This was a first visit for myself, my mom & my Aunt. The place was pretty busy when we arrived and even though we didn't have a reservation, they were able to accommodate us with no wait. They were also very accommodating to my mom who was in a wheel chair and upon request to be moved to a table where the cold air was not blowing directly on her. The three of us decided to share 3 unique dishes; the steak Lomo Soltado, the shrimp tempura roll & the Ceviche Mixto. My aunt & mom were not quite adventurous enough to try the octopus that came in the ceviche Mixto, so our waiter said he'd have them leave that out and just do the fish & calamari. It was terrific, as was the Lomo Saltado. We really enjoyed the flavorful steak, peppers, onions, rice, rice & fries mixed in it's juices. It was a lovely night. We will definitely be back.

Fun story; the large wall art of the owner dressed classically Japanese kept turning on and off. But not regularly, not like blinking. Curious. Yeah, turns out that the switch that controls the light part is actually inside the bathroom and customers occasionally turn it off inadvertently thinking it's the bathroom light. Fun stuff. Anyway, the kitchen puts out very solid Peruvian food and when we visited it was very quick. Didn't try the sushi but the tiradito was nicely done, not too acidic and generous portion. The anticucho, the conchas, and the ronda criolla were all excellent examples of those classic dishes. Delicious. It's an attractive place. As others have noted, it's in a strip mall in a nondescript corner but definitely much more appealing inside. Clearly someone with some taste and passion put it together. TIP: ask to sit on the stage-like area near the back. It's a great view of the restaurant plus you feel like a VIP The service is frustratingly typical South Florida. Very prompt team service though our server lacked polish. It was fine enough. Weirdly, the server wouldn't refill my wife's wine glass. Whatever. Overall definitely worth returning.

Excellent! Best food around Weston! Food, service and ambiance were great. I had the Miami Heat roll which was good and my wife had the shrimp ceviche. We also tried the quinoa creme brûlée which was good too. Just watch out for apple maps taking you to the wrong place. The restaurant is located on the same place as McDonald's.

Excellent Peruvian food in Weston . Tried 2 ceviches and they were both unique and tasty. Don't miss them. Then we ordered the Lomo salteado and it was superb. Will definitely come back!

Decided to check this place out for our anniversary since I am a fan of both Peruvian and Japanese I figured we'd find something good to eat. The decor here is pretty nice considering it's in a strip mall. Unfortunately since it is in a strip mall some of the patrons here look like they just came from a Publix run and are dressed very casual. We felt a little overdressed for sure. For food we ordered the following: Pulpo al Olivo - This dish sounds good but it is terrible. First the presentation was horrific. A bed of messy iceberg lettuce is covered in sashimi style octopus covered in a purple cream sauce. For garnish there are 4 saltine crackers. WTF??!! The taste is a little weird, the octopus is ok but it is slathered in the purple mayo-like sauce. Just a bad dish, we probably should have ordered the grilled octopus. Conchas a la parmesana - Scallops baked in cheese is pretty hard to mess up. Although this dish tasted fine, the scallops were very small so you ended up with a glop of cheese on some bites. Aji de gallina Ravioli - This dish was by far the best of the night. Being a big fan of Aji de Gallina, replacing the rice for Ravioli sounds delicious, and it was! The ravioli are stuffed with chicken served in the delicious yellow aji sauce. Flan - this was pretty good an had hints of pumpkin Overall the food was about 3 stars considering the big misses with the tapas. The service was very friendly and attentive though and did a great job. Not sure i'd come back but glad we checked it out.

Have you been Ceviche 105 or Pollos y Jarras? If so, you may be disappointed. Granted, this is in Weston, west and north... And ok ceviche. Quick fix.... Yes. Need to come back... No.

Came here for Mothers day for the first time and the set up is very polished casual. I was very pleased with the noise level and ambiance. Although located in a corner of a plaza, don't be discouraged. From the moment we came in, we felt welcomed and although we had many questions about the menu, everything seemed so interesting, both servers were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We got a variety of different meals from the pesto pasta, churrasco, the Brooklyn roll, miami heat roll, fried calamari, and taku taku just to name a few items. Everything that we ordered was well prepared and tasted savory and fresh. The timing of the food was perfect, as each course was brought as we finished the previous one. I would highly suggest this place for a night out of good Japanese and Peruvian food done right!

I didn't get it. Ceviche Arigato is Peruvian and Japanese except no one here spoke Japanese and I'm not sure anyone spoke English. I eat a lot of sushi and the octopus with olive sauce was definitely nothing like I've had before. 4 stars for innovation. 1.5 stars for taste. The flavors were weird and other than the shape nothing about it was sushi. I also had the yucca fries which were good but my favorite part of fried yucca is the sauce and this sauce was kinda of cheesy. The last thing I ate was the ceviche which was good but nothing special. My food was totally edible and I see how people could love it but if I'm schlepping to Weston it's not to eat here. Sayonara Ceviche Arigato.

