There's not a whole lot to say about this Captain Ds. The only thing is that there service is extremely slow. Now! I know they cook to order, but! I think it would make sense maybe to have more than one cook. Especially on the weekend and the weekend of a holiday. Also! Once your order has been given to you at the drive thru window, LORD FORBID!!!!......... if you need anything else because the person will not come back to you. I know she was busy and the line was long, but I was waving my hands and arms like I was swoting fly's or something. So I just pulled off. But ultimately my food was on point.

Absolutely garbage food. Went through at 2PM on 7-6-2015. Ordered 2 Fish and Popcorn Shrimp meals. Fish tasted like it was fried twice. Can't find the popcorn shrimp under the PILES of dough. French fries might have been Walmart Great Value as far as I could tell. Mac and Cheese was decent, but the green beans were rubbery. For the price, I can expect to be picky. If these were like $3 or $4 meals then I could've been less disappointed. Service was better than usual though; usually I'm in line for 20-30 minutes. Today only 5 minutes.

Surprisingly this Captian D's is really clean and has an A rating! (Not that I would eat at anything less) They cook your food fresh so you have to be patient while waiting. On Wednesdays and Sundays they have Senior day so my Mom got her meal, 2 sides and a drink for $5.00! Such a cheap date! This is by far Greenbriar best kept secret. Their grilled fish is good!

My mother in law loves Caption D's. I hate to visit this location b/c it's service is slower than molasses. Ugh! The customer service sucks. I would rather go somewhere else. But I am always ordering for my mother-in-law.

This is the worst place to EVER stop into no only do they close the drive thru with customers in line they don't even have the decency to let you know, I got in line at 10:35!and while a lady debated for 10 mins on her order they never came to the window to tell you they were closed I had to drive up only to be treated like crap, fuck them and their store. Our community can never get good service they just as well be closed!!!!!!!!

Sits directly in front of Greenbriar Mall. Has a seperate entrance between Checkers and the entrance to the mall, but easy to miss if you dont get in the right lane as soon as you cross over the light. Late nite drive thru, and in an effort to get people to quit complaining of how slow the service is, they have a sign up that said, "Food is prepared fresh to order, your wait will result in food that is hot and fresh tasting." With a sign like that, you go into it knowin, this might take a minute, but to their defense, it does move quickly most nights in the drive thru. The drive thru ladies can be a little abrupt, but I sometimes thinks that comes from the fact that in their window they can see the line of cars wrapping around the building, so they want you to place your order and place it quickly, but that just might be my opinion.....but most times they are friendly by the time you actually get to the window. Coming inside is an all together different kind of slow, Ive been in before and seen the same person working the drive thru and the front counter, and that can get very hetic and make you have a longer wait, because of course she going to move those cars our the drive thru before she moves warm bodies out the dining areas. Most times they have coupons, but will not give you a coupon price without the coupon. I guess maybe they have to account for them at the end of the shift or something, cause they will not budge or fall for the I left the coupons at home excuse either. Overall, its better than the Wendys, Checker and Burger King that all sit next to or across from this location, and at least you know that you food hasnt been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.
