Great place for lunch, given the location I come here at least once a week. The staff is always friendly, have never messed up and order and the subs are always fresh. Definitely better than Jimmy Johns of which I used to be a fan. Also much better than Subway. Give them a shot if you are nearby. The Tuna on wheat is my favorite!

Okay at best. Subs don't have as many ingredients as other sub shops, not well made. Bread is often stale, philly sub usually sucks too.

Lenny's is SO much better than Subway. The ingredients are fresh, the meats are sliced right in front of you. "Lenny's Way" is delicious and makes ordering simple. And the help is competent and helpful. I don't always eat subs, but when I do, I eat Lenny's, or Mikes.

I am very surprised that this is the first time I have ever eaten at a Lenny's - and I have to say I am also surprised at the quality. I have very low expectations for commercial sub shops as the cold cuts are usually salty and flavorless and you just hope the bread and toppings can carry it. Not so at Lenny's as I immediately tasted the meats from my three meat sandwich. The only complaint was that I found the process to be slightly awkward. It seems okay if you had been there and understood - but from the time I ordered to when I went to the next guy for toppings to when I went to the third to pay - it was set up similar to Subway, but far less intuitive.

"If your reviews are sounding like an essay, leave it on a blog. I can't read your life details on my phone before ordering from the menu." [Time & Date of visit]: Multiple late lunches [Party Size]: 1-2 [Location/Ambiance]: Parking - Plenty after the lunch rush. Inside - Many tables for 4 through the middle of the dining area with booths parallel on the sides. Ordering is a little backwards or unnecessary added step, compared to other sub / sandwich shops. Order at the front counter where most of the potato chips are displayed and give a name. *BUT* you actually pay at the 2nd counter to the left, where you also pick up your cups for drinks. Sometimes they still call you up after paying to select any toppings you would like if it wasn't specified on your order receipt. Yeah... I don't get it. But there hasn't been much of crowd before or after me, so it's not too bad. Yet. Ambiance - There are two tv's sometimes the volume is on mute, sometimes loud. Other than that it's a food chain vibe, most decor are promotional flyers and symmetrical patterns through out the store. [Service]: Fast food setup: order and prepay first. They then call your name out for pickup. Beverage and refills are self serve. Though there has been times, where they did bring my philly cheese steak to my table. You can also order online or fax (who still has a fax machine?!) and place your sandwich(s) order(s) for pick up. [Food Highlights]: Tip - Friday's specials are $5 Philly cheese steak's. Sandwich size options are: 5", 7.5" , 10" , 15" and available in White, Wheat and multi-grain. There are also wrap options but only Flour or Spinach. Meats and cheeses are sliced per order, yay! #11 Philly cheese steak - It's been consistent on the ratio of cheese and meats. Seasoned well with out needing much extra unless you like to add more condiments / sauces. Ooey, gooey goodness. Not the best in Atlanta for cheese steaks, I still think Woody's in midtowns is one of the best. For a chain, there version is on par with Jersey Mike's and much better than Publix's. #12 Chicken Philly Cheese steak - Just as good as the regular philly if you are craving something a little different. #6 Deluxe Club - Similar to how Publix's Boar Head version goes on taste alone. The bacon was crispy, which I liked. Also generous serving of both turkey and roast beef. [Total Bill w/ Tip & Tax]: Under $10 for most items, but varies on the size you pick. {Summary}: Not as fast as Jimmy John's, but just as wide as a selection as Jersey Mike's. Better or on par as Publix's subs, depending on what you order. I think their Hot sandwiches have an edge over Publix. They do remind me of Fire House subs with the difference is you can actually see how they are making your sandwich. All in all, a good lunch spot.

I really like Lenny's, but maybe I'm not particularly the person that you should base your decision to visit here on unless you like the club, cause that's what I get 90% of the time and 100% of the time it's always good. I've gotten a few of the others like Italian and turkey and they are good, but I'm pretty stuck on the club, Lenny's Way, and heavy on the hot pepper relish. Probably, the hot pepper relish is the 4th star for me as I really like most anything spiced up a bit and a good lathering on of the hot pepper relish is the quickest way to my 4 star heart. The employees here are always pleasant, quick, helpful. A lot of times the owner is there and interacts with the customers. My only complaint is that on cold days, it seems that without a jacket in the restaurant you'd freeze. So bring your coat when it's under 50's outside and be prepared to wear it. Or just ask for extra hot pepper relish to heat you up.

I've become a fan of Lenny's, partly because in my line of work we tend to have working lunches and Lenny's is one of my favorites of the food they bring in. This location is also on my way home, so I've stopped in and grabbed a sandwich inside as well. The standout for me has and always will be the red pepper relish. A blend of sweet and hot, I just love having them pile it on and have even purchased containers to take home. The breads and toppings are fresh, sandwich combos all-American, and service always very friendly. They also have Cherry Coke on the soda fountain (rare these days for some reason) and the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are some of my fast food fatty favorites! I'm also addicted to the Jalapeno kettle chips. My favorite of the chain sandwich shops!