What an awesome place!! Had the Miami Heat Roll and loved it. The Peruvian beer was delicious, and the experience, a must repeat. Our server was Nicolas, he was very nice, gave us great suggestions, and had a smile on his face that made the evening even better. Sebastian, the manager, came to introduce himself, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Very good food and great service. This is a truly fusion restaurant. They deliver a very good mix of Japanese cuisine with Peruvian traditional spices and seasoning. During our latest visit, we tried the Roll Arigato, and this was an excellent combination of a regular tempura fish roll with very traditional Peruvian flavors that were part of tge sauce that came on top of this roll. They have a wide menu that includes traditional Sushi restaurant fare, traditional Peruvian dishes and their own fusion cuisine creations. We had a very good experience and highly recommend this place if you want to try Peruvian-Japanese cuisine.

4.5 Happy to have found a new spot to add to my local favorites! A Peruvian-Japanese hybrid restaurant? What a great concept! I love the name too. Overall, Ceviche Arigato is not something you would expect in a typical South Florida strip mall. I was pleasantly surprised. Went on a Tuesday afternoon at around noon. It looked tiny from the outside. Once inside, I noticed it was not tiny at all. In fact, it has a nice number of tables, comfortable leather booths, bar seating, and even an elevated semi-private dining area. Crisp white tablecloths line some tables, while others happily bared their rustic wooden characteristics. Touches of red here and there, a buddha sitting peacefully in a corner, and a large painting of a geisha on the back wall tie it all together. It works! I especially love the Pinterest-like paper boats inside the decorative wall niches. I wanted to take some home with me! (I didn't...don't get any ideas Marisol!) You know what else surprised me? Excellent service! My girlfriend and I had a two hour lunch. Service was perfect. More water (when I didn't even realize i needed it)? Sure! You want to take your time ordering? No problem! You want to keep the menu? Go ahead. You want it spicier? Of course! All with a smile. They did not bring the check until we asked for it (I hate feeling rushed). Once we asked, they brought it over immediately. We started with the traditional and complimentary Peruvian toasted dried chulpe corn (cancha), instead of bread. Crispy and salty, yum! On a whim, I decided I wanted cold sake. Our waiter said he had just put some in the refrigerator and that it would not be cold enough yet. However, "give me a second", he said. Seconds later, he arrived with an ice bucket and my sake just begging to be chilled! Yes! The lunch menu is pretty large: rolls, soups, tapas, salads, ceviches, entrees, and desserts. As expected, all of the choices were Peruvian or Japanese. Miso soup next to a chupe de camarones? Why not? For starters, we shared the ceviche mixto. The taste was just right and it was also the perfect size. Next, we shared the tuna avocado roll. We requested it spicy and of course, they were happy to oblige. For our main course, we asked to share the seco de res. They (happily) split it for us. Although plating was very simple, the taste was "homecooked good." Was there a loving grandma in the kitchen cooking all of this? It sure tasted that way! Although not full when we arrived, almost every seat was taken by the time we left a couple of hours later. I guess Weston-ers enjoy late lunches! I am waiting to (hopefully) up this review to a 5 once I have tried their dessert, coffee, and maybe visited for dinner too. I can't wait to return VERY soon!

This place is my favorite! The food is super fresh! Service is always on point. I have eaten here many times and have NEVER left dissapointed. The owners perfectly blended their Asian and Peruvian backgrounds to create harmony with every plate. With the opening of their West Palm location, I can enjoy their ceviche north or south of my house.

