It was no debate for the three musketeers once Primetime became an idea for Mother's Day festivities. Second time around and it was another great dinner service. Our waiter Jason did a job well done. We expected it to be packed so we called ahead, but there was no wait time to our surprise. The reason for giving this experience 4 stars versus 5 from previous is due to my aunt's meal which I will elaborate later. I wanted to start off with a drink, in which I was torn between Turbulence and Weston Sunrise. I took Jason's suggestion and chose Turbulence which is rum based. He warned it would be pretty strong so offered me water on the side. I certainly recommend it; smooth but with a punch. We started off with spinach, artichoke and cheese dip w/ their house made tortilla chips. The chips were not greasy or drowning in salt, had a unique taste to it. The dip was not as creamy as I hoped, but it was still presentable. It was hard not to choose the Maine lobster roll again, but I didn't give in and tried the Maine lobster ravioli and it sure did not disappoint! I really want to know the recipe to their sauce, it was outstanding! They were not stingy with that sauce either. The amount of raviolis was a little discouraging, but it kept me satisfied after I finished. So worth the $22. My mom ordered the same thing she had last time, the 3 mushroom penne. My aunt this time ordered the fettuchine alfredo, adding chicken. She stated it lacked flavor, adding salt and pepper to see if it helped. She also did not enjoy her lemonade. Jason removed the lemonade from our bill w/o any of us saying anything, he just examined that she only took 2 sips which shows excellent effort and attentiveness. I find this place to be underrated, and I hope it will tickle the fancy's of many other locals to come.

Great place, great food. Want to thank our server Leslie and Josefina for making our dinner a wonderful one. Thanks again. Rick

We came for a friend's surprise birthday party and had the front bar area to ourselves. This venue is actually quite nice inside - clean, modern, impressive wine selection on display...reminds me of a high end steakhouse. Our friend sprung for an open bar for the time we were there and the bartenders were amazing. This was especially impressive since the bartender told me I was the only one that had been tipping (cheapos!). In any case they still provided amazing service. A whole slew of appetizers were brought out for the group. I tried the BBQ Chicken Flatbread, Filet Flatbread, Calamari & Spinach Dip. I can honestly say that all were very tasty! I checked out the menu and prices seemed pretty reasonable with most entrees below $25. Overall we had a great experience here and will definitely come back for dinner!

Primetime is a solid 4 stars for me. Early on a Friday evening, my family got in without a reservation. The place has a modern but homey and comfortable decor. We started with a Filet Mignon Flatbread to share ($12). It had lots of caramelized onions along with the steak and cheese (we substituted mozzarella cheese for the gruyere). The flatbread was very good and every one of us enjoyed it (quite a feat in our family!). The flat bread is big; one was a perfect size as an appetizer for four of us. For a main I had the Grilled Tuna Steak ($23), served with a sweet soy & cucumber sauce and Asian noodle stir fry. I would give this fish alone a 3.5 star rating. I ordered the tuna medium rare and it was perfectly cooked but I wished that it would have been served at a hotter temperature. The fish could have used a bit more seasoning. The Asian Noodles really needed some extra oomph. A little bit of a thickened soy glaze on both the fish and the noodles would have been perfect. Husband had the St. Louis Ribs ($23). They were very meaty and were not swimming in sauce. Husband enjoyed them. He does not eat cole slaw but I tried the cole slaw that came with it. It was fresh tasting and not full of mayonnaise. The little Yelper, my 10 year old, thought his dish was perfect. He ordered the Sea Scallops & Apple Smoked Bacon Linguine ($19). There were 4 medium sized luscious scallops and linguine in a creamy tomato sauce. I tried it and the scallops and pasta were both pretty yummy. The only miss of the night was for my picky 11 year old. He ordered a cheeseburger but did not care for it. I don't think think there was anything really wrong with the burger since 10 year old tasted it and thought it was fine. Nevertheless, our lovely server, Josephina graciously took the burger off the bill and let 10 year old choose a Crab cake appetizer instead. I was actually surprised he liked the crab cake since it tasted pretty "crabby" but it did taste good! Josephina took good care of us. We never had to use the " call buttons" available to call your server. Primetime does not have the most adventurous menu, but we had a an overall pleasant experience. Would I travel out of my way to come here? Probably not. But when in Weston, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Our breakfast this morning was excellent. The white egg omelette with the shredded Swiss cheese had a flavor that can't be beat, the Swiss cheese gave it. Tangy taste, the grits was creamy and with the cheese topping was also great. The restaurant and along with the server 5 star.

We went to breakfast there this morning and the food and service was awesome. Leslie was our server and was an excellent server. The food was great. Tuesday night is a good night if you like ribs. Highly recommend the place.

I was disappointed. My sister was craving a steak and this place had decent reviews on here. Well, we went on a Tuesday and the resturant only had two other tables. So clearly it wasn't very busy. She ordered the steak and complained it was too dry. I ordered the grouper and it was way to seasoned. We also ordered a drink each. Then, the waiter comes and tries to collect our plates as we were still eating! I had to tell him we weren't done. Once the waiter saw we were actually done, he quickly grabbed them and handed us the check. He never asked if we wanted another drink (we did) or if we wanted dessert. We felt rushed out and unwelcome when there was only two other tables. So, we walked to Duffys and got some drinks there instead.

Swigs turned into a good bar. Old time place that has turned into a good atmosphere with good service. Go check out JT when you get a chance and ask him for the JT special. Try out some of the appetizers and the Sliced filet.

This was a good find in Weston thanks to Yelp. The area where it's located is kinda cool. Resembles Main Street in a small town in middle America. They have indoor and outdoor seating with a few secluded nooks indoors. The wine AND draught beer selection is really good. My intent was just to have a couple of apps but the plans changed when I saw the scallops with apple smoked linguine on the menu...oh and so good it was! Almost as good was the filet mignon flat bread with gruyere and caramelized onions--another must try. The brownie and ice cream dessert was very good but it came short of producing a taste bud bursting orgasm. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service. Will definitely be back.

