits. The sweet stuff is very rich and sweet. There are the Double D Sliders, which are sliders made with Krispy Kreme doughnuts and cherry cream cheese. Very popular are the Cake Shakes, which are milkshakes blended with cupcakes. Cake Shake flavors rotate and have included Oreo, Nestle Crunch, thin mint, banana pudding, red velvet, and Tagalong. The milkshakes are thick and you can feel the "coarse" texture of the blended cakes. Delia's also has machines serving frozen sweet tea and frozen raspberry lemonade. Both are very sweet, almost too sweet/excessively sweet for me. You can combine both the frozen sweet tea and frozen raspberry lemonade as a "Swirlie." These drinks are essentially slushies. The restaurant is small and the layout is simple. The ground level building is air-conditioned. Eating utensils, napkins, condiments, and drinks are self-serve. There are restrooms for both men and women. Outside is a set of stairs which leads up to the covered, fan-cooled, rooftop patio. If the weather is nice, the patio is a fun place to sit because it faces south towards Amelie, Raku, and the downtown skyline. The free parking lot located directly out front is a mixture of paved and gravel parking. The marked spaces are tight. I've never had a problem finding parking here. Service is good. Orders are processed fast and food comes out from the kitchen fairly quick. Finally, one of the great things about Delia's is the hours. They're open early for breakfast (7am) and are open 24 hours on the weekends.

I suggest trying everything. Their sweet tea and lemonade slushie is everything in the summer. All. Of. Their slingers are everything. Their wedges and tacos are great too. And omg... Their grits... I'm a southern girl and I love their grits too. Don't have to add any seasoning. Just try EVERYRHING. Open 25 hours Friday through Sunday!

Delia's chicken sausage links are out of this world. I ordered the chicken sausage hot dog with mac n' cheese and collared greens. The catch? These weren't side items. They were the toppings to an already delicious and juicy chicken sausage link. The collared greens tasted fresh and the mac n' cheese tasted slightly fried, although a little sweet. Oh yeah, and the potato wedges were great too. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant feels and looks trendy. On a Sunday morning, this place is great for brunch and the music was pleasant enough to cure my hangover. On a weekend night, I"m sure the restaurant has a significantly different vibe. With that said, whether you're looking for late-night munchies or brunch, Delia's delivers.

Wedgies are usually uncomfortable, but Delia's wedgies are delicious. Make sure you get a side of their Wild Heavenly Cheese Sauce, which will make you throw a bottle of ketchup across the room. I thought this place would've been a little fancier, but it kind of gives off the fast food vibe. I tried the The Gunn Slinger which has their chorizo chicken sausage, guacamole, salsa, jalapeños and the comeback sauce. The meal was very messy and I had to eat it with a fork and knife, and I just cannot imagine eating the Hot Mess slinger. Overall, it wasn't as tasty as I thought it would've been, but I honestly think it's because I ordered the wrong slinger. I will come back for a good wedgie and a different sausage.

Cheap and delicious lunch option If you are a huge fan of hot dogs but wants a healthier with a little personality option that's the way to go. Quick and delicious. I had the Mexican style one with fresh jalapenos and guacamole.

Dear Delia's, It is Monday night. It isn't an endless line but you sure are low staffed. We ordered a cake shake - just one approximately 26 minutes ago. Does that sound right to you? 26 minutes for one cake shake. One guy is taking the orders and he apologized so he was sweet but I don't know if your shake is because we haven't gotten to taste it yet. We get that you're new, really clean, and nice on the inside but the one on Moreland was definitely on point with their delivery despite the long lines whatever time of day. 1 star for being clean. 1 star for the apology. Minus 3 stars for still no cake shake! It's now been half an hour. That ain't right. frustrated, Jen. PS McKinley was very apologetic and sweet to me and my husband. He was holding down the fort. Give him a raise. McKinley for president.

This is my favorite location. The staff is friendly-always nice. We are regulars and we order the same thing every time and things are pretty consistent. The french fry portions do change which can be happiness or sadness. There is outdoor seating but it is in a really car busy area so you might like to sit rooftop. Prices are great. Food is great. A nice casual spot. Very filling, I always leave with the itis.

First time here and I must say, it's a well oiled machine! The staff was amazing once I stepped through the doors and their recommendations were super on point! Banana Pudding Shake- I've had a lot of shakes in my days and this in my top 3 EVER! Da' Bomb- Krispy Creme donut, chicken sausage and a fried egg, what more can I say??? #Classic Chicken Philly- Tasty with a splash of spice.

Made a late-night stop at Delia's a few weekends ago to check out the eats that I've heard others rave about. I had the naked slinger, which was pretty good, while my friend ordered the Double D sliders, which was recommended by a friend. These sliders, my friends, were incredible (I had a bite) - it consisted of chicken sausage patties, on a grilled Krispy Kreme doughnut, with cherry cream cheese... it seems like an odd combo, but it really is good. Not healthy, but worth the calories :)

I've finally tried this place. Why'd I wait so long? I have no idea. But I sure as hell will be back. I had the Smack'n'Cheese. Chicken sausage covered with mac n cheese, collard greens and their sauce affectionately known as "comeback sauce." I had the wedgies on the side and a frozen sweet tea. Delightful! My son had a slider he seem to enjoy and my girlfriend had the Two Timer. She loved it as well. The chicken sausage has the most amazing flavor to it. I'll definitely will be returning to Delia's.

