This place is great, I've never had a bad sandwich from here. They are a little slow overall even when the place is empty but the food is pretty great.

A nice "semi fast food" option in the Avenues - a good alternative to Moe's, Panera, or Pita Pit. It's simply a sandwich joint and nothing more - and, really, they're actually subs, served on sub rolls, or you can get them done as salad bowls. You pick a category (everything from chicken, seafood, Italian, comforts, etc.), then pick the type of sandwich you want from that category (ex: chicken pesto, surf & turf [roast beef & crab salad], muffaletta, egg salad, etc.), then you pick your toppings and condiments/dressings, and then you sit down and wait for them to make your sandwich and call your name. They have 3 sizes: 7", 10.5", or 14", or, like I said, you can have it done in a bowl as a salad. They also have milkshakes, cookies, and (really yummy) rice krispie treats. They have a kid's menu - $4 for a sandwich, drink, and rice krispie treat. They offer a rewards card - buy 10 sandwiches, get the 11th free. They have a pretty large menu and a cool variety of sandwich options (many more options then Subway, Quizno's, or even Firehouse Subs, which are also comparable restaurants in price and atmosphere). However, they're a little skimpy on the 'meat' part of the sandwich. And the tables were all really dirty and we had to wipe them down ourselves, which was gross and annoying, since the restaurant was dead yet had 3 employees who were fully capable of coming out from behind the counter to clean up. All in all, we'd go back if we're at the Aves and in the mood for sandwiches, but we wouldn't go out of our way to come back here.

So these chain sandwich shops are all pretty much the same, but each has something of a unique feature... Some chains are the assembly line style, some are all about how they can make your sandwich in lightning speed, and some want to remind you of that corner deli in Jersey... but at the end of the day, aren't they pretty much the same? OK, Which Which's "Unique Feature" is that you build your sandwich order on a paper bag with a Sharpee and hand it to the cashier for them to ring it up. Sigh. At the end of the day, what they give you is another sub just like most of the others, so why on earth am I reviewing this place and giving them four stars? I guess it is all about competitive environment. The Avenue of Viera is the epicenter of Viera. What do we have to choose from for a quick bite? Moe's: Incredibly awful Mexican Inspired Fast Food Pita Pit: Uber Processed subs in a pita at the end of the day Five Guys: Good burgers, but something healthy is nice to have Pollo Tropical: My favorite fast food in the area Chipotle: See Five Guys Asia Too: Really bad and expensive fast food asian Panera: OK, to some extent. So we are not huge on options. And the only other "Sub" place we have is a Subway down the street, but don't get me started on the hundred reasons I can't stand Subway. So there it is... a halfway decent sub place in Viera. The bread is fresh, the options are vast, and the subs are pretty good. I'll be back, not because there is anything special, but because it is there, close to me.. and not Subway.

Not very impressed. Ordered an Italian and a BLT. The Italian was just ok and the BLT was made with crumbled bacon instead of sliced bacon. Messy and cheap. Also not enough tomato or mayo on the BLT. The roll was disappointing. Tasteless and lacked quality.

Interesting concept of writing order on bag but could just as easily tell them at the counter. Great sandwiches though.

This is a definite upgrade from Subway. I had the Turkeywich. It was tasty, though I prefer coleslaw that isn't quite so creamy and wet. My only disappointment, which I find all too frequently, is that the bread just couldn't handle the ingredients. It's good that the sandwiches come tightly wrapped in paper, or I wouldn't have been able to eat it without most of the ingredients tumbling out onto the table. I liked that they have a choice of iced tea flavors but I wish it was fresh brewed, rather than pre made stuff.

Skip Subway, this is an excellent place to try, I've had 5 different sandwiches, each has been impressive

Cool place, food was good. I had the "comfort food" BBQ Pork & Slaw and was surprised with the pork. Was expecting a pulled pork smothered in BBQ sauce but it was more of a sliced, seasoned rather than smothered, and had good flavor! The Oreo shake was also very good! We will be returning again.

Great place for low carb eaters with hefty appetites. The lettuce wraps are monster. Absolutely blows away the lettuce wraps at jimmy johns, etc. you can get any sandwich on the menu loaded with as many toppings as you want all for a decent price. Choice of toppings is about 5x better then subway/firehouse. This place is now firmly in the rotation along with chipotle nearby.

Whimsical idea on not waiting in line to tell the person making your sandwich what you want on it. Grab a bag and a marker and check off your preferences. The menu seems fairly large but it is broken down into the major protein groups. On this visit we tried three different sandwiches. The cheese steak, corned beef, and a chicken parm. Over all they were all bland and boring sandwiches that literally fell apart while eating them. The "steak" on the cheese steak was identical to the meat in the "corned beef" sub. Thin strips of what resembled recycled shoe leather with about the same flavor. The veggies were nice and crisp but not cut into sandwich friendly shapes. I had a tomato wedge on my sandwich, not a slice. This seems like something that would have been covered in sandwich 101. Unfortunately they lost any chance of redemption on the chicken parm. I thought we'd see a nice cutlet of chicken lightly fried sitting gloriously atop a nice hot Italian roll. Instead we got more of the shoe leather now died to resemble chicken. Oh yeah and the sauce, if they can legally call it that, tasted like a 24 pack of AA batteries leaked into a can of tomato sauce. The bread at this place is also run of the mill discount warehouse store bread. Not that it's bad, but it seems with a place that is trying to be uber sheik with their minimalist hipster motif would actually pay attention to the quality of their food. Oh well another disappointment from a up and comer that has a great concept with no execution. Stick to Publix for your subs. Far superior and less money!!

Good and quick service. Lot's of choices and easy to order. I had the muffaletta. I was able to add more toppings like stringy fried onions. The olive salad was pretty good (it would taste good on a bumper though). Try the house chips, they were delicious. They have milkshakes, cookies, and brownies as well. A friend had the tuna and thought it was just good. Overall, a big group of us went and we were all pretty happy. You won't be disappointed. Oh, they have a loyalty card too!
