I had tried a sample of this at Yelp's Night at the Museum event and it was delicious. I just learned that this location was fairly close to my house, so my friend and I decided to try it out. The restaurant is very cool and almost industrial looking. They have outdoor seating and large glass doors that they open so that it's somewhat of an open air concept. All of the furniture is made out of recycled material, which I liked. There are a couple of long tables for groups, but most of the tables are made to seat 4 people. When we first walked into BurgerFi, it was pretty busy, especially for a Tuesday night. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to the front and order. Let me tell you, there are a lot of options, that I almost couldn't decide. Everything is a la carte, so if you want a meal, you have to order the burger, fries/onion rings, and a drink. My friend and I decided to share the Cry & Fries, which are the french fries and onion rings combination. I also got the BurgerFi cheeseburger. When you place your order, they give you a pager and we went and found a table. What they didn't tell us is that you are supposed to put you pager in the center of the table on the round metal section. When you do this, the pager will list your location, so that the delivery person can bring you your food without yelling your name. That is genius! Oh my goodness, these burgers were amazing! They weren't too greasy and you could tell that the food was fresh. I ordered the garlic aioli on my burger and this is definitely the way to go. We ordered the Cry & Fries with Parmesan Cheese & Herbs on top, but I wasn't too impressed with this. I felt like it made the french fries dry. Next time, I would definitely eat my fries with a sauce of some sort. The onion rings are ridiculous. They are bigger than my hands. I ate one and half onion rings and I was done. They are delicious, but just absurdly huge. Afterwards, we wanted to try one of their delicious desserts. We were having difficulty deciding between a shake, a frozen concrete, or a sundae and asked the order taker what she would recommended. She told us to go with the sundae. I got chocolate with brownies and hot fudge. It was okay. I wasn't a fan of the brownie. Next time, I will definitely want to try a red velvet shake. I really like this place and the burgers are delicious. The prices are decent, compared to some other burger places. I like that this restaurant has a cool neighborhood feel. This is definitely going to be my go-to place for burgers from now on.

Okay experience. I ordered the brisket burger and I didn't think it was noticeably better than other burgers around town. I wouldn't recommend paying the extra for it. I liked the quick service ordering and benefits of beer and wine. The onion rings are my favorite here. They are huge and the batter is delicious. The fries are on par with five guys. Large seating area both indoor and outdoor.

Pretty yummy little spot. They've got a lettuce "bun" option for all the health freaks and a pretty large solo fry. I loved the soda machine that you can choose pretty much any drink you want from and I drooled over the thought of a red velvet shake. As we were leaving the table next to us got a plate full of Parmesan covered fries that looked amazing and smelled wonderful. The cashier behind the register was very accommodating by offering his opinion of what to get and even came to check up on us at the table to make sure we liked what we ordered :)

This latest outpost of the BurgerFi empire is at the entrance to Windermere, next to Isleworth and Bay Hill in the Grove shopping plaza. The weird design of the parking makes finding a space a bit of a puzzle, but it keeps down the traffic, which makes dining outside on the large, covered patio pleasant. I like BurgerFi's approach to burgers, because they make it easy to assemble your burger from the ground up. My favorite is with bacon, white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle relish, ketchup, mustard and mayo. It's no problem to rattle these off and get exactly what you want. The burgers themselves are fairly small, about the size of a fast food burger, not a gourmet hamburger restaurant's patty. But that's fine as far as I'm concerned, because you get all the flavor without so many calories. And the flavor was good, especially the crispy bacon, which was generous. The bun was a bit blah, even though it had been "branded" with the BurgerFi logo. And the meat was definitely well done, which might turn some off, but I don't mind a well-done burger as long as it's juicy, which this one was. The accompanying onion rings I ordered where huge, crispy and tasty, but dripping with oil. My companion liked his fries less well. The order was huge, but the variant he ordered was covered with a white sauce that made them slimy. BurgerFi has Coke Freestyle machines, so you can select from hundreds of combinations, which is always fun. You order at the counter, and then the food is delivered to your table using a clever scheme involving restaurant pagers placed on a special mat that must signal the servers which table you're at. Very neat. If you're expecting Red Robin or Burger 21, BurgerFi isn't really in that category, but if you want an excellent fast food burger in a nice environment, it's a good choice.