My family and I had a great experience at Ceviche Arigato. I've had this restaurant bookmarked for months because the unique fusion and good reviews definitely piqued my interest (I am a huge fan of both Peruvian and Japanese Cuisine, so no problems there). It can be a bit difficult to find because the sign out front is tiny, but once inside, the restaurant is very nicely decorated. To start, we got two orders of the yucainas and a ceviche mixto to share. The yuca was light and crispy on the outside, and soft and steaming on the inside with some huancaina dipping sauce on the side. Delicious. The ceviche was also good and the sweet potato they served with it perfectly complimented the tanginess of the dish. I just wish that the portion was a little bigger and that they were more generous with the shrimp. Along with two orders of chicha to drink, we also ordered the Miami Heat roll to see how they fared on the Japanese end and it didn't disappoint. It was basically a dragon roll with a little Peruvian flare in the form of red and yellow peruvian pepper sauce. The flavors went so well together that we ordered another portion. As for our main courses, we ordered the pollo saltado, ronda criolla, fettuccine a la huancaina con camarones, picante de mariscos, arrizotado de lomo saltado, churrasco al chimichurri, and the tallarines verde con churrasco. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dishes and even my parents, who are a bit old-fashioned and not a bit adventurous when it comes to food, couldn't stop raving about their meal. My pollo saltado was very good once I mixed the fries up in the sauce more (it's a hard dish to get wrong), and the risotto in my sister's lomo saltado was an interesting - but good - twist. My sister's churrasco from her tallarines verde was huge and cooked perfectly. and my mom's ronda criolla was a great deal considering the portion size. The service was friendly and helpful (they actually spoke English!) They never tried to rush our meal, even as we approached and exceeded their closing time. Our waiter recommended the passionfruit cheesecake for dessert, which was good but the crust layer was a bit too loose and crumby. We ended up with a pretty steep check, which wasn't surprising considering my big family of 7 and the amount of food we ordered. It was reasonable enough, however, for the good food, service, and ambiance. Will definitely be back!

Everything about this restaurant was 5 star! We opened the door to what looked like a very fancy restaurant with a toddler and a two month old thinking we would not be accepted but immediately the owner/manager came over and greeted us and accommodated our needs. The service continued to be top notch. The food was AMAZING. We started with the octopus and the arigato roll. Delish!!! My husband had the churasco (skirt steak) and I had the arrizotado de lomo saltado. I didn't want to stop eating; it was SO good! Recommending this place to my friends and family!!

On our recent and second visit, maybe the chef was out but food quality was just poor this time. We loved the first time, but not this time. Everything tasted boring or over salted. Service is still good and love the waiters there. Maybe we will go back in a white to see if the food quality is back...

It's actually really nice inside, don't let the strip mall fool you. When I saw this was a Peruvian & Japanese hybrid I was sceptical. That scepticism went away the second I put a bite of papa a la huancaina in my mouth. It was creamy with a little bit of a kick - and just perfect! If you've never had this Peruvian dish, you have been deprived of one of the most delicious plates in all of the world. It's served cold, so don't get surprised. Cut potatoes, covered in a blanket of cheese sauce with a cut egg on top. That sauce is what dreams are made of. Then, things went a little south. We had the ceviche to share - and unfortunately it fell completely flat. It was just fish and lemon. There was no wow factor at all. After being on a string of super good ceviche spots, we were a little disappointed. Then I got the lomo saltado - which I get 95% of the time at Peruvian restaurants. The fries were thin (think McDonalds fries) and not really engulfed in the juice. The first time I had this dish (it was somewhere else) I was pissed! HOW CAN THEY DRENCH THE FRENCH FRIES IN THE JUICE?! Then, I took a bite. WHOA! Now I ask myself, HOW CAN THEY NOT DRENCH THE FRENCH FRIES IN THE JUICE?! I also become accustomed to having thicker cut french fries with this dish. The meat was tasty, and served with not too many onions...and the rice was...well the rice was just white rice, but after not having white rice in months I devoured that thing! The restaurant inside is SUPER nice, I actually felt a little under dressed. The staff was extremely nice and constantly checked in to see if everything was ok. Even though we were disappointed with the ceviche, we will be back to try a couple other things on the menu that caught our eye.

My wife and I come to the Miami area twice each year for medical reasons. While here we do some exploring for food we can't get in Dallas. Usually that means Cuban, but tonight we had one of the best food experiences ever. The sushi-ceviche fusion concept is brilliant. We had the ceviche Arigato, a perfect blend of Peruvian ceviche with a touch of Japan. Our entrees- churrasco al chimichurri and aji de gallinas- were incredibly tasty. The flan was the best I've had anywhere. The service and ambience were as good as the food. Our only "regret" is that we will have to back for lunch tomorrow! +

OMG ! Yummmazingggg. My sister recently moved down to FL and we were trying to figure out what to get to eat.We all agreed we were in the mood for Peruvian food, So thanks to the Good old Yelp community we stumbled upon this place. and boy am i Happy. We sat in for dinner, group of 6 , service was swift, staff was very friendly, and of course the best part of all, THE FOOD! Its been a long time since i went somewhere and the entire group was satisfied with their meals.. I had the Vaca frita which was seriously the best thing ever and the grilled pulpo appetizer was exceptional. It was so good we went back the very next day! I'll be down in FL this weekend and honestly I think im looking foward to eating at the place more than anything else. LOVE!