Had dinner tonight with an other couple Food was great. Service was friendly Two of us had 1/2 chickens with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Lobster ravioli was a hit as well as salmon with miso. Atmosphere reminded my wife of a New York restaurant. We will return and you should visit soon.

This place is very nice on the inside. The burgers are very good, the only thing I would say is that it's very overpriced for the food quality that you get. Another good thing is that you get complimentary valet parking.

Good food and fantastic service make Primetime a great place to go for an upscale dining experience at a fair price. Open late most nights, it's your best bet for a good, sit-down meal late night (until 12am) in Weston. We came to Primetime just after a Yelp event (the Yelp Games WPB vs. BPB) because it was open until 12pm and one of my favorite Yelpers (Britt) gave Primetime a good review. Even though it was 11:30pm, we noticed that Primetime still had about 20 customers (a very good sign). Our server (Omar) greeted us immediately and took our drink and appetizer orders. One thing I must emphasize is that the service here is absolutely excellent. Our server (Omar) had a great attitude, was very attentive, and never allowed a glass to run empty or a dirty plate to remain unchecked. Truly 5 star service. For appetizers we ordered the Chicken Satay which was (honestly) the best I have ever had. Funny that a Thai dish would be so good at steakhouse / pub but I have to tell you, you must order the Chicken Satay. Fresh tender chicken strips with peanut sauce and a cucumber chutney, just excellent. For mains we ordered two sandwiches, the Filet Philly sandwich, and the chicken club. To be honest the Philly was a little on the oily side (not their fault, I think that's just what Philly Steak sandwiches are like) and the chicken club was good, but nothing to write home about. I don't want to pass judgement on these two dishes as they weren't bad, and I think we should have ordered something else (I would recommend the steaks). After dinner we ordered the chocolate brownie desert with vanilla ice cream and it was OMG fantastic! I apologize for the lack of photos, I was so involved in conversation, I simply forgot to take some. I plan to take some on my next visit, so please standby... I really enjoyed the atmosphere at Primetime (think upscale steakhouse meets pub) and the service is just fantastic. I think some of the food is fantastic and some is just ok, so choose wisely young Yelpers! Overall I give the Service at Primetime 5 Stars, I'll give the Chicken Satay appetizer 5 stars, I'll give the sandwiches 3 stars, and the desert 5 Stars. Given the main dish carries a little more weight, I'll average this on a weighted basis to 4 Stars. I am however, looking forward to coming back to Primetime soon and I sincerely hope to update my review to the 5 stars they truly deserve. Stay tuned....

Groupon had a sale by $16 you get $32 free so we said what the heck. This place is in a very good Plaza. And entering the place we were greeted by a very happy faces and seated quickly. Our waitress was very phenomenal than what she does and absolutely helpful. I ordered a croissant with cheese in it and it was absolutely fresh flaky and tasteful. The French toast spoke volumes of a sonic boom exploding in my mouth. The hibiscus tea seems so fresh as if they went outside and picked it and put it in our glass. The Groupon is gone now but this restaurant is an absolute piece of paradise and will definitely visit again and again and again.

Great decor, atmosphere, and service with overpriced less than stellar food. As a Weston resident, this is the standard... mediocre food for the blind. Too many places have come and gone at this Town Center corner location. Just a matter of time for Primetime.

I have been putting off this review for a few weeks because I had to really think it out. I went to Primetime on Mothers Day for brunch. A restaurant on any holiday could have extra problems especially a brand new restaurant. That being said, I am giving Primetime a solid four stars. I made a reservation with Maria for a party of eight for eleven thirty. Maria was very sweet & it was a pleasure speaking with her. Even though I called her two times to confirm my reservation she was always friendly and just really super nice. My OCD kicked in & for some reason I had this need to confirm multiple times. So Maria, I am sorry you had to deal with my calls. You are truly an asset to Primetime and they are lucky to have you on staff. The restaurant looks trendy & had an upscale vibe going on. The restaurant was decorated in a modern style but it also had a warm & comfortable feel to it. The bar area was stunning. When our server came to take our drink order I ordered a complimentary mimosa that they were giving to the ladies for Mothers Day. Our server said they were not complimentary. I asked her to check with her manager & she did so without any hesitation. She brought me my mimosa & also apologized for not being aware of the Mothers Day special. The mimosa was delicious!!! My mother ordered the Miso Salmon that came with bok choy. She loved the bok choy but she did say the salmon was dry. A few people ordered eggs with bacon. I think someone mentioned the bacon was not cooked enough. My sister who sat next to me did not complain about anything and I think she also had bacon. I ordered the filet mignon flatbread that also had caramelized onion puree and gruyere cheese on top. The flatbread was LOADED with large slices of filet mignon. The steak was soft & had great flavor. The flatbread was not as crispy as it should have been & the manager did offer to make me another one. I declined his offer because it was not really a big deal. It was also very large so I knew I would be taking most of it home. It reheated nicely & once I made it crisp up a little bit it was excellent. I also ordered a side of coleslaw which was tasty. Was the service perfect? No. Was everything we ordered perfect? No. Will I go back? Yes!!! I feel that Primetime handled the Mothers Day chaos rather well considering that they were only open a few short weeks. I am looking forward to trying them for dinner. Of course I will order the filet. I have a strong feeling that Primetime may actually become one of my favorite places.