With a name like, BurgerFi, I had great expectations for gobs of burger options that were, you know - mind blowingly awesome. They did have quite a number of choices, which was nice. It would be great if they could expand even further - like adding a turkey burger option, for example. I did have a beef burger (it was either that or quinoa). And it was good. The fries were amazing, but there were so many. I know, I'm complaining about too many fries. I'm broken. They seemed to have some sort of drink special, too, but the guy taking my order didn't give me the run down, just sort of overheard. Oh, another cool bit, was that you order at the counter and they give you a buzzer thing. You put the buzzer thing on a circle on your table and they bring your food right to you when its ready - like the buzzer thing summons them to your table. Nice touch. It was good - I'll go back.

I went here to see what all the hype was about. I love me a good burger and try to check all the local establishments to find the best burger. This is not that place. This place is very similar to 5 Guys Burgers in both portion sizes and tastes. First off, what sets me off is the prices. Since when is it acceptable for a burger and fries to cost $10 or more. They do not offer a smaller size fries than the Regular size and at roughly $3, that is way too much for 1 person. Another thing is the drinks, I like that they have an assortment of adult beverages, but for just a fountain soda it was $2.77..WTF? It probably cost them about $.05 per cup. Granted, they do have the "Freestyle" vending, but is that really necessary? Enough about the prices, how was the food? Start with the fries, besides being enough to feed a family of 4, they were basic fries. I did get the additional topping of Parmesan and Herb which did absolutely nothing for the taste. The burger itself, was decent, but the portion is very small for what you are paying. They pride themselves on being All Natural, but the meat itself was tasteless and the nothing really stood out, except for the bun which was a fresh brioche style bun. I can do without them searing their name into it. Overall, very dissatisfied with Burger Fi. I would not recommend due to the prices. I also feel that 5 Guys are a better burger in this realm, but certainly neither are the top burgers. If this is what classifies as the best burger in Orlando (Orlando Weekly), then we certainly need some better burger joints. Damn, I miss Texas! They know how to do a burger right!

Great concept for a burger joint. My husband and son love the burgers here. I have had the quinoa burger three times now, on the lettuce instead of the bun, with the sauce on the side. I would not recommend the sauce...I think it's just Thousand Island dressing which isn't exactly appealing if you're trying to stay on the healthy route. The quinoa burger, in theory, could be good except that they FRY it with the burgers, fries, and onion rings. No thanks. If you're looking to go on a total junk food bender, made with natural ingredients, you've found your spot. Just be prepared to wait in a line that is out the door. The staff is quite nice and have always been accommodating to my toddler, I will say. I'm ok to enjoy a glass of wine here while my family enjoys the food.

Just okay. Way overpriced. Two small double cheeseburgers, one order of fries and two sodas was $26. Food was hot but just okay. Tasted frozen, not fresh. Fries are bland, although they offer toppings for them. Restaurant is open to outside and very loud with screaming kids at the ice cream place next door. Music was really loud in this all concrete and metal location. Not sure what to call the design. Trying to be industrial and retro maybe. Service was good though. Girl was helpful in our options and food was brought out hot. Five Guys is much better overall. I won't likely return since there are many options for great burgers in the area. This one gets a big ole "meh" from me.

Absolutely delicious! We got there at the perfect time(around 745p). All the tables were full and the line was a little long but by the time we had ordered our food the place had pretty much cleared out. I would recommend the fries/onion ring combo. It was perfect for 2 people. The daughter had the breakfast burger which she devoured and I had the make-your-own. Small but mighty because we were stuffed in the end. Great place.