I honestly did not like this restaurant. We ordered the fish ceviche and the fish was hard. Also de Octopus roll, the pink sauce on top tasted like berries, didn't enjoy the sweetness with the octopus. Finally we ordered the Chaufa de Mariscos, that was better than the two other plates we ordered bit I've had it better in "Sabor a Peru" and "CVI.CHE 105". I don't live in weston so lucky for me I don't have to return. Much better Peruvian Restaurants in Miami.

First time her and my only wish was that I hade eaten here sooner. The ceviche was delicious, my Miami Heat roll was excellent and the kids had a beef and chicken dinner. We tried a little off each other's plate. I will definitely be back again.

Went for my Birthday this past year 8/4 (late post). It was very good. I am a sucker for Lomo Saltado and they did not disappoint. I tried Ceviche for the first time and it was awesome. There were so many good desserts on the menu, I ordered four of them. Yum. We were given a cute dinning room style table that was kind of private. It was a great place. They even accommodated by Kosher sister with a plate of raw fish.

So happy to have some more interesting cuisine choices here in Weston. First nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian fusion) restaurant I've seen here in Broward - and Ceviche Arigato is a perfect introduction for someone who has never experienced it. While the entrees did leave a yearning for a stronger nikkei influence (boyfriend stuck with a lomo saltado), the appetizers and small plates were perfect. I ordered a pulpo a la parrila and their specialty Ceviche Arigato. Pulpo was cooked excellently and was paired with an excellent sauce. Ceviche had a great balance of heat from the wasabi, umami from the soy sauce, and sour from the lime. It came with avocado slices which served as a great reprieve from the spiciness. The lomo Saltado was a good rendition of a staple that you often find in Peruvian eateries. All in all, hats off to Ceviche Arigato, will definitely come back. Here's to hoping more fusion places open up in Weston

Loved the food here! I rarely post so take seriously. Ordered the Arrizotado de Lomo Saltado (Peruvian style Risotto with Huancaina sauce and Lomo Saltado). Friend ordered the Churrasco con Chimichurri. Also seaweed salad. Would order all again!

One of my favorite restaurants! Doesn't look like anything special from the outside, but once you enter inside, it's fabulous! Great atmosphere, delicious food and the best sangria I have ever had! My favorites are the lomo saltado with risotto, the ceviche arigato and sangria. Yum!

Saw this was top rated on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Great selection of Peruvian dishes. Their Ceviche was very good, not too spicy, with a great assortment of seafood. If I am in the Weston area I would definitely go back.

I can't even review this place because I didn't even order for myself. The manager before even ordering appetizers introduced himself and my family and myself had the pleasure of getting to know him and taste the best dishes on the menu. With that said I have worked in hospitality for 5 years now and I have never seen a restaurant execute service quality better.. Especially in Weston. It's new, it's fresh, and it's hometown food to the Peruvians and Japanese owners. I'm so impressed; from a family of foodies this place deserves a weekly visit... That's how good it is. It's a little pricy but the value is there for sure with the amazing flavors that you can't experience anywhere else in South Florida. Kudos.

It's hard to find places like this, especially in Weston, such a cute place for Peruvian food. Very romantic and cozy for a date night out near home. The food was delicious! And the service was amazing; Everyone from the hostess to the waiters were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. As a Weston local, it's great to know that I don't have to drive very far to have a nice dinner.

This place is a gem! The food was delicious, and ambiance was lovely! Ceviche was unlike any ceviche I've ever had and I loved it! The desserts were amazing also! I went for lunch and the lunch specials were very good. Definitely going Back for dinner, more dessert and drinks ASAP!

Went a second time and unfortunately really not at all like my first experience. Some of my food was so over cooked it had to be sent back and my dates was tasteless. Maybe a bad night for the kitchen ?

This hidden gem is worth the visit. Located in a shopping center, we thought maybe the reviews were wrong. The service staff was great. More importantly, the food was amazing. We ordered the ribs, a ceviche and grilled octopus. Wow, wow and wow. We will definitely be back.

We dined here last night and it was delicious. The house white sangria was good and delicious. We are the shrimp ceviche, parmesan oysters and the tuna tartar. The first two were our favorite and we had the ceviche twice. The staff was very polite and good. I would recommend to eat here it was very good.

Oh, Weston, and your crazy fusion restaurants! You crack me up. This place is an example of fusion gone right. They don't go nuts trying to make seaweed ceviche or mochi flan, they do more two cuisines side by side with some light flirting between the two. I loved the ceviche here. It was wonderful. We had a group of four and I sampled lots of things which all tasted great. Our check took quite a while to get to us (we were pains in the butts, asking for separate checks, though). Next time, we can always ask for the check when we get our food. The thing about lunching from work is that you usually don't want it to be move than an hour. So not their fault.

