I really like this particular Arby's because of the staff. They are all very nice, multilingual (several, not all) and work hard to get the orders correct. The morning staff is nice and while many things are made to order (not sitting around), they make it quickly and it's always been correct. Same for the lunch team, very courteous head staff. Ibne and Saba are great familiar faces and treat everyone really nice. Pros: Head staff very friendly, guide their other staff members kindly. Always pleasant to interact with this crew no matter what time of day it is. Negatives: Sometimes the food preparer puts American Cheese when the menu item states or notes sliced cheddar. I'm a cheddar cheese fanatic so I can tell the difference. That's the only problem I've ever had. It is one of my fav places to go when I forget my lunch or breakfast at home because I know the staff will take good care of the order.

This Arby's is located inside CNN Center. I came here before a Hawks game and the CNN Center food court was packed. Arby's was moderately busy. It didn't have a long line like Moe's had. I ordered one of the featured items on the menu: the French Dip & Swiss combo for $5.89. It came with a French Dip & Swiss sandwich plus Arby's signature curly fries and a fountain drink (drink prepared by Arby's staff behind counter -- in other words, not self-served). I've never had a French dip sandwich from a fast food chain before, so I was curious as to how good Arby's version would be. It wasn't bad. The sandwich consisted of Arby's roast beef (the same roast beef they use on their regular sandwiches) and Swiss cheese (melted) on an Italian-style sub (not a French baguette). And of course, it came with a side of au jus to dip the sandwich into. Arby's roast beef is kind of a known commodity, so just imagine it inside a French dip sandwich. The Swiss cheese wasn't much to speak of, because there wasn't much there to begin with. The bread was soft and when dipped into the au jus became immediately soggy. French rolls are harder, so they don't instantly get soggy like Arby's French dip sandwich bread does. That's my only real criticism of this sandwich. Other than that, it was fine. I did like how the au jus container was wide enough so the sandwich could be dipped into the sauce easily. Curly fries + Dr. Pepper were satisfying and service was friendly and efficient.

This Arby's was a treat on an exhausting evening after a long day at work before a visit to the aquarium. The staff was unexpectedly polite and friendly and the food was hot and fresh. If I am ever in the CNN Center again and want a quick, inexpensive bite, this is the place I will go!!!

First off, the price is sooo high for cold food. It's supposed to be hot, but good luck with that. Grease from the fries stain the bag. On the night I went there the staff was bored, so they were playing around and had zero interest in taking my order. CNN Center has many places to eat, but very few have good food and/or service.