This place has really never let me down!!! The hamburgers here are awesome.....so if you are looking for some freshly made burgers, this is the place!!! Although, if you come with a big appetite you might want to order two burgers instead of one since they are not too big.....

Burgers and fries are awesome not to mention their desserts!!! Biggest issue is the parking- very limited!!!

Thank you so much for having the best vegetarian burger on the planet. I've had it twice before at the Winter Park location and couldn't get it off my mind. After having it again last night - I am very satisfied. Good thing I don't live too close or I'd probably turn into a veggie burger ;-) Friendly and quick service is also a plus!

What a great new addition to Windermere. All natural burgers taste so good. The fresh cut potato fries are the best. Great beer and wine selection, milk shakes, football on TV and customer service at its best. The manager Michael is awesome. My wife ordered a cherry chocolate milkshake but couldn't taste any cherries. She didn't want to ask for a new shake so she asked Michael for some cherries on the side. He came back with a new shake, made by him personally and made sure it tasted exactly as she expected. Amazing!

I don't know what all the hype is about. It's an average burger place if you are hungry and expect to get full you would need the double or triple burger. There are different ways to order preset burgers for you or you can customize your own burger. I customized my burger got a single with the free toppings like grilled onions mustard and jalepenos then they Had dollar toppings which from there I added an egg. Yes egg on a burger is good you need to try it.. The fries are separate my friend ordered a large and that was for two adults and a child and there was plenty left over. Fries are to share lol I saw the hotdog an that was huge I will df try it again

First time visit to BurgerFi this evening, and I have to say I expected more than I got. Overall, it is a nice place with standard pricing and a pretty good number of options to cater to different kinds of people. Yes, the place is busy often, which wouldn't be a problem if the product was consistently outstanding. Services is fast though, so the line moves pretty quickly and every staff member was courteous. Having said that, all of the previous points are basics that everyone should expect when eating out, in my opinion. The food: ordered a double bacon burger with pretty standard toppings and a side of fries. The burger was done relatively quick given the amount of people waiting, so that was a plus. Unfortunately, the first thing I noticed was the hamburger bun, soggy and "cheap" looking if that makes any sense. I just don't think the appearance of the bread matched the concept and experience BurgerFi intends to provide. Making things worse, the bread was cold. Inspecting it further you could tell that the restaurant intends their bread to have a better texture (it was clear it was toasted at some point), so I am assuming it had been prepared way in advance and allowed to lose temperature and get soggy. The burger itself was pretty much what I expected, which is a good thing. Good flavor and an impressive amount of toppings included on the price. Bacon was very flavorful and had the right texture as well. Second negative on this visit, the fries. While they were pretty tasty and well seasoned, it was pretty obvious they had been left in the fryer for too long. They weren't inedible by any means, but definitely overcooked. In the end, it was a pretty regular experience. I personally don't think I could recommend it at this point, but I will definitely give them another chance hoping today I just caught them on a bad day.

I was expecting (especially based on prior reviews) this place to be an awesome smaller chain, but while the burger was good, I was pretty underwhelmed. As I said the burger was good but it was definitely small and left me still hungry... which is weird because with a larger bun they could advertise their shop more with a bigger branding of it because, ya know, just in case you forgot where you ordered from. The fries were good but those portions were also small. Neither of them would knock your socks off. I had some of my family's onion rings and they were huge and delicious and so if you are big on onion rings you won't be disappointed there. I can't comment on the store front itself as I just had the take out that my dad brought home. So sure, give it a try, and while I'm glad I did, I won't make it a point to go back.

This experience was so disappointing it has caused me to write my first review. I have been waiting since they opened to try their burgers. But, every time I drive by the line is out the door. My question now is why? My burger was dry and over cooked. I needed to add ketchup and mayo to get some moisture. The burger size was also small. I got the fry and onion ring combo. Fries, tons of them but, they were under cooked and only got 3 onion rings. The only reason they got 2 stars is they had beer!