I had a very memorable dining experience here last week. Our server was very attentive, charming, and accommodating. The ceviche was so fresh, and came out super fast. The menu has a variety of interesting things to offer, and they have sushi here too! The interior is very pretty with the dark wooded furniture, dim lights, and the asain themed art work. One of the best Peruvian spots I have come across in this area no doubt!

It's a hidden place, but the restaurant inside looks very nice. Don't let the entrance fool you. The food was great, everyone in the family enjoyed the different plates we orderes (the dishes had a beautiful presentation). Service was good too. I'm sure coming back again.

This place is a gem in Weston. I great mix of peruvian and asian. The suchi with the spicy sauce its amazing. The soups are also really good. My wife loves the ceviche. Not a five star because the place is small and its not easy to get a seat when they are busy. Service is good and prices are fair. Overall I would recommend it but try to make a reservation. If you have to wait for a table, its worth the wait.

  • Berenice S.

The staff was helpful and friendly and the owner was very accommodating even though we did not have a reservation. I had Peruvian food and it was amazing!! Place is very chic and beautifully decorated, do not the let the shopping center location fool you, once inside you feel like you are in a top notch restaurant.

The ceviche was really good, the seafood parrillada was terrible they should take the name" Parrillada" and full of calamari rings, the cheese cake that looks and taste like a moose, is good but is not a cheese cake, the service is very good, the worst part is when I saw the bill for like a restaurant by the ocean type of pricing and then you walk out of the door and the view is Publix Supermarket. First and last for me.

Small place but tables are spaced so your not listening to other nearby guests. Menu is varied so there's something for the fish, seafood, meat or even a vegetarian. Ceviche is tender and flavorful with the correct balance of acidity and they have several types to choose from. We shared the mixed grill, grilled pulpo and the Aphrodisiac ceviche. Everything was great except the sauces they served are toned down too much for the American pallet. Suggest you ask for the rocoto sauce and jalapeño sauces on the side. Then blend your own with what comes on the plates . Oh, the garnish of the posole ( large white corn) was sweet and tender. Well done Chef! Wine and beer list is varied and modestly priced with enough by the glass selections so you can have both white and red with your meal . Service was attentive if not too attentive at times. It was a great evening with great friends. Can't wait to return to try more dishes.

It makes me happy when I see a restaurant take risks in Weston which is very rare, and this place takes risks. Dining far beyond what the shopping center it occupies deserves. Truly something I've never seen before. And a place that should expand. The owner personally recommended dishes that were not only delicious but a dish his grandmother made back in Peru. Let's keep this place going.

I am adding to my previous review. The owner of this business sent me a private comment telling me that I lack education because of my review. Another proof that is not worth to come to this place!! Lack of education because of sincerity? Definitively my vibe did not lie to me. Stay away!!

Wow! This place hits the mark in every way. First, if you couldn't tell by the name, the restaurant is a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. I love fusion cuisine so I knew I had to try it. I came for lunch with my husband and 2-yr old. When I walked through the door, I was a bit surprised to see how nicely the restaurant was appointed - dim, modern, and nice decor - since it's located in a Publix-anchored strip mall. The place was pretty full at lunchtime which is a great sign for a newly opened restaurant. We were promptly seated and the hostess was very friendly. She made sure we got a highchair and kid-friendly cup of water as soon as we sat down. The lunch menu is pretty extensive, ranging from tapas, soups/salads, special sushi rolls, ceviches and entrees. They also have daily lunch specials for just $7! We ordered the house special ceviche and the lomo saltado - both of which were sooooooo delicious!! Oh, and after you order but before you are served your meals, they bring these delicious roasted, salted corn kernels to your table - loved it! Even though the place was almost full, we were checked on by not only our waiter, but another waiter and the hostess at various times during our meal, to make sure we had everything we needed. Talk about great service! This place is doing it right and apparently the word is getting out! I highly recommend this restaurant and don't be surprised if you bump into me when you go because I plan on becoming a permanent fixture!

This is a must try!!! Hubby & I went on a Date Night. Started out with Tuna & Avocado Roll, Yucca Fries & split the Ronda Criolla. Sushi was so fresh and delicious. Yucca Fries were light & airy with a cheese type dipping sauce. The Ronda Criolla is comparable to a meat sampler, all of it fantastic! My Husband is picky about flan but I ordered one to split anyway. He ate more than half. We have only lived in a Weston for about 4 months...definitely found our regular Date Night Spot tonight! They also have lunch specials daily they said, $7. The Customer Service was beyond wonderful as well. Someone consistently coming to the table. Met the Owners, great people.

Blow me away! Though I'm spoiled by Brooklyn, my home, this joint in a shopping center had interesting, well prepared food and excellent service. 3 of 4 of us ate seafood in both Japanese and classic Peruvian preparations. I ate a mixed grill platter that was well prepared with homemade Chimichurri that was perfectly balanced among the garlic, pepper and green herbs. Excellent food at a fair price with friendly, attentive service.

