This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I do not recommend eating here. Go to Starke or Gainesville. Seriously, not kidding, don't do it. First stop was the restroom. What an appalling mess. There's nothing like standing at the urinal counting the boogers that have been flicked on the wall over time. Big ones, little ones, and a rainbow of colors too. The bathroom decor is original to the restaurant, probably early 1990's The sink sure looked it. There was barely any soap and there are no paper towels. Nothing like a drip dry. There was an employee in the restroom when I walked in. They exited the stall, did their hair, and rinsed their hands for about five seconds just so they could show they were wet. Nothing like good sanitary practice. I ordered a grilled chicken combo. It was dry with some strange seasoning on a half crushed bun. Fries were hot and soggy. Probably from that employees still wet hands. What a heck of a way to drop $8.37 I felt ripped off. The dining room tables had salt granules and water rings from cups on most of them. I was lucky to get one of the last two clean tables. Patrons after me got to clean their own or just sit in somebody else's refuse.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever walked into. The stench is the first thing that hits you in the face when you walk in. The place reminds me of a petri dish... big yuck! I will be contacting corporate headquarters about this place... just nasty!

Worst. Ever. It's neither fast nor tasteful. They should have the contract for the prison. Nvm, that would be cruel and unusual punishment Keep going. There are better options.

The last time I came by here it took over twenty minutes to get a deluxe cheeseburger. No one was in the drive thru and no one else ordered while I was waiting. That was ridiculous. All of the employees were chatting and hanging out with their friends. I just drove by here at 838 on a Thursday evening to find all the chairs on the tables and all of the staff sitting down in the lobby hanging out. I drove by the drive thru and no one was even there. They looked closed. The website says they are open til 11 and they have a big sign saying they are open late. I assume this place has poor management-I won't be stopping by here on my commute back to Jax anymore, I will wait until get to Starke to stop for food.
