I loved the Sarasota location so much I even drive down here every now and then to get some. The variety is not as great at this location which is why I knock it down 1 star but otherwise it's quite good :)

Yummie's is one of our favorite places in FL for donuts, and we have been going to Yummie's since they had a Sarasota location and have loved it! Well worth driving to Venice for the donuts!

Amazing donuts! I am especially into their apple fritters, they are HUGE and delicious. At $2 they are worth every penny! On my last visit they were doing a lot of maple flavored and frosted donuts. I had a wonderful maple frosted cinnamon bun. The selection of donuts is great, they are made fresh daily and the staff is very friendly and professional. Best donuts in Southwest Florida!

Saturdays bring BBQ delight, with my personal favorite, the "Sticky Pig", Allen's mouthwatering pulled pork on a glazed cinnamon bun. It's the perfect combination of savory pork and sweet sugary glaze... you haven't lived a full life until you've tried it! Customer Service is always pleasant, and my family and I love everything about Yummies.

The first time I tried their ribs they were the best I have ever eaten, and I am over 70. The sides were excellent, beans and greens. However. the last two times the rib were tough and tasteless. The sides were also boring. Very disappointed. What happened over the last three years

OMG..... This place is THE BOMB ! Hot hand made donuts and a BBQ smoke house all in the same place.....WOW You have to stop here or grab a dozen of these bad boys to bring to the office...I had no idea donuts could be so darn good ! They live up to the name,,, YUMMY !

These donuts are 3 times larger than any other donut and the quality and taste are by far the BEST I've ever had!! I don't know how they can charge so little and still make much profits!! There are triple the apples in the apple fritters than anyplace else and 3-4 times larger than others!! If you don't want quality go someplace else but if you want the best and freshest ingredients this is the place!!!!

Excellent pulled pork sandwiches, mac-n-cheese & cole slaw. Also had 1/2 rack of baby back pork ribs. Biggest rack i have ever seen. The 1/2 rack must have been two pounds. These are smoked ribs so they didn't exactly fall off the bone, i had to work at it a little. I understand that is the way it should be. Be ready to shell out some shekels is the catch. One pulled pork sandwich, one 1/2 rack baby backs, one eight ounce mac-n-cheese & one eight ounce cole slaw = 24.00.

Yummies has BBQ! and very, very good BBQ. I got a half-rack and it had lots of meat, cooked perfectly, fall off the bone. I saw it taken off the smoker. Two choices of sauce, sweet or hot and I chose sweet. It was perfect with just a little bite. I "happened" to have some leftover sauce from another BBQ in Venice and liked Yummies sauce more. For those with a sweet tooth they make something called "The Sticky Pig" which I've never seen anywhere else. A sweet roll cut open and BBQ meat inside making a sandwich. Just call it "Insulin Express" lol but I know several people that would LOVE it. I love good BBQ so I'll be back.

Worth the trip from Sarasota! Super fresh donuts that they make all day! Check out this "Mom and Pop." So much better than the local franchise selections that prepare their daily quantity in the morning and taste stale by 10am...