We were pleasently surprised. The entrance outside doesn't look too nice but inside it has a good vibe and atmosphere. We ordered the Ceviche Arigato and it was delicious. We also had the mixed grilled seafood platter and it was great. Overall it was a good experience with a good twist to regular Peruvian food.

All I can say is that this place left me speechless! Absolutely impressed with the delicious taste in food, ambience and most of all, service! It's not so often that you can find a Peruvian/Japanese fusíon restaurant. Best of both worlds!

Man, Weston needed this place. First time eating here but won't be the last. I may even become a weekly stalker. This menu has endless amazing dishes. The diversity of Peruvian with some Japanese options really make the decision process challenging. To sum it up, I'm in love!

Their flavor keeps getting better. If you ever feel like having a lite soup, go for their green soup-cilantro based with white rice and seafood in it. They have the best sweet potatoes ive ever tried.

Really nice dinner. Went because I wanted ceviche but actually liked the other things I had better. The teriyaki ribs were awesome. The baked scallop was another stand out. The place itself is also really nice. Would make a great date spot in a neighborhood that doesn't have many.

A-MA-Zing!! Only open 3 months and they are already about to begin with an expansion project. This restaurant is a gem. Really nice ambiance and decor, very attentive staff, and charming waiters. This may very well be a weekly spot we hit up. Healthy and delicious? We're there!

really good food- ceviche misto probably best I have ever had anywhere. Red Snapper whole fried was great. Wife and I split it. Desserts also out of this world had tress leche

This is certainly a hidden gem. The service, decor and most importantly, the food was great. Had the Miami Heat Roll and Shrimp/Fish Ceviche. Both were really awesome. Then had beef tips with the rice and beans (Tacu Tacu) and it was one of the best I've had. When we arrived the only table available was by the door, not the best placement but no others available so we took it. Before we knew it, we were being moved to a better located table without even asking to be moved. That's true commitment to service.

Awesome, 5-star desserts: donuts, mango/chocolate concoction. Ceviche: truly fresh/tender/scrumptious. All seafood dishes were very good. Grilled octopus needs less salt. Superb, professional service. Soothing decor. Ample parking.

Nice decor. Waiter forgot to bring our appetizer, our entrees were already served. Manager made up for it by giving us our appetizer for free and dessert on the house. Miami Heat roll was tasty. Hubby ordered churrasco which was just average, chimichurri sauce was very good. Overall they have good service beside the mistake our waiter made.

Amazing Peruvian food with a splash of Japanese cuisine!!! We went all out; we started with some wine and then I ordered my 'Leche de Tigre' and my wife tried the 'Shrimp Cocktail'; both were delicious. I wanted to try something infused so we ordered the 'Lomo Spring Rolls', sorry no picture of those because they flew!! Lol. My wife ordered the 'fettuccini a la huancaina w shrimp', and I ate the 'chaufa de mariscos' again both were freshlicious with very subtle spice action, lol. Then we went with two desserts; one traditional 'flan' and then a new one recommended by the waiter 'cheesecake de maracuya' and OMG this was a first time for me but a 'heavenly blessed' sweetness and awesomeness dessert. This place is amazing!! Peruvian Cuisine has entered a new standard!! You must GO!

My wife mention this place as she does some of her grocery shopping near by... We showed up without a reservation and the staff was quickly helping us to get drinks while we waited for a table. Great service. I had the yuca, and the tirade to with 4 different sources. My wife had the Lomo Salteado that was great. My son had their signature tempura roll that is a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese... We finished with their take on donuts that were different but very good with ice cream. The place is small and a little high in price.

Arrizotado de lomo saltado: exquisite!!! A must try! Best one I've tried so far! And the Ceviche Arigato style...yummy!!! My first time and I will definitely come back! Their dishes are a fushion of peruvian and Japanese! Service is great! Met the owner: Rosemary! When I gave her a few suggestions about the Lomo Saltado cuts/size, she was very open and nice and thanked us! Thumbs up!

Superp service and food. Try the Aphrodite appetizer. Make sure to ask for Jalapeño based hot sauce (if you love spicy). The sauce for Picante Mariscos is to die for.

I really wanted to like this place, but I was disappointed. The conchas were burnt the pork from our meat mix was basically frozen in the middle. Everyone in the restaurant is very nice, but I'd suggest really making sure those in the kitchen are paying attention. I will note that we had a late lunch (3pm-4pm), so maybe the staff at this time is not as good as the night staff.