Nice atmosphere and very good steaks served with a selection of grilled vegetables. Greek salad had just the right amount of dressing that was seasoned perfectly. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

Okay, so I'd rate this place 3 stars. The location is perfect! The cleanliness is perfect! The decor/ambience is perfect! The waitress/server were average- not too attentive, just the bare minimum, I'd say. The worst was the food. I ordered pasta with lobster and shrimp, I paid around 20 bucks. There were only a few pieces of either. For 20 bucks, should have been more. I didn't say this to the waitress bc it's not her fault, but I was surprised. The pasta itself tasted good, but hardly any shrimps or lobster.Take this into consideration if you order it.

Best breakfast brunch (I suggest the French Toast, Huevos Rancheros, and Eggs Benedict) and lobster rolls. Try this place out on a Sunday morning - I feel like I'm on vacation. Highly recommend to anyone that enjoys great food and service with ambience! I celebrated Mother's Day with 18 other people and everyone enjoyed their food and the service- this from a large group of very picky, less than tolerant eaters.

Really enjoyed my 3 hour evening here, sitting outside on a fun porch. Outstanding service - waitress w/ a trainee. Hats off - you both did well & smiled a lot. Good, not great, wine selection. Skirt steak was exactly as ordered. Very good salad but dressed too heavily for my liking. Shame on me - usually order dressing on the side. Vegis were fresh & well prepared. Key lime pie was, as our server told us, not to miss. I'll be back.

We were very impressed with the makeover of this place. It's over the way from our job so we decided to check it out. Location and decorations 5 stars. I don't think anyone in our party left there happy about their food. Our orders ranged from their burgers, salmon, fried fish, pasta. It was so not what we expected. Lacking flavor. Really was not excited about eating my lunch that day. It was my coworkers birthday lunch her comment was "If i had to pay for this I would be upset". Doubt we will be returning.

This was our second time at the restaurant , the first time we have some cocktails and appetizers at the bar and everything was delicious ! However we came for dinner with our visiting family and everything thing was good until we find a long hair in a pasta dish , we send the pasta back and we got it back when pretty much everyone else got finish their dinner , we got some apologize from the waiter she was really nice , but we never got any apologize from the manager even he prefer to sit down and star eating next to us and of course they charge the pasta dish , of i will think it should a courtesy at least for that big inconvenience !!!

Oh my goodness, the disorganization with brunch service at this restaurant was so disappointing. Our food was fine (veggie burger and chicken sesame salad), but I think we were there for almost two hours. I knew something was up when there were plenty of extra tables, but they would not seat us (2 people) for 15 minutes because the kitchen was so backed up. Isn't the point to have your restaurant full? Were they short staffed on this particular day, or is this a normal occurrence? We had to wait a good amount of time for our food to come out and a very long time for our coffee and the check. There were so many servers on the floor, we did not know what the issue was, but I do not think we will return. Also, beware if you buy the Groupon - you think a mimosa/bloody mary is complimentary, but it isn't. You really just have a certain amount of money to spend, but the language was unclear.

We drive by the night before and the restaurant looked nice. So when we slept in on our first day of vacation and missed the hotel brunch we came here for breakfast. No hostess so we stood at the door for a while before she broke herself from the group of employees standing and talking. When we were seated I ordered the cinnamon oatmeal... Came in a bowl with none of the sides as listed on the menu. Had a brown chunk of something in it. It had a slimy consistency. I could not eat it. My husband ordered the American Breakfast. It was typical of buffet food. The bill was only $14.85. The entire time we were there I noticed so many employees for such a quiet restaurant. All standing around talking. We won't be back. On a side note.. I showed the waiter the chunk in my oatmeal and another man came and told me it was cinnamon and it was not supposed to be there but they did not bother to take the $6.00 off my bill even tho I returned the entire bowl of oatmeal to them.

1 poor service . 2 unprofessional and very careless staff . 3 zero body language especially when welcoming people . 4 sometime you just walk in for take out and you stand up next to the bar to place your order and you find 5 to 6 employees talking together like you are not existing and they don't even bother themselves to ask if you need anything... 5 the manager should be a loser to have such idleness . 6 the food is becoming commercial and nothing WoW and you don't taste the freshness

We were quickly seated and the waiter took our drink order. Appetizer arrived quickly and was very much to our enjoyment. The push button system on the tables worked well, but we didn't need to use it since our waiter was constantly around asking what we needed. I ordered the pasta and scallops, and it wad to die for! My girlfriend had the sea bass and loved it! It's a great place in a great locale, we drove over to Smokes on The water next door to enjoy a cigar after our fantastic meal and service. Oh, and vallet parking was quick and complimentary! Joey Bancroft runs a tight ship!

I had heard a "Prime" steakhouse was coming to this location. (Prior JG McGinnis) I assumed a steakhouse in the family of "Prime 112", "Hollywood Prime" or "NY Prime". Going out for a casual dinner Thursday night we passed the location and noticed people inside. I hadn't heard that it had opened, but the door was open so we checked it out. Turns out they had a soft opening 2 days prior. My first thought was that we weren't dressed for it, but I could see everyone dressed casual so we decided to give it a try. Inside it has been redone from the heavy wood of the Irish pub to a modern clean brighter look. There is a wine room in the middle. We sat at a booth and were promptly greeted by our server Tiffany. She explained the soft opening and how they were just getting their operation into place, and any suggestions would be appreciated. The menu was 1 page, with a full variety of appetizers, sandwiches, steaks and fish (see pic). We ordered fried calamari, served with a homemade cocktail sauce that had a sweet kick to it-delicious! We split a lobster roll and California Reuben. Both were delicious, with homemade potato chips and sweet potato fries. My one suggestion was marshmallow sauce for the fries. For dessert we split my favorite -apple pie a la mode. That was amazing!! 2 other people came over to see how our dinner was. One was the owner -he was extremely nice. Tiffany also explained it is 2-4-1 drinks from 4-7, even on the belvedere martinis we had ordered! Very nice! You can see by the menu this is not an overly expensive steakhouse as I had originally thought. It is just what this town needs - a high end casual restaurant that serves sandwiches and steaks. I didn't try a steak-I'm sure on a Saturday night the atmosphere will be a little dressier, it will be a great place to get a nice steak and martini at a fair price. This place will do great! It won't be long before you will need a reservation to get it, I will be back many times!!!