The sandwiches here are weak as hell. At least in their box lunches. This Lenny's comes to my office building every week and brings boxed lunches for $7. A variety of other vendors do this as well. They charge $7 for what looks like a 5 inch sub with a pinch of meat, a cookie, and chips. I ordered the club. Hardly ANYTHING in it. Not only the is the sub mini sized (4-5 inches), there was virtually no meat inside of the damn thing. It said it included bacon. There was like, a little half ass strip of bacon on the sandwich. The chips suck too. HoneyBaked Ham has much better and bigger sandwiches for the same price, but unfortunately they are only in my building on Fridays. Lenny's is pretty weak compared to other subs you can get around town (Firehouse, even Jimmy Johns) - not only in SIZE but also in QUALITY. Neither of which these sandwiches have.

I've been to this place a couple of times and have always enjoyed the service and the people working there. The young man and the girl with the different color had to work with an employee who called out with a broken and the business printer broke down. The place was fairly busy and the two of them of them and over came any issues. If I had my own business I would steal these two employees. I want to post this a couple weeks earlier but I was busy. Oh and the sandwiches are really good.

I Like Lenny's Classic Italian, chips and a drink and I'm back to work. Fresh, fast and friendly just the way I like it.

Love this place! I work nearby and go every Friday for their $5 Philly deal. Breads and toppings are always fresh, great tasting chips and their cookies are too good to pass up!! Can't go wrong, hot or cold sandwich, there is something for everyone!!

I went here for the $5 Philly Friday deal. I was worth the $5! The portion was good and the food was good also. The bread, however, did not hold up and the meat and veggies keep falling out. If the bread was a bit bigger so that it can hold everything comfortably without reducing the portion of meat and veggie, then this would be my go to place for subs.

I only tried Lenny's once and it was years ago, at the Cumming location. Meh. Every now and then I hear somebody tout their cheesesteak. While I don't normally do chains, I figured I should give them one more shot. As far as "REAL," several red flags. They ask "white or wheat?" A cheesesteak on wheat? That's funny. They put Swiss cheese on it. A cheesteak has three options: white American, Whiz, and provolone. They ask if you want mayo. That's like putting mayo on a Chicago style dog. You just don't do it. Finally, they ask if you want hot relish, which actually would be good on a hot dog. Confirming my memory, it's an okay sandwich, especially for a chain. But it's a notch above being to cheesesteaks what Taco Bell is to tacos. Perhaps a 1.5 notches, but certainly not two.

One of my favorite "chain" sub shops. I usually go for the tuna on wheat.

I have to say I don't think I have ever had such a fresh sub! It is so good!!!!!! I got the Italian on wheat. My first time here and since I work close by, it won't be my last!

Ok, so I was in the area and wanted something a little healthy wanted to mix it up in terms of sandwiches. Anyway, I saw Lenny's and decided to give it a shot. The place was fairly busy especially since a few cops decided to have sandwiches here for dinner. I decided to go with a kaiser roll instead of a big sub as I was not that hungry and ordered their turkey sandwich with Swiss. Their meats were freshly sliced and didn't cheap out on the cheese or the meats. I ordered it with everything with the exception of mayo and they did as they were told, so I was a happy gal. I also decided to go with a combo for this meal as I was curious to try their chips (they actually have their own pre-packaged chips) and I do have to say that they were pretty good. The sandwich was also delicious and well seasoned, they did add oil and vinegar, which is something that I normally don't order as I don't like soggy sandwiches, but it was rather tasty. So def a 5 stars for that and for the fact that they have a smaller option than the big sub, as some people just don't want to eat that much food. I was also hoping that that they had whole wheat kaiser rolls, which they didn't, so I had to detract from that. I also detracted from then due to all the dirty table that were not cleaned, especially since there weren't that many people there. They should def look into that, other than that it was perfect.

I've been a fan of Lenny's ever since some friends introduced me to the sub shop off of Windward Parkway over a year ago. This location is a fairly new location in Alpharetta and the location of the business is perfect for me. It's not stuck in the horrible traffic around the mall while also being close by for a quick lunch time meal. By far, my favorite sub is the Italian on wheat with no cheese and all toppings including ground spicy mustard and mayonnaise. The Lenny's chips are always delicious and fresh; never stale. This shop usually has ESPN running on both TVs located at opposite ends of the shop. Personally, that's perfect for me since I'm a sports fanatic and it allows me to get a great sandwich and watch TV during my lunch breaks. Now that I've added the business, I can finally check in more often since I couldn't ever find it on the Yelp list. :)

Great bread and hot pepper sauce. Fresh veggie subs available. The one turn-off was that they use the same machine to slice meat and cheese.

Completely tasteless! I had the Ckn Philly and my friend had the regular Philly. Both were HORRIBLE! We ate them bec/we were very hungry and did not have the time to go anywhere else. I would have rather had Taco Bell or a homemade PB&J!!! If you have a taste palate, you will NOT enjoy it! OVER PRICED CRAP! Save money and make a sandwich at home!!