Great concept restaurant. This restaurant only uses natural ingredients. Everything is made to order when you order it. You order at the counter and they bring you your food at the table. All the furniture such as the chairs are made from recycled materials. It looks like a good place to eat, but as a vegan with food allergies this place is terrible. I can eat nothing here. The French fries are fried with everything. This place is a cross contamination nightmare. I am starving and have to watch everyone else eat . The quinoa burgers are fried with the meat, French fries, onions rings you name it. The only saving Grace of this place is that they serve wine and beer. So I am drinking until I can find food.

Well folks you knew and I knew this was going to happen...Looks like they have either changed management, owners an staff, food quality was not there today, my little girls grilled cheese was made inside out with the stamp on the inside!! Still think it is Horrible that they charge $ 4 for it with out a drink or fries!!! BBQ summer burger was disappointing!! Freestyle machines need to be changed all drinks taste like other flavors... And that Bathrooms need better attention...looks like the hype is over and we are done with this place....good luck people!!

4 stars for staff with a smile, great burgers, and fun design! I happened upon this burgerfi and although I prefer the Winter Park location (for it's location), this one was great! I ordered a veggie burger which is made with quinoa - yay! - and ordered it green-style. This means that instead of buns I got lettuce covering the burger. I have to say that I thought it would be a mess to eat, but actually with the wax paper sleeve is comes in the burger was not messy at all. And best of all- I didn't even miss the bun! Their special burgerfi sauce is deliciously tart and creamy, and the quinoa burger was a treat! Best of all, everywhere I looked there were smiling employees. My partner actually noticed this and we commented on what a difference it makes when employees look like they're treated well and enjoying the folks that come in the shop. Great experience!

The burgers are yummy and the fries are delicious. But what makes BurgerFi special for me are the onion rings! I'm a big fan of the build your own style burgers, with really fluffy buns. You can change the buns for lettuce wrap too to be a little healthier. I'll have to try it next time.

Great burgers and staff! We came into the restaurant completely clueless as to what kind of burger place it was. The young guy at the counter gave us a brief history and a run down on the fresh products. He had a lot of recommendations. The burgers we juicy and well flavored. The topping choices were abundant! I was torn between the fries and onion rings but they already thought of that with a cry and fry - 3 giant onion rings with a order of fries. The regular order of onion rings has 5 rings. They have frozen custard for dessert with more choices than Marble Slab! Definitely stop in for a great meal with an environmentally conscientious business.

Expensive food but taste good. The drinks are $2.50 mostly because of the fancy soda machine. Fries are able to be shared among a family!

Really great service. It's different from a regular burger joint. More high end service but still a family Picnic style restaurant. Place your order, receive a ticket and they bring your order when it is ready. They also clear your table when you're done. Food was very tasty. The burger was reminiscent of InNOut. Great dining experience.

BurgerFi - this new Windermere location is a welcome sight for those of us tired of traveling all around Orlando to get a decent burger. If you are looking for a great tasting burger made with high quality beef then look no further. BurgerFi has more than got your covered. The cheeseburger and brisket burgers are both good. Not as much seasoning as I am used to, but still packing a good bit of flavor. But you can certainly tell the quality of the beef in every bite. The fries and onion rings were also good, but I do caution that a large fry was more than enough for two people on both of my visits. Other quick thoughts. - The prices are a bit high for a burger joint, but not out of this world. - The service was friendly and fast. - The crowds have been light thus far, but I suspect that few people know the place is opened at this point and that will change. Overall, I like the concept, attitude, and overall atmosphere of BurgerFi a lot. They will definitely be a part of a my burger rotation.