I walked into this restaurant for the first time. Waited over 15 minutes until we placed our order. Saw the manager and he jumped right on it to get us an exceptional waiter. I measure a restaurant by how a situation presents itself. One of of dishes did not come out right. It was presented to the manager of how our experience was so far. The manager did everything to make it right. It says a lot about how they cared about our experience which made it overall a great dining experience. Will definitely be back!

Was looking for something new in my neighborhood and saw Primetime listed in Town Center. We sat outside as the weather is beautiful now. Our server came right over and told us the specials. She also recommended a few items, we tried the chicken flat bread which was delicious. We shared the grouper, it was tender and cooked perfect, lots of flavor in the mashed potatoes and fresh broccoli. We also had the creme brulé for dessert, wasn't too sweet, just the perfect treat to end our dinner. I wish I remembered our servers name so I can recommend her to you!

I've been to Primtetime for breakfast several times. The bagels and salmon were delicious!! The Bloody Mary's were awesome!! The service was very good!! I came back with my family to celebrate the November family birthdays and there were 17 of us. My sister made reservations and when we arrived the tables were all set up. My sister and I decided that we wanted the upper level seating for more privacy so the staff accommodated us and re-set us on the upper level without a sigh or a comment. The staff were very accommodating. Our waiter JASON was superb!!! Among our dishes ordered were crispy calamari, warm spinach dip, Cobb Salad, Sesame Chicken Salad, Ahi Tuna Nicoise Salad and Burgers. Thank you for a great evening!! And we will most certainly be back again!!

Dinner was excellent. We went walking around Weston Town Center not knowing where to stop and this was such a great choice. There was no wait but the restaurant was plenty full so the atmosphere was alive. Service was excellent. We ordered drinks, appetizers, entree, dessert and coffee. Couldn't get enough of it. All of our meals were filling and flavorful. The beer options were good as well. Great for celebrations. Will definitely come back again. Thanks to our waitress Summer who made it a great time!

Primetime is one of my all time favorite restaurants! The service is excellent and the food is outstanding. Most places offer a few goodies, but Primetime has many!!! The flatbreads are out of this world, and the salads are too. I love the fillet mignon, both as an entree and on my flat bread. I also love the Grilled Beet salad. Its absolutely divine with the pistachio encrusted goat cheese ball, as are the lump crab cakes!!! My absolute favorite is one of Chef's newest specials- Scallops with sundries tomato pesto with pesto oil. The scallops are perfectly seared and the sauce is succulent and savory. If you love garlic and seafood, this one's for you!!! On top of the wonderful cuisine, the happy hour is the best in the area. Forget 2 for 1's, Primetime has 50% off all drinks, and the drinks are out of this world! Make sure to order a Blue and Black Lemonade and tell Angie, Joey, Josie, and Athena, Hello!!! You will LOVE your servers!!!

UPDATE After eating at Primetime now a few times I decided that what has made me and others critical is their menu prices and pretentiousness. If you want a great steak there are far better places to go for those prices. All the pricey menu items are just a huge let down. The solution - just stick to the cheap stuff! Fillet mignon cheese steak is amazing. So are the wings. But every time I order something expensive I (rightfully) raise my standards. Standards that Primetime is apparently unable to meet. Still a good choice if you have something to celebrate.

I didn't really eat so much. (Wings and "pizza"). But for the most part the wings were great, the service was very attentive, but the pizza was very little and was very expensive. It was me, my mum, and my sister and it came out a little bit to pricy$340. We didn't even order that much. The waiter would not stop giving my mom alcohol and she got wasted "badly drunk". I complained about this and told the waiter to stop and he wouldn't, my friend just kept ordering.

Food- delicious Service - Superb!!! Not only was Luis amazing in helping us surprise my mother for her birthday, but the girls at the door also were in on it and with pleasure and an amazing attitude. Owner or manager ( not Sure) came around a couple of times to check on our table ( thank you! ) and well we just felt as regulars when it was our first time there ( party of 5) Drinks- Great happy hour! Dont be afraid to let your sever recommend whats best! Thank you Luis!! (50% off drinks)

Great beer selection. Very nice bartenders. However...... The food is Okay... We ordered the skirt steak w beans and rice. A) it was ice cold, B) after sending it back, the manager never approached us to address it, C) again, the re-heated skirt was just okay. Great atmosphere, Weston needs this place to make it. I hope it is better next time. We are pulling for them.

Ok so we found this place on groupon we are a party of 11 and we waited an hour and a half to be seated , the service was as good as could be expected seeing we only had 45 mins left to get out we were rushing the waiter , the food was good with a couple scew ups from the kitchen but seemed to be a great place and we will return

Out party had 10 people during linch time on a Wednesday which meant the restaurant was not packed. Our server did not fully know the menu items and their ingredients, also every time the drinks were refilled in the same cup without even adding more ice to them. Food took about 40 minutes to arrive and it was all burgers. Very disappointing level of service.

We are not from here, so we took a chance with Yelp's help. Thanks for the great suggestion, Yelpiverse! Mac n cheese was amazeballs! Prime chuck burger with aged cheddar and BBQ chicken special with whipped potatoes and tender green beans were excellent. The carrot cake was super moist with a fresh, tangy cream cheese frosting. Excellent wait staff and great prices. Winner winner chicken dinner!

OK...I just can say...AWESOME!!! From the time you get into the restaurant until you leave, the experience is just amazing. Did I say Filet Mignon? Did I say the most delicious salads? Did I say the most incredible home made taste Carrot Cake? I took my best friend for her birthday and she was in love with the beets salad and the Cheesecake...Did I say that their hamburgers and fries are just out of the ordinary? And....if you can, tell them you want to have Leslie as your waitress...she is AMAZING!! Try their Sunday brunch...and they also have breakfast every.single.day . Seriously? YUM-O!!!!

