FIERCE FRIES AND FROSTIES! I was drawn to this Wendy's because I was very thirsty and needed something more refreshing and substantial than water. I wanted a vanilla frosty which I usually allow to soften before enjoying it with a straw like a cool vanilla milk shake. It hit the spot!. In addition to the frosty, I also ordered french fries. Delish! I must give a "shout out" to the new fries at Wendy's. Now, I haven't eaten fries at Wendy's in years so this might not be big news to the rest of the world but it is to me. I was elated! First of all the fries taste and look like potatoes without any weird or "added" taste. They were just the right width and deliciously hot. I love a good french fry with the "skin on". The secret to great fries is to ALWAYS order them without salt so that they have to be made fresh. They will be super hot and not drowning in salt. If you want salt, you can just add it yourself. Even though we had to wait for those fresh fries, service was surprisingly fast, polite and efficient. A good choice!

Extremely slow service. Waited nearly 10 minutes just to get my order in when only one other group was in front of us. Fries looked very old. Only decent thing was the updated dining area and newer Coke machine.

RAW MEAT ON BURGERS!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Today I order 2 junior bacon cheese burgers from this Wendy's location. I returned to work to consume the first burger and most of the second to find that the meat on the burger was lightly cooked on the outside and severely pink on the inside. I immediately returned to the Wendy's where I was offered a replacement. I asked for a refund. The manager refunded my money and I left. I then proceeded to file a complaint with the corporate office. I usually don't eat fast food and this is the reason. It's unhealthy to begin with and neither employees nor corporate cares about the quality of the food nor the quality of service. Wendy's just wants to feed us garbage and have us pay for it. I am never eating at another Wendy's establishment again and I recommend that no one else do either or any fast food brand for that matter. RAW MEAT ON BURGERS!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

It's fast food, nothing much to really speak of, but this location is quite speedy. I stopped in during the lunch rush on Friday and the drivethru line was 10 deep and I was outta there with my food in less than 10 minutes.

This Wendy's amused me enough to write a review. When I walked in, this Wendy's was playing the "X-Files" theme song. Sometimes television shows use songs from famous artists but this wasn't the case. THIS WAS REALLY THE X-FILES THEME SONG. Ordering in line to the X-Files Theme Song. Nice. I tried the new Smokey Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken Flatbread. It was actually really terrible but not because of this Wendy's. Actually, this Wendy's made it really well. The lettuce was crisp and green, the chicken was perfectly grilled, etc. The flatbread itself was just not tasty, and I don't think this location was to blame. I hate the new Wendy's girl in the Wendy's commercials (Most obnoxious Fast Food Spokesperson yet. Much more obnoxious than Papa John.) and I should have known by her obnoxious modeling of the new flatbread that it would completely suck. As if I had a sixth sense ( (duh duhh duh duhh DUH duh - X-files song) ) that the grilled chicken flatbread would disappoint, I had ordered an extra Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe because I was starving. The cheeseburger was great, beef tasting like real meat, cheese slightly melty, lettuce again crisp and green, red ripe tomato, bun not tasting like gross cardboard. Most of all, it didn't fall apart or turn into a greasy mess when I unwrapped it. This Wendy's has a slightly nicer appearance on the inside than a typical Wendy's. All-in-all, I'm going to be nice and give this Wendy's my thumbs-up. Also, it amused me that the cashier was super polite and friendly towards another customer, asking, "How Can I Help You, Young Lady?" to a Lady who looked neither young nor lady-like. Anyway, good service.

A Wendy's is a Wendy's is a Wendy's, right? WRONG. This location is great for business workers or anyone in a rush. Especially if you work in Sanctuary Park, it is super close by and is right turns all the way back to the office! What I love about this location: 1. One of the fastest drive thru's I've ever been through. Most times I hardly have enough time to take out my credit card between the time that I order and the time that I pull up to the cashier. 2. If you're dining-in, then it has lots of two-table seating for awkward business folks trying to grab a fast lunch and eat by themselves. 3. The decor is really upscale for a Wendy's. It has a very natural feel with lots of light colored wood and plants. Not so great: 1. If you're dining-in, the line can be rather long because they focus their energy on servicing the drive-thru orders. 2. Service when you dine in can be spotty.

I stopped by this location after driving around for lunch today ( I am completely fed up with my new job's cafeteria ), as Wendy's is usually better (healthier??) than McDonald's and Burger King. What prompted me to do this review wasn't the food; it was the actual service..... which was slow. Very slow. I went inside around 1pm to avoid the long drive-thru, but I probably would have been served faster if I had just stayed in that line based off the lack of urgency the works showed. Seems like this location caters more towards the drive-thru than the patrons dining inside. I'll know this for next time. #Yelp100

First off I love Wendy's and eat at different Wendy's often. You can easily tell this Wendy's is in Alpharetta verse Midtown Atlanta. Much nicer, cleaner, with more decor.