Interesting menu, everything was flavorful, and staff was friendly and attentive. Owner goes table to table to see how everything is. We love it, just wish they had full bar.

We ordered the mixed ceviche and aji de gallina. The food was really good and the service was excellent. The ceviche portion was a bit small but the fish was fresh. As for the aji it was amazing. We really recommend it.

Really good. This is a smart, sexy restaurant with attention to detail and professionalism. I was impressed when we arrived. They make the most out of the location. The staff was top notch. The food, ceviche, sushi and a seafood dish were all delish. My only wish is that I ordered differently. Unknowingly everything we ordered came with a heavy creme sauce. Even the sushi and ceviche came with a heavy creme sauce. I needed a lot more acid. That said, everything was good and fresh and well-made. The protions are good for sharing allowing for trying different dishes. I really look forward to returning!!! Next time I will ask about the sauces and have less creme sauce and more acid with spice.

Nice decor, unexpected from the outside. The men's bathroom needed a bit of attention, but they were quick to respond to my feedback. Food was very good, the "yucainas" were awesome, perfectly fried and the huancaima sauce has a bit of a kick but is just succulent! The seafood tacu tacu (a creamy stew of seafoood served over a rice and beans patty) was excellent. Ask for the additional spice on the side so you can control it, it is really nice.

My wife and I had dinner here yesterday. We had a fantastic dining experience. The seafood was one of the freshest I've tasted in South Florida. The octopus and the clams in the Aphrodisiac Ceviche were the best I've ever eaten. If you like Ceviche, Ceviche Arigato is a great choice for a wonderful culinary experience. The ambiance is nice for a family dinner or a date night. Service was first class. Thanks to Luis and Sebastian who made sure we enjoyed our dining experience!

Best restaurant!!! It is so hard to find a consistent Peruvian restaurant, they all start great and gradually go down hill. This place is amazing!!! Never disappoints. Hope it continues this way.

Unexpectedly good. The restaurant is located in a strip mall but beat expectations. The interior is nicely decorated and the staff is pleasant and attentive. We were a legre party to was able to try a lot. We tried the Papa a la Huancaína, Ronda Crioll, various ceviches, fied snapper, fried yuca, and a couple of sushi rolls. Everyone was very happy. Two desserts ordered, one chocolate cake and one passion fruit. YUM. Prices were reasonable. In Weston, I think La Perla now has some competition!

A hidden gem ! In weston not a lot of establishments stay open late and have good food. This has the best of both worlds. The ceviche is good and the Appetizers are very flavorful. I recommend the lomo saltado, yum!

Based on the food alone, this place deserves 5 stars. The food is AMAZING here! Sticking to the ceviche and the rolls, they are what really shine here. So why is this place getting a 2 star penalty? Because the service was horrendous. I've worked in food service front of house positions for 12 years. I understand what good service is and I expect to receive a quality of service that matches the quality of the food served. Let me break down my horrible dining experience. I go in there during lunch one day, sit down at a dirty table. Nobody ever brought me a menu, although there were plenty of workers there to bring me one. Normally, that's what a restaurant does. It's standard practice, but I had to get up and get one myself. I wait about 20 minutes until a server finally greets me. The place wasn't overly crowded. It didn't make sense. I finally get my water. I had just come in from a 3 hour bike ride. I was thirsty. My water was not refilled once during the whole course of my meal. No one ever came to my table to ask me how my food is. When I was clearly finished eating, I had great trouble flagging down my server to pay my bill. This took about another 20 minutes. I was beginning to get aggravated. How could such a good restaurant hire such crappy staff? I had to get up and walk up to him to get his attention. I needed change, and he said he didn't have it, so I had to wait even longer until he could find me change. I walked out of this place realizing I had just experienced the worst dining experience of my life. Because of this experience alone, I will probably never go back there, even though I live a block away, and was planning on being a regular there, I'd rather drive all the way to Oakland Park and go to Ceviche By the Sea. To be fair, there are good workers there. My first time going, our server was good, and actually smiled. It was great experience , and that's why I came back. They need to fire these high schoolers and hire real experienced people if they don't want to go the way of all the other restaurants that failed before them at that location.

Literally just left this place and can say I'm 100% satisfied. Excellent food, service, and ambiance. Don't be fooled by outside appearance, yes it's located in a strip mall (because that's all we have in FL), but once you enter, you'll be hit with delicious aromas from the kitchen and surrounded by beautiful decor. Ordered grilled octopus, the Ceviche Arigato, lomo saltado, and mixed seafood platter. All delicious! Honestly debated posting this review in fear I'd have to make a reservation next time, but heck, they deserve it.

Very good food and service. The only drawback was the music, after a while it gets annoying and the volume is a little too high. Other than that, I would go back again.