Just walked out. Sat here for 20-30 mins- no service. Taking our business to Cheesecake Factory. No begging here for service. Sucks. Won't be back. Really liked this place too. Their loss!!! It could go really great or really bad. I hate lousy service. Waiters were hanging out too. Unprofessional. Asked the server for our waiter and she ignored us I guess.

I came for the food, I'll be back for the beer selection. Dogfish Head 120 Minute, rare and 17%. Funky Buddha. A proper selection. For food I the Polynesian Wings which were excellent and the Philly Cheesesteak which was nothing special.

We ate there once and it was great, basic food but really good (Burger and children menu items + Skirt stake which was really really good), so we decided yesterday to go again and eat lunch, we got there with our children, ages 8 and 6, at a time that breakfast overlaps lunch time. After about 15 minutes, server came by only to sell another beer but never offered nor refilled the water for the kids and wife... water doesn't make money so why bother. After about 30 minutes I asked the server to charge me for the beer and that's it, him and the manager insisted that we should wait few more minutes, by now my kids were restless ....after 45 minutes I would say it was pretty understandable. Food kept on coming out of the kitchen, breakfast and lunch items to other tables and finally our food came...obviously it was seating there as it was warm not hot, but the skirt stake for my son never got to the table, we waited without touching our food for another 5 minutes, We stood up and left. Bottom line is, if your kitchen does not have the size to accommodate breakfast and lunch at the same time just don't be greedy and scrap breakfast altogether, owner will gain a following by being able to give better service rather than trying to fill every meal spot which obviously they are doing a lousy job by trying to do so. I've been in the restaurant business for years, nowadays I do consulting for them so trust me I know what I am talking about. I don't think I will go back to this place as there are many other options out there with track record of great service.

Great location in Weston for date nights, girls night out or group dining. I've eaten dinner, lunch and breakfast here and none disappoint at all! They offer delicious cocktails and have a nice outdoor seating area, as well. JT is my all time favorite server! Ask for him, he will treat you right and make sure you are taken care of. Try the lobster roll!

Good food. Heavy pours on the beverages. Service was slow on a light Wednesday night. Nice relaxing outdoor patio, so the slow service allowed for unwinding. I had a burger with sweet potato fries. Both were above average. The blue cheese chips as an app were good and plentiful.

Great ambiance, excellent food, good location!!! We've been here a few times and so far, we haven't had a bad experience. From the bread to the main dishes (skirt steak, ribs, goat cheese beets salad and random specials) everything has been excellent!!!

I was expecting great service but ok food based on some of the other reviews. I have to say that I ended up with great service but the reviews are wrong about the food. We started w the chicken satay and unlike other places where is a flattened piece of hard chicken we had three nice, perfectly seasoned plump pieces of chicken laying on a bed of noodles. The peanut sauce was delicious. All in all excellent. My son ordered the split pea soup with bacon which was clearly homemade. Tasty. The main entrees we ordered where also awesome. My son had a very flavorful grilled sesame salad which was replete with bean sprouts, snow peas, carrots. A robust salad with a cilantro vinaigrette which wasn't too sweet or overpowering. His fiancé had a burger which, shockingly, was cooked medium rare as ordered. When does that happen any more?! The fries weren't special but as advertised. I had the blackened grouper which was outstanding. Grouper was perfectly cooked and seasoned (apparently they have some back in the kitchen who know how to grill - give them a raise!) and came with a great Tatar sauce on the side. The sweet potato fries where great. Not too sweet. The carrot cake is amazing. One the best I've had. Ordered another one for the wife. I'm going to score major points with her!! All in all a 5 star experience. Well done (especially for a space that has seen its fair share of crappy restaurants). BTW, ask for Juan. Outstanding server. Obviously experienced.

Had Sunday midday dinner with my wife. It was not busy at this time so were seated with no wait. Initial impression was clean and modern. Waiter came by as he was delivering apps to a nearby table and said he'd be right over and he did. We ordered our app and meals and he asked if we wanted bread as we waited. The rolls were warm and good. We share the crab cakes for an app. They were excellent, nicely seasoned, loads of lump crab and cooked perfectly. The garnish was a small salad with a tasty vinegarette. Their tarter sauce was a perfect complement. My wife was a bit off so went basic with the chicken fingers - they were large, moist and had a nice crispy panko batter. The dipping sauces were tasty, the honey mustard was her fav. The fries seemed fresh, but ordinary. Their cole slaw was fresh and a little different. It was good but could use something to bring it to the excellent level. I had the chicken piccata. I really liked it. They use shallots rather than onions which works for me since I'm not big on most onions. The capers and red bell peppers worked well with the lemon and olive oil, I didn't get much flavor from the white wine but over all I liked the sauce and seasonings. The chicken was lightly breaded, moist and cooked perfectly, as was the pasta. I'm usually more of a red sauce guy and generally not fond of the lemony types, but I liked the slight tartness with the seasonings in this dish. We only ate about half and took the rest home. As others mention, it was very slow with a fairly long wait between appetizer and meal, restaurant was not full but maybe a couple of larger tables slowed the kitchen. It was not so long as to be infuriating so I did not ding them a star - having been to Europe, slow service is not unusual. It is a little pricey and I'm still questioning the value for the price, but they are in Weston center where rents are probably higher than surrounding towns. We did not have any drinks, and we skipped desserts - they charge almost twice the typical amount for a slice of pie, $9, I highly doubt any are twice as good as any other similar pie. We will return. But based on the pricing, we will not be frequent. Good food, good waiter, but a little pricey.

