This location is located north of Blue Springs Road on Hwy 41 Stopped in for a beer at the bar briefly but excellent service. They had World Cup game on the overhead Only down fall is that Chili's never has any quality beer selections. All domestics

We had a large party dine here on Mother's Day. We got seated right away and our server was prompt and friendly. My gripes are with everything else. This location is filthy. Tablet screens are sticky and greasy. Tabletops feel sticky. Our appetizer plates had crusty food stuck to them. Food was mediocre at best. My meal was horrendously salty. My dessert (brownie skillet) had a long dark hair in it and the brownie was hard as a rock around the edges. The real clincher? Those stupid tablets that handle your payments. Way too confusing and glitchy. Gad to swipe our card five times. For myself, my husband, and son for three entrees, three desserts, and drinks (mine was water) it was $76! We will not be back.

No ribs on a Sunday at 7pm... This is the second time within a month they have been out of food I wanted...

Way to go Chili's! First off, I've been going to this location for years, but this is the first time I've been in 3 years & the first time as a yelper:). I stopped in Friday afternoon for a beer at happy hour. Fernando was attentive even though I walked up to the bar on the phone. I was offered my choice of regular or large sized draught. Luckily, I chose regular cause even that must've been 16oz! Served in a glass beer stein, the Bud Light was perfectly cold. Rudy took over the bar and asked me if I wanted another before my glass was empty. Much appreciated. I was also aware that he never took his attention off the other patrons. His eyes were always checking on every single customer while he handled the task at hand. Nicely done. Ordered chips & salsa (which are amazingly fresh) and was given plenty to take home when I asked for some to go. Restaurant and back bar were impeccably clean & I'm very particular. I leave no room for error when commenting on cleanliness & they pass with flying colors. As for the other less than complimentary reviews, I implore you to try them again. This location has been open a long time for a reason...consistency. Don't hate, Appreciate!

Disappointed. Our first impression upon arrival wasn't promising. It took a gathering of at least 3 groups before anyone was acknowledged. We were seated promptly after that and after promising to "take great care" of us, our server was pretty much non-existent. Never received an offer for refills of our iced tea or a check to see if dessert was wanted. Food was adequate. Done with this Chili's.

We visited Chili's on 7/17/15. Upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely friendly hostess (I can't remember her name), and then greeted by Tanner who was incredibly pleasant to deal with! He always had a smile on his face and made our experience personal! The food took over 45 minutes to get and we were less than impressed with the taste of the food, but the attentive and friendly staff made the wait enjoyable. Overall, Chili's seems to have declined in their food taste and presentation as well as speed of service, and the chances of our return are slim, but great job with customer service!

Went with family for dinner, service was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE, appetizers were served after 40 mts and food was served 25 mts after that which was cold. Waste of time and money, wouldn't recommend this location to anyone!!

I don't think this chili's understands customer service, timely prepared food, and charging the correct items. We always give restaurants multiple chances because of certain circumstances that may arise on different days. But this one hasn't quiet gotten it and I'm tired of wasting time and money with this one. If you come here to eat run through a drive through before coming here. You will thank me later, if like wasting time, over charging you, and getting your own refills then this is the place for you.

Food ok service only fair. Call ahead seating doesn't work when they put it on a post it note. FYI

I try my best not to go to this location considering the parking lot is a disaster. After making so many laps around the restaraunt, trying to find a parking spot, you'll think you're competing for placement in the Nascar circuit. I am grateful the bar is right at the front door! There are only 12 parking spaces in the front and sides of this place and while there are 6 behind it, I normally park near Pets Mart or continue making laps. It makes you wonder if the staff parks a mile away too? Every Chili's is the same, this one is no different. I find if I swap something out or ask for extra I normally have to ask a few times. I have waited for drink refills so long, I tend to bring my own just in case. My typical order of chicken crispers with extra veggies normally means to the server chicken crispers with fries and loaded potatoes. Yeah... you get the idea.