We are easy-going eaters, but this place was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was well over and beyond very good service. We will definitely recommend this to everybody and be going back again. The young married owners constantly check to make sure that you are over satisfied and are there if you need anything. The chicken soup, shrimp ceviche, and risotto with beef - were fantastic. The only thing missing was the dessert that Lisa wanted was not available. So we saved on calories!

This is a treasure well needed in Weston, the place is clean, beautiful and sexy, the service is great and the food is amazing. Next time you are looking for a great meal with exciting flavors and textures this is the place to go and don't forget to order a Ceviche Arigato Sour .

Japanese + Peruvian fusion? Peruvian food rolled into sushi rolls + some other traditional Peruvian dishes & wine & tapas. Interesting idea. Small portions. Expensive. Warm. Small. Cramped. At least 30% too many tables for comfort. Forced to seat inches from the front door. There's no hostess desk so everyone (and complaints) were in our face. The owners were on the floor and making a serious effort, A+ for that. But with the cramped dining, small portions and expensive prices there are other places nearby where I will visit for excellent ceviche. The food was good, but not 5*

Both the food and service were excellent. We are definitely going back. Ceviche portions are moderate, so if you are a big eater you will need to order a few plates.

Tonight we made a reservation @ this Peruvian restaurant. We were surprised for the nice atmosphere, beautiful decoration, so gentle servers and owner's welcome. Food was delicious! We enjoyed the best dinner because everything was perfect. I highly recommend this high quality restaurant, to have a romantic and gourmet night Happy Valentine's !

It's a new restaurant. Great menu concept, but service is kind of inexperienced. Ceviche Arigato was very good. Miso soup with fish was good, but a little too big a portion. The scallops were great! My daughter ordered mixed grilled skewers but was served a Mixed Grill dish. Our waiter explained that the kitchen decided to serve it like a dish and not with the skewers, but it was the same thing. But I guess it wasn't because the charge was not the same, it was more. The dish looked nice but tasted a bit bland. The Teriyaki Ribs were chewy, not as tender as expected. We will probably give it another try in the future, to see if service improves.

If your wanting amazing skirt steak this is the place!!! Found this restaurant on yelp and was pleasantly surprised . I've never ha Peruvian food so I was open minded to what we were gonna try ! I read other reviews to try the ceviche and so we did . It came out in a wine glass and wasn't the "normal" presentation however I loved it ! I can't think of the name I the one we ordered but it had a strong taste of lime which my husband liked . For the entree I ordered Churrasco Al Chimichurri and it was to die for !! It came with black beans rice and plantains . It also came with this olive oil garlic cliantro for lack of better words "dip" if you love garlic like I do I couldn't et enough of it ! It's used to dip the steak into . Very delicious !! My husband ordered Aji de galina . He said that it was bland but I thought it was very good and very smooth . I also ordered a white wine sangria which was average . The wait staff were very attentive and seemed like they were just right there if we needed them . I would definitely recommend going here it is very good !

We went to Ceviche Arigato on a Thursday for our first time. The kids had no interest in ceviche and they still had plenty to choose from: chicken, steak, pork, noodles. The ceviche was very fresh, many many choices and so very yummy. We didn't try deserts or drinks, but left very full and very happy. We were there on a Thursday and it was very busy by 7. All tables taken. On weekends, definitely make a reservation.

Take the risk on this five star fusion restaurant! An authentic restaurant with fourth generation recipes by the beautiful chef pictured on the menu. The friendly owner took the time to chat with us, the knowledgable waitress knew all of the items fluently. Perfect place for an anniversary dinner from baked scallops & yucca fries for appetizers to passionfruit cheesecake desert. We're coming back!

We checked it out tonight - great service but ceviche was just eh. Too many random choices and nothing was great. Plates small and food salty. You're getting weston prices for okay food. People very nice. Ambiance was nice.

We wanted to try a new restaurant in Weston so decided to go to Ceviche Arigato because the Yelp reviews were good. When we arrived they asked us if we had reservations to which we didn't. The hostess told us that it would be about 15 minutes and we could sit at the bar. We had just sat down when she approached us that there was a table available but it wasn't the best table but thought to ask us anyway. We decided to take the table which wasn't bad at all. What we really enjoyed at this restaurant was the friendly and attentive service, glasses were always filled with water, server came around often to check but not to the point where it's annoying. She recommended some dishes and we finally decided with the Yucainas which is fried yuca with a yellow pepper and cheese dipping sauce that was delicious! We had the Churrasco al Chimichuri with black beans and rice and the Arroz con Marisco and both were delicious! I can't wait to have my leftovers today. The ambiance was nice and the only thing is that it was a bit warm. We will definitely be back!