I have been bringing my family down to Weston, Florida for about 9 years now. We have some standard places we eat at and are always looking for something new. Tonight I originally suggested going back to the Bonaventure Resort for dinner, but both my wife and daughter was not interested in going. So I went to Yelp to see what was in the Weston Town Center when I noticed this new Restaurant. Read the reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I called ahead to make reservations and the phone was answered right away and they took my reservation for 3 @ 7:00. The staff was attentive and seated us right away. We were greeted in a timely manner by our server Amit. From the time he introduced himself to the time we left, he made us feel like we were his only table. Then when we learned that this was only his fourth day working there we were even more impressed. We asked to speak to the manager to pass along our personal praise around Amit's service and attentiveness. I cannot say enough GREAT things about Amit. If you are going to visit the restaurant, I strongly recommend asking for Amit. As for the food, we only did entrees and dessert tonight. My wife had the Sea Scallops with the apple smoked bacon linguine. She raved about the linguine and scallops, the taste was excellent. My 16 year old daughter had the Miso Salmon and before I turned around, it was gone. She even ate the green stuff on the plate and what she didn't eat, she took back to our resort. I was looking to get just a plain old burger. If you see other reviews I have done, I love burgers, though I can't eat them as much anymore. I hadn't eaten any red meat for a few weeks so I had a taste for a burger. It was very good and cooked perfectly to order. For dessert I had the brownie, my daughter had the key lime pie and my wife had the creme brûlée and all were very very good. Overall, I recommend this place when you are in the Weston Town Center area. Joey the manager was welcoming and appreciative of us asking for him to compliment Amit. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Restaurants seem to come and go in the Weston Town center and this one has been open for 8 months. We hope this one stays around just like our other favorite in the Town Center Tarantella as this one is also a winner.

Nice ambiance outside on the patio. Inside is too bright for evening dining- they need to lower the lights. Our meal was plentiful and delicious. Service was very good. I had the skirt steak with chimichurri sauce with white rice and black beans- cooked perfectly. Order the Blush martini- delish.

Brunch was really good, we have the Benedicted Salmon (highly recommended), Fashion the Omelet and the French Toast, all of them really good. 5 stars from the food point of view, the only reason for 4 is because of a bit slow service at the beginning but once things got moving everything was great. I will definitely come back.

So this was a happy mistake. We wound up at Primetime thinking that it was a sports bar (based on the name). It turns out it is a modern, midscale restaurant with a center bar and two TVs. No biggie. We were starved. For an app we had the roasted veggies. LOVE! it was light and smokey with just the right amount of balsamic. I ordered the Holy Smoke Cheeseburger. Heaven in my mouth. The burger was juicy with a nice charred crust. The crispy onion and apricot bbq sauce marry to perfection and held their place nicely just sweetening the palate and not taking over the great taste of the beef. Applewood bacon. 'nuf said. Did I mention juicy? The I had the cold slaw. Yummy and perfectly complimenting with the right amount of fresh. My husband had the Grilled Chicken Club which was almost as yummy, almost... It was juicy, savory and was served up on a soft, fresh ciabatta bun. Applewood bacon- and not just one flimsy piece. No, it was two pieces - just the right kinda thick and crispy. Mmm ... bacon. He got the side of Sweet Potato fries which were surprisingly served with a blue cheese dipping sauce. Even more surprising was that it worked so well.. Hello crazy flavor combo where have you been all my life.(says mouth) No room for dessert and leftovers made it well worth the 20 bucks each it came to with the appetizer unsweetened tea drinks. The service was attentive and welcoming. Happy for the new date spot and look forward to dropping in for a couple of cocktails with some friends. Welcome to the Neighborhood, Primetime.

Ambiance - it was a Friday night at 8pm and the place was obnoxiously loud Food - ordered calamari (decent), ribs (mediocre), and spinach salad (average). Service - average, got the side wrong and drinks took a while Won't be returning

We went last night to eat dinner, i ordered the grouper which they brought out raw.I had to send it back to get cooked. The rice with my meal was dry and tasted old and hard, like it had been cooked and sitting all day. My wife ordered the snapper which she did not eat either since it did not look or taste fresh. My sons steak was the only good plate we got, he ordered a skirt steak. The service was good which is why they get two stars. Definitely do not order any fish here.

Definitely a new jewel for the city of Weston! beautiful and elegant place, outstanding service, and excellent food! went with my husband last friday to try it, and we LOVED it! So good we even decided to organize a Happy Our for our business customers (Just CrossFit) at this restaurant this coming saturday 10th may. Definitely need to check it out!

The reason I initially decided to try this place was just because of its 4.5 start rating here... I could not have been more disappointed... there was nothing good about this place... we started with the spinach dip and it had zero flavor, it tasted like nothing and the chips were stale... my bf ordered a dirty ketel one martini and it tasted like cheap booze with no olive juice whatsoever... we both ordered the steak with the chimmichurri sauce and they were both atrocious! mine was not only overcooked but was actually burned, his was just overcooked and the sauce is NOT a chimmichurri at all... just a ton of oil with bits of junk in it... the prices in this place are ridiculous and I don't know how they can justify charging those prices for the awful food they serve... DO NOT be fooled!!! stay farrrrrr away!

Was looking for lunch and to watch football on a Sunday afternoon. This was advertised as a sports bar. Not. They had 2 tv's over the bar and in another corner all tuned to the local Miami game. Wanted to see an out of area game but no tv package for that. That is misleading. Stayed to try the food. Had the grilled vege flatbread which was very good, 2 others had a burger which was very good. Another in our party had the vege burger which was greasy and not fresh. Our server Allye, was standing by the bar constantly talking to the other servers. She rarely came to our table to inquire about our needs or requests. Almost felt abandoned except for the other servers who had pity on us. Not friendly or helpful. Very poor service.