Terrible staff. Here on a Saturday night and the waiting area is overflowing. I counted 8 tables open that need to be cleaned. Family next to us have been here an hour and upon asking were told they were accidental skipped. Not the first time we have had this problem and we will not be back.

I'm a little surprised at the amount of negative reviews on here. I have been visiting this Chili's for about a year now since I moved to the area. The food and service has always been outstanding. We always request Chelsea as our server and she is great! I had dinner there last night and the service was fast and top notch. I ordered my usual; half rack of Memphis Dry Rub ribs, and my companion ordered the 10oz sirloin medium rare. The steak was cooked perfectly. The manager on duty, Mark, even stopped by our table to make sure that everything was perfect. I don't normally visit chain restaurants but this particular location is great when I'm not in the mood to cook and not looking to break the bank either! Will definitely be back!

We waited 35 minutes, never received our food. Several other patrons received their orders, even coming in after we did. Of all our dining options we chose here. Do not make the same mistake.

Based on other Chili's, this one rates low-average to me. We were seated prolly on a Sunday early evening. Everything was a little sticky. Chips and salsa were average, onion stack was waaaaay over salted. Entrees were good.

The service was decent...the food was ok. Both of us got salads and the Santa Fe salad had a chipotle dressing that was extremely spicy hot that made it difficult to eat...even for someone that like spicy food...had to get ranch dressing to help make it a bit better. The Chicken Caesar Salad was ok...somewhat bland....but the conversation and time spent with a friend made the evening great.

This was the worst experience in my life. I work as a hotel director for Hilton and I find myself to be one of the most agreeable people in the world. Not only was the manager a pompous prick but his staff was also in disbelief at the managers attitude and how he handled the situation . I didn't even end up eating here. I am 22 and I went after my college course class was over with a bunch of friends for drinks and appetizers. I ordered a margarita because chilis makes a pretty dang good margarita... and i was refused service because my ID said under 21. My id doesn't expire for another year and I was told that I could not get a drink because of it saying under 21 that this was the managers rule. I asked to speak to the manager naturally. On a side note there were 2 cops in the parking lot. The manager came to me and said sorry to me that he would be unable to serve me a drink. Behind his head there was a sign saying you must be born on or before this date to drink. I pointed it out and he said we are required to have this posted, so I tried reasoning with them. I asked what if a person had a birthday bash and was turning 21? People do not go out and get a new id on their birthdays. He said he would still refuse them. At this point other people in the restaurant are listening to this guy and asking him why? He couldn't answer anyone, 4 people got up and left and went to O'Charleys. My group also got up and left and went to O'Charleys. We just drank and ate there. I refuse to ever eat there. The cops walked in during our argument and even said he could serve me but he didn't. Needless to say I will not be back and do not recommend coming here.

I love Chili's, but this location is by far the WORST I've ever eaten at!!! Our server was unbelievable... SO rude. I think she went out of her way to be rude b/c we had a coupon for free chips and salsa. As soon as we gave that to her she got even more nasty. No drink refills... Other serves would notice we were empty and offer to fill them up. The manager didn't seem to give a crap about his restaurant either. This location is DIRTY! Food is subpar and actually our burgers were almost too pink to eat and we both felt sick afterwards. I'd check out a different location ;-)

Works for me. Probably 3.75 but I will give it a 4. Love the crispers and chips/salsa. Great staff. When i review, I only take in consideration the wait time, food quality and atmosphere. All 3 were very good. Who cares about parking. I am going there to eat, not park. Enjoy.

The inside of the place looks nice. That's where the good stops. The food was average at best. The waiters have the fake smile's down pat. They said they ran out of sugar for the sweet tea and yet they still served it without telling us. Good thing I had a gift card. overall not very inpressed.

