Burrito bowl. Pork, black beans, cheese, queso, and bacon bits. YES, please! A side of chips and guacamole with a freestyle soda to go along with it made me a happy camper. The thing that irked me was the fact they charged extra for the queso and it wasn't all that clean. I don't think I've ever been charged extra for it at the one in Boynton. However, the meal was good and the service was speedy, so two rights don't make a wrong.

Just left this location and the staff are not friendly at all. Especially the guy in charge of warming up the tortillas - he had a sour look on his face this time and the other time I was in back on November. The rest of the staff were not pleasant at all. The two guests in front of me received free queso on their burritos, and free combos. When I asked for queso in my burrito too, the guy put two measly little drops of queso AND THEN tells me it's an extra charge after he puts the pitiful drops on my burrito. Now it came time for me to pay and that's it - they charged me for the queso on my pitiful burrito and that was it. I asked for a meal, but received no regular side of queso or a drink. I had to ask for a tiny cup to put water in. Glad their friends received great service, but I guess when a place is run by teenagers you can only expect the worst. The steak on my burrito was way too chewy and salty. The fresh ingredients are great, but the shotty customer service is terrible. Only go to this location if you apparently know the staff because that's the only way these people will even consider putting forth a friendly attitude and not up charge you for mediocre food. Will definitely not be back. Thankfully Chipotle is right down the street.

Wow some bad reviews here. Look it's not Chipotle, but the positive note is that they give you the same menu, similar quality (not as good as Chip), and they give you chips and salsa for free. Some menu items include Guacamole also. Again though, quality just not as good as Chipotle.

Always had a good experience here. I love their moe Mondays, but I come here on normal days too because I'm a sucker for moe's burritos and the delicious queso that can be poured all over it. Always get queso.

$5 burritos on Mondays is sweeet. Go there after they run out of cheese and upgrade you to the queso dip for freee!

This was the worst Moe's I have ever visited! The staff was rude, unorganized and not helpful. My entire party of 15 was super disappointed! My suggestion is go next door to Jason's Deli.

Limited menu but home wrecker burrito is good from time to time. Poor mans chipotle. Really 2.5 stars.

Not good and based on everyone else's reviews the consensus is the same. We ordered through the mobile app for pick up and they messed up almost everything. It wasn't ready at our pick up time and we had to wait 10 more minutes. I asked for the hot sauce on the side because I share it with my daughter, well they put it right on it, way too hot for me and I wasn't able to give my daughter any. My husband's burrito had grilled mushrooms and pickled jalapeños in his, neither of which he asked for. He didn't eat his burrito. They did not include our queso and when we asked for it they said we didn't order it.... Well guess what? We made them check the receipt and of course we ordered it. Really just awful customer service with a complete disregard for their jobs. We weren't able to complain in the store because it was take out and besides the queso issue, the other things were not noticed until we were already home. Such a waste of money and we are not going back!!

Been twice more since my last review and getting progressively more disappointed. We went for the Cinco De Mayo promotion and it was utter hell. I'm sure this was chain-wide, but some conditions could have been mitigated like at least cleaning tables or putting up a sign saying which meats and toppings they were sold out of. The line took about 20 minutes to get through and another few minutes while cashier tried to figure out which completed plate was mine. Would rather run a marathon in tight fitting jeans with no underwear than go to Moe's on Cinco De Mayo - the employees looked pretty miserable so I do not think I am alone. My wife was hesitant to go to this location again, but we took a chance on Moe Monday. Most of the employees were already in checkout mode and I overheard one chef ask if it was 9:00pm yet - their closing time. We got our food at approx 8:45 and all the tables were dirty except the back section that was cleaned and closed for the night. I wetted some napkins and cleaned off our table in disbelief because there was 5 or 6 employees working. While we were eating hazy smoke was filling the room probably from grill cleaning and a few employees began closing and cleaning the remaining tables. (I hate it when restaurants close up around you while you are eating, especially if it is early in the night - I think it is rude and destroys the atmosphere. Just chill out on the clock awhile while they finish!) The tea dispensers were taken away also, so I'm glad I got a refill early into my meal and did not need one later. The steak in my burrito was a generous portion, but loaded with chewy grizzle and I had to spit some out after being unable to break it down after wearing out my jaw. On the plus side, the sweet tea was good again. When we left it was silent and I felt like they were happy we left - not like places that say thanks for coming - hope to see you again soon. I'll just drive the extra distance and go the Boynton location - experienced less negative things there - recommend any other readers to do the same.

Staff needs to have some more enthusiasm and pay attention. We went in on Sunday night and it was relatively slow. However, it took over 10 minutes to get through the non-existent line, our order was messed up, and did not come out together. They actually split up our group (only 4 people) by taking another customer's order in the middle of ours. The staff seemed to be in zombie mode. Food was good though, no complaints there. Kids like the cookies and lemonade varieties. Salsas and chips are tasty. Simply improving staff morale could add a lot to the atmosphere. It would be nice if the guy cleaning the floors didn't put the floor mats on the bench right next to me while we were eating too. Who puts floor mats on the same bench as a dining customer?

Just got food here for lunch and there was a smushed fly in my food. I called to complain and they told me they can't do anything about it. GREAT! This is so disgusting and the food is disappointing. Cannot believe I wasted my money on this.

The customer service here is getting worse. Their chips were so salty. We bought 3 meals and one order was nachos. We mentioned the salty chips and they just gave us a basket of unsalty ones. We spent nearly $30 and did not feel that it was worth the food nor the quality of service. Going back to chipotle

I'm not in love with the food. It's very bland Mexican, but my kids really like it. The value is pretty good as you get a decent size burrito for $5 or $6. However, this place is revolting. Every time I've been in there, there is food all over the floors, tables and chairs. I don't think I've ever seen an employee wiping down a table. A peek back at the cooking area shows the same. They always seem understaffed. If it were clean, we'd probably be in there all the time, since my kids like it so much. But after trying it out half a dozen times, always hoping it will be cleaner, we're done.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