This place has the yummiest breakfast! It's super varied and they offer mimosas in the morning! Prices are reasonable and the oatmeal is literally the best I have ever had. It seems like any place that has opened her prior to PrimeTime carries the kiss of death, and closes after just a few hours...I am ecstatic to see a delicious and deserving restaurant do well! Will be back for a dinner review!

I came for breakfast with a Groupon. The service was excellent. The food was even better. I ordered the Benedicted Salmon and my boyfriend ordered the steak and eggs. The steak came out perfectly. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the juiciest well seasoned steak I've ever had. Well worth the $48 spent for the both of us.

The restaurant has a nice ambiance inside and people are friendly. Menu has variety, but I don't think they should charge an upgrade for vegetables when their typical side dishes are much bigger in size.

Although I ordered food to go, I was impressed with the vibe of the place inside. The place was fit with white tablecloths, upscale decor, and a grandiose feel. We had a burger, a couple of salads and salmon. Everything was fine, nothing outstanding, but it hit the spot.

The food was great but this review is for my friends in wheelchairs. I came in with my group of 5 for Sunday Brunch. The hostess saw me in a wheelchair & got so nervous it seems like she didn't know what to do with me. After walking thru a restaurant full of empty tables, she wanted to sit us on the 2nd floor of the restaurant where the ramp entrance was outside. Really?! I literally just passed at least 15 empty tables where we could have sat. I finally just asked to sit on the 1st floor & then it was ok. Everyone reviews the food but the service should be reviewed as well. There's a lot to be said for simple common sense.

Worst restaurant in the area! Anything we ordered had salt! Or seasoning , I ordered the whole fish and it was very dry , they ran out of chicken, the lemonade was extremely sweet and the manager did not show any concern! Honestly I don't know who can give to this restaurant more than 2 stars

According to my hubby - not amazing ok. Just had lunch. He had lobster roll and I had the Cobb salad. The service is excellent. Place is very attractive. Since he's the king of lobster rolls I have to defer to him. It's pricey $18 so you better want it bad. I enjoyed the Cobb and would get it again. He wanted to rate the place three stars and I gave them four since I've eaten here four times

Great place. I had the grouper and it was moist and very tasty. The sweet potato fries are excellent, but they do need to add marshmallow sauce. Chips were great. My kids burger was sweet and the chicken wings are perfect. I will be back very soon.

So far, I've only had breakfast there (3 times). The breakfast is very affordable there, but the quality is really, really good. From crispy waffles to pancakes, from eggs to coffee, you will get a really good breakfast there. I also like the decor and the atmosphere. Service for the most part is excellent, our waitress today was okay...was doing bunch of texting in between (it's a bit of a pet peeve of mine when they have us wait for our coffee while texting at the bar) and didn't ask if we needed another cup of coffee. However, usually the service there is ON point, so I will just take it as a fluke this time. Overall - a winner! Definitely will come back to check out dinner.

We are recent newcomers here: so far, so good. The food and service have been consistently excellent. Their USDA prime beef really makes a difference! The Filet Cheesesteak and burgers take bar classics to a new high. Bar service is first class: Juan is an awesome bartender with great situational awareness and customer service skills. If you are looking for an adult hangout in the Weston Town Center, this is the place to be.

I just visited this place using a groupon and was really let down. The positives in my book are that it's in Weston town center, the decor is nice, and they have a good on tap beer selection. As for the negatives- there were tables available but everyone was made to wait 15-20 mins, there were many servers but service was very slow, the servers said it was due to the kitchen being backed up but we ordered cappuccinos at the end and it took 30 mins to make them and we had to ask 2x. We were within eye-view of the cappuccino machine and I can tell you the wait had nothing to do with a backed up kitchen. The food was fair but nothing too spectacular. The prices were also incorrect on some of their menus- so they also must have just upped their pricing since menu pages also reflects Lower prices than what their printed menus say. When using the groupon - I asked if I could have a beer on tap instead of a $9 mimosa and was was told no- even though a beer costs considerably less. Finally- the place seemed fairly impersonal - the young servers were warm when serving but they looked so nonchalant when not at your table (hanging out in the front by the door talking to each other or by the cappuccino machine). Additionally - they offer a little wifi call button on the table if you need something - although I am all for technology enriching our lives- this seems like an unnecessary airline style feature and not a value added service. Sorry primetime - just being honest.

Based on the Yelp rating and reviews we took a chance on having breakfast here, and we were pleasantly surprised. One assumes you can't got wrong with breakfast, but others have. Primetime however delivered great food and service. The grits were just right In terms of favor and consistency, and the bacon had the right amount of crispness, just as we requested. JT, our waiter was attentive and courteous. We will definitely be back with friends in tow.

The owners here have done it right. The menu is inventive. The food prep is very well done. Presentation is fresh and nice. The decor as described by the owner is mid town Miami art deco. I'd classify it as European light industrial. But the best thing they've done is hire Michelle. If the rest of the wait staff is half as good as she is you will be well taken care of. And make sure you get there for happy hour. Oh. Did I mention Michelle!!!

Nice wood floors but cavernous room could make for an annoyingly loud room on a busy night. We were there during a very slow Saturday afternoon. Our waiter, Jason, told us his name what seems like 47 times. Jason also hovered around our table like a swarm of midges. Food ranged from good to ok. The Rueben, I'm told, was good and was quite large. Mom had a small side of Mac and cheese which was ok. My grilled chicken Caesar was not grilled. More like boiled and pulled apart. It was just ok. Several hours later my tummy is staging a revolt of epic proportions. Nuff said. The bright side? The Arnold Palmer tea is made with fresh squeezed lemonade. Totally yummy! The carrot cake was large enough to feed a family of four for a week and quite moist. Would not return willingly.