You've been to one Chili's, you've been to them all, right? Au contraire'. THIS particular location brings a whole new meaning to terms like "mediocre" and "poor service" and "swill". The parking is the first challenge at this location. The restaurant seems to stay perpetually packed, but when you do hike in from your distant parking place, you find that the place is deserted. I'm assuming the employees take the closest spots? We were seated quickly. That's about the best thing I can say. The service was abysmal. I ordered coffee that was literally the equivalent of cold dishwater. Mentioning the lack of heat to the server elicited a giggly "Oh yeah, I know!" I sent it back with her and was rewarded much later with slightly warmer dishwater. My corn on the cobb had icy spots, my baked potato soup was so cold it wouldn't even melt the shredded cheese that had been sprinkled on top. My 7 year old son's grilled chicken sandwich appeared to have been prepared in a crematorium. "Why is it all black and burnt, Mommy?" Why indeed. The server seemed disinterested, for the most part. She perked up when she brought us the bill. I feel sure she settled right back into apathy when she saw her greatly reduced tip.

Since my last poor review I did contact the corporation and they are working to set things right, as well as addressing internal issues.

Went here with some girlfriends during Superbowl Sunday. The place was pretty empty, so we got seated immediately. We put in our drink orders and the waitress gave us a suggestion on how to change the drink up and maybe make it taste a bit better. We took her advice and were not sorry!! It was delicious! Since we're such a diverse crowd, the three of us all ordered chicken crispers, one with double side of veggies, one w/ corn & loaded mashed potatoes and the other w/ veggies & loaded mashed potatoes. I also ordered extra honey mustard. So yeah, not one thing was wrong with our order. Everything was delicious!! This was a way better experience than my Anderson, SC one!

We have given this Chilis location 3 tries actually 4 but the 4th time we didn't even eat we just left. Every time we have eaten here the service is HORRIBLE. This place is understaffed and takes forever to get your food. The first three times we tried it took over an hour to get our food and the restaurant wasn't even busy. The 4th and final attempt the hostess said she wanted to sit us in the bar area because the main part only had two servers. We decided to just leave and eat somewhere else. I would recommend taking the extra 15 minutes and go to the Cartersville Chilis.

I live 2 miles from this restaurant, but would drive to Barrett Parkway to eat at Chilis. The service has been awful each time we ate there. The food was mediocre... Not that you expect amazing from a chain like this. We tried one last time, but we tried to go. It was even worse. Cold mediocre food.

For starters, the olive oil and vinegar glass is cloudy and seems as if it has never been cleaned; EVER! Disgusting. Disgusting.

HORRIBLE TOGO Food and Service today 4/25/15 The past two times we've ordered togo food have been trouble! I said never again that night but today 1pm, I call to order curbside togo. The girl said "yes we will bring out"..Hmm really? So I asked again, are you sure because if not I'll need to go elsewhere today. Yes we do!! OK great so I'll order. I get there and wait over 12 mins in my car and no one came out... I finally call Chili's, the lady VIcki answers to tell me no curbside during day hours. I explained my previous conversation of me confirming THREE times with the girl about togo/curbside. She said 'miscommunication". I was about 3 seconds from leaving. The lady Vicki brings out the food but seems extremely frightened by a harmless little 10 pound Poodle curious as to whats going on... I should have left, very mad at myself for having the gift of patience and understanding, because it's not working for me.. Oh of course, they leave out this and that so I went in to get what they failed to add to my order. I am getting calls from home to see if I am OK, because this togo quick order is now taken over 45 mins and I am not even home.. And they still charge me for their ignorance and "miscommunication" as she stated.. Acworth Chili's you could careless about your customers. We will never be back! Lesson learned after a few attempts to forgive their ignorance!

The waitstaff was friendly and helpful, but seemed understaffed for the pre dinner rush . The floors were a mess and the food was tasty but not as good as it's been in the past. The fries had waited too long after being cooked and the salad came out at the same time as the entree. Also most businesses have automatic flushing urinals in the men's room since not everyone flushes...

Y'all need some work at this location. Chili's as a whole company... I'm annoyed by the table top screens. The servers are more disengaged than ever now. I predict this chain going down the tubes. Years ago,Chili's was good. Now, it's like everything is spicy. Bad idea when the biggest generation is aging.