Free parking on the side of the building. Lots of seating inside and outdoor seating upstairs. Hot Mess - 5/5 - true to its original further south, absolutely delicious. Make sure you grab a fork or spoon, because after the first bite, all the chilly, melted cheese, and jalapenos are falling out. Usually the jalapenos have some heat to them, but nothing a red velvet cake shake can't take of. Vegan Hot Mess - 3/5 - this doesn't really taste similar to the original hot mess, but it has a charm on its own. Still spicy, but a little more on the drier side because of the vegan chilli. I wouldn't get the vegan gunslinger over the vegan hotmess. Vegan Gunslinger - 4/5 - if you had my blind folded, I wouldn't have been able to tell that this was vegetarian. They load on the avocado which makes it absolutely delicious. Red Velvet Cake Shake - 5/5 - Mashed red velvet cupcake and icecream. Its thick, delicious, chunks of cake. Very sweet, but very shareable. I'm a chocolate fan, but I order this dessert over the others......yumMmmMmMMyyy!!!

Ok so we stopped in for breakfast but when I saw the daily special was chicken sausage meatloaf over a bed of white rice covered with delia's amazing gravy I didn't hesitate, it's 5 stars from Bridgette Fontaine! This meat loaf is insane!!!!!

  • Lark F.

No. It took way too long for my chicken sausage tacos, then I was quite disappointed about the quality of them. The tortilla was bland with no taste and the macaroni and cheese I had was like fried fries..... I was expecting southern traditional Mac and cheese so I was pretty confused. The sweet tea was good though, but that was about it. *kanye shrug*

I have to start this review off by exclaiming how much I love the cake shakes! I literally have to look the other way so I don't stop. Those things are like crack! The other items are pretty tasty as well like the potato wedges and chicken dogs. I love the hours that they are open and service is pretty good at this location.

I'm addicted. As a vegetarian I was hesitant, but the option to CLUCK OFF ( to sub a "veg sausage") is awesome! The wedge fries are just right, and the cake shakes are exactly how I hoped they'd be: THICK. AH, sooo good!

After visiting the one on Moreland Ave for years, I'm glad they opened one you can sit down in. I have not had the shake but the singers and wedges are always on point. We normally purchase the frozen ones from the grocery stores since we don't live close but it is always nice to have them fresh.

Good, solid 4 stars. I was very confused at first because whenever someone would mention Delia's to me, I thought they were saying chicken AND sausage stand. Imagine my surprise when I went in the first time. Chicken sausage at Delia's is a magical thing. I wasn't starving when I went, so I got the Southern Sanchez Sliders (3 chorizo chicken sausages - not patties - on what tastes like King's Hawaiian sweet rolls with cool pimento cheese and sweet pickles) and a side of their wedgies (thick cut fries). A normal person would have eaten it all and been full, however I was stuffed after 2 sliders and half of the fries which are seasoned perfectly FYI. My husband has been more adventurous than I have and has tried: the frozen sweet tea, the Swirlie (half frozen sweet tea and half frozen raspberry lemonade), the Two Timer, the Hot Mess, and I think the Shredder. Regardless of what he got, he liked them all. The Slingers come out looking a bit like a hot mess, but it's in the best way possible... like fully loaded fries. Everyone wants them. Pro tip: You can buy their chicken sausage, breakfast patties, and even their chorizo frozen to take home and make. They're in little freezers in the main area.

I love this place. Everything is good. Yes, everything. A great addition to marietta street. Welcome to the neighborhood, Delia's!

Super-fast casual.

an atlanta must! to be honest, i've only ever had delia's on moreland when i was intoxicated so when this one opened up (i live in midtown), i was determined to go completely sober to see how much i really like delia's and....as expected, it's awesome!! the cake shake does not live up to the hype (for me) i still prefer just a regular shake, but i think the novelty of putting a cupcake in to a shake is what gets people so excited about them. the food though, is great. really filling. get the fries too!! i can't wait to try all the slingers! the patio upstairs is really nice at night, but in the day (esp in the summer is hootttttt, but there are fans in the ceiling i guess...still i would say stay indoors for the summertimes) -1 cause parking sucks...but they are open 24-7 on fri and sat!!

Really cool hip and crowded lunch spot. Food was excellent. Had the 3 sliders plate. They all rocked! Sat upstairs in the chicken coop. Fun concept. Parking was challenging. Would definitely come back.

I have to start this review off by exclaiming how much I love the cake shakes! I literally have to look the other way so I don't stop. Those things are like crack! The other items are pretty tasty as well like the potato wedges and chicken dogs. I love the hours that they are open and service is pretty good at this location.

I'm addicted. As a vegetarian I was hesitant, but the option to CLUCK OFF ( to sub a "veg sausage") is awesome! The wedge fries are just right, and the cake shakes are exactly how I hoped they'd be: THICK. AH, sooo good!

  • Lindsay W.

After visiting the one on Moreland Ave for years, I'm glad they opened one you can sit down in. I have not had the shake but the singers and wedges are always on point. We normally purchase the frozen ones from the grocery stores since we don't live close but it is always nice to have them fresh.

This was a great place to stop by for lunch during work. Food was fast and delicious. The price was also pretty good. I forgot what my meal was called but it was awesome, it had chili and cole slaw on it. Get the cheese sauce with the fries, its really good.

They bring a solid breakfast game in addition to the awesome dogs and sliders. I respect anyone who puts french fries inside a breakfast burrito. Also, they do not judge you when you order a cake shake at 10am.