Had dinner here with the hubby yesterday. Both of our meals were rather bland- he had the wings which tasted like nothing. I had the lobster ravioli which were decent, nice pieces of lobster inside but sauce was ok- needs something to give it more of a wow factor. Will try again

PrimeTime is an awesome place, but when it comes to the girls at the hostess stand, OMG!!!!!! They play on their phones, chat with each other and have an overall unprofessional attitude. I went there one night and one of the girls told me my table would be ready in a minute. 10 minutes later and all the girls are standing in a circle talking! Finally, she realized that WE were actually waiting for HER! The hostesses don't match up with the caliber of the wait staff. The servers are consistently professional. Also concluded on this visit that the desserts are average.

While planning our weekly double date my friend and I decided to drag the boys to Primetime. They had a healthy dose of skepticism since no restaurant seems to last very long in this location. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly hostesses and the place seemed busy. We were sat far in the back next to the door to the kitchen which was not ideal. This place has been open only a month and it was obvious our waiter was still getting his nerves right but he provided adequate service. The overall impression from the menu we got was "upscale chills". My friend and I started with a glass of pinot noir (house brand) for $8 and it was very good. We ordered spinach dip which came lukewarm and was very watery. The chips and salsa were good, however the salsa came in a thimble that was no bigger than my thumb. We left the dip largely untouched. For an entree I ordered the miso salmon, medium, it came very well done. The rice that accompanied it tasted like nothing and was obviously cooked without any love (or seasoning or butter). The bok choy was cooked perfectly. My fiancé ordered the veggie burger and had no complaints. My girlfriend ordered the curry salad and was not impressed. She isn't a fan of curry and probably shouldn't have ordered that to begin with. I switched meals with her since I love curry and I was also not impressed. Her husband had the ribs and he enjoyed them very much. The food was ok but nothing that wowed us. We spent $100 including tax and tip. We will not return. There are much better options at better prices in weston.

Worst experience ever. I've been a vegetarian for over 31 years. My husband picked up a to-go order and ordered a veggie burger for me. Well, after bringing it home and taking a bite, it turned out to be a turkey burger. The receipt said veggie burger, so it wasn't a problem with ordering.

Been here a couple times for breakfast during the week, which is a quiet time with several employees and not too many customers, so the service was fantastic each time. The typical breakfast plates we've ordered have been delicious and the prices fair. Very happy to see this place come in. In fact, I had a feeling the other place that previously occupied this spot was on the way out because their service got worse each time we went, so Primetime is a welcome addition to Weston Town Center!

Based on the reviews it seems that the ones that like it, love it and the ones that don't care for it really don't like it. I'm in the don't like and wouldn't go back. Been living in Weston for 15 years always looking for a decent local place, unfortunately this isn't it. Ambience is strange, kind of looks like a mish mosh of table chair and booths. I could live with that if the food and service made up for it but they don't. Kids ordered the chicken fingers and while they look like there home made the where so greasy that the kids didn't eat them. We ordered a filet mignon that was either really low quality or a different cut being passed off as a filet, whatever it was it was not good. Service for us was EXTREMELY slow so much that we walked out before a simple scoop of ice cream was brought to the table cause it was taking way to long. While waiting for our car I overhead what looked the manager apologizing to another customer about their meal, definitely seems to be a theme over there. It's sad cause it looks like someone spent a pretty penny building the place out but it doesn't have a chance of making it long term unless they get serious on the service and food quality, a real shame :(

What an awesome place! Soooo happy this turned out to be such a nice, friendly, and trendy restaurant. I've been here already three times. The first time I went for brunch and the salmon eggs Benedict was to die for! So then I went for a late lunch and had the organic chicken with homemade mash and sautéed spinach. This was outta this world! Then last night I went for happy hour for wine and dinner. Wine selection is nice, but they might need to add a few more selections to it. But the great thing is that their happy hour is 2 for 1 EVERYDAY! Drinks are so nicely made and well served. Last but not least, the service is OUTSTANDING. All the servers are extremely polite and very attentive to your needs. Last night we had the pleasure of having J.T. help us. What a nice guy! So well-mannered, charming, and polite; he knew the menu very well and had nice suggestions, great personality. We finished our dinner with a nice New York style cheesecake with fresh berries and it was so good! Anyway, if you want to enjoy nice food and drinks in a great ambiance without being too crowded and crazy (like Duffy's nearby), please go try this place. You won't regret it. :-)

Last night we had the pleasure of dining at Primetime, the food was wonderful, everyone's dish was prepared to perfection, ribs were outstanding, chicken and calamari also were the best we have had in a long time. I would recommend Primetime to everyone visiting the Weston area. The service was grand, all the staff were helpful and kind, since my husband is in a wheelchair they went out if their way to accommodate us!!!! Good job !!!! Keep up the fantastic customer service :)

I had heard when Primetime opened earlier this year that there were some "growing pains", servers slow and getting to know the menu, mistakes, etc. My husband and I decided to wait until we heard good things to go. We went last night in a date and it was awesome, we are so happy we ate there and will be back plenty! It's so nice to have a trendy, fun place here in Weston. Our food was solid, and absolutely delicious. I ate a veggie burger (one of the best I've had), and my husband had the tuna special which he loved. The salads were fresh and the dressings were homemade- my veggie burger was homemade, as was the sauce, and everything was top notch. The dessert, the recommended carrot cake, was hands down the BEST I've ever had in my life! I'd heard from multiple people that it was the greatest, and they were all right! Loved Primetime, we will be back soon...such good food, service, and a fun vibe, too!

Good food. Heavy pours on the beverages. Service was slow on a light Wednesday night. Nice relaxing outdoor patio, so the slow service allowed for unwinding. I had a burger with sweet potato fries. Both were above average. The blue cheese chips as an app were good and plentiful.

The French toast is incredible!!!!! Probably the best I've ever had! I would have given this place five stars, but the coffee is just ok and the yogurt parfait is way too sweet.
