Thought I would give JJs another shot. Epic Fail!!!!! I didn't even get my order stated before I was told "we can't do that". I simply asked for them to put some spicy mustard on the bread for my Italian sub. " I am sorry we are not suppose to do that". " we can put it on the meat." So I left. There is a simply reason why you put the mayo and mustard on the bed when making a sub sandwich, besides it being sandwich making 101, when you put the spreads on the meat it squirts out when you bite into the sandwich and makes a big mess, plus it overwhelms the meat. Which is why Jersey Mikes, Jason's Deli, Blimple, Baldinos, etc. know how to make a sandwich. But I should have known from previous experiences, making a sandwich fast and making it right are two different trains of thought at JJs. Do yourself a favor make our sandwich yourself at home the way you like it or go to a professional sandwich shop that knows the ins and outs of making a sandwich.

First time eating at jj's today and I will never return. The people at this location are rude. The tell you "no" or "we can't do that" or "we don't have that" before you can even finish your sentence! They fixed my sandwich before I could even ask for any of the "freebies" and says to me "you should have asked", DUH!!! I just told your dumb behind this was my first time here! RUDE FOLKS!

i love jimmy john's sandwiches, however, recently i've become very upset with them. my family lives 3 miles from jimmy john's, and despite their 2 mile delivery range, they still delivered to us. ever since they've opened we've ordered sandwiches from them once to twice a week. however, today when i called to order my weekly sandwich, they said they would not deliver to me. they never apologized for doing it before or anything. the guy just said "well they shouldn't have delivered to you". they should not have allowed us to receive delivery unless they were willing to follow through with it.

So things have gone down hill since my last review. The sandwiches are smaller in substance and they are literally smacked together. Mine was overflowing with mayo and had very little meat. I gave it a 3 instead of a 2 because of cleanliness of the store and speed when delivering. Service on the sandwich side however is extremely lacking with a new staff that seems like you are pulling their teeth to do something.

If it wasn't for Jimmy John's I would never eat lunch. I have been trying to avoid burger joints, and other typical fast food lunches. JimmyJohn's always comes through with consistent, delicious, "freaky fast" food. Their bread is fresh, their meats are real, and the vegetables are ripe and tasty. This place puts subway to shame!!!!!