I'm a big fan of create your own burgers and being a sustainable company, so this place does a great job at both! I frequent here, at least 3 times a month to this location and I will say that 1.) staff is always on point. 2.) always kept cleaned and welcoming 3.) my burger has always been amazing. The main reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 were for two reason. I've ordered the half and half (half fries/onion rings combo) on two occasions and on both, only three onion rings were given and a boat of fries too. Not exactly half/half and the rings weren't all. The way cooked. I'm all for food gimmicks but I'd rather just stick with the boat of fries with Cajun seasoning and fi-sauce. The second reason was because we ordered and off the menu item, fries that had Parmesan and garlic aioli drizzled on top! Sounds awesome right? Yeah not so much. The aioli tasted more like mayo than anything and it overwhelmed the fries. Plus it was all dumped on top of the fries so we had no choice but to get it all over our hands to get "less drenched" fries. Those weren't bad but again, mainly tasted of mayo. The burgers though I can't get enough of. Single patty with white chedder, burger if sauce and pickles, simple but amazing. I have yet to try anything on the dessert side but I plan on it soon! Overall, great burgers, okay sides and a freestyle coke machine. Better options than fast foods and a bit above the competition.

Wow, the onion rings are bigger than the burger. Two small "meh" non-hormonal, grass fed Angus patties on a branded potato bun. Its okay, but expensive too. Two burgers, Cry & Fry and two beers $.2700 or MEX$438.55 pesos! OMG. The onion rings in the "Cry & Fry" rings will surprise you with a bit of cayenne so be forewarned you who are VERY sensitive to heat. The onion could be more done for my liking also. The onion is bit too crunchy (not the breading) and check out the FrEAkIN! SIZE of them thangs! Dems bigger than duh burger. (okay my branded burger is pretty small actually too). Nice that they will give samplers of their craft brews before committing to a full glass. Servers here were friendly and for a 6:30 dinner hour was pretty fast.

Tried this place when craving some comfort food for a late lunch. When I walked in, I was impressed by the interior design and how clean it was. The staff were extremely friendly and answered my questions thoroughly and with enthusiasm. I got a side of fries (small size on the menu but enough to feed 2-3 people) and a single patty cheeseburger. I thought it was expensive for the size of the burger. However, I can appreciate that the price is for the natural ingredients and the company's commitment to eco-friendly. I did not try the milkshake but my mom and sister said they were tasty.

Great burgers and beer & wine is a plus. The fries are more than generously portioned. A small order can easily serve 2. This place gets very busy on the weekends. It's clean and the service is good.

A typical burger place. There are a few burger options but I do miss the specialty burgers than many of the other burger joints have. I created my own burger with blue cheese and mushrooms. It was pretty tasty. The fries, however, I wasn't a fan of. I'm not sure if it was the peanut oil they used or what, but they tasted burnt. They didn't really look burnt, but tasted like it. I got the parmesan and herbs on it but it didn't really do much for it.

Always amazing! The veggie burger is really good. It's hard to find a good meatless burger on the go, but this place nailed it! The fries with cheese sauce are a must, just make sure you bring a buddy to eat them with you or you'll end up eating way too much.

I was craving a hot dog and after searching online for something in Orlando, we settled on Burgerfi. The tables were wobbly and the chairs were small and uncomfortable. Now for the food, I had the Angus dog and my husband had the Vienna. Both were meh! Nothing special about them. They were rather expensive for coming with nothing. Both were almost $5.00 a piece. Both of our hot dog buns were soggy on the bottom. Had to tear off most of the bun. SInce the hot dogs came with nothing we ordered fries and onion rings. The onion rings were huge and delicious and they gave us a lot. The fries were very boring and had no flavor. Had to add a lot of salt to them. I'm guessing this place is better at making burgers but I probably wont ever try them because it was too expensive to eat here. We had 2 hot dogs, 1 order of fries, 1 order of onion rings and 2 drinks and it was $30.00. Now i wish we had stopped at Sonic instead.

Cheeseburger was decent, the fries were ok. They leave the doors open so the fly's can come in & buzz you. Which happened that bugged me while i was eating. If I wanted to eat outside, I would have sat at a table outside. The place was clean except for the fly buzzing around my food. The girl that took my order was friendly, no complaints there.

This is a new location so they are still working the bugs out. I have been there a few times and it has been very inconsistent. But it's the quality ingredients that keeps me coming back for more. That said, I went today with my wife and baby and they were on point. The fries were perfect, burgers were perfect, and the baby enjoyed some chicken apple dog and a taster of custard that the manager brought over. The peanut oil in the fryers is a major plus, since I can't have the soybean oil that 99% of restaurants use these days. So thank you BurgerFi, for being the 1% of Burger joints. Their only competition is Five Guys Burgers at this point, and BurgerFi is much closer to us, guess which one wins this battle? :) The draw here is the "premium" toppings... and their prices aren't awful in comparison to other high class burger joints including Five Guys. Would I wait in line for this place? Yes. Would I drive out of my way to get to it? Perhaps. Will I be back for more? Definitely.

Decent burgers. Obviously better than McDonald's or any other fast food joint but not better than any decent Diner burger that's for sure. Kind of reminds me of a weaker Five Guys. I would recommend coming here but don't think that you are getting anything other than a bootleg Five Guys burger.

After hearing the hype around BurgerFi, some friends convinced me to go check it out. I will say I don't have the need to go back. Several people have already commented on the high prices. I actually picked a more expensive burger as I wasn't in the mood for just a "burger". I decided on the brisket burger, which the cashier said was his favorite. Maybe that's their standard line to convince you to choose a $10 burger. Yes I willingly ordered it knowing it was a higher price but also thought it'd be a high quality. It was pretty tasteless actually. I didn't find it any more special than a regular burger. My friend who ordered a regular burger agreed his tasted better than mine. Next were the fries. I figured a regular fry was more than one person could eat but the portion was enormous . I left half on the tray. The portion had a lot to do with why so many were left but the overcooked nature of the fries didn't help. Even the employee who delivered the food said "they like to overcook the fries here". I asked if mine were more burnt than normal and she said no that it was their standard. The drink prices are ridiculous as well. Almost $3 for a 16oz cup? Granted you can get refills but honestly seems overkill. All in all, it was enough to convince me I don't need to go back. Next time I need a gourmet burger fix, I'll go to Burger21 at Millennia or Craft Burger in Clermont.

Staff is great. Food is pretty darned good. I like their fries and was amazed at the onion rings. it's a bit pricey for what you get. more expensive than a five guys with much better product.

The food: I like a burger that is big, juicy and flavorful. For a burger joint, these burgers are OK. The patty is small (slightly bigger than mcd's) so if you are hungry, order more than the single. They aren't greasy and are minimally seasoned. They have a nice selection of sides and the ingredients tasted fresh. The bun was soggy but was soft and had a nice flavor. We got the combo fries and onion rings basket which is for sharing - the onion rings are huge but oily - the biggest I've ever seen and had nice breading. The fries were like the burgers - fresh but lacking in flavor. They don't have a children's menu so I ordered my kids hot dogs which were also just ok. They have custard which I didn't try but I'm glad they have on the menu. They have one of this refrigerator looking coke machine things for fountain drinks - love those things! 3 Stars for the burgers but like most things, I will probably get used to it since I will likely frequent this place being so close to where I live. This place will likely gain popularity because it's the only restaurant like it in the area. The atmosphere: casual, industrial/rustic, could be cleaner, family friendly, 4 stars, Next to Jeremiah's ice!!

Worst customer service I've had in any burger chain, including fast food places. Staff can't even wait till I finished my order. Very rude. Burger was ok. Didn't get my sauce order right. Onion ring is way too big and undercooked (no wonder when you use a giant onion). I'd never come here again. I've had much better experience at other burgerfi place.
